Stylish and Comfortably but Clumsy and Heavy
February 22, 2021
As a travel nurse I try to look for products that fit multiple needs, are simple to use, and don't take up too much of our precious little space. A beautifully designed stroller the Maxi-Cosi Tayla Modular Stroller is a simple and cleanly designed stroller. The stroller was a fairly simple assembly with no extra tools need to snap everything into place. Functionally, the stroller is very comfortable for my 12-month old son especially with the large canopy and sun shade which we used to help keep wind out of his face and warmth inside while walking during the winter. You should be careful when storing the sun-shade as the zipper catches it and I almost ripped a hole in mine our first time using it. The wheels are not the best, however, the front wheels don't swivel so turning it is awkward, there is not much suspension so walking down a dirt or gravel road was very bouncy, recommended for in town/sidewalk use only, and there is not a lot of tread so it would slip a lot with snow/ice. The brakes worked as they should and were easy to use. The 'One Handed Collapsing' sell of this is a bit deceiving though, you have to hold a slide latch while pushing a button and the entire process is a bit clumsy especially if you are alone and holding a struggling toddler. It's more of a one-hand and one-foot fold and unfold design. It also takes up a lot of space, almost the entire hatch space of my Rav4 and is heavy. My favorite part was that that I could turn the seat around to face me for a nap time walk; while my son really liked to face forward or recline for when he was awake and we were walking. Changing the configuration was so simple I could switch it up while out walking to fit what was happening. My son really enjoys riding in this stroller but I don't necessarily enjoy pushing him in it due to the wheel trouble. I was given this stroller to try as a part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Pretty, Lightweight, Easy Stroller
February 22, 2021
This is a beautiful, lightweight, and versatile stroller. I like that it allows your baby to sit upright or recline, and face you or the world; it is always a nice option depending on the baby's mood at the time or where you are. In addition to the versatility, my little one definitely felt comfortable in the stroller! We stroll on city sidewalks so it is important that the ride is as smooth as can be. Moreover, we really need a lot of storage space and the storage basket offers just that! The stroller also folds easily and stores easily, which is nice because I often struggle with heavier weight strollers. While I love the capacity of the storage basket and the ease of strolling, my most favorite feature of this stroller might be the reversible seat cushion! I have not been able to test this out yet given the current cold temperatures, but my babe runs hot and cold so I just know this will be a nice option come the summer. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this stroller!

Versatile and fun!
February 22, 2021
Tayla was extremely easy to assemble - just click the wheels and seat on and done! Comes with a rain cover and drink holder. First impressions were great - loved the handle and belly bar wraps, loved the red color, loved the versatile seat (littles can sit facing you, facing forward, and almost recline flat). Seat is nice and deep, nice cushioning. Little looked really comfy in it, and the 5 point harness is easy to secure and undo. Stroller is agile, lightweight, has a decent basket, and comes with a BUILT IN mosquito screen and full canopy! Love!! Pushes really well on floors and sidewalks, streets - went fine over grass to the playground but I wouldn't take this on an unpaved trail or long haul over soft, grassy terrain - though Tayla could probably handle it. Love that the wheels roll quietly and are not inflatable (no worries about a flat). Adjustable handlebar means my husband and I can both comfortable push, despite an almost 12inch height difference. Brakes are also great and flip flop friendly - it's 2 levers, push red down, brake. Push white down, brake is off. Only gripe is no matter how many times I tried to figure it out, folding and ESPECIALLY unfolding is a pain. It seems like it should be so easy but for whatever reason, I just can't get it to work for me without multiple tries and getting a little aggressive. Definitely couldn't do either holding baby. It does store compact, especially if you disconnect the seat and place it inside the chassis of the stroller when folded - also stands when folded, and it's pretty light! All in all, really enjoyed this stroller for walks around the neighborhood or in stores, etc. Looks really nice, comfy for mom and littles, and has lovable perks like the mosquito and rain covers that could be the deciding point to walk or not on days where having those things handy would make the decision. Thanks to the Steller product testing panel for letting us test this awesome stroller!

