The Lila Modular Stroller was provided to me via the WeeSpring Parent Panel. As a mom of 3 under 4, this stroller was a game-changer. It's narrow frame makes it easy to fit in my car or maneuver through stores. I can do everything with one hand, from steering through streets, collapsing the stroller, adjusting the seat, + lifting it into my car. So important when juggling two toddlers and an infant! The seat is comfortable my older kids + easy to convert for my newborn. I love that the bassinet converts with just a panel added and the infant insert is SO SOFT and provides great support going through our rough neighborhood streets. One of my favorite features is the stroller comes with all the accessories. You don't have to purchase the snack holder, cup holder, rain guard, etc. separately. The add-ons are well designed, smart, and will grow with my child.

The Lila stroller is very competitive with other high-end strollers. This stroller offers SO many cool and convenient features. The first and most apparent is the look and feel of this stroller-- it is modern, sleek, tasteful and fashion forward (as much as a stroller can be!). We are on our second baby and for our first we had purchased another high end stroller that has many comparable features but the Lila streamlines a lot of the bonus features. At the top of my list is the convertible seat/bassinet- rather than having a separate bulky bassinet that you have to swap out (and store), the Lila seat converts to a bassinet (and vice versa), it is so innovative and thoughtful. The insert for the bassinet is a sturdy but comfy memory foam, matches the sleekness of the stroller. An equally favorite feature that I have been BEYOND excited about is the built in UPF 50+ "privacy" shield or down here in Florida, I call it a mosquito net! I absolutely love the fact that this is built in and so easy for us to pull down. We take a lot of walks and It is so comforting to know that the baby is protected from mosquitoes! As the baby gets older, it also helps contain any toys, bottles, food etc from falling out of the stroller. Other strollers may have this as a separate item but it is such a pain to try and fuss with putting it on and of course dealing with the baby trying to pull it off or losing it. On the Lila, it is seamlessly integrated into the seat and when it's folded up, you would not even know it's there. Another important feature for me is the ability to convert this stroller into a double stroller. Helps justify the cost, knowing that you will not have to purchase another (double) stroller when you have another child. The final thing I want to rave about is the fabric and the ease of removal for cleaning-- again this is another feature that sets the Lila apart from other high-end strollers that we have used. OK-- now for the things that did not work for our situation. The peek a boo panel on top of the shade while the fine mesh looks nice, it is impossible to see anything that is going on! I am not sure if this is meant to be more of a vent than a viewing panel but either way, we would like to be able to see what is going on when the child is front facing and this mesh makes it very difficult. The bottom of the stroller has a removable tote which is nice but I wish there were snaps or straps to connect it to the stroller for more stability. A convenient feature is that you can collapse and open the stroller with one hand. However, I could not figure out a way to store it in a standing position so it takes up a lot of room. We live in a very walkable neighborhood and will frequently take our stroller to restaurants and if it is a small restaurant it can be challenging to find room to store the stroller. Wow - this stroller feels like a true luxury vehicle! From the minute we took it out of the box, I was impressed by the quality of the materials and how easy it was to assemble. As a first time, new mom anything that makes my life simple feels like a big win - and the Lila is definitely one of those wins. I hadn't expected to use a stroller much in the first few months, but the newborn insert keeps my little one so snug with the seat in the flat bassinet mode that its been the perfect setup for long walks or errands (especially with the amount of storage it has!). I also really appreciate that Maxi-Cosi supplies all the major accessories you'll need. I expected we'd need to buy things like a rain shield and foot cover separately, but it was all in the box! Once I got the hang of it, the one-hand fold is remarkably simple. Only trick is that the seat has to be in the "facing out" position vs "facing in" - I didn't realize that when I first set it up. Luckily, it is really easy to flip the seat around if you happen to have it facing you when its time to fold up. We live in the city with pretty rough sidewalks, which the Lila's wheels handle like a champ. It is a bit on the wide side though, which can make some doorways and passing other strollers on the sidewalk tight. I'm not planning to use it for travel, so the bulk isn't a problem for me - but good to note this stroller is on the large size when flat as well. Overall, and especially with a newborn, I'm really pleased with the Lila and expect it will grow with our little one well in the coming years. If you are looking for a stroller that looks and rides like a million bucks then look no further. You have found it. First of all, this stroller just looks beautiful. Being a mom, I often feel frumpy toting around diapers, wipes, and spit up rags, so I really appreciate the Maxi-Cosi designers creating something that I feel good about pushing around. It looks sleek, stylish, and modern. Coming from a world of primary colored things-this stroller design is very much appreciated. All of the material on the stroller and the accessories is a black neoprene-like style. I have already cleaned