Super smooth, flame retardant-free!
November 18, 2021
One of the first things that I love about this stroller is that they do not use any flame retardants. That is one of the first thing I look at in baby products, because well seriously, who wants their baby exposed to chemicals that can cause so much harm? The stroller rides incredibly smoothly both in stores and on my bumpy paved neighborhood sidewalk. What an upgrade from my older, lightweight, four-wheel stroller. The Gia XP 3-wheel folds and unfolds easily and I can lift it with one hand while holding baby without too much effort. I live in South Florida and love the reversible cushion since it can be pretty stifling in the summer with nice cool winters. It is very padded and looks super comfortable. I just need to train my older kids to push me in it so I can have a break every once in a while. On my first walk with my 6 month old, I strapped her in and adjusted the belts with a bit of effort (glad I don't have to adjust each time or it would get annoying). My LO loves to suck on her toes, and as we were walking, she leaned forward to try and get them and the whole seat back went with her. I immediately stopped to make sure she didn't summersault out but she was still there, oblivious, and sucking her toes. I don't know if that's the same with other strollers but gosh, it gave me a scare. I tried to show it in the picture how far it leans forward but it was hard to capture. The straps held her tight and I am not as worried on subsequent walks and am confident in the stroller to keep her safe. The stroller only comes with one parent cup holder. Overall, I would recommend this stroller, I just wish it came with the bar that goes in front of baby or at very least a kid cup holder as well for when LO gets older. I received this stroller through the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

In love with this stroller
November 18, 2021
After receiving this stroller through the Stellar Product Testing Panel, I was ready to use it that day! My husband set it up in about 10 mins (maybe less). It's one of the smoothest strollers we've ever owned. My husband's favorite feature is the folding of the stroller. It's so simple AND it folds very compact. My favorite feature is the canopy! It covers my baby so well! Living in sunny Las Vegas, this feature comes very handy. The only reason why it's not a perfect 5star is because the basket in the bottom is very small. I was able to put the diaper bag in, but I stuffed in there are to pull it out, it got stuck and it took me and the hubby (to hold the stroller), to get it out. It's very limited what you can take and put under. Nevertheless, we truuuly enjoy the stroller and will definitely recommend!

A quality stroller
November 18, 2021
This was my first experience with a Maxi-Cosi stroller. Not only does this stroller feel high quality in terms of comfort, materials and smoothness of the ride, but it is so functional. There are "secret" storage compartments in several places for safe storage of valuables, it's lightweight, the handle has several adjustable positions, the foot panel of the seat lifts up for front access to the storage basket (something I had no idea I needed) and it folds easily. The maneuverability and smooth ride of the all-terrain wheels was enough to sell me. Especially coming from a more common, affordable brand with 4 smooth wheels. Another feature I highly enjoy is the extendable UV sun shade. I received this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel and since I really enjoyed this stroller, I'm currently looking to Maxi-Cosi's double strollers because I was so impressed.

Lightweight yet functional stroller
November 17, 2021
I was given the Maxi-Cosi Gia XP 3-Wheel Stroller stroller to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Here are several things we like about the stroller: First of all, the design of the stroller is simple and modern, which we really like. The fabric of the stroller is high quality in look and feel. The reversible seat cushion is definitely a plus. In addition, installation is extremely easy - you only need to attach the three wheels and the cup holder, which we didn't even need the manual to figure out. Furthermore, the one-hand fold works well and the folded stroller is pretty compact. There is a large storage space under the stroller that makes it very convenient when we take our baby for grocery shopping. Finally, the stroller is lightweight yet sturdy, and runs relatively smooth on bumpy road. There are a few things that the stroller can be better at: While the one-hand fold is nice, you need two hands to expand the stroller. In addition, after folding the stroller it would be nice if the stroller can stand on the ground, but it does not which means I still have to use two hands to put the stroller down or away. Another feature that can be improved are the straps, which tend to fall down of my baby's shoulder even when they are already pretty tight. Overall, the stroller is definitely a good choice if you are looking for a lightweight, good looking yet functional everyday stroller.