Very Sleek Stroller
February 22, 2021
This stroller is very sleek and eye catching. Assembly was a breeze and very intuitive. The aesthetic details like leather wrapped handles and high end fabrics are easily noticed and appreciated. I'm a huge fan of the 360 breathable shade that easily zips away as needed...it clearly discourages people from trying to touch or handle my baby especially during this pandemic. This stroller is best suited for paved sidewalks or mall cruising as it was a pretty bumpy ride for my little guy when used on uneven surfaces. All adjustments like recline and handle height are smooth and simple. I quite like the simple foot brakes that are flip flop friendly and quick to deploy. My only complaints are that it lacks any high small storage compartments to stow keys, wallet,or phone that can be grabbed while pushing the stroller. The cup holder is also useless in its placement and function as my coffee just rattled around in it and it was mostly in the way when folded or storing. Overall, a beautiful stroller and very functional. Thank you to Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing this product in exchange for my honest review.

Beautiful, functional stroller
February 22, 2021
The Tayla Modular Stroller is a dream. I really love the look as well as the quality materials and sturdy feel. The reversible seat and recline positions allows for a lot of versatility and the ability to grow well with the child. The seat itself is very comfortable and sits fairly high off the ground which gives the child a nice view as well as allows easy access to the large storage basket (huge perk)! The privacy canopy is pure genius and very unique to this stroller. The fold is easy and I appreciate that it stands on its own when folded. On the other hand, the unfold is quite tricky and even after some practice it still remains awkward. Overall my daughter loves it and I love it! The straps are easy to operate and she's all smiles while riding. My older kids are usually nearby begging for their turn. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this stroller.

Great does it all stroller, lots of great details!
February 22, 2021
This is a great stroller if you're looking for something that is super versatile and comfy for your little one. The stroller is very lightweight and easy to use - it has a super easy one hand fold and even stands on its own (never underestimate this luxury in a stroller - I cannot live without a self-stand stroller!). I love that it has leather accents and looks very sleek as well. I was surprised and SO HAPPY that it not only comes with a rain cover, but also the bug shield/privacy shield ZIPS OUT OF THE CANOPY - SO SO COOL! Never forget the bug net again! I found that this fits in my Subaru Forester very easily with plenty of room for other stuff in the trunk as well - something I definitely cannot say about a lot of modular strollers that I have tried. This stroller also comes with a cup holder and an easy to remove double sided seat cushion. It's supposed to heat/cool your child, but I honestly think these are also great for just cleaning up messes - just throw it in the washing machine, no need to hose down the entire stroller. I deducted one star only because my (admittedly very tall) 19 month old is at the very end of this stroller and he (and me!!) are still very much enjoying strolling around the neighborhood. I wish the canopy part extended or was a little bit taller so that he could still use it comfortably. Thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for sending this stroller to us to test it out. While it's not a great fit for our family, I can't wait to pass this along to a close friend who is expecting - the fact that you can very easily use this with a carseat and then as a stroller is amazing.

Absolutely Gorgeous
February 21, 2021
I am absolutely delighted with this Beautiful Tayla Modular Stroller. Upon unboxing the stroller I was so impressed with the packaging. Top of the line packaging with protective padding all around keeping all parts safe from damage during transport. The quality of the materials are super high quality and very sturdy. During the assembly time, it was extremely easy to put this stroller together. It took me less than 10 minutes. If I had any doubts or concerns I referred to the manual which included very easy to read and understand step by step instructions. Once I was finished I was left so impressed with how stunning this Tayla Modular Stroller really is. It has such a classy look. I love the comfortable seat. My baby fits perfectly and comfortable. The harness is very safe. I love the fact that I can reverse the seat to have the baby face me which is an awesome feature since it gives me such ease of security being able to keep and eye on my baby at all times. This stroller maneuvers so smoothly. I'm able to stroll thru multiple terrains without any issue. During a sunny day I love the feature of being able to drop down the 360 shade. It gives great sun and light protection. The only con really is once I wanted to put the shade mesh away it was a little challenging putting it back in the pocket and zipping it up. Being able to recline the baby while he sleeps is honestly my favorite feature aside from the reversal of the seat feature. My baby gets such great rest. After each use I can easily fold away this stroller using one hand. Extremely convenient because we all know us mommies always have our hands full. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this beautiful stroller. I recommend it 100%. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with the opportunity to try this Product.