up every fluid imaginable, and it still looks as good as it did the day I took it out of the box. My husband also really liked the stroller design because it solved one of his main stroller complaints. My husband is a taller guy, and he always kicks the bottom of the stroller on other brands, but this one he did not seem to have that issue. He also liked the adjustable handle to accomodate my shortness and his height. The leather on the handlebar is a nice touch as well. Secondly, the Lila comes fully loaded. It comes with every accessory imaginable. Seriously, all of them. This never seems like a big deal until you are caught without whatever you need, when you need it. One day I was out downtown with my old stroller and my toddler. The forecast called for rain, so I brought an umbrella. I did not bring anything for my toddler because I did not think to get a rain protector; we were stuck at a store for an extra hour and a half because of the torrential rain outside. I obviously later bought one. The Lila basically anticipates anything you could possibly need as an accessory. This also makes the Lila's pricetag much more reasonable. Accessories for other strollers are usually $40-$50 per accessory, so factoring in everything (the bassinet mode, the bassinet insert, the rain protector, the car seat adaptor, snack tray holder, parent accessory holder, cup holder, removable understorage basket, and baby cover), Maxi Cosi is putting in several hundred dollars of accessories that other stroller companies would charge for individually. I found this stroller to extrememly easy to move from mode to mode. I really loved the bassinet feature for putting my baby in, but I also really liked the forward facing mode for my toddler. I was able to easily change from one version to the other. The only issue that I had was moving the shoulder straps. I had a hard time connecting them in the back because of the sleek fabric, but my husband was able to do it with relative ease (maybe this was a user error on my part?) The memory foam newborn insert seemed comfy and kept my baby sleeping peacefully, so big thumbs up! My favorite feature of this stroller is the privacy shade. I have never seen an accessory like this. This does not seem like something that would be a big deal, but it is really a nice feature. I do not like when people leer in to look/cough/spread their germs on my child, so I like the privacy mesh option. My other favorite feature is how easily the stroller folds up. I am amazed at how it really is a oned handed operation. I also love that this stroller can grow not only with your child, but also with your family. I like that it can be made into a two child stroller in the future if your family becomes larger. I was given this Modular Stroller System to try as part of the weeSpring Parent Panel, but it is something that I would loved to have been given at a shower or would have purchased for myself.

This stroller system is a dream! It is beautiful and classic looking (especially love the leather detail) and the best part is that it comes with everything you need! It has cup holder, accessories pouch, rain shield, and a snack tray. We love that the seat can easily turn into a bassinet as well as a toddler seat so there aren't two different parts. The bassinet is very well designed and includes an infant mattress that prevents flat head. The stroller also folds easily and flat. This might be one of the only things we wish could have been different - we wish it could also be stored upright to save on space. But other than that, we love how smooth the ride is. For a convertible stroller this is a pretty great competitor. I think this stroller was very comfortable for my girl and the fabric was cushy. The mesh privacy shade was one of my and my toddler's favorite features, and I think it's a unique selling point for Maxi-Cosi when compared to most other stroller brands. The reversible seasonal seat cushion was an excellent idea as well; it's really nice to be able to change the texture based on the season and environmental temperature, and also just to get less wear and tear from one side of the cushion. I really appreciated the other included accessories like the car seat adaptors, snack tray, belly bar, rainshield, and bassinet boot cover and newborn inlay--these really should be standard for every stroller and Maxi-Cosi did an excellent job of including everything so that new parents can have these on hand in case they need it in the future. Most parents are so disillusioned by the fact that baby gear companies capitalize so much on selling every single accessory separately, so this all in one package is an excellent draw. The Mico Max Plus (and other car seats) fit perfectly onto this stroller with ease. I like how the car seat sits pretty high up when placed on the frame, so I can see eye to eye with my baby. A couple things could have been better executed. I wish the removable tote had anchor points where the sides could be hung from so that it would prevent the tote from collapsing. I also think the parent cup holder and the parent pouch should have been designed to hang from the rear handlebar, rather than the side, because the width of the stroller is increased by about 4 inches, and that could be the difference between spilled coffee on the clothing rack at the mall or bumping into strangers at the amusement park. I also felt that the seat angle adjuster being below the legs rather than the head was a somewhat awkward placement; it required me to stop the stroller, come to the front, and then adjust it. My husband and I have yet to master the one-hand fold--we have to put our foot down on the base bar, then use one hand to push a button down while using the other hand to slide the other button sideways to push the frame down. I had imagined it being a single button to slide