We purchased this for my Grandson for Christmas. This was the LAST gift we gave him, because we knew he would be done opening, IF he saw this first! He puts everything he can into the cart. We purchased the fruit set. He can learn what the pieces are and the colors. Walking all around the house with this. He LOVES it, I am sure once he gets home, this will be the TOY that everyone wants to play with ! My Grandson is 20 months old and can handle this great !

I bought this product for my 3 youngest children (girls) last Christmas (2009). At first, I balked at the price, but, I could see it was built sturdy and very realistic so I thought I'd give it a shot. I can honestly say, a year later, that this product is great. With 9 children in our household, toys just don't last very long. This cart is still in perfect shape and is getting lots of use. I am so grateful someone still makes quality products. I love that it fits a baby doll and that the child area folds up just like the real grocery carts. My daughter has even pushed it down the stairs once & it made it without any damage. A great product that will last through many children!

Favorite toy award from my girls (3 and 1 yrs. old). Blows Pottery Barn grocery cart out of the water. Much better quality.

Great toy cart. I purchased over one year ago and the cart has held up to daily use in a child care enviornment. Cart features safety stops that will not allow it to roll if another child or a heavy object is in cart. Cart was well worth the money. Only conn for home use is the size is larger and it is does not fold for storage.

I purchased this for my 19 month old daughter. It was always a challenge to go to the grocery store because she wants to push the big grocery cart while we shop. Unfortunately none of the stores in my area have mini carts for her. I wanted something that could withstand rough play and I am opposed to cheap plastic junk. I found this cart and purchased it based on other reviews from parents. I am so pleased with it. My daughter LOVES it and pushes it all over the neighborhood. We even take it to the store with us. It's light enough that I can pick it up without any issue, but sturdy enough that it can take a beating from little kids. My daughter loves acting like mommy and taking her baby shopping. It doesn't come with bumpers, like real grocery carts have, and I have the ding in my entertainment center to prove it. To resolve that problem I fashioned some out of stuff I had. Problem solved. This cart is a great value, very durable and is extremely cute. I highly recommend this to any parent! I'm sure we will get many years of use out of this and still be able to pass it on.

My 2 year old daughter found this in a store and claimed it. It had entertained her the remainder of the trip and at home. It is sturdy and more durable then the plastic ones. Realistic and perfect for toddlers who love to push stuff around on the floor. Even has a fold down seat for cookie monster to sit. Definetly taking on shopping trips since she loves pushing the big cart at the store. Now she has one her size. Just wish it came with rubber bumpers on the corners.

Our other cart did not stand up to the wear and tear of two boys. This is well worth the money because it is so sturdy. We take it with us to the store frequently, especially when our 1 year old was learning to walk. We get compliments all the time.

Pros: looks like the real thing, so children tend to feel more grown up and pretend play is much more realistic to them.Cons: there are two shocks placed on the front of the cart which are supposed to stop the cart from tipping over. HOWEVER, these are the reason the cart tips over in the first place. Once the cart hits an uneven area, it stops rolling and hits the shocks. Because those shocks are rubber coated and the child is more than likely still pushing, the cart (and the child) tip over. This toy was taken away from my son after 30 minutes of play after he was literally flung over the shopping cart between our family room and our kitchen.Not to mention that even though it is about a quarter of the size of a real shopping cart, I think it may be heavier than one. Using this cart indoors is almost sure to result in damage and using it outdoors is not for the faint at heart.Overall Recommendation: 0 out of 5 stars. [*]

We bought this cart at a specialty store on vacation and fell in love, I had to check out their website. The shopping cart is just like the real thing! The body is made of durable metal and has a heavy duty plastic handle. My one year old son loves pushing it around the house. We'll have to buy some food to go with it! Definitely worth the money for the quality that you get.

I love anything miniature, and this took the cake. my grandchildren fight over it. it is so authentic looking and i just love it.
