We were looking for narrow car seat due to space limitations in our cars. This seat is very soft and light and is easy to get in and out of the car. It's been a while since we have had car seats so it was so much lighter than with our other babies. The downside for us was the shoulder strap adjustment. It was too difficult to do easily and had me worried something was wrong with them.

Overall it's a good carseat, did have troubles with the straps getting stuck and that's why I didn't give it a 5 star rating.

Seems to be made very well. Stitching and placement of stitches seem to have been considered for comfort. Easy to clean. Sturdy and feels safe

Being mom of 4 I have find this car seat is the lightest compare to others that I have tried before. It also has the adjustable ergonomic handle make it easier to hold and maneuvering the car seat in and out from the car and can be move to preferable positions. They used new material for the car seat that is no longer require added fire-retardant chemicals. The comfortable premium fabric padded 5-point harness covers keep baby secure and cozy during the ride, and the included head insert is perfect for the extra support needed by my little one. The car seat also has multi-positions sun shade that can be adjusted to help cover my baby eyes. The padded seat pad can be wash too. We love this car seat, I wish I got the stroller too, it would be perfect because it has the special snaps designed to hold the car seat. Definitely recommended if you are looking for light car seat with premium design.

As we have 5 kids we have used our fair share of carseats. This one by fat wins the best of reward. Ready to go out of the box. I remember spend some time setting these up and reading pages of directions. This one one is super easy to used and ready to go out of the box. If you buy this one you will enjoy! It is amazing and has everything you will need to bring baby home!

I tried this car seat out for my three month old son and it was great. It is nicely padded so seemed comfy for him. The straps are adjustable so it will grow with him. While it was easy to install, I prefer a seat base connected the old fashioned way - maybe that's just because what I am used to but I would have felt more comfortable if it was different. I felt it was a little lighter than my other infant carrier and it wasn't super cumbersome which I enjoy. This seat also works well with the Tayla stroller. Overall, I would definitely recommend this car seat.

The Maxi-Cosi Mico 30 car seat for infants is great. Previously we had a different brand of infant car seat and I could tell right away that the Maxi-Cosi quality was much better. Everything is easy to use and it has a nice light weight as well. I just wish we would have bought one of these originally!

This carseat is very well made and was comfortable for my baby. We found that the materials were mostly well made, with the exception of the canopy being a bit flimsy. The cushion and surrounding materials were quite durable, and the straps were easy to adjust. The base is secure and it is easy to move the car seat in and out.

This car seat is very light and durable. It is very easy to install and even easier to put in and take out. It seems very comfortable with a great deal of padding. The headrest is positioned well to protect the head nicely. I am very satisfied with this car seat.

The Maxi Cosi Mico 30 is a fine infant car seat. It has a base and is portable and easily fit into my Nuna stroller which is a bonus as it's compatible with non-Maxi strollers. The canopy provides great sun shade but could use an extender to be better. The only negative here is a safety issue- while the car seat is snug when moved side to side and forward/backward it does move up/down by more than 1inch. I know this is fine by safety standards but doesn't seem fully reassuring.

This car seat is made very well and sturdy. I thought it was somewhat heavy to carry with child, but it might be due to the handle not having different ways to hold it. Very comparable to outer seats I have used. I feel it's very safe for my child and would recommend this as a safe choice for anyone looking for a great seat.

If I had this amazing lightweight car seat when my daughter was younger I'd have been in heaven. Since sampling this I have purchased three for my friends who are expecting. I'm happy I received this complimentary to try and I'm happy to recommend it to anyone who will listen.

My daughter is sooo picky. This car seat came just in time every time I put her in 1 of her 2 car seats she screamed. Her body tensed and she just wasn't having it! I put her in Maxi-Cosi Mico 30 Infant Car Seat and there was silence, no screaming, no fighting to secure her....she looked up and smiled!. She is happy with comfort. Im happy with ease of installation and how carying it doesn't feel like I have a load of bricks a baby and a carseat all in one! I definitely would recommend to others

I love this car seat. It seems a lot more comfortable than others we have used with other kids in the past, and it is so much lighter to carry! And of course it's safe as all get out. I really like this car seat and so does my little one!