with one hand, but it doesn't seem to work that way. The size of the stroller is just large enough where we had a hard time fitting the stroller length-wise into our sedan's trunk space. We had to fit it in horizontally. Overall, however, I really think that this is a great product and was a much needed addition to Maxi-Cosi's line of strollers. I know that I would definitely have other parents looking for a convertible stroller consider this option, and I will use this for at least the next 3 years with my toddler and newborn! This is a sleek, modern and stylish stroller with high-end components. It is extremely easy to assemble out of the box, is very sturdy, and provides a smooth ride. I love the functionality of the dual bassinet and child seat, and the infant insert makes the seat very cozy and comfortable. It's great that you don't have to purchase all the accessories separately--they can add up to a lot of additional spending, so we appreciate that the stroller comes with so many add-ons. It's nice to have all of them ready and waiting when you need them, instead of needing to order them! You do need to use adapters for installing the bassinet/child seat as well as for a car seat, but we found them very intuitive and easy to use. It's pretty simple to change the direction that the bassinet/child seat is facing. This is important, because while the stroller is truly collapsable using one hand, you can't collapse it with the bassinet/child seat facing backward (toward you). This is a small downside in the design for those who want to use the stroller primarily with their child facing backward. We find it just means an extra step or two before you can collapse the stroller. Another small con is the basket. This stroller has a removable basket. This can be convenient sometimes to grab and go, or if you want to use the shelf that the basket sits on to hold something else. However, I find myself wishing that it was a more traditional basket that was attached to the stroller frame. The basket could also be a little stiffer/sturdier. Overall, we really like this stroller system. It's a very nice product and has lots of thoughtful touches. We were about to purchase a stroller with similar capabilities, so we were very excited to receive the Lila as a part of the weeSpring Parent Panel.

PROS Easy set-up. Upon opening the box, there was a quick guide to set-up the stroller, which made set-up a breeze. One-hand open & close. Once assembled, the stroller was easy to open & close with one hand. Storage. I was on the fence about the removable storage, but so far it has been nice and sturdy. Rather than unload everything in the basket prior to folding the stroller, I was able to pull the basket out which made packing in the car quicker. Different views. We tried in several different modes. It's nice to have option to face-forward or face the parent. The lay-flat bassinet mode is great along with the infant insert. Great to have an infant lay-flat option and not always have to use the car seat! Accessories. It's super helpful and nice that the stroller came with lots of extra accessories like a cup holder, snack tray, bumper bar, infant insert, car seat adapters, rain cover, etc. Those items tend to add up quickly when having to purchase separately. Beautiful stroller. Sleek, clean lines, attractive, high-end. The Lila stroller design is beautiful. I really like the fabric and colors and my toddler seemed very comfortable in it. CONS Use as a double stroller. I am a little disappointed that to be able to use the stroller as a double stroller right out of the box with an infant car seat (which is what I'll need for a while), I'll need to purchase the second Duo seat for my toddler. Unable to give a thorough review without the duo seat. Not deal breaker, just would have been nice to design with an option to use the provided seat with the car seat. Closed dimensions. Although very easy to open and close which is convenient, the stroller has a larger footprint when closed than what I would have liked and doesn't stand-alone when folded, which would have been helpful when traveling with two kids. It does take up a lot of space in the back of my SUV, but that is sort of expected. Shade. The shade is nice & large, but feels cheaper to me in how it opens & closes. I was hoping for a smoother open/close. Definitely not a deal breaker though. Overall, this is a beautiful stroller and has some wonderful features. I was given this product to try as part of the weeSpring Parent Panel. Let me just say that if you are looking for a stroller that is beautiful and has everything then this stroller is for you! The first thing that you notice about this stroller is the modern, sleek design. Unlike traditional strollers, this one is not an eyesore. I love the bassinet mode on this stroller system. It is perfect for when baby is napping and you don't want to wake him. Also it makes me feel better using this mode for when he is sleeping as lying on their back is the recommended sleep position for newborns. I thought it was super easy to use in bassinet mode (simply push a button) and definitely is a unique feature of this stroller. It also has a newborn insert that is so comfortable for baby. It transforms to the shape of your baby's body and gives them the ultimate comfort level. Sometimes my baby prefers getting in this stroller when he is fussy over me holding him. That is just how comfortable he is in it! My favorite feature of this stroller is the privacy shade. I love knowing my baby is protected from the sun, insects, and it is also great to use when you are in a crowded area and want to give baby some extra protection. Folding the stroller is a breeze too and you can literally do it with one hand. Super easy to use stroller that has everything you could ever want or need. Get this stroller if you can!!

