How Long Does Shipping Take?

At Albee Baby, we offer free shipping on orders over $99 to the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the lower 48 states. We do not ship to APO, FPO or PO Box addresses, and unfortunately, we currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or Puerto Rico.

Order Processing and Shipping

Processing Time: Orders placed Monday - Thursday typically go out the same day or the next day. Orders placed Friday afternoon, Saturday, and Sunday generally go out by Monday.

Shipping Carriers: We use UPS and FedEx for all deliveries. For certain items, a signature may be required.

Transit Times: Delivery usually takes between 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location. These are estimated times and may vary. UPS delivers on weekends in most cities, but this might not apply to rural areas. We do not guarantee shipping times or have an expedited shipping option.

Drop-Ship Orders

For items that are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer, please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your product.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Signature Requirement

For security reasons, certain high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Note for customers planning on forwarding their orders internationally:

Albee Baby does NOT ship internationally, and therefore cannot be held responsible or accountable for items once they are shipped overseas after they reach their forwarding destination in the US.

We offer free shipping on orders over $99. For orders less than $99, we charge $4.95.

What Happens If My Package Is Lost or Damaged?

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged, Albee Baby is here to help resolve the issue.

Lost Packages

Once a tracking number indicates that the package has been delivered, Albee Baby has fulfilled its delivery obligation. We are not responsible for theft after delivery.

If your package is lost, we will work with the shipping carrier to conduct a search for the missing item. In some cases, you may be responsible for opening up a claim with the shipping carrier as well.

In certain cases, we may also request a police report to be filed.

To report a lost package, please contact us within 24 hours of the carrier's reported delivery date. While we strive to assist to our full capability, please note that Albee Baby cannot be held responsible for items stolen from residences or businesses.

Damaged Packages

For damaged packages, we may need to inspect the damaged product before sending a replacement. If the shipping company confirms that the damage occurred during transit, a replacement can be arranged once the carrier has returned the product to our warehouse.
