Its great that you do not have to separately buy the different parts. My wife loves the one piece when using her handsfree pumping bra. The only thing is that because the breast shield and the connector is one piece, its tricky to clean. I use the medela soap.

This product came just as described, and was well worth the price. However I was not able to attach a different breast shield, because the connectors do not come apart form the shield that is connected to it.

This unit only fits some women - the standard size is not a universal fit. Depending on the size of your nipple or areola, use of this item may cause extreme pain when pumping. Check out the universal fit flanges by medela - they come in different sizes.
