I purchased this mattress for my grandson after doing research on different organic mattress brands. This is by far the best one.

As expected from Naturepedic, the construction and appearance was excellent. I look forward to my grandchild having a comfortable experience on the mattress.

As a mother I was worried about the chemicals that my baby was being exposed to with a gifted mattress. We decided to purchase the Naturepedic crib mattress and now we are all sleeping much more peacefully!!

The mattress is very firm and our baby seems to like it. Awesome that we can flip it over to use when she gets older. It did take longer then we anticipated for it to get shipped to us.

So far the mattress is great! I've had it for about two months now I think and it seems very sturdy. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the weird smell the mattress has that is impossible to get rid of. But so nice to have peace of mind that my son isn't sleeping with cancer causing chemicals. Thank you Naturpedic!

This crib mattress is SO superior to everything else on the market - there's really no comparison. It actually feels comfortable while being firm. I did tons of research on safety and this mattress exceeds the highest expectations. NO known or potentially toxic materials - which shockingly is impossible to find from any other crib mattress brand. I also bought the upgraded breathable mattress pad and I love it! It's soft and makes the crib feel very comfy. I put a breathable muslin fitted sheet over top and it made me feel at ease about moving my son to his crib. He's a tummy sleeper despite my best efforts and has always burrowed his face in the mattress since he first started rolling. Before he could consistently flip himself over I was scared to move him out of our room, but the breathable pad gave me peace of mind. I use the regular one as our backup. The customer service was also excellent! I had trouble deciding on which mattress and pad to get and they were so understanding and helped me make sure I felt comfortable with my purchase. They even upgraded the shipping at no extra cost to make sure it arrived by the weekend so if we lost sleep during the room transition it wouldn't be on a weekday when we had to work. Unheard of! This company just goes above and beyond in every aspect and I'm so happy with our purchases.

My baby is due in a few weeks so I can't really comment on the performance of the mattress yet, but the mattress is nice and thick and seems to be very well made. I feel better knowing that I've got the best possible mattress for our baby. I had a few questions before ordering and the customer service was great. Delivery was also very quick.

I recently purchased the Naturepedic crib mattress for my child due in two months. We have not yet been able to use the mattress but I can confirm it arrived promptly, it is very high quality materials, and I can clearly see that it is a breathable fabric. We are very pleased with the mattress and even plan on purchasing an additional mattress cover to have a backup when accidents occur.

We love this mattress! We have not found another mattress on the market that offers the same invaluable peace of mind that comes with this safe, durable (but still comfortable), organic mattress. As if that weren't enough, the cover makes cleaning so easy. We have actually purchased a couple of these mattresses at this point, and do not anticipate ever buying a different crib mattress for our babies.

And we needed it quickly because he was having an allergic reaction to his previous mattress. Customer service was super responsive and got it shipped out right away for us! Mattress itself seems to be made of pure ingredients and the stitching etc of the breathable cover is good. However the mattress sags and dips after only 2 months of use and my child isn't at all heavy (30th percentile). The mattress also took almost 3 weeks to arrive after the order. We were left without a mattress and the company made no effort to make it right.

We have been using ours for one week with our newborn and it seems firm enough and well built. Breathable cover is easy enough to wash when needed. Mattress is lightweight enough for us. We were told the innerspring version is a little more durable than others, but we shall see... hope to use it through to toddler years.

We researched a lot and after perusing many websites and reviews we ended up buying this mattress. It is an excellent crib mattress with totally breathable fabric and washable cover. It has both firm and soft sides for infant and toddler stages. My daughter loves sleeping on her crib mattress and we are really happy with this product.

Great gift for friends that are having a baby.

We love this mattress and our 15-month/old loves it too. We liked the fact that it is breathable for when she was little bitty, which gave us piece of mind. We still have it on the firm side, but will flip it when she's about 2 years. It has held up so well! It was a must for us to have a chemical free mattress. Happy we went with this one.

We love that this mattress has so many safety certifications and that it it is organic. Breathable mattresses may cost more money but you can't put a price on increasing the safety of your baby. This is a quality mattress that is worth the investment.

We purchased the spring mattress after a different no-spring crib mattress by Naturepedic was too firm. Happy that this one has a little more give than the previous one. We were transitioning from a foam mattress so I didn't want it to be a huge change. I rest easy knowing it's safe materials and my toddler sleeps great on it. Would buy again. Good to note adding a sheet detracts from the breathability of the mattress but we still use on. It comes w a nice breathable mattress cover, too, that you can choose to use either with or without a sheet.

With so many harmful chemicals still being used in products that are in direct contact with our bodies and our children's bodies, searching for the safest mattress was so important for my wife and I. The first thing we noticed when we received it was there was absolutely no smell at all. The materials used are of very good quality as is the construction. The mattress is great. The only thing is that there's no marking as to which side is for infants, and which side is for toddlers.
