We have had this for a few weeks now and are very happy with it. It's nice to look at and pretty sturdy. My 10 month old can stand up on the panels as long as they are decently supported. This was on the expensive side, but it is nice to look at and we love the versatility of the panels. Plan to use this to keep him contained and block off dangerous areas (fireplace) as needed.

I've had this for the last couple weeks and it have been a lifesaver for my very active crawler. It keeps him safe, it keeps me sane & it's a lot nicer to look at than all the other I found online. It's a bit expensive IMO, but I plan to use it for a long time and with multiple kids.

This playpen is no babyjail :) My daughter loves playing in it and that she can easily see us through the mesh sides. I love that its study (can't be knocked over even by her big brother), easy to wipe clean, and has no sharp edges to get fingers or feet stuck in! Highly recommend even with the high price! Took five minutes to set up and can easily be taken apart.

This has a very nice looking design and we tried finding a mesh playpen but most are plastic which we didn't like for possible falls, also mesh has better visibility. We are very pleased with this purchase. The enclosure is also light but we do wish it did simply fold together as opposed to separating each panel (still somewhat quick and simple disassembly). The door is a nice feature but causes some additional shifting if pushed by baby since it's designed to be a looser panel. All the other panels hold in place well. The toy that comes with the enclosure is adorable, with a nice mirror and a couple of simple play features. Nice size enclosure.

I don't have another playpen to compare to but my 10 month old can push this thing around like nobody's business which makes it hard to run around the house feeling good about leaving him in there for a few minutes. I have the SkipHop foam flooring and it would have been amazing if this fit exactly around it, but it doesn't. Would have helped it stay in place. Quality is great but overall is small and as mentioned - you kid can definitely push it. If you want to mount it to your walls (which is absolutely not happening) it can get bigger and obviously can't be pushed.

I love skip hop products, this baby gate is very sturdy but also very pretty. I love the door feature, and it's very versatile, it's nice to have it standing alone or attached to the wall

It is sturdy and easy to set up. It is nice that the panels are see through. Makes it feel less like a pen and more like a fun and pleasant place to play.

I just received this in the mail today and I'm very pleased. It's easy to put together. My 6 year old daughter helped. I wasn't sure if I wanted to spend the money on this but it was definitely worth every penny, much better then those plastic ones.

We purchased this so that our 9 month old could have a play area in our living room that our dogs couldn't invade. We put it on top of a square play mat and it's been working for us these last couple of weeks. I think that one reason it works well is because my son can see through the mesh and not feel so separated from us. My son can lean on the sides and stand up, although when he really wants to my son can push and move the entire structure. The play area is a decent size, but it's not bulky. I would've preferred it to be a square but other than that it's ok. It gets the job done.

This a great enclosure for our 7 month old. She's starting to roll all around and trying to crawl and kept flying off her playmat (puzzle piece white and grey which is skiphop as well). This keeps her on her mat so we don't have to follow her around and keep moving her so she doesn't bop her head on the hardwood floor. I wish it had 1 more screen so it would fit all the way around her mat and that it would fold a little easier, but otherwise we love it and everyone comments on how nice and sturdy it is and that you can see through it!

I love this play pen. It gives my baby a safe space to play and myself some more freedom to get things done. Love that it is see through also.

We all love it because it's a see through mesh so, that we can see baby at all times. We also love the toy that comes hanging as well so baby can play with as well!

I was very hesitant to purchase because I could not find one to see in person since they are new. I was going crazy with baby #2 and went ahead and purchased with my fingers crossed! Love it! I have had the plastic yards and even the metal with my previous baby and they just were not very good. Pros everything! Cons it's price point is still a little to high. What no one has said is it's super easy to open close with one hand and way too hard for a small tike to figure out so no worries about escape. My older child can easily access and play with baby. It would be perfect if it had 1 more panel. I want to buy the expansion but have not found it listed :(. The mesh is sturdy, durable, and it's easy to move and shape. The unit stays sturdy even when door is being used. This mom approves!

I loved this product. It is very nice and well designed. It is very stylish as and looks great in the living room, matches my furniture and it's see through so it does not seem enclosed and goes with the open layout at our home. It Seems durable but I've only had it for a short period of time. It has a very nice play area that fits both my children as well as myself when using the 6 panels. Can also be placed in other configurations.

Pros: 1. Pretty, goes well with my neutral decor 2. Assembles easily 3. Versatile - can be used with only 3 panels, up to as many as you'll like 4. Doesn't move easily even though I didn't mount it to the wall. We have it on top of our play mats, but I think it would move fairly easily if just used on floors Cons: 1. Cracking noises. When adjusting the panels, it makes a very loud cracking sound, which sometimes frightens/wakes my baby. 2. Toy panel could be better, my baby is not interested in playing with it at all. 3. While the mesh screens and the frame feels very sturdy and durable, the gray covering on the frame does rip. Mine came ripped inside a totally destroyed box (probably the fault of the shipping company, USPS). We contacted carter's and they refunded us right away and we purchased a new one. Overall, I love it.

We use a portion of it to block the tv area and to keep the kids from getting too close to the tv. The mesh is great because the kids can't climb it or get fingers stuck like some plastic ones. It was very easy to put together. Love it.

Loved the style and look just wish it was able to fold close easily when not in use. I have to dismantle the whole thing to put away. When you have a smaller place doesn't really work. Ended up leaving it at my moms house.

This play yard looks cute, but that's about it. I wanted something I could see through that matches my decor, but I didn't realize I'd have to sacrifice functionality. While the gate is easy to open, the whole thing is difficult to put together. The plastic screw pieces feel like they are always going to snap when assembling. With other play yards, you can fold them up and store it as a whole piece. In order to do that with this one you have to take panels off and pair them up. Then you're left trying to figure out where to put 3 pairs of panels, instead of just propping it up somewhere. This play yard is either all the way up, or all the way disassembled. Does not work well in small spaces because of this issue. The extra toy that comes with it isn't anything fantastic. I'm debating returning this play yard, but I'll need one eventually. I'm just disappointed in the ability to leave it together and fold it up like other play yards. I'll never use it if I have to take it apart.

We are so happy with this play pen. I have horrible arthritis and the gate is so easy to open. It is extremely stylish. The mesh Panels help give your room an open feeling. Very sturdy design.

This is the holy grail of play yards! This is one of (if not the only) play yards that has mesh and what a delight that is!! And the COLORS! So simple, this goes beautifully in any room- not a giant plastic rainbow eyesore!! My kids don't scream like they're in a plastic prison when they are put inside!! They can see out from all angles and that makes a happy momma. Overall, I'm very happy with this playyard - and I have 3 kids, so I've had all the enclosures you can think of. This one takes the cake. It also comes with a cool bonus toy that hangs from one of the panels. My youngest loves toddling around with the light and music player on the bottom, and pulling himself up to the mirror. As far as the structure itself - it's very sturdy. I have a determined 2 year old that looks to drive me crazy and she is yet to figure out the swing gate, which is easy to use and impressively study. It was simple to assemble and the locks are easy to set and the yard maintains its form. We just recently mounted ours to the entrance of the play area and we're happy with how well it's holding up in such a high traffic area. Very impressed and it cleans up well (we had a wayward fig cookie that was mashed into the mesh and it easily wiped off). Skip hop does it again- excellent play yard.
