Sweet little toy with lots of charm! I love the weather theme-and the cloud is just the cutest thing with it's sunny and rainy sides. The mom in me worries that the white side of the cloud will get very discolored and stained with use, but what doesn't in the hands of children?! It doesn't make any loud noise (which is a plus in my book), but there is a vibrate option on the middle pull and a quiet rattle sound when shaken. It's a great toy for taking on-the-go and I could see any baby being captivated by all the wonderful little aspects it offers!

This is such a great toy for infants! My toddler still got some entertainment from it pulling the rumble string and laughing when it vibrated. But this would be the perfect toy to have with all the textures, colors and sensory features (squeaker, crinkly sun, vibration, and rattle). Skip Hop does a great job creating long lasting and entertaining toys for infants.

Absolutely loved this little toy! My 12month old loved playing with it and hearing it chime! The perfect size and fit for a stroller ride or even clipping it on the side of a car seat for long carried entertainment!

My little one absolutely loved this toy he loves how it felt we put it on his stroller and swap between his infant car seat it definitely keeps him busy. the sensory aspect is on point.  he loves how there's three pieces of dangle off of it I guess babies or boys maybe love strings or things that hang like that.

This is a regular little stroller toy that keeps baby's attention for a few minutes. I easily attach it when he gets frustrated or irritated but before a meltdown. It seems to hold him over for a few minutes which is what I think is most important for this product.

Cute little rattle! Clips to the car seat or the stroller pretty easily. It's really soft and my kids really liked it. I wish I did a little more but we have other toys that I feel keep their attention for longer.

Such a cute addition to my son's stroller and car seat. My son loves to pull down on the handle as the little cloud then vibrates. Pretty colors and keeps baby's attention as it swings above them. Very cute!

My little one enjoys the vibration on this toy and pulls it constantly. It is soft and great that it has the ring to hang onto things as to not drop on the floor which is great.

What an adorable little toy! One side has the cloud and the sun while the other has the moon and a darker cloud. When you pull down the middle it vibrates which is always a plus for the babies. It is pleasing to look at and keeps the babies attention.

Cute little baby toy, something appropriate for new norms and something I would have put on my registry. I would consider gender neutral, personally. Definitely not a long lasting toy, but cute for young babies.

Super cute toy! Hangs on the car seat. The middle has a vibrating pull string which my son thinks is hilarious! It comes off the clip very easily though but still a fun toy for littles.

Great and sturdy stroller toy. I recommend wiping clean everyday because of the light color, it can get dirty easily. The colors and the jiggle is great for keeping babies entertained while in the stroller.

This toy is so cute! I love how well this is made!!! The star is a squeaky toy, the rain drop makes crunchy noise, and the middle, you pull for the cloud to vibrate!!! This little stroller toy is so adorable. It has two sides and the middle strand pulls down which makes the toy jiggle. It has a clip that allows you attach it to the stroller. I'm excited to use this toy with the baby I'm expecting this month. My two year old son also has been playing with it when we go on walks since I wanted to try it out. He thinks the jiggling motion it does when you pull the middle strand down is hilarious. Overall I think it's a good stroller toy option!

Small but effective!! I absolutely love this item! First off, it has a rattle and a drawstring that causes the cloud to vibrates as well as crinkle noises and musical bead noises in the star and raindrop. This cloud is double-sided so it has a gray and white cloud which is very interactive for a baby or a toddler because it helps her not to get bored and keeps them entertained. Easy to grip and I love that I can clip it onto my car seat or any of my other baby toys as well as my stroller. My twins absolutely loved this toy and if they came out with other models, I would definitely be buying them. 

My kids are now 3 & 1 1/2 but the Silver Lining Cloud Jitter Stroller Toy would have been great to give them something to look & play with while in the car seat, stroller, or an activity center. It has dangling toys for baby to grab and a pull down teether.

I received this in my Voxbox. It's really cute and soft. I would recommend for babies under 6 months old. I would think that once the baby turns 9 months old this is too babyish for them. It vibrates when you pull the string which is fun but doesn't do much else. The colors are mellow so they would match everything.

Thank you for giving me this product for free to try out. Such a cute design & has a few little gadgets to keep my daughter entertained. It has this one pull string that makes the cloud shake. Unfortunately there is no way to replace the battery when it dies. My daughter has pulled on that string only a few times & it already sounds like the battery is going.

Great stroller toy! My little one loves exploring this on the go toy. It's affordable and good quality. The hook doesn't keep the toy in place and I constantly had to re attach it. I have had many other busy on the go toys but my little one seems to like this one the best.

This stroller toy is super cute. Safe for my daughter since she is teething. It has a image of the sun on one said and moon on the other. My daughter really enjoyed it in her stroller. Came in handy when she would get irritable in the stroller.

This skip hop toy is super fun! Yes, it's a cute cloud with little toys on the bottom and has a hook ring for the stroller/car seat BUT what's really cool is that it has a retracting pull ring, that makes the cloud vibrate! My baby girl is always amazed when I pull the ring and loves to feel the vibration on her tummy. Definitely a fun toy and different from the others.

This jitter toy is a huge hit with my little guy. He loves the motion and the cute design and colors are so adorable. However my little guy is a chewer and doesn't want it to be clipped so he can nibble on the ring.
