It goes really well for running and in gravel roads, on grass etc. The only thing missing is a gliding board. I would love to be able to add one :(

Oh my goodness I recently got the Thule Urban Glide 2 and its the best jogger I have ever owned. I use it daily on my daily runs with my baby . I love the quality of it you can tell that attention was put into every detail of the making of this jogger. This is definitely a must have if you go on a daily jogs or go on hikes or any other adventures

This is the best stroller I have ever owned. The Thule is easy to open up, and folds down wonderfully to fit into my SUV. The wheels glide nicely across several different terrains. Very easy to push when you are going for a walk or a jog.

I am extremely happy with this stroller. There are so many different features. It was super easy to put together. I love how flat that it folds down so you can store it. It is so easy to push and steer. My child gets excited to go for a walk in it. You can adjust the seat to different positions. You can also adjust the handle. There is a brake on the handle bar. You can also buy different accessories for it.

I was testing the UG2 in the house before we went outside. After a few laps around the living room, my son was already asleep. Very easy to assemble. You will need 2 screwdrivers and there is not an air pump included unfortunately.

As the person pushing this stroller, I love it! It moves effortlessly and rolls smoothly while walking or jogging. The handle is adjustable and the highest setting is the perfect height for me. I was also very impressed by how flat it folds down, and you can do it with just one hand. I do wish that the seat was angled a little more upright at the highest position and that the seat itself was a little deeper. My 2 year old son usually slips his arms out of the straps so that he can sit up all the way instead of laying back in the seat as it's designed to be used.

I am so impressed with The Thule Urban Glide 2. This stroller is super easy on the eyes. It is so lightweight and sleek you wouldn't believe the handling this stroller has!! I put this stroller to the test and it passed with flying colors!! This stroller was able glide effortlessly through grass, gravel, running trails, and every other terrain I threw at it. Nowhere is off limits. It is super important to me to have a stroller that can go anywhere my active family wants to go! I love how sleek and lightweight this stroller is. It is perfect for moms always on the go, easy set up and break down. I can do it all one handed! Best part is it doesn't take up tons of room either! This is not just a jogging stroller, it is an anywhere stroller!! I can do a little grocery shopping with all the storage space it has!! My daughter looks so comfortable in the simple seat recline. It is super easy to change positions! I know she is safe and comfortable with the 5-point harness. I love that the front wheel can swivel to make turns super easy when not jogging!! The breaking system is one of the best I have ever used! The foot brake is heavy duty and does a great job. The hand break makes me feel more in control on different terrains. The built-in suspension really makes this stroller just glide. This stroller is one of the best I have ever used. I highly recommend this Stroller it is amazing for any active family!

This is such a great product. As an avid runner I found this stroller to be just right. My 2 yr old doesnt fuss to get in it. With other strollers she would hesitate to use it. This one however is more comfortable for her.

This is without a doubt the Bentley of strollers. The quality of the stroller can not be beat...it is sturdy and so well made. I love how easy it is to unfold and fold for storage. My son begs me to take him for jogs in it and I love how easy it is to push with little effort. I have brought it through grass, gravel, sand, and more and it does not hesitate one bit. I love the brake on the handle and have never seen a stroller with that feature. I also love how the storage compartment underneath is completely sealed so you don't have to worry about dust or mud getting on your stuff. I love how flat it lays for a comfortable napping position for the rider. I love all of the storage compartments and more! I seriously could go on forever about this stroller. It cannot be beat....

This is hands down the best stroller we have ever gotten! The ability to unlock and lock the front wheel is an all out game changer!! Our child loves going for walks and runs in it and we love how easy it is to use as well as how happy it makes him!!

We have 3 daughters, the youngest being 2, a soon to be 7 year old and 11 year old. So we've been through a few different stroller brands throughout the years and nothing compares to this Thule Urban Glide 2 stroller. This stroller has it all. It's very east, fun and a pleasure to maneuver, either for a walk or jogging. The front wheel locks in place if you want to go jogging and the handle break makes it easy to control the speed. I love the well made, solid and extendable canopy with ventilation and to top it off, you have a lot of storage in the cargo basket that has a zip cover, a rear mesh pocket and extra two mesh pockets that can hold a sippy cup, bottle or just snacks. The stroller folds super easy and flat just with one hand and the cool thing is the back wheels come off just by pressing a button. I have a big trunk in my SUV and I don't take the big wheels off, but in a smaller trunk , that comes in super handy. This is a well made, heavy duty , top of the line stroller that I love and I highly recommend.

