My husband actually brought this to my attention and I thought it was rather silly to buy a pricey bassinet. I was wrong. We did not get to use the cry technology part because I am such a light sleeper, but we used all other functions (vibration, sounds/music, rocking). This was a wonderful bassinet to use the first four months after bringing our son home (nighttime and naps). Also, if there are any issues, customer service is top notch. Definite 5 stars.

My 19 month old used this bassinet and it worked great (even though we hardly used it) and I kept it to use for my newborn son and it's not turning on at all.... Super disappointed and thinking it was a waste of money... I thought Graco had better quality products then this. Hope they improve the quality of their products or I'll continue to invest my money in the 4moms products since I have had no issues with those.

I love how this product new technology detects and untomatically responds to babys cries to help soothe baby back to sleep, and it's really comfortable for my baby

Great bassinet, baby loves it specially the vibration feature. and sleeps very well. However the vibration stopped working after few weeks of use, then started working all of a sudden on its own, and now it stopped working again. Baby can tell the difference when vibration is not on. Cannot use it now as baby does not sleep without vibration. Expensive for the quality. Expected it to function better.

My son is 6 weeks old and already the vibration and rocking features do not work. Initially it all worked great then we noticed it was still functional but started sounding much louder, and now it does not vibrate or rock, it's just a very loud motor sound when you try to get it to do either. Super disappointed, especially for this price.

Was gifted this and baby girl has been loving it for the past two months but all of a sudden the vibration and the rocking has gone out. Very frustrating!

The product wire has loose connection issues at the junction and it stops working every now and then. Not all the music tones they have used sound's like baby sleep music. Some of them are really horrible. The Speed adjustment basic movement is too fast for newborns. The vibrator sound is horribly loud for babies. Not worth the price. Yes your newborn may sleep in it for hours and that is not because of product quality its simply because new borns sleep for hours. Its how they were created.

I was gifted two of these bassinets for my twins and I have to say it was great for my family. When we found out my twins were going to be discharged from the NICU, we made sure to have everything ready for them. The functionality of the rocking motion helped soothe them when they needed to sleep and if they woke up or was startled from noise, the cry detection turned on and help soothe as well. If you have the money or if you have friends that could pitch in for this, you may want to think about getting it.

Bought this two days ago and must return. Baby enjoyed the low rocking setting but woke up this morning to find the bassinet had moved itself and baby. Our baby's head was hitting our nightstand through the mesh. We had it setup next to our bed where our old stationary bassinet had been to easily reach baby in the night. Rocking and vibration settings are fine though.

This bassinet is nice at first but then the vibration and rocker got very loud and noisy. Graco sent me a new one to warranty it but now replacement one is noisy when it rocks. It's very frustrating because I spent so much money on it and it's very noisy.

We got this as a gift and in the beginning it was a life saver. The rocking and heartbeat sound is the perfect recipe to get my daughter to sleep. However, the vibration is too loud to use. The noise drowns out everything and we just leave it disconnected. The part that is the disappointment is the rocking motion. My baby is 5 months old and weighs 11.5 pounds, yet the bassinet clicks so loud and shakes as it rocks back and forth. Its disappointing to spend extra for these premium features, just for them to be faulty. I wish I would've picked another bassinet since this is definitely not one to be passed down to siblings.

I purchased this bassinet a few months ago prior to our daughter's birth. We used the electronic features twice and then the bassinet stopped working. We couldn't turn on the electronic features at all. Money wasted.

This bassinet was gifted to us for our baby shower. I've seen people recommend it on social media so I added It to my registry. I should have done more research. My son is going to be 3 months next week, he's sleeps in this almost every Night. After two months of using this bassinet the vibration, which help put him to sleep no longer works. The rocker on the lowest setting is very strong and too fast for a newborn. He would throw up every time I put it on, no matter how long we waited after he ate to put him in there, therefore we can't use that setting. I'm very disappointed!!

I bought this bassinet & was so excited to use it. My baby has become dependent on the rocking to stay asleep. I go to turn it on tonight & it will not turn on. Tried several different outlets in the house & no luck. I can not get the baby to sleep without this so I am VERY frustrated that it just stopped working after 3 months... it will be a sleepless night for the both of us. My baby is very irritable without it :(

I assembled this and the power doesn't work. Do not buy! I see other people have the same issues! Please send me a leg with a functional power cord!

I loved this bassinet until it started making a clicking/creaking noise while rocking after only a few weeks of use. I submitted a claim to Graco weeks ago and still haven't heard from them...

I loved it until the vibration stopped working 8 weeks in for my second child. Not sure it's covered under warranty but super disappointed!

When you think sense 2 soothe; you think of quiet while rocking your baby to sleep. NO! Every time it rocks it makes clicking sounds (sounds like a loud clock) and it's not comfortable to hear while trying to sleep at night. It's loud. Then I wish it had more then 2 volume notches. It's either really loud or just loud, you don't get an option when you want it lower. If it's loud for me, then It's definitely too loud for my baby. I got this product back in 2019 and now my daughter is using it. I only kept my first son in there for 2 months because he kept waking up crying, guessing it was very uncomfortable for him. Same with my 2 month old daughter. One more thing, the buttons should've been rubber or silicone because when I push it to shut the music off, the button clicks and it wakes up the baby, if it were silicone/ rubber, it wouldn't do that. This part is just an opinion. We're a GRACO family from the car seats to the strollers. We're proud of GRACO but disappointed with this specific product.I just need sleep and this product isn't helping.

