Very happy with this purchase! Very accessible and comfortable for my 11 month old

Very sturdy, roomy for the child. The only thing that i dont like is that it was difficult to instull in my suv cause of the bottom of the seat cause of the angle. But in all its a good car seat.

Bought this carseat a month ago and my daughter loves it. No more crying in the car. It reclines rearfacing at a perfect level for her. Super EASY to install. We have bought several carseats for our 4 kids over the years and this is by far our FAVORITE!!

My daughter really didn't like her infant car seat by another brand. Once we switched to the sequence platinum, she was so much happier. My husband installed it correctly very quickly and it has made our car rides much more pleasant. We love the way the straps adjust when you adjust the headrest. No more threading webbing. It's definitely a great buy!

i like this car seat. super plush and comfy for my lil boy. only downfall was feeding the seat belt through the slot. so this will be annoying to take in and out of car. but i assume all car seats this size are like this

I've had two of these seats for about two months. I will say that these seats are wider than the previous graco seats that I've owned but I actually don't mind that. I really love how when the kids fall asleep their heads don't sag since the seats are reclined slightly. I would definitely recommend them!

Recently purchased this seat for my 14 month old. Very easy to install and fasten her into seat but I am having a hard time tightening the harness. This is not our first car seat and wish I would Jane gone with another.

My baby is 7 months and wanted to switch to a convertible seat that I could rear face her in for a long time. This seat seems very comfortable for her and looks great! 4 stars because I struggle every time when I have to tighten her straps appropriately I have to pull really hard and even my husband has a hard time pulling them tight. It can be pretty frustrating and I want to make sure they are tight enough to be safe.

I recently had to search for a new car seat for my six month old who was close to exceeding the maximum height on her first car seat. The reviews were great on this one, and I can see why. Now, I haven't had to completely remove the cover yet, so I don't know how easy or difficult that will be, but installation was easy enough and my daughter loves it so far. It seems very comfortable, and is easy to adjust and get her in and out. The only reason I gave it four stars was because of the latch attachments. They are SO difficult to use in my car, that I will buy a second car seat for hubby, grandma, etc before I remove this one from my car and have to reinstall. I got spoiled with the first car seat that had the equivalent of Graco's inRIGHT latch system which was much easier to use. I will say, that the LATCH anchors in my car are very deep behind the seat and hard to find (2016 Ford Fusion). Overall I have been very satisfied with this seat.

My family has always had a different brand of carseats but when my son turned one I needed to get him into a convertible carseat that was affordable. After tons of research we went with this carseat. We made sure we installed it correctly and a few short weeks later we were in a really bad car accident. My sons side was hit at 50 MPH and he walked away without a scratch. I am so thankful for this carseat and how it saved his life.

I love it. It's worth buying. I like the adjustable part to it. So you don't have to keep buying carseats. And the covers are really easy to clean.

This car seat is nice and easy to buckle in and to loosen. I have another car seat that's difficult for me to tighten the straps, but this one is not.

I purchased this car seat about 6 months ago, I love how easy it is to switch between vehicles and adjusting the harness height. I also like the different recline options. My son is 18 months old 24 pounds and 33 inches long, with plenty of room to continue rear facing for a long time! Strongly recommend this car seat for its compact design rear facing.

This is our first convertible car seat, so, I have no basis of comparison. I can say that it works as a car seat, but we are not able to use the recline options because there is no room for the seat to change positions. Also, in rear facing mode, the seat back was so high we could no longer see our little one through the mirror attached to the headrest in the back seat.

The seat is perfect for my 9 month old baby. She seems comfortable in this seat and it made our car rides more pleasant. It's a bit bigger then I wanted, I was hoping for a slimmer seat since my backseat isn't big but with the comfort it provides for my daughter, I am ok with it being a bit bulky. I feel it reclines in the rear facing position more then any other seat I looked at which I like so it's not like my baby is straight up and down. The material seems easy to clean and the purple color I ordered was super cute!

I have used the fit for me contender 65 for a couple years, so that was the one I was thinking about getting. Glad I got this one instead! So much lighter and my 3 year old loves it. The only downfall, not sure if its the same on all newer seats, but I prefered the latch system in the contender seat. It was much easier than, the newer clip on this seat

Bought this for my one year old granddaughter. She is only 16 pounds, so she will be in this car seat for a long time to come! I feel that she is very safe in this.

I have searched high and low for a convertible car seat to fit in my smaller car (2017 Mazda 3 hatchback). I am the grandma so don't use the seat every day, but still need one that is comfortable and will fit along with a high back booster seat and another child in the middle. This seat fits perfectly! I currently have it in the rear facing position behind the passenger seat and the passenger seat is set at a comfortable position. My granddaughter (7 months, 18 pounds) loves the seat as well. Installation was a breeze, the Latch system keeps the seat tight and is easy to release when needed. Finally a seat that fits in a small car, plus as a bonus is comfortable, safe and easy to use!

My husband and I made the decision to purchase it as our sons last car seat. Absolutely fantastic easy to install,simple to adjust,swap from car to car, and so comfy!