We love the Lila stroller from Maxi Cosi. We purchased a different stroller with my first son, which I thought was great. However, the Lila goes above and beyond. This stroller is lightweight and easy to use, even at 34 weeks pregnant! My son always gets upset when then sun is in his eyes, but the sun shade on this stroller is large and really covers his face well at all hours of the day. The seat is comfortable for him, the straps are easy to adjust, and the fabric is soft and luxurious. I also love how the seat lays completely flat as a bassinet. This was great for him when he fell asleep but will also be wonderful when my daughter comes next month. The included newborn insert will be great to use as well. I absolutely love that all the accessories were included. I also really like that this stroller can be used with 2 children, and that the infant carrier can be easily attached. There were a few minor flaws in the stroller, in my opinion. The first being the "one handed" fold. I needed to use two hands to pull the tab to the side and push the other button simultaneously. However, this wasn't a big deal. The stroller is still the easiest one I have ever folded/unfolded and loaded into the back of my SUV. Also, the cup holder and bag attachment are nice in theory but aren't the best when it comes to position. They are both too low on the stroller frame to use with ease. It would be better if there was a combo cup holder/bag attachment that went closer to the handle. However, even with these few "flaws", I would recommend this stroller. The stroller came beautifully packaged with very little non-recyclable packing materials. I appreciated how simple it was to assemble and that all the accessories I needed were already included in the box. It took only 10 minutes from the time I opened the box until I had a functioning stroller. I like the braking mechanism; it'll be a breeze to use with flip flops in the summer, since you push down (red- stop, green - go). I also liked the mechanism for reclining the seat- very simple and smooth to do- which is important with a sleepy toddler! I thought the design was sleek, pretty, and modern. It was simple and intuitive to collapse and uncollapse. The Lila stroller seems durable and well-made, like it will stand up to the wear and tear of a busy family. I love that this stroller can grow with my family and become a double stroller. The stroller materials felt really nice- high quality fabrics that were soft and cushioned where appropriate. I like the telescoping handle to adjust for height differences. It was comfortable for me (5' tall) to push it and for my husband (6'3") to push the stroller, too. It was somewhat awkward to handle when it's collapsed and I had a hard time fitting it into the trunk of my Camry. It took up most of the trunk of my Subaru Forrester but I think if I had turned it on its side that would have allowed space for other items. I also could have taken off the big rear wheels to make it an easier fit. I LOVE that the Lila stroller comes with all the accessories! If I was torn between two strollers, this would be a deciding factor in favor of the Lila. I think the mesh privacy shade is absolutely genius. And the perfect fitting rain canopy that comes with it- so great. As with any stroller, there's a couple of trade offs. I thought the seat width was narrow relative to the total stroller width, but my 2 year old fit in it just fine. I wish I could put a hook on the handle for my purse. I wish I could fold up the stroller with the child snack tray still attached. All that said, I highly recommend the Lila Modular Stroller System. While I did receive this stroller from the weeSpring Parent Panel, I can honestly say that I would have put it on my registry in the first place had I known then that it was so great!

