We purchased several of these cups in October/November. By the end of December, the prints on the cups are completely coming off. All of the cups have been hand washed.

Finally a cup that does not leak and does not drip. Great buy and my grand daughter transitioned well to it. Thank you

I have the unicorn, monkey and butterfly designs. They are cute & I was excited to use them but they do not keep anything warm. I put boiling water in them to warm, then put almost boiling soup in them and after 4 hours they were all room temperature. I did not feel comfortable feeding my baby and toddlers & threw out the food because of the chance of bacterial growth. Extremely disappointed especially for such a high price!

The design on the cup is very cute and the extra straw is great. But the cup has to stay upright or it will leak out the hole in the top. I assume the hole is for air flow but in a toddlers hands this is not a good design. My daughter was dripping water everywhere. Very disappointed in this cup.

Cute cup but it does leak quite a bit. Always have to make sure the cup is upwards.

I don't know if our bottle is defective, but it has a hole at the very top near the straw. Needless to say, it leaks like crazy! As we held it upside down, the water came flying out. Very disappointing since we've thrown away the packaging and receipt. I hope Carter's stands by their product and maybe sends us a new one. I'd love to give it another try.

When my son was starting kindergarten, i looked allll over for the perfect thermos for him so i could pack him a warm lunch. I couldn't find a good one anywhere. I ended up randomly finding these and decided to give it a try. And it was hands down the best purchase i made!! It keeps his food nice and warm for lunch, and it's still warm when he comes home 7 hours later! He is now in the 1st grade and we still use it. The quality is amazing! I highly recommend this product. I initially bought 3 different types of sippy cups for my son who was 1 year old at the time. I wanted to see which he would like and adapt easily to. Of the 3 , he chose to use this one so I bought 2 more. One for home, one on the go and one for grandmas house.
