I put my baby to sleep in one of these every night. As long as you pull them tight they don't budge. However, use microfleece if you can find them. The cotton ones stretch, and my baby can put her fist in her mouth by stretching the fabric. Her hand is still contained, but she puts the blanket in her mouth as well.
