We got the unit and followed the instructions to assemble it. We finally got some D batteries and inserted 1 into the vibration unit, but the seat does not vibrate! We're not sure if the vibration unit, the switch, or the cable is faulty, but this is really disappointing considering this is a new unit from Graco and this is one of the main reasons we bought this model!

I just had my second child in October. This playard is perfect size to keep in the living room and the baskets on the side are very convenient. I am giving it only 4 stars though because the vibration in the infant seat went out after 2 months. I tried replacing the battery (D) but there is a shortage in one cords that connects to the vibrating box.

We love the pack n play for our grandson. Easy to put up and take down. We've had to do that a number of times and it's no effort at all. However, the only thing I would improve on is the mattress. Seems a bit hard for a little one. I've purchased a pad and sheets to put on top of it, but it's still a bit hard.

Love that I can take the bouncer to any room of the house.

The snuggle suite lx playard got me through the first 5 months with my first child. We lived in a small trailer and this set truly saved us. It fit perfectly in our house, gave my son a place to sleep safely with the bassinet feature as well as a changing station I couldnt have fit anywhere else in our home as well as a caddy to put those things you need for the changing station. As he grew we put away the bassinet and the playard itself was wonderful. A year and a half later we used the same set for our daughter. Now it's perfect for when we go out of town, it gives our daughter a place to sleep. I tried buying a different brand for our daughter at one point and it was a complete disappointment, I will never stray from graco again

I purchased this product for our baby to come and wanted to test it out to ensure that it was easy to work with. The playard is fantastic. Super easy to setup and tear down. This will be fantastic in the future and I look forward to having it for our road trips, and adventures to the beach. I do want to bring attention though to the changing station and baby seat. These two things will take up some room. Although the playard folds up into no more than 24" long, and 6" wide and tall, these two things will take up a full seat in the back, and much of your cargo area. So, my suggestion to Graco is to invest in a "fit fold" system for the baby seat and changing station. This will help significantly with space saving. Overall, this will be great at home with the changing station and baby seat, but only the playard along will be coming with us on trips.

I bought this for my step daughter and she loved it & just bought another one for my daughter who is having a baby soon. Convenient to have an elevated area to change the baby and have all the essentials for that in the handy side caddy and the quality is good.

I purchased this for my first grandchild. It is extremely the most amazing play yard I've ever seen! Easy to assemble and has amazing features. It also will work for long term use...I'm overjoyed with this purchase. Graco is a dependable product that always puts safety, features, functionality, dependability and affordability in one of many of their amazing products.

Have not gotten to use this yet but I can tell the quality is great so far! The instructions are pretty confusing though to be honest, but once we figured it out, everything came out nice and sturdy. Looking forward to using this once our baby girl gets here!

Got this from my registry for my first son. The mattress is horrible. It's had a lump in it from day one. My 1st born was a solid sleeper and my 2nd isn't ... making the mattress an issue.

Can't wait to use this once my Grandbaby is born. Did a "trial run set-up" and it was super easy! Fabric is super soft and durable. Sure beats the old style play yards that were made with rigid plastics!!! Excellent product-super happy!!

I bought this for my grand daughter and it has been a great success! The only reason I do not give it 5 stars is because it took a long time to put together. Otherwise, I love all the features.

So far I like my purchase. It was super easy to put the Graco Pack and Play Snuggle Suite LX Playard. Can't wait to see how my little one responds to it after I give birth.

I see that Graco has not yet fixed the instructions. They are really awful. "Put this exactly as it is in the picture," but the picture is so small you cannot see the details. After several hours of trial and error, I finally got it all together. I would be happy to edit instructions for clarity if Graco asks.

This product has been very functional for my baby. She loves the infant seat, but unfortunately the vibrator is finicky. Sometimes it works and often it doesn't. We have changed the battery many times over the past two months. Am I able to get a replacement seat?

I love this pack n play. It works great for my newborn- was easy to assemble. However, when I bought this, the website said it was black. It is not. Really disappointed that I'm stuck with this product that looks horrible in the room due to an inaccurate description.

We use this play yard downstairs (2 story home) which allows the baby to nap and have a changing station without having to be on a separate floor as the baby to get things done in the kitchen/laundry.

I bought this for my soon to be granddaughter. My kids apartment is very small and we were looking for something that fit the apartment, but still offered the features my daughter-in-law wanted. This had everything. I'm told it was a bit confusing to set up but once it was up it was sturdy and of good quality

I bought this when I was pregnant on sale. So glad I did its smaller than my crib so it fits right next to my bed also love the changing station on top. Great trio combination so worth the money! Do not even need a crib when you have this.

