What’s Our Return Policy?
At Albee Baby, we want you to be absolutely thrilled with your order!
We gladly accept returns of new, unused items within 60 days of receipt. To qualify for a full refund, merchandise must be returned within this timeframe and in its original packaging, with all packing materials, manuals, and registration cards.
How to Return an Item
Ready to make a return? Please email returns@albeebaby.com with your order number and reason for return. We will do our best to get back to you within 1 business day with next steps!
Return Shipping Fees
We do not cover return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for these fees, though you can request a prepaid shipping label. The cost of the prepaid label will be deducted from your refund once we receive the item. Send your label requests to returns@albeebaby.com and make sure to include your order number and the reason for return. Our team will respond within 1 business day with the shipping costs.
Feel free to use your own shipping method as well, but we recommend using UPS, FedEx, or insured parcel post for your protection. Make sure to email us your intent to return the item as well as the tracking information for our and your own records.
Order Cancellation
Please email info@albeebaby.com if you would like to cancel your order. Please note, once a shipping label is generated, an order is no longer eligible for cancellation.
Please also note that if you wanted to cancel an item that was being shipped to you directly from the manufacturer, we will need to confirm with the manufacturer that they are able to cancel the order. It may take 24 hours for the manufacturer to respond.
Orders in Processing Status
Once your order enters the "Processing" status, we will strive to make every attempt to cancel your order; however, we cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be successful. This is because the order may have already been processed, packed, or shipped.
If we are unable to cancel your order, it will be shipped to the address provided, and you may need to initiate a return once the order has been delivered. You may refer to our Return Policy for further instruction.
Return Exclusions
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Feeding accessories
- Breast pumps
- Bathing accessories
- Lotions and powders
- Diapering accessories
- Diaper pails
- Potty seats and wipes
- Mattresses/pillows/pillow & changing pad covers
- Undergarments
- Open Box Items
Additionally, special-order items will be clearly noted on the product page and are not returnable. All furniture items will incur a 30% restocking fee unless otherwise specified on the product page.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return to confirm its condition, we’ll process your refund. Please allow 10-14 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit if you prefer. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed. Note that it may take several business days for your credit card company to reflect the funds in your account.
Please note: If you attempt to return a used product and/or a different item other than the one originally shipped, we reserve the right to charge you a restocking fee up to 100% of the value of the item.
Defective Products
Most products we carry come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If your item has a defect, the manufacturer will assist with repairs or replacements. We’re here to connect you with themjust visit our warranty claims page for details and who to contact.

International Orders
For international forwarding, please note that Albee Baby does not ship internationally and cannot be held responsible for items once they are forwarded overseas from our US location.
Gift Returns
Got a gift you’d like to return? We can offer a refund to your Albee Baby account in the form of store credit or the original payment method.
Additional Information
Please include your order/invoice number and/or a copy of your email confirmation with your return, along with a memo explaining the reason for the return.
All refunds and exchanges are subject to the final approval of our quality control division.
UPS will attempt delivery three times. If a package is undeliverable or refused, a $18.00 refusal fee plus the actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. These shipping costs include both the initial and return freight charges.
