The high chair is well-built, attractive and quite stable, even with a wriggling child. I would recommend this chair if you can afford it.

This is the most unsafe high chair. I spent Much money on this high chair thinking it was the best. It is so unsafe the tray is the most difficult trade to takeoff and on my baby who is nine months old is already about to pop out of it. It is uncomfortable for him he has no space he's tight inside the chair. The tray is the most unfunctional tray any highchair could have. If you take the tray off and put the high chair near the table the baby can almost fall out of the chair it's so unsafe.

Really nice chair. Our daughter is a picky eater. This has been a good tool to help her stay seated and focused on eating. Her younger sister liked it too... so we bought a second one. And then grandma got a third.

Seit 5 Jahren haben wir in unserer Familie TrippTrapp Stühle (insgesamt 4) in Gebrauch. Sehr schönes Design und Konzept, da die Kinder von Anfang an mit am Tisch sind. Die Stühle sind leicht zu montieren und haltbar, damit sind die auch ein nachhaltiges Produkt. Gut auch: der TrippTrapp braucht keine abgespreizten Beine wie andere Kinderstühle, an denen man dann immer wieder hängen bleibt. Beim Kauf unseres letzten Stuhls gab es eine massive Enttäuschung durch den Händler (BabyOne), der die Promotionen von Stocke nicht umsetzt. Hier ist der Hersteller sofort und sehr kulant eingesprungen. Top!!

Excellent and super useful

For the longest time I thought this chair wasn't worth the price. But once we transitioned our toddler out of her high chair and into a booster seat we immediately had trouble with her staying in her seat and eating her meal. She was normally great in her high chair. Once we got this chair with proper foot support it was a game changer. We fully support this chair, even for the price!

I never knew I could love a high chair as much as I do the Tripp Trapp. It checks all the boxes - compact, functional, stylish, sustainable - and my baby loves it. I am going to purchase a second one, my older toddler has claimed the chair I purchased for the baby as his own.

Great product! Easy to put together and use

We love our new high chair! It's been such a nice addition to the dining area and functions perfectly for our needs. I find it a bit difficult to unbuckle the harness but everything else about it seems pretty effortless. Grateful for how light it is compared to other chairs as well.

We purchased for baby led weaning with our six month old, and it's perfect. We ended up getting a second chair (second hand) for our four year old to improve her dining experience as well! It's amazing how much more focused she is it a mealtime when she's not wiggling around in a chair that doesn't fit her!!

It's a phenomenal design and a huge benefit for children to eat with good posture. The only problem (and reason for not giving 5 stars) is that it is a smooth finish that does lend to kids sometimes slipping. It should have some sort of material that is nonslip on the seat and footrest. Im sure we can find some, though it's just an added project on a long list for busy parents.

This high chair came highly recommended and is such high quality. I wanted the best for my child and am pleased with my choice.

Great product, but finicky when inserting the foot board, had to loosen both sides slightly in order to be able to fit in the board. It's a bit short for our tall dining table. Check to ensure the right height for you.

The Tripp Trapp was super easy to put together, and it fits under my dining table. I was so afraid that I'd be stuck using one of those huge ugly highchairs but this chair is beautiful. My little one has had no issues using it and all around we love it!

Love this chair! It looks great, the kids love it (we have more than one chair because they all fight over it!) and it doesn't make your table look like a nursery school. And it doesn't take up tons of space and it's adjustable. So why 4 stars? Younger kids could use a belt on it and the chair doesn't have one and any "extras" are expensive. It's not a cheap chair and it's worth it, but I feel a bit nickel and dimed when they don't just add a strap.

It has been such a pleasure to have our youngest right at the table for crafts, meals and quality family time. This chair is beautiful and functional and can't recommend enough.

It is mind blowing that something this expensive is designed in such a bad way to assemble. The chair itself is easy enough to assemble but the pillow and the baby seat insert is incredibly frustrating with some of the worst instructions I've ever seen. Surely when you pay this much per chair they can afford a smarter design and better instructions.

I'm so glad we finally got one of these Tripp Trapp chairs! Our very independent almost two-year-old loves getting up and down herself and sitting right up at the table with the whole family! Wish we would have gotten it sooner. A game changer for mealtime!

Easy to assemble and to reconfigure. My baby love it so much.

We use this as a highchair for our six month old son. I feel like the price is so high and it's so frustrating to use. His legs are very difficult to get into the chair. The straps are not easy to adjust.

Having three children at home, and having used multiple highchairs over the past 6 years, I can honestly say I wish I had tried the Stokke TrippTrapp sooner. This highchair is simply perfect. The attention to detail from design and aesthetics, to ergonomics, to how it will function practically for incorporating baby into family meals, it really is in a league of its own. Also, the assembly was a breeze. A welcomed bonus!

First of all the instructions were confusing as heck. Hate the fact that the chair is hard to take apart. I have hurt my fingers and nails so many times trying to disfigure the chair. And the fact that the accessory for the cushion is cotton material, which means it's not wipeable. It stains, and then you have to wash it. How did no one at stokke think, "Hey toddlers are messy. Let's make a cushion made out of material that can be wiped clean so parents aren't soaking and washing it 2-3 times a week." Now that would be fantastic. Wheels on the bottom that can be locked would be a great addition too so I can easily move it but then lock them to stay in place. Overall, it's not the most convenient or most functional high chair. Anyone who visits hates putting my kid in there because it's too complicated to get him in and snap everything in place. It was a gift, but I have bought all accessories. If I could do it all over again, I'd get another high chair.

I was looking for something that would hold my baby safely for him to have his meal without worries and in the same time I wanted something that had a nice design and would match my current furniture. I gotta say, Stokke Chair is just perfect, it's everything I needed. I simply love the fact that it can be used from newborn to adult stage, just changing its set up. The material is awesome, made of real strong wood, and I'm sure it'll last long years. The design is really nice too, not bulky like any other baby high chair and it allows the baby to be closet to the table with our family. I love it!!!

This chair is elegant, easy to assemble, and ideal for my grandchild who can pull it out, climb up and down safely onto it for his meals or playing at the table time. He will be able to use this chair for the rest of his life - which I find amazing. I have sat in it myself and it is very comfortable.

Really easy to put together and high quality steady material. I love the color choices they offer. You could always find the color that matches your decor. My son loves sitting on the chair now because of the foot rest. He is really comfortable sitting there raised up to our dining table level. We just got closer to have intimate family dinner together :)

When we moved here from Norway we brought one with us, still works for the grand kids 30 years later. We purchased 3 more for the kids to have at home. Worth every penny!
