The product began fraying after the first wash. I'd read other reviews indicating that it came apart easily, so I expected it. Still disappointing, however. My child has not wet the bed so I can't speak to the quality of the waterproof-ness.

Searched and searched for a safe, comfortable, non-toxic matress and so happy with Naturepedic. Cannot say enough things about the quality of these products. The mattress is way better quality than any other I've seen and I'm really impressed with the waterproof matress pad- not that nasty plastic feel made with unsafe ingredients like so many others, so worth the cost!

Functions as expected, and it's great to know that my kids are sleeping on safe materials. No leaks to the mattress since we bought this!

I wish I would have purchased this mattress with my first daughter. She never slept well and now I'm wondering if it was because of the mattress. I purchased this for my second and she sleeps so well in it at 4 months old. I also love that it's all organic which gives me peace of mind since she spends so much time in her crib. Looking forward to trying out the toddler side once she's a little older.

Fits the Stokke Mattress pretty well - oval shape makes everything a bit tough to put on. It's thicker and heavier than I expected, but doesn't feel stiff or plastic-y. It's actually very soft and almost plush! Haven't had any accidents yet, so I'm not sure how well the water proof aspect works.

I love that this is organic! No worrying about toxins or dyes. The material is also soft and quiet, not crunchy sounding like some protectors. We haven't had any accidents in it yet to test if it's actually waterproof, but so far it's wonderful!

Our newborn is very happy on the Naturepedic mattress, and we as parents are very happy to have peace of mind that our little one is not exposed to chemicals as she sleeps. We got the heavier one with steel coils, and are really enjoying it; we do not find it to be too heavy at all.

I purchased a second mattress for my newborn grandchild as my two and a half year old granddaughter slept so well on this mattress and would wake up cool and comfortable. No more sweaty back! Very breathable and comfortable.

This mattress will last your baby from when hes in the crib till s/he's old enough for a junior bed. The support for your baby's back is excellent all through the early years! No need to ever buy another one! A very worthwhile investment!