Your little companion
February 21, 2021
This stroller is nearly perfect! It easily folds down with one hand, maneuvers like a dream, has a spacious canopy with an incredible privacy screen, and a nice height range for adjusting the handle. The bottom storage bin is also easily accessible where I can toss in the sticks my toddler insists that we absolutely need. The only 2 things I wish this stroller had were a pocket on the back of the seat (there are 2 zippers that uncover the back of the seat, but I'm not sure if that's storage or ease of access for adjusting the shoulder straps), and wheel suspension or fatter tires for pushing over cracks/uneven sidewalks or pushing over grass and bark chips at the park. I will also mention that unfolding the stroller can be a little finicky at times, but I think it just takes practice. Aside from those pieces, my 12 month old LOVES riding in the stroller and his grandparents really enjoy how lightweight and easy the stroller is to push. Huge thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for giving our family the opportunity to test this stroller!

A Nice Premium Stroller
February 21, 2021
I was given this stroller to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I could tell it was a premium product, w/ soft fabrics & nice looking leather accented handlebar/belly bar. I loved that it comes standard w/ a reversible seat liner, parent cupholder, rain cover & the canopy has a built-in-but-hidden-when-not-in-use mosquito net. Looking at the functional features of the stroller itself, I love that it has a self-standing 1-hand fold, the basket is easily accessible, the parking brake is flip-flop friendly (step on right to lock, step on left to unlock), the quiet peek-a-boo mesh window, reversible seating configuration & for my kids the most upright seat position is actually upright/not reclined. I also found that of all my strollers this has the seat highest up to the parent (bottom of seat ~23.5" above floor). Strolling around our neighborhood I found that the stroller pushed smoothly & absorbed most small road imperfections b/c of the 4-wheel suspension & I was able to maneuver the stroller easily w/ just 1 hand. My baby seemed to find it comfortable & when he fell asleep ~15 minutes after we went out I was able to easily recline his seat w/ 1 hand. Cons: I wish the canopy could be extended w/ a panel that unzips after fully extended (while the canopy was adequate while the seat is upright, I would have liked more coverage when the seat is reclined). The basket was also a bit small/shallow. The fold also takes some getting used to-even reading the instructions I had difficulty getting the stroller to unfold at first, it took several tries unfolding/folding the stroller to get used to but still seemed awkward (you have to step on the back of the basket to unfold, I'm only 5'2", the top of the basket when the stroller is folded hits me at mid-thigh). Also, I wish that the cupholder had something inside of it to hold bottles more securely. The fold is also rather large. Overall I feel it has a good mix of features for the weight/size of the stroller

Beautiful stroller with all the features.
February 21, 2021
I am a first time mom and both my husband and I love this stroller for so many reasons. He is 6'4 and too tall for many things, but not this stroller! The adjustable handlebar is perfect and allows him to use it comfortably without slouching over. We also love how quick and easy it is to open and close. When looking for a stroller that was a very important feature to us. It also stands up when folded which is great for storage. We absolutely loved that it came with accessories like the cup holder and rain shield which is not the case with all strollers. It was really easy to put together and the wheels detach easily as well. My other favorite feature is how easily you can access the storage basket and how much gear you can fit into it. This is a beautiful stroller and I can't say enough great things about it!