I was someone who thought, "a stroller is a stroller. They can't differ that much." Holy, moly! I was wrong! This stroller is beyond amazing!!! The quality this stroller has is far superior to any stroller we had. From the feel of the handle bars, to the wheels, to the seat of my child. One of my favorite features of this stroller are the breaks. I didn't think it would be as big of a deal for me as I'm the one who will be controlling the stroller and should be able to stop it when I stop. However, adding this feature allows to to stop more easily and quickly. If you want to turn some heads and run without worry of your child's safety or their comfort, get yourself one of these!!

As far as the actual stroller goes this is a very high quality ride. Padded harness for baby and the chair itself feels comfortable. The visor is the largest I have ever seen and has not only an accordion style zip to extend it, the top also has a magnetic closure for viewing baby. Once unzipped the sun visor has mesh so baby gets better air flow in warmer temps. The wheels on this are rubber and go through literally all terrain with ease. We initially just took it around the neighborhood and I was very pleased with how easy it was to push and turn but have since taken it on dirt and sand trails and it did great. I love that the front wheel can be locked and that you can apply the break with one foot. The under storage is a decent amount and it's great that it is covered. It has a foot rest for longer toddlers. I had a very hard time getting the wheels onto this, you do have to push the middle part of the wheel "button" in to be able to release the bearing at the bottom so it slides in but both wheels it was quite difficult. It is also hard for me to break this down to get it into my car or storage because you have to put the front wheel down one way and then the stroller into itself and the clip to keep it latched is a chore (not my first rodeo with strollers I have 5 kids and have a plethora of these lining my garage!) Does not come with any cup holder for either parent or child which is pretty normal with high end baby gear but it would still be nice to have instead of having to purchase optional accessories. Barely fit into the trunk of my town and country but all the wheels are removable which makes it better equipped to fit into most vehicles. My son managed to spill some milk out of his bottle and the fabric was very easy to clean off and dried within an hour at most. This is one of the only strollers I have seen that has an adjustable handle that accommodates all heights. I am 5"7and kept it at the normal angle. My brother is 6"4 and put it up almost vertically. My husband is 5"5 and put it down a few clicks below horizontal and it was comfortable and didn't cause him back pain like he generally gets when pushing the baby.

This stroller is great for running. It has so many great features to make it easy to run and push at the same time. It has a strap on the handle for your wrist, so there is no chance of the stroller getting away. There is also a secondary break on the handle that turns right where your hands rest, so if you need an emergency stop, this is easy to make happen. The main break is on the foot rest of the basket below. The basket is very large, and has a covered zipper top. All of your belongings will stay safe. The material is soft and cozy for your little one. I love that there are so many accessories available for this stroller. This is the best stroller! It is easy to push, glides nicely, and handles bumps like they were not even there. This stroller will meet all of your needs! The large tires make it perfect and less bumpy for baby, and the rear tires remove easily with the click of a button to fit in a smaller space easily. Must have for active family's.

I absolutely love the urban glide 2. It's definitely going to be around for as long as I can use it with my little one. Instructions are easy enough to read, however, we ran into a few difficulties making sure the parts were snapped in good. Almost like they were too big, but made sense when they all clicked in their designed places. The stroller glides very well on almost terrain, except of course sand and mud. The control of the stroller itself is very easy and the wheels don't stick. I can't wait to use this in the summer time when all the snow melts.

I got the Thule Urban Glide 2 last week and immediately put it together. Instructions were simple and easy to follow. I love how light it is and how easy it is on turns. We havent officially gone on our first walk/run with it yet but definitely went out and about with it. My son who is 2 absolutely loved riding around in it and my 4 year old was a little jealous but she has a bike she can ride so it was an easy fix. Definitely a must have for our family wouldnt turn back from the Thule urban glide 2

That's not your usual stroller. I will be talking as a very healthy and sporty family (both of us- me and hubby) needed a stroller which will be very handy during running in a park, light and very comfy and protective for a baby. So we found one! I like how easy to fold it and store it, easy to set it up from car. My baby seam in love with it and feels very comfortable in it - she is having nice trips and enjoying her time and new scenery in park. Very smooth ride I can say for both of us, very secure seat, has multi position canopy for sunny days, clear window with magnet closure, and plenty of space to bring anything you want or need with you. Its definitely made for runners and long walks!

