I recently purchased my fourth Naturepedic mattress for my baby due in February. When I was pregnant with my first child, I did hours and hours of research like every other mom and decided on Naturepedic. My son used it as an infant and toddler. The only reason we stopped using it is because he got a twin size bed. When he was done with it, there was not a single stain or odor attached to it. You would think it was brand new! I was so happy with the purchase, I have bought one for each of my kids!!

We haven't tried both sides but the side we do use keeps her in her bed. It's perfect for her toddler bed and I get my bed back. Delivery was fast no complaints.

I can finally rest easy knowing that my baby is sleeping on a fully non-toxic mattress. I am trying to transition us to all non-toxic baby items and this was the first step. For the peace of mind, the price is absolutely worth it. Really glad I purchased the light-weight model because I am able to lift it myself. Five stars.

Great quality nice and firm for the baby. It is a bit hard to put a fitted sheet on but love that it can easily wipe clean if a diaper leaks overnight.

This mattress is extremely firm. I feel bad for my daughter (we got it when she was a year old to replace a cheaper mattress) that she is sleeping on something so uncomfortable. I was hoping it will get softer with time but it isn't any better and now we are outside of the return window. It is also very heavy. I would not recommend.

This waterproof crib mattress cover is wonderfully made, and fits perfectly on our mattress after washing. It is soft and doesn't feel like a plastic covering, yet protects the mattress from being damaged by dampness. I am very happy with this product.

This mattress is great in terms of safety: it has no smell at all right out of the box, it fits snugly in our crib, has two different level of firmness. I did a lot of research on a non-toxic mattress for my newborn and got this one. It was a little more than I planned to spend but once I got it, I could see why. The attention to detail and craftsmanship was the first thing I noticed. The mattress is firm and light. We've had ours for two months now and are very happy with the purchase! I was worried about some of the reviews saying it sinks in the middle after awhile and while I have noticed a slight sinking in, it seems like that's just because of the fabric, not the actual firmness of the mattress. Very happy with our purchase and highly recommend!

I ordered this crib mattress after originally purchasing another supposed natural product from Crate & Barrel, only to discover the product was not actually "green" as advertised. Additionally the other mattress was poorer quality and after only a few months of use had an obvious indent where my baby slept. This Naturepedic crib mattress is much heavier and sturdy, and made of real "green" products. I am very pleased and when I am ready to replace our adult mattresses I will look to Naturepedic.

This is our second infant/toddler mattress and have been happy with both mattresses we have for each child. The infant side is nice and firm which gives us peace of mind. No off gas odor happily. Would recommend the investment of this mattress for your baby and toddler.

The quality of these mattresses is amazing. They are very comfortable for my twins and knowing they don't have the chemicals that cheaper mattresses have is comforting to me. Our newborn is very happy on the Naturepedic mattress, and we as parents are very happy to have peace of mind that our little one is not exposed to chemicals as she sleeps. We got the heavier one with steel coils, and are really enjoying it; we do not find it to be too heavy at all.

The mattress seemed very well made. We made this purchase for our toddler's bed and I did find it was a bit firm for a toddler, but would definitely be thrilled to use it for an infant.

I always knew that when we were ready to have children we would try to use organic, non-toxic materials as part of their sleep routine. If you have the same mindset, then you know that journey is EXPENSIVE. However, Naturpedic was affordable, safe and honestly, a lot more comfy then I thought a firm crib mattress would be. Everything is going well with the mattress. It shipped quickly which was important to us and our sleep! And it wasn't too noisy/crinkly which was also important. Waterproofing has been key with all the drool and teething woes.