We LOVE the Tayla Modular Stroller!!!
February 21, 2021
I received this stroller from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I love the wrapped handle and thick padding on the seat and straps; it gives the stroller a luxury feel. The large canopy, privacy mesh, and rain cover are great, my favorite feature of this stroller, especially in a time where we have to worry about germs I like being able to completely cover my baby without a blanket over the stroller. The privacy shade offered less sun protection than expected; my baby was squinting even with the canopy and privacy shade totally down. Luckily the seat flips from forward to rear facing, so I can easily turn baby away from the sun! My 1-year old preferred facing towards me, and I loved it because I could see her/talk to her, but she was comfortable in both positions! Since the stroller is suitable for Newborn-50lbs, I had my 40lb 5 year old test it too. His head went to the top of the canopy but he said he was very comfortable! The one handed fold is great and I like that the stroller stands on its own. I found it best to remove the seat for a compact footprint; with the seat detached the stroller folds very small. I can fold and unfold the stroller without help while holding my infant! The one thing I would love to see improved is a sturdier cup holder. When I had my cup in the holder it was bouncing/spilling, I felt like the thin plastic cup-holder didn't match the otherwise luxury product. The ride is very smooth in this stroller! I noticed it was much less bumpy on the sidewalk compared to my stroller with air-filled tires. Even over cracks and bumps, this stroller glides smoothly and baby doesn't move or bounce at all! The Tayla stroller does ok on short grass but it definitely isn't an off-road/trail stroller. Over rougher terrain like gravel/dirt it became difficult to push and the wheels locked up. I will stick with my other stroller with the air-filled tires when we are on rougher roads, but in the city the Tayla modular stroller is my new favorite!!

Fantastic mid-size stroller!
February 21, 2021
The Maxi-Cosi Tayla Modular Stroller is a great looking, well designed, comfortable, stroller. For a family who is looking for not-too-huge stroller without sacrificing comfort and ease, this is a fantastic option. I received this product as a part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and it quickly became my favorite stroller. I think it, hands down, beats other strollers in its class. Things I love: Four wheel suspension and easy maneuvering; super easy harness; super simple one-handed fold; super comfortable seat adaptable for hot and cold days; full coverage sun shade; easy adjustable and reversible seat; easily locking wheels; self-standing and compact fold (at least relatively) for storage. While by no means a compact stroller, to me this has looked and felt more compact than other strollers of its comfort/size. Things I don't love: Honestly, not much! I think the storage basket is a tad small, but totally workable. My only (small) frustration is that I haven't found a good way to open the stroller back up smoothly; currently I have to lay it on the ground and use two hands to pull it back up while also pressing a button. All in all, great product! Highly recommend.

Very Impressed Dad
February 21, 2021
First off, big thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing this stroller. When I first opened the box, I was immediately impressed with the quality of the stroller components. It was very easy to assemble and we were wheeling the kiddos around in no time. There are some great features of this stroller that were apparent right off the bat. 1) The 360 cover is incredible. Talk about bug coverage! As the parent of a kid who is really susceptible to insect bites, I can't tell you the piece of mind this brings. 2) The ride is quiet and SMOOTH. So much so, that we actually use it to get our daughter to go to sleep some nights...seriously, works like a charm. 3) The underneath storage basket has ample room. Most of those do not allow us to carry our diaper bag. This one fit it with no problems! 4) The one handed operation is super easy and really makes set up and takedown a breeze. 5) The extending handle... is perfect. Really helpful. I'm a good bit taller than my wife and this really solved the issue of finding something that is comfortable for us both. My one negative comment: the safety crossbar is at the perfect height for my daughter to use as a teether. Within a few days, she had actually bitten through the leather-like fabric which was a bummer. Overall, this is a fantastic stroller that I would highly recommend. I'll leave you with the following quote from my 2 year old when I asked what he thought... "I love it! It's fun."