A solid stroller with great features
November 17, 2021
To give you some background, I have used 7-8 different popular strollers now and honestly, none of them are perfect. This Gia XP stroller ranks high among them on my list, but again, isn't perfect. The stroller is large, but sleek and trendy looking. I love the suspension and all-terrain tires which make for a smooth ride. The stroller turns very easily (almost too easily - the seat is not very deep, so be careful if you have an older child not buckled because they may fall out if you turn too fast and sharp). The stroller folds SO easily with one hand and isn't a super small fold, but is pretty compact considering the stroller. The stroller is made with PureCosi fabric which means it's naturally fire resistant and doesn't have any of the fire retardant chemicals - a very important feature for our family. The seat pad is also reversible, with a cooler side for summer and a warmer side for winter. This is a nice added feature, but not something that I necessarily need when choosing a stroller. I love the stroller, but my biggest drawback is that it is not a jogging stroller. I talked with a customer service representative from Maxi-Cosi to confirm that it is not intended for jogging, because they don't make it clear anywhere. With a stroller of this size, and all-terrain wheels, I'd prefer it to also be a jogging stroller. Thanks to Stellar Product Testing Panel for gifting me with this item to test and review!

Great durable stroller!
November 16, 2021
Thank you so much Stellar Product Testing Panel for the Maxi Cosi Gia XP 3-Wheel stroller! I have 3 kids and I've always used the BOB Revolution, Britax B-Agile and B-Lively Traveling System strollers due to their strong reputation and quality. When I learned I was chosen to try the Maxi Cosi Gia XP 3-Wheel stroller, I was excited for the opportunity!!! The Maxi Cosi Gia XP 3-Wheel stroller is similar to the Britax B-Agile and B-Lively strollers. It came well packaged; it was very easy to unpack and clean up. The owner's manual is straight forward, easy to read and understand. The tires are not air-filled, but with the front-wheel suspension the stroller can move through gravel, dirt, grass, and uphill easily without needing excessive force. Additionally, the stroller can be easily maneuvered, with one hand, without swaying in different direction compared to the Britax B-Agile and B-Lively. Overall, the Maxi Cosi Gia 3-Wheel stroller is a nice and posh stroller! It's a cross between the Britax B-Lively and Thule strollers. I find it very comparable to the high-end strollers currently on the market, but at a fraction of the price. So, if you are in the market for a new stroller with all the bells and whistle but without the hefty price tag, this stroller is for you!

Perfect for almost 2yr old!
November 16, 2021
I was in search for a stroller that would be comfortable for my almost 2 year old as well as compact in size and easy to travel with so when i was asked to test out the Gia XP I couldn't wait! The one handed closing feature makes it so simple for any busy parent as well super soft and cozy reversible seat cushion. It drives with such smoothness its almost takes no effort in pushing through the grass or any floor. The visor almost completely covers my little guy so he's protected from the rain as well as given privacy when napping while out and about. The zippered pocket attached to the top of the stroller is perfect for keys and cell phone with plenty of room on the bottom storage compartment. Overall extremely satisfied with this stroller, it was just what I was looking for.