I regret not getting this sooner. The quality of other crib/bassinet mattresses were terrible compared to this one. The mattress is firm but comfortable, the quality is impeccable. The fact that it rocks back and forth makes this the BEST BASSINET to ever exist! The sense to snooze feature works FANTASTIC. I couldn't speak more highly of this bassinet. Best purchase for my baby.

Haven't even had for about a week and there is already clicking noises when moving back and forth. I have a newborn who isn't sleeping through the night and I was having good luck with this the first couple days and now the loud clicking noise is keeping me up at night. Not impressed at all

I bought this bassinet a month and a some days ago, my newborn is just 21 days and it doesn't work! The vibration settings never worked and now it has a tingling light whenever I try to use it, the basquet doesn't move and it makes a weird noise

First off, when the bassinet has no problems - it's a life saver to rock the baby to sleep. My first bassinet died, it worked one time to test while pregnant & when we tried it once baby was born, it no longer worked. We have now had the replacement for 2 months & now there is a loud almost clicking noise while rocking is in motion. Some days it decides it even wants to turn on & some days it has trouble. For such a pricey bassinet, you'd hope it would work 100% till the recommended age atleast.

Bought brand new.. simply put it together, plugged it in, and it doesn't work.. very disappointed to spend so much money to get a terrible product. We are very disappointed we were really looking forward to this bassinet.

Purchased this the other day. Received it yesterday and set it up. It worked great and we were in love with it. Today we went to turn it on and... nothing! No power. It completely stopped working not even a day after receiving it. Super disappointed.

I received this from my baby registry. It clicks so loudly on all 3 settings, that it keeps us awake. I have tried every setting and the clicking won't stop. This is not what i need when we are already sleep deprived.

I have used for one week and today trying to put my 1 week old baby in the crib and it won't turn on. the lights will not come on.

This bassinet is not worth the price the power randomly trips out when we are trying to use it. We have used this bassinet for about 1 month. It's too bad because my baby loves the rocking and soothing sounds. I just wish that it would have worked properly.

FYI Roma color is purple with flowers. In the pictures it looked gender neutral to me, but it's not. I'm pretty disappointed. Instead of "Roma", they should have listed it as purple or Roma Purple Flowers. I have enough stress as it is with prepping for a newborn with 2 other young children. I don't need the added stress of spending good money on something that comes in a color I didn't expect.

I really wanted to love this bassinet. Unfortunately, my baby will be wailing and the cry detection still doesn't kick in... We went through all the trouble shooting tricks in the FAQ and it still only detects his crying 10- 20% of the time. At other times, when the cry detection finally does kick in, it will reactivate when my baby is fast asleep and not making a sound-- and then wakes him up by starting new motions or sounds. Very frustrating. The bassinet itself is sturdy, spacious, easy to assemble, and easy to move. It's disappointing that none of the bells and whistles we paid for seem to work. Will likely return this item.

Really loved this item until the motor stopped working properly. It now clicks when it rocks which is loud and very disruptive. We no longer use the rocking setting which completely defeats the purpose of this product. We bought it especially for the rocking setting.

Working great for the first few months of use and now the motor gave out after about two months of use. Keeps everyone up had to stop using the feature.

How can I get a replacement cord for the bassinet I lost mine

I got this bassinet for my baby shower, and was really excited to use it...the first few weeks of using the music started to break - half of the songs sound like white noise because they are breaking already. It wakes the baby up its so bad so I can't use the music anymore. Would not recommend unless this is fixed.

My son is 3 1/2 months old. We absolutely loved this bassinet in the beginning. We raved about it to our pregnant friends. The rocking is super clutch when the baby begins to fuss. However, by month 2, the bassinet began making noises when it rocked... like an old rocking chair. My baby is only 12 pounds and when the noise began he was under ten pounds. I thought I'd use this bassinet for my next baby (hence why we spent so much on it), but it doesn't have the longevity I thought it would.

The rocking, vibrating, noises, and light are good. It's definitely MUCH more affordable than any similar product. However, the cry detection requires quite a bit to go off. It would be nice if it addressed even restlessness and cooing. Also, some kind of convenience button to activate it for 10 minutes while sleeping would make this a vastly better product.

The Gracie sense to snooze is a great bassinet. Has a lot of useful features. Has 10 options of music and 10 different sound machine options so finding one your little one enjoys is a breeze. The buttons do click but if the sound machine is on it drowns it out. Has good rocking motion that helps with fussy baby.

The first month it was good ; but now it makes a clicking noise when moving back and forth . It's loud and annoying. So mad ! I do not recommend especially for the money paid for this product . I love all graco products so I am very disappointed!!

No issues following the easy to comprehend instructions. Everything easily went together and the number of parts is NOT overwhelming, and assembly is intuitive even without instructions. Took less than 20 minutes to put together including reviewing user manual to verify assembly. Plugged it in and everything works as described. The music does sound like simple 1980's video game technology but all other features will prove to be useful. I would recommend this product for ease of assembly and functionality of features.
