All families and their children should have a healthy and well-made crib mattress-not just those who can afford to spend more. Without a much-appreciated discount code, this product would have been out of reach for us, and was still a significant expenditure. I hope Naturepedic is actively advocating for higher mandatory standards for ALL crib mattresses so that low-VOC products become the standard, and these items become more available and affordable to everyone.

Good mattress excellent customer service

The mattress is VERY crunchy sounding and feels synthetic. Definitely not what I was expecting. The covering on the mattress is pretty thick, which I'm sure will be great for spit ups/pee, but kind of hard to get used to -every movement or touch on the mattress makes a sound. The mattress is SUPER lightweight which should make for easy sheet changes. Overall wish I would have bought a second mattress of another brand instead of this one.

I got this mattress because it is one of the only ones on the market that doesn't contain toxins. With baby spending so much time on their mattress, it was super important to me to know that the mattress is safe. Once the order arrived, I realized I made a mistake in the exact one I wanted to order. I called customer service and they helped me fix the issue and made the whole process so easy. I couldn't recommend this company or this mattress enough!

We returned the mattress after receiving it. Of course infant mattresses are suppose to be firm, but this mattress is rock hard. I loved the fact that it's organic but that's the only good thing about it.

Love that there is no smell when unboxing. The infant side is a little hard, but the toddler side is just right. Would purchase this mattress again.

We ordered this mattress after trying the Avocado brand crib mattress. This exceeded our expectations. It is a local company as well and made in the USA!! The best part of it all.

Loved everything about this mattress except for the big gaps in the crib due to wrong dimensions. The mattress is 2 inches shorter lengthwise than indicated on the tag. Naturepedic's customer service was awesome and sent a replacement mattress, but unfortunately we had the same problem. Due to lack of quality control and the unsafe gaps left in the crib, we are unable to use the mattress. The innerspring mattress was nice and snug but didn't work for us otherwise, so I'm confused why this mattress is too small :(

Quantity seems nice. This is the hardest mattresses I've ever felt, however, which leads me to doubt how comfortable it may be for my toddler (and i like a very firm mattress myself!) I'm not sure I would recommend this to.anyone.

Unfortunately this mattress is too firm for our little one. We loved that it is chemical free and organic and the reviews are generally favorable. We purchased from babylist which I wish we would have purchased directly from Naturpedic so we could take advantage of the 100 day trial. We switched over from our Nestig mini crib which our son was sleeping over 6 hours a night in to the full size crib. We used the mattress for a couple of days and have had little sleep because our son is uncomfortable. The mattress also has a minor slope on the edges, that along with this being incredibly firm it causes him to easily roll over which is concerning.

We love the mattress

Product is exactly as expected, my four month old happily sleeps for long stretches on it after adjusting to the transition from a bassinet. It's well made, fits my Babyletto crib perfectly and didn't have any weird smells when delivered. I love that I can wipe it down and don't have to have layer upon layer of products to protect the mattress.

Totally understand that a non-toxic, clean mattress would be a bit stiffer, but for a baby's mattress, I was expecting it to be a little more comfortable. Couldn't seem to move my toddler over to it, so hoping we can introduce our newborn to it who won't know the difference. Appreciated the quick shipping, reasonable price and knowing the materials are safe.

I understand that mattresses for babies have to be firm, but this one felt plastic-y on the surface with no plush at all, not even a little bit. Gym mats are more comfortable and firm than this.

I did a ton of research into crib mattresses and a lot of them claim to be organic but aren't thoroughly organic. Naturepedic is the only brand of mattress I trust with my babies. My 3 year old still has her classic crib mattress and I just purchased another for my new baby. They're high quality, durable and I can sleep at night knowing my babies aren't breathing in toxic chemicals. Excellent products and excellent customer service. Cannot recommend enough !!

The mattress is lighweight. However, there is absolutely no give, no softness to it at all. I would say it's too firm.

Wonderful mattress, great quality, we are very happy!

We were exited about the organic quality of the mattress and that it is made in the US, however, we have already noticed an indent in the mattress where our son sleeps and he is not quite 2 months old yet. We were hoping to get a lot of use out of this mattress but are unsure how long it will be supportive.

Product fits perfectly into our crib. We initially ordered the wrong size but Naturepedic handled our issue promptly and without complications. Great product and a great company.

We were surprised that this mattress is sinking in the area where our baby sleeps. We didn't think this would be the case since they are so firm and she is so light. Pretty disappointed.

Don't ignore the reviews that state this mattress is way too hard. It literally is equivalent to sleeping on a hard wood floor it's too small to fit standard crib and leaves too much of a gap. Also seems to retain way too much body heat. Didn't smell at all and like that it's non toxic but wish I would have went with a different brand. Going to donate this after spending a ton of money on it and buy something that doesn't feel like a actual rock.. it's not an exaggeration

I'm extremely happy with this mattress. The crib we have is oversized and other mattresses left a dangerous space on the sides. This fits perfect and is the firmness recommended for babies. Cheaper mattresses are too soft for safe sleeping.

I bought one for my first and it's still going strong! There is NO sinking in the middle whatsoever that most infant/toddler mattresses have over time. Bought another for my second and I'm glad to know this baby will be safe sleeping on a mattress without harsh chemicals and flame retardants.

Our baby just did not like this mattress. Tried for two weeks. The cover, which is water proof, was too loud, and seemed like mattress was very hard. Customer service was fantastic though.

You can tell this is a great quality mattress, and I love that it's not toxic to my little one. I just wish it wasn't so rock solid -- Kiddo's mini crib mattress is softer than the toddler side of this mattress, and they can't seem to get comfortable on this one it's so stiff. Maybe it will soften up with more use.

When shopping for kids gear, I take the approach to invest where I also invest as an adult-this meant I wanted an organic, durable and safe mattress for my baby. Very happy with this mattress purchase so far, in particular with the two firmness options.

Love that this mattress is so nontoxic and naturally waterproof, but it's not the softest mattress. I wouldn't want to sleep on it myself. My son's Eco Classica is much more comfortable.
