We've been using this for our almost 3 month old since she was born and I absolutely love it! The rocking puts her to sleep and keeps her asleep and it's nice to have the white noise machine built in. I also really like the vibrate mode for when she's really fussy or when she's already falling asleep and just needs a little motion to send her off to dream land. It's also nice as we will soon start to wean her off the rocking for when she'll sleep in her crib in a few months, so we can keep it stationary and only start rocking once she starts fussing. I don't use the feature for it to sense when she starts crying bc it's right next to the bed and typically if she starts crying it's because she needs something lol but it's cool that it's there! This has truly been a lifesaver and I dont understand why ppl would rent a sn** when the graco costs what you would pay each month for the sn** rental.

I want to love this bassinet but I can't due to it not lasting even 1 baby! My child sleeps perfectly well in it and I love the size. At first the rocking and vibration worked perfectly but with each month it got louder and louder and those features started working less and less. Now the vibration is super loud but barely actually vibrates. The rocking works but is so loud my partner and I are having troubles sleeping. There were good things about it and I think it could've been a great purchase if it lasted but unfortunately it's just not made well.

I have been using this product for about a week now, my baby is only 6 days old and the vibration setting has started to cut out and stop working. I especially liked this feature it soothed my baby so much.

My son loves this bassinet but after exactly 3 months the vibration(his favorite feature) stopped working. He went from sleeping almost through the night to waking up every hour.

Mine won't turn on after not using for a few months

We bought this for our last baby who ended up being a still born. We tried it out one time and it worked great. After our baby was born and we didn't need it we put it in storage. We are now expecting in 4 days and we got it out only to find out that it won't turn on or do anything!

We decided on this bed instead of the snoo. It's a way better price and we've absolutely loved it. It's been a game changer for us. We use the music and rocker a lot. I wish there was a timer of some sort, so that's why the 4/5, but this bed has made such a huge difference. Our little one still struggles to sleep at night, but this bed has sped up the awake times and has given us some much needed help. Very happy I bought it. I did the urgent shipping and it came on time as well.

I got this as a baby shower gift and I was very excited to use it however when the rocking feature is on it makes an extremely loud clicking noise. My baby loves to be rocked and that's how she goes to sleep but the clicking noise is so loud that it wakes up my baby and we have to pick her up constantly. We tried to find solutions to try and fix the problem but was unsuccessful. My baby will use this bassinet occasionally but we have to rock it manually instead of turning it on which really defeats this whole purpose of having it. Other than that the other features are fine and the crying detection does really work.

I LOVE this bassinet. I only wish I new about it with my first. My two week old is sleeping 5 full hours a night and has since we brought her home.

Bought the bassinet before my son was born. Used it everyday since day one when we got home with the baby and after 3 months the vibration mode stopped working really disappointed. Am not sure if the sound of the vibration mode has something to do with it not working anymore but the sound was very loud and after 2 months the sound just started fading away until it stopped working all of a sudden.

Ours was used 2 times and will not turn on now! So frustrating!

This bassinet did everything it promised. It was easy to set up. Light enough to move around the house. It was affordable. The back and forth motion enraged our 3.5 month old so we returned it. When the cry detection would cycle through the white noise options it sent her over the edge. Hopefully a new model will come out with more rocking motions that are a little more gentle. I even got a little motion sick watching it in action. At the price I would say it's worth a try for a desperate, sleep deprived parent.

I received this as a gift from my shower. It was great until it completely stopped working. I have 2 of them one for each twin. The one works fine the other one just gave up. Will be contacting customer service

I'm really bummed about the cry detection taking so long to kick in. By the time is starts my baby is wide awake screaming her head off and my husbands wide awake too. Does it normally take longer than 5 mins to kick in graco? Really wished I would've know before I purchased.

It's nice. We turn it on once a day or so for him. He seems to like it (?) but I don't think it keeps him asleep. I think it looks nice in our living room, where we keep it.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. I purchased prior to the birth of our second child. We used it twice. She didn't care for it so we waited a few more weeks before trying again. By then it has stopped working completely. It would not turn on. Contacted the company. Took several weeks to receive a reply and over a month to finally get a replacement. Have used the replacement only a handful of times and the same exact thing has happened.

The weight limit is standard for mist bassinets, but I have a chunky baby, so he didn't last too long in it. If you have a chubby or tall baby, this bassinet won't work long for you. The other thing that was an inconvenience for us was that the cry detection doesn't work until it's a full on scream/cry. At this point, our little one wasn't able to soothe himself back to sleep yet, so I did feel like it turned on passed the point of being able to soothe to sleep without parent assistance. Overall, it is an amazing bassinet with a ton of features!

I was given this bassinet for my baby shower. My baby should be here in two weeks or less. I am so in love such a reasonable price and customer service is quick to replace anything. If it's faulty on top of that for customer service is amazing I've been a graco Baby myself and been using it with all my children for over 14 years

Bought several years ago. Had been holding up just fine. Does make some noise when rocking but baby sleeps with a sound machine anyways.

The bassinet did everything it was supposed to do. My daughter is just spoiled and would rather be held. I would recommend this for any baby.

We used this between 3-6months. It was really nice to have for the self rocking. We didn't use many of the other options like the music and vibrating. But the rocking was awesome. It did make some noise when it moved but i think it actually helped my son settle down with the patterned rhythm. If you're going back and forth on this product just try it out. You never know if you don't try and you might be surprised!

I bought this right before having my little guy anticipating that it would be a life saver with having a busy 2 year old too. It was just that. It provided rocking and ocean like sounds to calm him while I handled the 2 year old. It definitely lasted a while with our nicu baby. My only complaints for it would be a little nightlight and better storage on the bottom.

The crib is a good size, cute, and easy to assemble. Unfortunately, the features do not help our baby sleep at all. The rocking feature is too fast when cry detection is activated and causes our baby to be *very* upset instead of calming her back to sleep. In my opinion the crib doesn't add much value compared to a normal non moving crib.

I've had mine for about a week and it won't turn on at all. I've tried everything. Though about ordering a replacement power cord, but they don't make thay very easy to do.

I received this as a birth gift a few months ago and I loved it but it stops turning on.

We bought this as an upgrade for our fourth baby. My husband put it together and it worked great and I was so excited to use it. Now that the baby is here and we are ready to use it it's stopped turning on. We also gave our other bassinet away so now we have one that does nothing and I'm so bummed cause I was incredibly excited for this purchase

We bought this ahead of time it was really easy to set up he was working and then about three weeks later we brought our baby home and it won't even turn on. Very disappointed.

I hope someone at graco reads this and maybe gets in contact. I love this product but we have only had it for 2 months and the vibrating feature is already not working. I was hoping to replace the unit but after looking they don't offer a replacement. Not sure what I can do.

I purchased this bassinet for my second baby and I could not be happier. The bassinet has been a life saver for me. Highly recommend. It has white noise, bird chirping sound, waves, melody songs. The cry detection works well. The rocking motion has three setting that work really well. Amazing product for any mom.

I bought this product 10 months and am so happy I did! Setting up the bassinet was not complicated and instructions were simple and easy to follow. The features are awesome and helped soothe my baby definitely parent and baby friendly. The bassinet doesn't take up a lot of space and easily accessible for parents.

We got this as a gift, tried once, worked great...moved 3 feet and now it won't work. Not sure of the cord is shortening out,but not looking forward to disassembling this and trying to return at the store. We were so excited and now are sorely disappointed