Expensive for an extra base, fabric on the infant car seat needs to be replaced and I can't find one for my micro 30, searched other companies

I see a lot of complaints about the inability to adjust straps while in the base, but I never had an issue and frequently took my daughter in and out of the seat without removing it from the base. She was (and still is) tiny, so we were able to use the seat from infancy to 15 months before she got close to outgrowing it. The carrier was lightweight and relatively easy to carry, though I wish it had a more ergonomic handle.

The straps are always tangled, my baby looks like he is suffocating inside, , there is not enough cushion and enough space. The pad on the strap so big for an infant

The car seat is good quality, and easy to get in and out of the car. Unfortunately, as other reviewers have mentioned, the straps are very difficult to adjust and cannot be adjusted with the seat already in the base. This means as my baby has gotten heavier I've had to haul her seat in and out of where I'm going rather than just taking her out, and it's getting to be a burden. I have really not enjoyed having to yank the straps back and forth from underneath, which also can lead to their becoming tangled more easily. I also find that it's hard to get them *just right*, so I either worry that they aren't tight enough across my baby's chest or they're squeezing her shoulders and making her angry. Once she's in it she seems to find it comfortable and I don't worry about safety, but the straps are seriously a pain. Overall, if I were going to have another child I might opt for a different seat.

I don't like to write negative reviews, but I think my experience with this car seat should be shared so that new parents don't have the same frustrations. We got this car seat 2 years ago when our son was born. I had issues with loosening/tightening the straps but I thought it was just because I was inexperienced with car seats. The canopy was also floppy but still worked, it was just annoying. My son was a large baby, and we had to transition him out of the car seat around 9 months because his shoulders were too wide for the seat, so I put it in storage knowing we wanted another baby. Two years later I had a baby girl, and we got the car seat out of storage. At the hospital, even the nurse-who has fit literally hundreds of babies into car seats when they leave-was having issues tightening the straps! It is so frustrating. My daughter is now 3 months old, and we actually broke down and got a different car seat because we don't want to deal with this car seat anymore-and I have to say it was worth it! So. I do not recommend this car seat. We also have the toddler Pria seat that my son is currently in, and it is great--zero issues.

This is an affordable car seat that's not awful but not the best. The straps easily come undone and get tangled but it's overall not bad. The one big negative about this car seat is that the straps don't loosen or tighten when it's in the seat base - So you have to physically take the car seat out of the base in order to put baby in and out and also tighten the straps. Huge inconvenience!

We absolutely love this car seat. It is so soft and safe for our baby. Grows great and easy to adjust with her growth as well.

I'm using the car lap belt to install the base and it just doesn't seem safe enough. The front of the base lifts up easily. I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong, but I don't think so.

So, we really love this stroller, but the car seat's straps come loose often, and you wouldn't tell without looking on the back of the seat. The clip hold the straps is a safety hazard, as the belts easily slip out in the back when adjusting from the front. MC should take a look at designing a better clip to replace the ove for this stroller.

I honestly love everything about the concept except for the quality of the fabrics. Flimsy canopy, I've washed the car seat cover but still has fibers stuck to it and hard to remove. My baby gets so sweaty when I take him out of car seat because it gets so hot from the fabric. The foam on the handle bars of stroller came off and I take good care of it so not sure how that happened. Should have looked more into the different travel systems you offer but it was a gift so I didn't know any better.

Love the travel system, however, I'm very disappointed with the fabric. Have only had for approx 2 months and it is already pelting. Canopy seems to be somewhat flimsy. I want a replacement pad for my seat and have only been able to find one only which was over $100. I do not feel as if this was quite worth the cost.

The car seat is great for its light weight, safety features and aesthetics (lovely colors). However, it gets so hot and the baby keeps crying. And the canopy keeps falling down. It gets so annoying on a daily basis. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone however much we love it for its light weight

Excited about this car seat because love how it looks with just minimal gadgets and things going on. It looks so sleek. The sun canapy broke pretty early on and only snapped in on one side. The infant insert wasn't great in support but wasn't a biggie. Some times we had issues getting the straps even- had to take time to fix them. I did love the sleekness and cushioning of the seat. I want to love it, just a little disappointed in the functionality and durability of it. Still hoping to use it for our soon to be born baby because don't want to buy a new one.

I've had many car seats and this one by far is my favorite. My kids hated the other popular brands, screaming all the way home. But my LO is so snug and cozy in her maxi that I'm at peace in the car. Lov