Thanks to WeeSpring panel for providing me with this stroller. I've tried to other brands of strollers before and this is by far the most advanced, it's a luxury version of strollers. I love how comfortable it is for the baby and you can adjust the seat to various angles. I was able to easily fold it one handed which came in handy considering this was used for my third child. I love how all the accessories came included and I didn't have to buy anything extra. The basket underneath is so practical and I love it that it turns into a tote basket that can be picked up. The wheels are great and offer a smooth ride on most terrain. It's fashionable and practical! Highly recommend !

The design of this stroller is sleek, but has a large footprint. The stroller easily goes into bassinet mode and has a great insert that makes it even more comfortable for my baby to lay flat. I was really impressed that the insert came with the stroller and wasn't an extra accessory you would have to purchase. My favorite parts of the stroller was the folding mechanism and the removable basket. I also liked that so many accessories came standard with the stroller. It was also nice that the stroller folds with one hand. It is hard to find a stroller that closes and opens so easily. Overall I think this stroller is well-made and has a luxurious look to it. This is a great stroller that is flexible and easy to use. I liked the design quite a bit but it still feels a bit heavy. I had to use two hands to close it but otherwise it was simple to open and close. I liked the tray and other accessories that come standard on it but wish the bag that serves as the basket could be snapped into place. The bassinet function of the seat is great and very useful with a young baby. Overall this stroller is great and flexible for a newborn up to a toddler. Overall, the Lila Modular Stroller System is a really great all-in-one product. While it doesn't quite beat out my current stroller system in overall ease and ride quality, it is definitely a formidable contender with some great features. Let's start with the pros. Aside from looking pretty sleek and feeling quite luxury (LOVE the leather accents on the handlebars), it's an added bonus that all the accessories are included and nothing is a la carte. Yes, that means that the stroller includes a bassinet mode (no separate bassinet needed to purchase and store), the car seat adapter, the snack tray, the cup holder, accessory pouch, boot tray, removable storage basket, etc etc. It's ALL included in the package! That's great since you are already spending a pretty penny for the stroller, you tend to feel a bit nickel and dimed when you find out that there are a hundred more dollars worth of accessories that you need to purchase to get the full use of the system. Not the case here! The price of the Lila includes everything you'll ever need so you really get the most bang for your buck. The bassinet mode is a breeze and SO so great that you don't need a whole separate bulky bassinet basket attachment for those newborn days. Just makes more sense this way! Every stroller brand should move towards this feature. Our current stroller brand bassinet (that we used for such a short time!) is just sitting in the garage collecting dust and taking up quite a bit of space. Great that there is no additional bassinet piece to store when the newborn days are done. And the newborn insert is extremely cushy, soft and made of ergonomic memory foam! My baby just turned 6 months old (on the smaller side) and we just stopped using the newborn insert. He was so comfy/cozy in there and would nap every time we took him out for a stroll in the Lila. Love the quality of the fabric and the softness of the memory foam padding. Favorite features are (1) the included accessory pouch - great for storing your phone, small wallet, sunglasses while on the go. (2) the right and left braking and brake release system and (3) the quality UPF 50+ canopy with included mesh shade for added bug guard protection and privacy. And now the cons. While the folding feature is truly a one-hand fold (very easy to do), when folded the footprint of the stroller is quite large. We drive a minivan so have plenty of trunk space for the Lila but I can't imagine that it would store very well in sedans or other vehicles without as much trunk space. It might take up the whole trunk which leaves no room for say, groceries. While the Lila features a one-handed folding feature, I could not say the same about the strolling. Yes, yes - we are not often strolling one handed but there are plenty of times when I am strolling through a door and need to open the door with one hand and push the stroller through with the other (right, moms?). My current stroller system does this move with ease. But I found that with the Lila, when trying to pull the same move, I needed both hands to properly drive the stroller through the door as it would not maneuver as well one-handed. This required me getting my leg or my bum involved to prop open the door and use both hands to push the stroller through. A small complaint, but just being honest here in my review. =) And lastly, the Lila wheels also could not handle any bit of terrain very well. I couldn't even get the stroller to roll over the tiny bump/lip of my garage. This was extremely annoying when strolling over uneven sidewalks around my neighborhood. The