I would give this product 5 stars but the vibrating feature has been a hassle after about a month of use. I'm not sure if the vibrating box has a problem or maybe there is a short in the wiring but only works part of the time. You can take it out and put new batteries in and it still won't work. Then you can randomly walk by, turn it on, and it works great. I see others have had this problem as well based on the comments so is there a fix for this?

Assemble is a pain and you won't really be able to use all the features for more than a few months so save yourself some money and a headache and go for a more basic pack 'n' play.

Love this pack and play.. I literally bought 3!! All Abbington pattern. One for each of my expecting children and one to keep at my own home.Very convenient..perfect for this Grammy's house! The changing section is perfect...the "bouncy" seat is awesome.. very good quality.. great value for the price.

In a two story home this will be perfect as our second changing station. It provides all of the extra storage space needed too!

We were really excited to get this playard, and most of it has worked out well. Except for the Infant Soother Seat. Our son loves the vibrations, but it gobbles batteries, and we have to knock the unit around to get it to turn on almost every time. There doesn't seem to be any replacement parts for this either. Very disappointed.

I bought this product for my first Grandchild and believe me !! It was an instant like. The very look of it is so appealing and catchy . The changer and the bouncer are awesome and best it is that it's useful for a long time for the child. Kudos GRACO !! You invented a luxury of class for the tiny ones.

I am happy I have own this! I have a almost 5 month old baby boy-- my first! Anyways-- Super easy to put together and convenient! I can tell i will be using this for a good while-- but the vibration on my bouncer has almost stopped working! I have to jiggle it -- even with new batteries, so it can work a little! It worked like a charm before. I've used it atleast 25 times with the vibration on and never had an issue, until 2 months into it. I also hate that the music box has a timer. I'm trying to figure out how to not have a timer at all, so i,can keep the music and/or light on for as long as I'd like! Other then that-- I love it!

I love this system!I would've easily given it 5 stars... But after only 2 months the vibration system on the seat seems to have a short. I'm not sure if it's the vibration box or the controller...we were replacing the batteries every night or 2. I changed out the vibration pack with another pack n play unit I had and it did better for about a week or so and now we're right back to where we were. I was hopefully when I changed the packs thinking it must have been a bad pack but now I think the controller has caused another pack to go bad. Great system but this is frustrating! My little one can't fall asleep without the vibration and batteries are costing us a fortune! Is this a common problem? Please help!

We haven't used the product yet, we just purchased this Snuggle Suite for our first grandchild. I found the instructions very difficult to follow with no clear pictures or directions. The parts were not grouped together at all with the correct items e.g. the changing and baby seat were all mixed together. I put together an entire home office of IKEA cabinets and desk furniture and I had NO problem following the instructions. I believe that I am fairly smart, but i count figure out your instructions for these items.

I received this placard as a shower gift and was so excited! Finally baby came and we were able to use it.. However, after about 2 months of use, the bouncy vibration no longer works properly. IF you can get the vibration to actually turn on, (after turning it on/off about 15/20 Times), it will only turn on to the high setting. The changing piece is convenient for when you don't want to go across the house in the middle of the night to her changing table, but I suggest investing in the cloth cover pads because the plastic is cold!!!

We got this on our registry and we fell in love right away. However, one MAJOR issue we've been having lately is the batteries on the portable bouncer barely last, and when we put in a new battery it takes forever to actually vibrate at all! It would be so much better if this feature was connected to a wall outlet, that way I would give this product 5 stars. I would say that vibration feature is not very reliable, and we need it because our baby girl sleeps better with it on. Everything else works great.

After 23 years from having my 1st baby I was starting all over again and since then there is so much that have changed it was overwhelming. When I started my baby registry there was so much stuff for each little thing. When looking for a playard, this one had all I needed in just one pice. And the reviews helped me decide it was the best choice. And surely it was. The quality is great, the features are amazing and most important my baby loves it. She loves the bouncy and the changing table is great. The electronic module is very helpful with the night light and lovely sounds.

So excited that this went on sale, as it was the most expensive pack and play at our local store! Love that it has tons of features where I can change baby, put baby to sleep, and a bouncer that can be stored on top but removed to use elsewhere in our home. We have 2 floors so I was worried I would have to invest in 2 swings. We purchased a separate Graco swing/sleeper for downstairs and are able to use the bouncer that comes with this pack 'n play upstairs when we need a bouncer there. Being a FTM I was startled by how many parts came out of the box but after reading and putting it all together it didn't take more than 15 minutes and was simple assembly. It feels safe and I'm happy it's something our current baby can grow with as well as nice enough to keep on hand for our future baby!
