I got This mat as an alternative to those unattractive foam floor mats in the stores. I love that you can rearrange the triangles. It protects my LO's head as he masters rolling over. Size is perfect.

I like that these floor tiles are versatile in their design, I can choose to build the mat in whatever color configuration I want and additionally the size that I want! I have another mat that is 1 piece and is an absolute beast to put away when I have guests over but this one is easy to take apart and store as needed. The foam is firm but has some give when you sit on it though I wouldn't say it's comfortable to nap on. As you can see in the pictures, both of my kids (1 and 3) enjoy playing on it - my son even likes to put the foam tiles together as though they were a giant jigsaw puzzle.

We had a rug in the middle of our baby's room but we were worried it was just too hard. We swapped it for this play mat and we couldn't be happier. It's made of good quality material but it has enough give to be a good play area.

I live in an apartment but I've been wanting to create a play area for my youngest. I knew immediately I wanted nice floor tiles so she knows that area is special for her. These tiles from Skip Hop were exactly what I wanted! I love how soft the tiles are and I can personalize it however I'd like. I can have a soft or textured side of the tile. I can customize it to where it's one solid square or I can separate them to have two different colors. It's truly a great experience and I love that I can style it to my liking. The tiles are so comfy to step on and they're very easy to clean. I especially love how happy the tiles make my child. She loves stepping on them and touching them. I definitely can see why. Other tiles I've felt just have a sticky plastic feeling to them. These are super soft and cushioned. I can't believe how comfortable they are. My daughter loves it! Love the color, and the quality is good. You can be mix and match to form multiple patterns and my kid changes the pattern every week. Its thick foam, so great for kids room where spills and stains are common. Just wipe clean any mess. Definitely buying one more set for the reading room.

These floor mats are a must when you have a little one that is starting to walk. I am nervous he will fall and get hurt and these foam tiles ease my worries. I love how you can create your own design. It's easy to change and create something different. There are end pieces which are not shown in the pictures for a straight edge.

I have a large play pen for my 11 month old twin boys and had been piling blankets under the fabric to give it more cushion because I hadn't found a mat that fit inside perfectly until I tried this one. Not only is it super cute, but it literally fits inside the play pen perfectly - like it was made for it! I love that you can customize the pattern to your liking - there are easy to follow steps for each design. I will say, my kids can easily pull the border or end pieces up, but that is not a huge issue. They love it and I love that it gives them a softer area to play on.

My son is a very active toddler who loves climbing and playing. We put these down in his playroom so that he can do just that without us having to worry about him falling on the wood floor. I am so grateful these finally came in! We've got a large area rug in your living room that we're fairly comfortable with our daughter playing on, but there's also a big section of tile floor that is uncovered that we're not comfortable with her playing on. These foam tiles fit the space absolutely perfectly and make us feel safe and secure with the expanded play space.

I tried a couple of play mats before buying this one and this is 100% our favorite. We love it because it's easy to set up, easy to wipe and clean, the colors are beautiful and match our living room decor (so baby area doesn't look so much like a jungle), and it offers great cushion for when our 6-month baby girl bumps her head while playing. It is so comfortable for her that she has fallen asleep a couple of times during tummy time on this. I also love it that I can easily remove a few tiles and add them back to make the play area smaller or bigger - or even have 2 smaller play areas. Great quality, I really like this product.

I bought this product as my little guy became more mobile as we have hardwood floors and he needed some padding as he still learns to sit and rolls around and begins to crawl. I love that you can create a mat as small or large as you want, so it fits in the open space in the living room but i can also setup another mat in his nursery for when we spend time in there. The only "downside" is that they can get marks fairly easily from pets so be careful to keep your cats with claws from kneeding or scratching them (I'm guessing a dog would probably be fine unless they really scratch at them). Otherwise a wonderful purchase, nice and thick and cushion the blow when he rolls and hits his head.

We bought one 4 years ago for babies room and love it so much we just ordered another one for the big boys room. It stays together so well not like the cheapo one that we had in the big boys room that was always coming apart.

We are so happy we bought this foam mat! We love that we can make it full size or smaller depending on what we are using the space for. One major thing we love it for is tummy time. Our 5 month old loves tummy time and when he is on a typical tummy time mat and tries to scoot it is too slick, but this is perfect for little ones learning to scoot and crawl. Love the neutral color tone as well.

I bought this a few weeks ago and so far it has been just what we needed for an infant play space on our hardwood floors. Quality is good and they are easy to put together in various patterns. Only 4 stars because the gray tiles are not all the same shade.

Tiles came quickly and didn't have that plastic/rubber smell some playmat's have. It came with several designs and patterns you can us. Easy to set up. Extra edge pieces to make any design work. Easily wipeable to clean. Makes our playroom look stylish.

My kids had fun put up the mat. We made our own pattern. Since we are covering a big area, I bought four bags. However, the white color is not consistent for each bag. Some are white and some are off white. Printing quality control is poor.
