My son is 15 months and absolutely loves using these utensils. They are easy for him to grab and use. The tines on the fork are very durable so he is able to easily pierce firmer foods. They are obviously a little heavier than the plastic alternatives but once he got used to the weight, he much preferred using these.

My little has been trying to feed hersef with the big spoons that we have. We got these for her and within a couple meals she's been using them on her own! She size is just perfect for her hands, and the soft sides make it easy to grip.

My kid has only had these since Christmas and the whole top layer of plastic came off. (The cute animal print is basically just a sticker.) As if that wasn't bad enough, it REEKS of a chemical smell. (Reminds me of the cheap, sticker transfers I had as a kid.) Anyway. Not happy, as I really loved these at first. I took care of them, too, careful not to soak or let sit in water. There's no reason this should've happened.

The shape of the handle is really easy for my little guy to hang on to. The size is just right and the animal characters are adorable. They seem to hold up through heavy use and washing just fine.