wheels would just completely jam up against the tiniest bump in the road which often startled the baby and also myself! A small curb or bump in the sidewalk felt like strolling into a brick wall. This does not and has not ever happened with my current stroller. We stroll the neighborhood everyday and never encountered as many issues trying to roll over the uneven roads and back into my garage when I'm done. This was definitely the biggest con for the Lila system in my book. So overall, this really is a great all-in-one system with some pretty sweet features. If i didn't have my current stroller brand to compare against, I probably would have given the stroller a higher rating overall. But in comparison to my current system, I would say the Lila is a really sexy-looking, formidable contender, but comes out just a little under in some places. I LOVE the look of this stroller. The silver frame and black leather give it a modern & sleek look which is one of the main things I look for in a stroller (aside from practicality and functionality of course). The stroller was easy to switch to and to use it's bassinet mode. I used this frequently for our longer outings. The newborn insert made it comfortable for my baby and allowed him to sleep and stay asleep whenever we were out. My favorite part of this stroller is how lightweight the frame is and how easy it is to fold & unfold with one hand. With all of the good, comes some bad-I drive a sedan with a reasonably sized trunk (can easily hold a wagon and a travel system type stroller) but with this, I have to angle it in order for it to fit. And although it fits, I hardly have room for anything else. If you're looking for a stroller that's modern/sleek, not too heavy and functional, this is the way to go! I already had a stroller for my little one because of my older son however trying out the Maxi Cosi Lila Modular Stroller System was the best thing for my newborn. We have gone through many well known and recommended strollers given my sisters and I have had 9 little ones in the past 4 years! My 3 month old truly loves this stroller and so do I. We have a lounge area in our apartment building which I take him to for recreational time and he immediately gets so comfortable in the stroller and falls asleep for a peaceful ride. The newborn inlay provides a soft cushion and he appears so snug and secure it is definitely my favorite feature. The bassinet mode allows for long naps for baby which is much needed for me to get some errands done around town. The stroller itself is gorgeous and has a sturdy metal frame which I like. I have the gray one which is a great color for either a baby boy or a girl. The design is very modern and posh appearing. The stroller comes with a whole bunch of accessories included (seat pad, bumper bar, shopping basket) which is awesome and quite surprising as all my other strollers, including ones in the same price range, you have to purchase every little piece separately. The removable shopping basket is a feature I have never seen and is awesome at the grocery store as I usually throw stuff underneath and have to bend to get stuff down there. The moving forward, breaking, and swivel features are easy and smooth for me (I have a small frame) and don't wake my sleeping baby. Folding up the stroller is also a breeze which is hugely important to me given I have 2 young ones. The price point of the stroller is a little on the higher side for strollers in general. For those individuals at this price point and deciding between higher end strollers this stroller is a strong contender and should be highly considered. This is the first time I've had anything from this brand but after this experience I would highly recommend trying this brand for the quality, the design, and how well my son took to the newborn features. I also appreciate the fact that this stroller is one that can grow with my child. Great newborn features but once removed was great for my 2 year old as well! The moment I put him in he dropped milk on the seat pad so the removable and washable feature is huge bonus! When he needs a nap I could quickly lie the seat all the way flat with the reclining seat option (which has multiple positions) which is great and needed for my nap anywhere toddler. I'm a brand new mom of two girls, age 2 and 1 month. I was estatic to get this stroller as I had been looking for double stroller options. I wasn't able to use the second seat as it is not available, but I got a good idea of how it would work with my newborn. The Lila came with all the accessories, which I appreciate because I used them all! The bassinet was my favorite accessory, especially with the memory foam insert. The material felt very high quality and I did not have to worry about my baby sleeping at an angle. It was also the first time I had seen a reversible summer/winter fabric. Setting up the stroller was difficult at first but the instructions were well laid out. It was easy to click my Mico car seat into the Lila when I needed to use it. The different style basket underneath was nice because I could bring the basket into the house with me without moving the stroller. The main con was how hard I needed to press to fold the stroller. I am hoping that this will get easier as I use it more. Overall this was a fantastic product and I can't wait to purchase the extra seat to use with both my kids.