Attention to details gives the little one a Maxi-Cosi ride
February 21, 2021
The Maxi Cosi Tayla Modular Lightweight Stroller is the one to go with - starting from the sleek looks to the detailed features. Looks-wise this stroller has a nice premium look and feel and doesn't seem too wide or bulky. Features-wise, it really has all that we need (and more)! You can tell there was much thought in the brake system, recline options, seat fabric, mesh privacy shade, adjustable foot rest, even the little step so kids can get on and off on their own (not ours yet). One of our favorite configurations is the outward-facing view. We could tell our little one really enjoyed facing the world and seeing everything around, though it was nice also to have the option of inward-facing. Also, it's nice to have the adapters for the infant car seat for when the baby falls asleep and we need to make an easy transfer to the stroller. The 360° MaxShade mesh privacy shade is pretty amazing. It extends out when needed and zips away when not. This was a welcomed protection for our little one from bugs during dusk/night times. A few features that were not as noteworthy: -the one-handed folding/unfolding is not the smoothest. -the cupholder is very light and keeps falling off - if only there was a way to lock it or click it in. -the need to step down on the basket edge to click it into place to open, and that the basket isn't super deep. It's angled at the back so it may be possible for things to fall out. -the plastic tires are nice, but would prefer rubber tires (it gets quite bumpy over pavers). But most importantly, how did our little one feel? Well, she looked extremely comfortable and did not complain about being strapped in (not usually the case). The adjustable feet area gave her a more comfortable angle to rest her legs. Also the mesh window in the back allowed her to look up at us and to have more air circulation/more breathability - she seemed to enjoy this stroller. Thank you Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this stroller!

Beautiful, Lightweight, easy to use stroller
February 20, 2021
The Maxi Cosi Tayla Modular Stroller is super easy to put together and within a few minutes we were ready to take it for a stroll. This stroller is well-made and sturdy, the brown leather handles are nice to look at and comfortable to hold. It's great that you can install the seat either facing forward or back, depending on your wants and needs for seeing your little ones face! My little guy preferred to face forward to see all the action! The extra removable seat pad is super soft and ability to recline into multiple positions ensure a comfortable ride for my little guy, whether he is wanting to look around or take a snooze. The large 360 shade is amazing too when the sun is shining, it keeps my little dude happy and out of the direct sun. One of my favorite features is the ability to fold it down with one hand, which is super important when you have a wiggly toddler in tow. It also is pretty compact when folded and stores well in the back of our SUV when we are out and about. The attachable cupholder is great for my water or coffee on our morning walks, but I wish we had an option to purchase a second one, as it has a place to attach one on either side of the stroller. We haven't had any rainy days yet to use the rain cover, but that's a great added feature! The one thing I really wish it had was an option for a snack tray to replace the hand bar on the seat. Snacks are essential most days on our walks so that would have been a great thing to add as on option. Overall, this is a beautiful, lightweight, comfortable and easy to use stroller that will serve us well for many years. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this stroller to try out and review!

Best stroller!
February 20, 2021
I was given the Tayla Modular Stroller as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. We are loving it! I've had both the Bob Revolution jogging stroller and City Mini double and this is by far my favorite of the three. It's light weight, easy to fold (one-handed!), can be easily converted to face forward or backwards, has a pull down screen to block out sun or bugs, has easy access to the basket, and is really stylish. I highly recommend this to any of my friends in the market for a stroller. My only negative would be that I need to add a stroller caddy for my phone, keys, etc. I love this product!

Beautiful and functional!
February 20, 2021
The Tayla is a beautiful stroller! The red color I received was a deep shade, more of a burgundy. I don't usually gravitate toward color and tend to be a black fan, but this was a pleasant surprise! I'm a fan! I'll start with the assembly. I'm not a handy person, but this was incredibly easy to put together! I was extremely pleased that I didn't need to struggle to figure it out while also being sleep deprived. When assembling, (and anytime after,) you can position the seat facing the parent or facing out. My daughter prefers facing out at this point. The stroller also came with car seat adapters for a compatible car seat. A great option for infants. The basket is very roomy, however, keep in mind, it will be easier to get to when the seat is facing away from you than toward you. The Tayla has a large canopy, perfect for keeping your little one safe from harmful sun rays, inclement weather, or prying eyes. If that's not enough, it comes equipped with a 360 degree shade. This is completely hidden if you aren't aware of it. It zips safely into the canopy when not in use. I LOVE this feature, but my 17 month old, was not a fan. She felt her view was blocked and was frustrated by it. I can see this being such a benefit for younger babies, especially during those summer months. This stroller maneuvers well, with front wheels that swivel nicely or can be locked. They are not air filled, so it can be a bit bumpy if you're strolling on uneven terrain, but this is to be expected. The one handed fold is definitely a plus when you have a wiggly toddler. However, it did take me a bit of practice. More than that though, the fact that it stands independently once folded was one of my favorite things! Too often I would struggle with strollers falling while I'm trying to rearrange the trunk space in my car. That always becomes so frustrating. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this stroller.