So I got this for my wife to help her jog efficiently while taking our 1 year old for some air. When I tell you she did like 5 miles each way with this stroller. She says it's amazing. Such a smooth ride. You can turn and maneuver like your in a F1 car lol. She loves the amount of space the storage under the seat has as well. She said it easily fits our huge baby bag and her bag. The color is great the material seems super luxurious and well built. The folding also easy to fit in trunk. The tires fly thru the streets with ease and the kid feels little to any bumps along the way. When the stroller works it's great, but it's frustrating when you spend so much on an item and it doesn't work for you half the time. These tires are very susceptible to flats. I have used the stroller maybe 10 times and I've had 4 flats!! My husband bought lots of new tubes but they just keep going flat. If you have any dirt to go through, do not buy this stroller!! You will be frustrated often.

I really wanted to love my Thule Urban Glide 2... I borrowed my friend's before purchasing my own and loved hers so I thought I would be so happy with mine. My right tire seems to be defective but Thule doesn't seem to care. I have had four flat tires in about six months and am really annoyed. I run on a large sidewalk in the city so I'm not even going anywhere crazy. The very first time using my stroller, I went to the mailbox down the street (paved in the middle of the city) and got a flat! I was not impressed and it hasn't gotten any better. My friend has the same stroller, runs with me on the same sidewalk and has never had any issues. Also mine only seems to be my right tire; I've never had problems with the left. I want to love this jogging stroller but it has left me stranded too many times.

If you are looking for a top of the line running stroller that can double as an everyday stroller this is it! I owned the original Thule Urban Glide (the one with no brake) and I absolutely loved it! I ran 2,174 miles (averaging between 6-10 mph) with that stroller over a span of 4 years. When a weld fatigued and caused 1 side of the stroller to collapse, I called Thule and they honored their lifetime warranty and replaced that stroller with a brand new Urban Glide 2. I am anxious to see how many miles I can put on this one. I had two relatively minor issues with the stroller: the 1st issue is that the front wheel can get out of alignment somewhat easily. At first I had to readjust it maybe once every 2 weeks which only takes a minute or 2. But once I learned to avoid big bumps I rarely had to fix it. The 2nd issue is that the Thule decals peeled off after I sprayed my daughter's legs with sunscreen. No functional issues, simply cosmetic. Probably my favorite thing about the Urban Glide is how comfortable of a ride it is for the kids. They regularly take naps in the stroller when I run, again this is anywhere from 6-10 mph, so we are travelling at a pretty decent pace. I also own the 2 seater version and love it just as much. Thoug, my biggest pet peeve about that stroller is that sometimes the brakes can stick a little bit causing added resistance. But I can manually fix that. I really only use the brakes in emergency situations while running. If you're looking for a stroller to only casually walk around, you can probably find a cheaper stroller that will fit the bill. But if you're looking for a RUNNING stroller that can double as a walker, I don't see how it can get much better than the Thule Urban Glide. Without a doubt, I have gotten my monies worth out of mine! I never thought Id say this, but my stroller is one of my prized possessions. It has allowed me and my children to bond together while we both enjoyed my love for running.

Bought the urban glide and about 5 months after I purchased the break malfunctioned and was so difficult to set I had to use extramarital force and set it with my hand. I really like the other features of the stroller and it was super easy to fold up.

Hello, We just purchased the Thule Urban Glide 2 (single) after having had a Bob Revolution Pro (single) for 2 years. We were so excited for it to arrive last night, and prepared to love the Thule. We took it out on our 1st run this morning, and are very disappointed with the front wobble wheel. I understand it's supposed to be "locked" for running, but we NEVER locked the BOB and never had this issue, on the exact same terrain. (Street, compacted sand path, and sidewalk) The street & compacted sand seemed fine, but the sidewalk with barely uneven bricks (more like normal cracks between sidewalk squares) caused constant wobble (4x in just a block). I just tightened the wheel and hopeful that will help for our next run, but are there any other solutions? I think it's the weight distribution, the front wheel is too light and the child's weight goes on to the back wheels, but my son isn't a tiny baby, he's 28 lbs and almost 2 years old. Hopeful you have some solutions! Side notes based on our 1st experience with the Thule vs. the Bob Pro that we ran with for the past nearly 2 years: I love black on black look, sleek design, lighter weight, & lifetime warranty. The magnetic peekaboo window is small compared to the Bob's window. The canopy has enough coverage, but I wish the canopy would fold half way in with the peek-a-boo window still accessible. (On the Bob, you could fold in just half of the canopy.) Also, I wish the seat sat upright more. Once my son turned 18 months, he wants to sit up to see, not constantly be on an angle. The leg space seems a bit short too, and it's 1" wider than the Bob Pro single. These are small comments, as it is lighter than the Bob, easier to maneuver (when the front wheel isn't wobbling), more stylish, less bulky looking, and the most important reason we picked it is the limited LIFETIME warranty! We're hoping it doesn't rust/show wear, and that we can fix the front wheel wobble.