Overall I'm very pleased with this Graco car seat. It was easy to install in the forward facing mode using the latches, and very easy to get a snug, secure fit whereas other models have taken a lot of effort and struggle to secure tightly to the car. The level indicator on the seat was helpful. All adjustments are really easy to make including straps, headrest and recline. The two built-in cup holders are great and our child really enjoys these, it is noticeably better than other models where the cup holder is a separate piece that has to be attached. The seat is not overly heavy but sturdy, and safety features such as side protection on the headrest are good. Overall fit was good with our 3-year old, in that he is very comfortable, is not constantly tugging at the straps or moving around uncomfortably in the seat. Seat looks great with colors and fabric! The only two comments for improvement are that the seat in the full upright position is still slightly reclined more than our other previous models, which can cause our child to slightly slide down when putting him in the seat. And the seat comes configured in the rear-facing mode which takes a little bit of work to reconfigure for the forward facing mode. I received this car seat from the weeSpring Parent Panel.

Now that our daughter is getting big enough, we were excited to try the Graco Sequence 65 Convertible Car Seat that we were given to try as part of the weeSpring Parent Panel. To be honest, it is nice when you don't have to lug a bucket car seat around in stores and restaurants anymore. I always feel confident in the Graco brand and all baby products we have used of theirs, and this car seat does not disappoint. My husband installed the car seat and found it very easy to install with their 3 step installation and he really liked how easily it connected. We like how it has 6 positions to recline and that the inclination can be easily changed as the baby grows. The headrest height is also easy to adjust as your child grows as well. I have to say, we haven't had to use it yet, but one of the nicest features I think every parent can appreciate is how you can easily remove the cover and wash it without uninstalling the seat. Since this car seat can be used for years to come (or up to 65 lbs, whichever comes first, but let's face it, it should be several years), I can see this being the most used and appreciated feature on this car seat (aside from the safety feature). I also love the built in cup holders, seems more secure this way. We both love the safety features, and that it has a steel reinforced frame, overall we feel very safe having our daughter in this seat.

I received this car seat as part of weeSpring Parent Panel. I was pleasantly surprised as we are currently using a much more expensive car seat by Graco-nothing can compare, right? But it matched that car seat point for point. Before I installed in the car, I set it up in my house. The only thing that was frustrating was getting the seat cover on-it may be a little hard to do after washing the cover as well, but I haven't had to do that yet. I chalked it up to being new and everything needs a little breaking in. It was very easy to adjust the straps and get the right fit for my daughter before it was installed in the car. It was easy to recline to the right angle for my daughters comfort and just as easy to get the right set up with the latch as with the belt. We are still using this in our car-the other seat needs a good cleaning and the Sequence will be the car seat my husband uses in his truck from now on. All in all, I would recommend this car seat to anyone that is looking for a less expensive price point, but still wants the great quality and safety Graco offers.

The Graco Sequence 65 Convertible Car Seat is clearly intended to be the only car seat you'll need for your child, from newborn to toddler. It can be front or rear-facing, reclines, has an easily adjustable harness system and headrest, extra padding for newborns...even cup holders, which basically start out as pacifier/lovey holders, and can eventually hold bottles, etc. Our boy is a newborn, so I can't speak for how the seat fits older kids, but the additional padding worked well for him -- he fussed for a bit as we adjusted the harness, then was immediately comfortable and out like a light when the car started, and stayed asleep until we had to lift him out again. First impression: this is much heavier than the infant car seat we currently use. This is because it's meant to be a permanent fixture, not something you carry with you. It's slightly odd that this doesn't come manufactured with the cup holders already installed.... I didn't find the instructions in the manual very helpful, but looking at the seat, it's pretty obvious how to install them: You need to remove the slipcover. (The manual says this -- it just doesn't say how to do it.) To do this, you just tip the seat back and unlatch the cover on each side -- there's a little plastic hook that holds it in place -- and it's actually quite easy. Then, just pop in the cup holders and put the cover back on. The LATCH system was really clear -- it's very easy to find the buckles and connect them to the car. But because this seat is intended to last through so many ages/weight ranges, it's more difficult to know whether you're installing it correctly for your child's weight and age. In other words, it's slightly less foolproof than other seats, which just have one correct way to be installed. Also, if you're looking for a system with a base/stroller option, so you can just carry your babe in and out of the car in the seat-proper, this isn't that. It's made to stay in the car. So yeah, you're going to deal with your baby waking up and crying if, like ours, he was just blissfully enjoying the safe car ride home.... That said: it's a truly well-constructed seat, safe for a large range of ages/weights (which is really the MOST important thing), aesthetically pleasing (very pretty grey/purple color! that's the second most-important thing, right?), cushy and well-padded, fully adjustable with numerous reclining and headrest positions.... If you're looking for just one car seat to carry you throughout your baby-to-toddler's entire development, rather than having to buy different seats or systems as they grow, this is a fantastic option and great value. I was offered the opportunity to review this car seat right around the time we needed to transition my baby into a convertible car seat. My firstborn baby boy will be 5 months old in about a week. We received this car seat last month and I'm sooo thankful because it came at the perfect time! My little boy is almost 16 lb and a wiggle worm so it is getting really difficult to carry him in and out of the car using an infant car seat. He also has a long torso so his upper body was dangerously close to the upper portion of the car seat. I love that this car seat is super easy to install and is lightweight. It doesn't take up much room in our Honda Accord, which means I'm able to fill up our car with more stuff! We go visit my parents about 1 ½ hours away every week and usually stay for a few days at a time. Getting a minivan is in our near future but a little out of our budget, so in the meantime, we have to work with what we have. Having a convertible car seat that is compact like this allows us to continue using this car for our weekly visits. We had to adjust the bar was a bit because my baby is a little chunky. He has a belly, so being able to easily adjust the harness makes my life much much easier. I feel safe with the 5 point restraint and know I can depend on this car seat to keep my baby boy safe. I personally did not install the car seat because my hubby is the handy one haha. He said he was able to install it with ease and would be able to take it in and out if needed! The latch system makes it easy to install and, again, makes us confident that our baby is safe. We used the level indicator to make sure it was properly installed. I have not tried to wash the seat cover yet because it's still pretty clean after a month of use. At this point, the only thing that is on there is a whole lot of drool! I do love that I have the option to machine wash so that I can just throw it in my washing machine with little effort! That frees up time in my busy schedule! Lastly, my baby has not used the cup holder because he does not drink out of a cup! I have used it easily though. I love knowing I don't have to give up any of my cup holders when he is able to drink out of a supply cup! Honestly, I love graco products so much. I'm satisfied with every graco product I own. We have a graco 4ever car seat in our other car, a blossom high chair, and my family has been using your products for decades. They are cost-efficient, look great, and have kept my family safe for many years. I will continue to use graco for decades to come and will continue recommending them to all my friends and family!