Best stroller for toddlers
February 19, 2021
Once toddlers are walking, they are always going and busy. You want to make sure you hold your little runner while getting a stroller ready to go. The one-handed fold/open feature lets you get the stroller ready with just one of your hands while you are holding your child with the other hand. It is effortless and stress free. It is also easy to fold with one hand. It can stand upright by itself when folded, which is great for storing. 360 shade feature impressed me. I always thought stroller canopies are too short and not extensive enough to cover the baby from the sun. The canopy of the stroller covers greatly and the canopy has a privacy mesh that will extend to cover the entire seat for the better privacy and sun protection. I love that the canopy stores the mesh completely invisible with a zipper when not in use. Four reclining options make this stroller function as a fast car to a luxurious bassinet. My 18 months old son does not like reclined seat. However, he enjoyed the upright seat position of the stroller very much. He can sit like a big boy and see everything from his place. My favorite configuration is the lowest seat setting. It is almost flat like a bassinet and it lets my son keeps sleeping once he falls asleep in the stroller. Besides my favorite 3 features, there are some extra things that make this stroller special. I liked the easy access to the seat to put my child in and out by swinging the bar to the side. The all wheel suspension gives a smooth and easy maneuver when I push the stroller on the flat surface like inside of a building. However, it was not very easy to push outside since we have a lot of snow in this time of the year. The tires could be bigger to make the stroller easier to push in the winter weather. Overall, I love all the great features and the functionalities of the stroller. The stylish design of the stroller is an extra point. I was given this stroller to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Awesome stroller with all the functionality plus extras!
February 19, 2021
As a mom of 5 I have had my fair share of strollers! Here's what I think of this one! - Love love love the 360 shade. An awesome feature for naps or protect from the sun. Easy to unzip, pull down & stretch over the edge of the seat. So handy! - The peekaboo window is great! Just fold back the fabric at the top of the seat. Love the stretch quality & feel of the fabric on the whole seat. - The bottom part of the connection on the buckle (in between babies legs) is able to stay upright and stiff. This means no searching underneath baby every time you're strapping them in. That's a feature I've never had on a stroller! Love it - The basket under the seat is easy to access and good size to hold all that momma & baby gear - The parking brakes are intuitive and handy location, easy to use - Adjustable handle height is great. One quirk of this stroller is the lowest option is "only for storage" - This stroller was easy to put together and connect the seat to the frame and remove. Easy to switch from forward to backward facing. It's so nice it CAME WITH the car seat adapters, rain guard and cup holders!! Other brands make you buy each of these items separately (it adds up). - It's a comfy seat and smooth ride for baby! The seat is also simple to adjust from upright to each reclining option. Footrest is also adjustable. - This stroller frame is awesome. Not too heavy but sturdy. Easy to remove wheels or adjust from locked to unlocked. Can stand upright when folded. - I do feel the frame and seat when folded together are rather large. This is not an issue for me, but might take up a lot of trunk space. - I also had a bit of trouble with the "one-handed fold" because although it only required one hand I also needed a foot on the stroller for leverage to open it. Took a few tries to get the hang of it, but doable. Overall this stroller really stacks up against others and it includes some extra features!! I received this stroller from the Stellar Product Test Panel.

Parent and kid approved stroller! 5 stars all around
February 19, 2021
We loved the Tayla stroller! Most importantly our toddler was comfortable and safe in the stroller when we took him out in it for walks around the neighborhood. The Tayla was super easy to install and setup for use, was very user friendly to figure out all the features and we had a great experience as the parent maneuvering the stroller around from place to place. We found the style to be sleek and luxurious. Great attention was put into the detail on design and appearance. The size and mobility of the wheels, the cup holder, and the peek a boo shade feature were some of our favorite parts of this stroller. We're so grateful to have received this item through the Stellar Product testing panel. We definitely recommend this stroller for other parents who have an active lifestyle.