I am a Summer Camp Director, whitewater raft guide, and snowboard instructor and we are able to roll our little guy everywhere I go. This stroller keeps up on rugged terrain where our old stroller did not. If you lock the front wheel in place, it rolls right through gravel and sand. The suspension keeps him from getting rattled around. I wish all of the accessories (cup holders, storage, etc.) came standard.

Compared many different strollers (Summer, BOB, baby Jogger etc.) and this one is by far the nicest and lightest. Easy to assemble. Easy to fold. baby is very comfy and often falls asleep. The recline feature is great!

The Thule Urban Glider 2 has been a game changer for packing around my daughter. She comfortably jogs along with me in the Thule, even in uneven and non pavement terrain. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to incorporate a stroller into their running/recreational life.

I'm not sure if this is a defect but I can't get the front wheel to stop wabbling. When I put it in lock position I can never get it to go straight, I checked up on al YouTube videos, still leans to the left, right, or wabbles. I'm really frustrated as I used a bob in the past and wanted to try something new. So far it's a bit dissipointing.

This is our #1 stroller used for all purposes. Super lightweight, easy to use. The stroller just glides right over loose gravel and rough terrain; hardly even makes a noise! Looking forward to testing it out in a snowy season.

Smooth ride running and in town

This stroller is so easy to maneuver, so easy to fold, the handbrake is very helpful when going down ramps or steeper areas and it is overall a pleasure to use. Love everything about it, it's great on snow, the canopy goes lower than many strollers, and opens from the back too, the seats are easy to recline and there is plenty of storage space. The only detail that isn't great is that with the seats down, the storage is harder to access, but that isn't specific to this stroller only...

Love this stroller. Well made and easy to use much nicer than other brands. Nice canopy. I primarily use it outdoors as it is just a little too wide for shopping, etc. Used with a car seat adapter so it has lots of versatility

I was looking for a city stroller that one can use everyday and, at the same time, a stroller suitable for my short jogging trips into the forrest. Urban Glide 2 is a perfect match. As a city stroller (compared to buggies) it is a bit larger, but its perfect manoeuvrability (I've had many strollers in my hands, nothing compares to it.. ), easy foldability and light weight compensates for it very well. Never had problems with space in public transport or shops (or even when taking it through airport's x ray machine). Jogging (and hiking) with it is enjoyable, due to its great stability and large wheels. In the next version I'd welcome disc breaks :) Definitely worth the money.

Worst jogging stroller on the market. I was not aware that this stroller was only for straight running when I bought it. You have to lock the front wheel which makes it unable to turn corners while running without out lifting the whole front wheel off he ground. If you do not lock the front wheel, the front wheel wobbles extreamly bad, Shaking your child.

Excellent stroller, that is quite compact when folded (which is nice for storage and travel purposes). Offers stability and quality performance when used, and is very stylish at the same time.

So easy to put together and use. Stable. Sturdy. Works great with carseat attachment. Folded and with carseat attachment accessory still fits in trunk of corolla. Love this stroller.

I think I reviewed before, but I learned a few things that I wanted to mention if you ever make another version. We are SO happy with this stroller and love it very much. These are minor improvements: If your stroller is pulling one way. Try the opposite setting unlocking/locking the front wheel, move a bit and then switch the lock/unlock and try again. You can also remove the wheels and ensure that click in again and try again. I've encountered this issue and found so far that has rectified it for us. I don't like that i cannot keep toys in the mesh side pockets. They always get dirty since mesh holes are large and they also fall out when packing up/unpacking. i wish there was a solid zip pouch in baby area so I didn't have to manually set up and put away these items separately each time. I wish it came with a drink/phone holder! and this wasn't an add on. Add ons i've found come with there own set of issues as the stroller was not designed to have them in all cases and I think most people would agree this is a necessity item. When I first got the stroller I was resting my phone on top of canopy, but CAUTION PARENTS my phone fell through an opening I didn't know was there and hit my child in the head. This was prior to us having the phone holder so I do not recommend resting ANYTHING on the canopy. Other than these recommendations this stroller is super fabulous and I recommend to everyone!

Great quality and design features. Bought it as a dual purpose jogger and everyday stroller. I've had great experiences with other thule products and they stand behind their product. The urban glide 2 did not disappoint with its convenient folding, canopy and chassis design. For everyday use, a couple suggestions for an even better experience would be a slightly narrower width. The handlebar, when folded, will interfere with the parking brake (I like to set the parking brake before folding so you can stand it up against a wall since it doesn't stand by itself). Also, if the harness padding was a softer material that would be a really nice touch.