We really like this carseat from graco. Its very easy to instal, and super comfortable for my 15 month old. It has six different cofigurations that are so easy to adjust to and a little indicator that let's see know if your carseat is perfectly leveled. The harness is also very easy to adjust. The carseat is roomy enough for my baby to grow in but not too huge and bulky in our car. I really like that it has two cupholders, my baby can easily reach out them and I can put her sippy cup in one and her snack cup in the other and they fit perfectly. I think the price of this carseat is such a steal deal and would recomend it to every parent. It's safe, secure, comfortable and easy to install. This is a great quality car seat for the price--The materials are soft and high-quality--And rival those of other more expensive car seats I've tried. Having TWO cupholders is great for kids to put both their snacks and a drink in, and adjusting the straps is so simple with the automatic rethreading based on height. Installing the cupholders was a bit of a pain, but once they're in, they seem to stay put. The sides are a bit high on this seat, so that might make getting smaller babies in and out of it a bit more complicated, but it's fine with toddlers who are able to crawl up into the seat themselves.The only drawback of this seat might be its narrowness--I have pretty big kids, and I don't see this carseat lasting too long with them. It's great for more petite kids though, or someone that has a more narrow seat width in their car. I received this product from the weeSpring Parent Panel. This is a solid car seat that with a few minor tweaks could really be excellent. First off the positives: I loved how easy it was to adjust the headrest, the harness tightening strap is very easy to use, and the level indicator makes getting the angle accurate very simple. I also really like that it can easily be used for rear or forward facing. I do have two minor complaints: I don't really like the hooks that attach to the car itself. They don't seem as secure as those that "plug" into the seat belt buckle and adjusting their tightness was not easy. Second, while I love that there are two washable cupholders, they are not big enough for my child's water bottle and they come out too easily. I get that they are meant to be removable for ease of cleaning, but they are too easy to remove. My child pulls them out constantly, which is frustrating as she wants me to put them back...while I am driving. Overall, these are minor complaints, and this is a solid car seat that will grow with my child.

It is a nice looking seat, has two cuphders, and our little one seemed comfortable sitting in it. There are also multiple recline positions. Given the price point for this seat and the features provided, it is a great option for those looking for a great seat but not wanting to break the bank. We adjusted the headrest and recline position to fit our little one, which was very easy. We used the seat rear-facing with a 13 month old, and it fit in our F150 truck with no issues. The LATCH connectors are manual, and we are used to automatic, so that wasn't quite as convenient, but overall it wasn't a big deal. Our only complaint-Although the seat seems to be very safe, as it is steel-reinforced, we would have like to see that feature extended to the side headrests as well (steel reinforcement). All-in-all it's a very good product with many great features. A great option for a safe and functional car seat.

I really do like the car seat but I feel that it is a bit too early to use for my 8 month old. My husband and myself can't see over the sides of the car seat which is something we can do with our original one. I also struggle with the fact that it is not a traveling car seat. The one feature I love about my current car seat is that my husband and I each have a base in each other's car but only need one car seat. If we were to continue to use this one we would have to buy two. The things that I did like about the seat was it seemed more comfy or more padded for my little one. He seemed to sit more comfortably in there. Also, with the padded sides, I feel that it would help when my 8 month falls asleep in there. Overall, I will continue to use this car seat but I will wait until my little one is older. It is a durable, solid car seat.
