Delightful Stroller with Small Things that YOU will Appreciate Greatly!
January 15, 2015
We have not yet used the stroller with our baby in it, however, upon receiving the stroller I did place a 15lb back onto the seat and took it for a spin around the house. Since I could not locate any Jane Rider around my area so this was actually the first time operating this stroller. My initial thought of the stroller is the beauty of the stroller its got a very unique design where the seats sits high off the ground compare to other brands. The stroller sits was leveled when placing next to my dinning table, so I imagine this is a plus when eating out at restaurants. The Rider also got a great maneuverability can be pushed with just one hand. I also tested the stroller going over bumps (b/c of the suspension that it comes with) you can watch the suspension in action as the wheels go over obstacles. I believe Jane is the only brand that has this type of suspension setup in the stroller market. The stroller is very easy to collapse and open, both can be done with one hand. The feature that allow me to making my final decision on the stroller is its ability to collapse with seats on/off the stroller both parent facing or world facing. Like any stroller there are few draw backs. The basket underneath the seat is extremely small compare to most brands on the market. However its still usable with smaller items but I imagine a decent size diaper bag might not fit. Just don't expect to be like the baskets for Britax or City Jogger. Next, at $700+ price range I was very surprise that the seat did not include a peek-a-boo window which some what disappointing. If you can get over these small drawbacks then you should find yourself a pretty high quality stroller with strong personality and function.