Great, Tall-Friendly Stroller
November 16, 2021
I was so excited to try the Gia X-P 3-Wheel Stroller. I originally had a Britax B-Free Travel set, but this one looks fairly similar in design but is smoother to push. Some definite pros with this stroller: 1) The canopy is amazing. It provides so much shade and has a cute peek a boo window. 2.) It is perfect for 2 parents over 5'9". This aspect makes it amazing because my back doesn't hurt like it does with other strollers. 3.) It's flexible - I can recline my baby or have her almost lying flat. She seems comfy either way, so I really like that. 4.) The one-hand closing handle is so great. Some things I'd suggest they improve: 1.) The brakes work but the stroller still moves back and forth a little (almost like a rocker). Also, it's hard to unlock the brake in flip flops/bare feet. 2.) The baby seems to have lots of mobility in the sitting up position. It seems to let them still reach the front of the stroller. 3.) The chest snaps are a little confusing to figure out. Fine once you figure it out, but I definitely had to practice several times. Overall, I'm very impressed. It's a pretty stroller and a great buy. I'd recommend to friends and family. I was given this stroller to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Super light and delightfully smooth driving
November 16, 2021
The design for this super light, delightfully smooth-driving stroller is super sleek and simplified, while still containing all of the necessities for pushing my babe around the neighborhood. It has a super handy one-hand fold option, for easy storage and loading into the trunk of my vehicle when we travel. The fabric on the Gia XP 3-Wheel Stroller is absolutely divine. It has an option to reverse the seat cushion so that it's cooler when the weather gets hot, too. I love the cup holder-the very subtle rubber grippers make sure that my water bottle is nice and secure while we scoot around. The jogger feature is nice as well, allowing the front wheel to accommodate your pace, whether jogging or walking. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this stroller. Overall PROS: - Extremely smooth driving - Narrow profile - Easy to travel with, compact - Extremely large canopy (maybe the largest I've ever seen-fully covering my baby from any direct sunlight, when needed) - Secure, convenient cup holder - Very large storage compartment underneath, which is even accessible from the front of the stroller A Few CONS: - Not the most stable stroller. Due to its narrow profile, it doesn't take large bumps or "off roading" very well without the risk of tipping - Front lower compartment is hard to access with dangling legs

Obsessed and wish we had gotten this back with our first
November 16, 2021
So I will start by saying that I received the Gia XP 3-wheel stroller from the Stellar Product Testing Panel in exchange for my feedback, but they in no way penalize negative reviews for products that just don't work or make sense for your family. THAT SAID, I honestly and truly love this stroller. We have had another jogging stroller that was very expensive and really great, but this one could turn on an actual dime. Its so easy to maneuver, and my favorite part is how crazy big the canopy is, all while having a lot of ventilation to give your nugget for warm days. I love the idea of a reversible cushion, and the fact that it comes with a nice cup holder. One feature I'm CRAZY about and didn't even know I needed in my life was the fact that the front foot area flips up to get to the storage compartment underneath. Some things to note: the brake is the kind you have to flip with your foot, which is tough in sandals. The stroller doesn't stand on its own when folded. And there is no snack tray for the baby. Those are the 3 improvements I'd request. Another thing you might see is that the baby looks huge in it! He's only 18 months but IS the height and weight of an average 2.5 year old. He looks too big for the stroller, but seemed perfectly comfy and content so I think we're ok!! I would only question at what age and size would he really start outgrowing it? My bigger kids (3 and 4.5) also sat in it. They're much more average for their age and still looked like giants in the stroller but said they were super comfy, so I guess it's just an optics thing!!!

Great stroller for taller folks!
November 16, 2021
Frist, BIG thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this stroller to test and review! When I received this stroller, my daughter had just turned 1, weighs about 20 lbs and is just over 30" tall, so we didn't get to test the compatibility of a car seat. The Gia XP by Maxi-Cosi was so easy to assemble. It's fairly lightweight compared to our original travel system stroller (4-wheels). As I mentioned in the title, this stroller is great for taller folks! The adjustable handle easily accommodates both my husband (6' 1") and myself (5' 8") comfortably. The downside of the taller handle is I am always scrapping it against the ground when I fold it up. The one-handed fold is super easy and I like the little clasp that holds it together - makes it easier to load into the trunk. I did have some trouble unfolding it, though. Definitely needed to use both hands for that. I love the big basket underneath, the fact you can access the basket from the front or back, the cup holder and the little zipper pocket in the back. I wish it came with a snack tray for my LO because she loves to prop her feet up as we cruise around the neighborhood. The fabrics are very soft and the large sun shade works great. I love that I there is a panel in the back I can pull up and down to check in on my LO. I don't love the way the seat adjusts. It is easy to put it down with one hand, but you have to be parked and use both hands to adjust it up which is inconvenient. Overall, though, I give this one 4 stars. The ride is smooth, handles great and is easy to push with one hand. Thank you again to Stellar Products for allowing me to literally give the Gia XP a spin.