A Smooth Ride for Your Little Love
February 19, 2021
As a mom of two under five, I've tried my fair share of premium strollers. We have one for everything -- the one that fits easily in the car, the one for rough terrain, the one for around town, the one for walks in the neighborhood. The Maxi Cosi Tayla Modular Lightweight Stroller seems to fit the bill for most any occasion. While it weighs three pounds more than the stroller we've been using most frequently for the last few years, it folds and maneuvers more easily. I do prefer the rubber tires of my other strollers to the plastic wheels of this one, but so far the only issue has been that the plastic wheels are a bit louder than our others. The seat seems incredibly comfortable, and the harness is far superior to my other, more expensive stroller. The 360° MaxShade mesh privacy shade is a huge benefit, and again superior to my other favorite stroller. I'm sure I'll be using this one more and more as the weather warms up to protect my toddler from the sun on long walks. The cupholder is also a nice addition for this coffee-loving mom! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this stroller!

Beautiful and stylish

This is all around a great stroller. It is beautiful and stylish. I love the faux leather touches and fabric. All of the finishes are super sleek. The recline function and footrest adjustment were smooth and easy to use. Baby loved being able to face either me or look out at the world. My absolute favorite feature is the full coverage canopy with sun screen that comes all the way down and fully seals around the bottom of the seat. I really look forward to using this feature in the summer when the bugs are out to get us! While we didn't have an opportunity to use the rain shield, it is nice that it's included and it does fit and attach nicely over the entire stroller. We also didn't use the infant car seat attachment, but it is very nice that they were included. The one hand fold is not the easiest to maneuver, this is really my only complaint and the reason for not giving a full five stars. You have to squeeze a button with your fingers while sliding another button with your thumb and use your foot to push or pull the basket to open or close. And the function is not smooth. I'm hoping it gets smoother over time as it gets worn in. In any case, it is a full sized (read: heavy) stroller, so both hands are free when I fold and unfold the stroller because it definitely takes both hands to put it in and out of the car. The basket underneath is sturdy and a good size, and best of all it's easy to get to. We filled it with diaper bag and shopping bags and coats and it held up nicely. The adjustable handlebar height is great for the tallest moms (I'm 5'10" and didn't even need it as high as it could go!) I also totally love that all four wheels are easy on and off with the press of a button for smaller trunk storage or squeezing into a travel bag for checking on a plane. Thanks so much to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with the Tayla Modular stroller for my review.

Great looking stroller with some downsides
February 19, 2021
This stroller had some great upsides: is really good locking - it would definitely catch someone's eye when out and about. It's roomy, my 18 month old daughter in the 90th percentile fit comfortably with some room to grow. The fabric was really great quality. I loved the sheer screen that folded up so you could see your child when it's facing outwards - it's a fairly large screen and love that it's not plastic. Really appreciated that the stroller could face in or out and that it could recline for nap time. The ride seemed smooth on pavement. Although all the above mentioned seems great, I did run into several issues with this stroller that made me second guess the value considering the price tag. First of all - the stroller came in pieces, no big deal I thought, but the directions were lacking and it was VERY confusing to assemble, which made it take quite a while. In addition to that, I could not and still struggle with the release mechanism, I cannot figure out how to get the stroller to pop up or fold down without fighting with the "slide this latch and push this latch" concept - it is far from one hand and takes me at least 10 frustrating minutes to setup or break down. This thing is also a major lint magnet - if you have animals like I do - it'll be all over the black fabric in an instant. Since I was unable to get the stroller to pop up correctly and was never sure if it was actually popped up - it closed several times while my daughter was in it, definitely scary. Overall - for the value, I'd assume much less of the issues mentioned above. Though - there are good things about this stroller, I'm not sure I'd purchase another. I received this stroller through the Stellar Product Testing Panel.
