Why does the volume have to be so loud? There is not a way to adjust it. Babies are not hard of hearing. Why is it so important to teach them them it has to be loud volume? Tone it down!

This avocado guitar is so cute, however, it is crazy loud. We don't usually do noisy toys in our house and you can hear this thing from all the way downstairs (it has been banished to the baby's bedroom) it would be 5 stars if it were half as loud or if the sound was adjustable.

The boys love music and you can find them swaying and bouncing to beat the band. They love the songs (not the same ole tunes from all the other toy brands) and it's easy for them to play along. My husband saw this on the shelf at the store and loved it. He's always loking for new ideas to interact with the boys. They love the spinning pit, the buttons are easy to push and it is substantial feeling so they can hold it on their lap and it doesn't slide off easily. The colors are soft and the lights flash but are not too bright. My only real problemn is they both love it and I may have to go get another one so they have their own! LOL

I bought two - one for my 8 month daughter and one for a friends' 6 month daughter. First of all, it's the cutest little avocado guitar with music that's entertaining for adults and children (think a little Elvis meets pop). I'm serious about this one as many children's toys have redundant children music which can get tiresome at times. It's very easy for my baby to hold and she likes pushing the buttons. Best part - we can take it on the road! As long as it's available I'm going to buy these as gifts - also, perfect price point.

I think she is sensitive to loud toys while most toddlers would be fine. It would be nice if it had both quiet and loud volume settings like a lot of toys do.

I purchased this for my grandson's first birthday because his Daddy owns an avocado farm and also loves music and plays the guitar.

When I showed this to my husband he said we had to order it immediately. It arrived quickly and has been played with everyday since (by both husband and daughter). The only downside is there is only an on/off setting and not a volume control like the other musical toys we have. It can be a little loud first thing in the morning but the melodies are appealing enough that it is easy to listen too after a cup of coffee

Bought two. One for greatgrandaughter (her father plays guitar) and one for my niece. Of course I had to try it to make sure it worked and couldnt stop smiling. Lights, music lightup buttond and roll ball. What more could you ask for. The babies are loving it.

It's an adorable guitar and is loud. But, having a 9 month old that puts everything in her mouth is where the quality comes into question. We've had it for a week and the paint is already chipping off where she has chewed on it. I'm not a fan of her having that in her mouth. Outside of that, it's a great product.
