How in the world does a tire carrying very little load go flat? I can't find my manual, so now I'm stuck trying to find a replacement. I would never purchase a Graco product again.

Disappointed that there are no shocks (springs) like there were in my jogger i got almost 7 years ago and used for the grandkids until i just bought this new model

Worked great for about 2 months, now the front wheel constantly gets stuck. Disappointed, especially for the price you pay! Would not recommend.

This was a baby shower gift. I thought it was great once it was all put together. The look is really nice. The problem is the tires won't stay inflated. Changed the tubes, but keep getting the same results. I was really looking forward to jogging with this stroller.

I love this stroller. It's so well made. It pushes with ease. The roof of the stroller keeps the sun out of my little guys eyes and gives him shade.

I bought this hoping it would be a great running stroller as I am a daily runner. It is a great stroller when it is working well, but the front wheel frequently gets caught side ways and will not allow you to proceed forward without me having to manually turn the wheel around with my hand. If I stop before crossing the street then try to go forward it usually results in the wheel turning and me having to fix it so that can be scary when I am trying to get across the road! The manual says you can lock the front wheel in place for safer running but then the front wheel won't turn so that doesn't help at all unless you are running in a straight line with no turns which is unrealistic when trying to run around your neighborhood and trails.

We've had our stroller for a little over a year and a half now and have never had any issues.. other than it's definitely not compact when folded up. It's my favorite stroller to use, I've never had issues with the front wheel, other than not knowing about the locking feature for running. I'd buy another if something ever happened to ours

I love the stroller because it really does help when you're jogging and when you even are walking! Recommend it

I was gifted this after I had my daughter and had it for years. I did a lot of walking and jogging with it, and never had a problem.

Would not recommend. The wheel locks and doesn't turn. Very heavy. We were gifted this and now trying to use it and so sad to find out it doesn't work

Like many other reviews, we also have trouble turning our stroller. It seams as though the front wheel gets stuck. We have to lift the front of the stroller frequently just to turn and move. It's disappointing because this is our only stroller and our 1st baby, and we plan to have more children. We enjoy all other aspects of the stroller, however.

Like all the reviews say... the front wheel! It locks and you can't properly turn left or right! Several times when I tried to turn, it locked and I almost flipped the entire stroller over with baby inside. Horrible! Don't know how it even passed testing! I have to jam some paper inside to prevent it from locking!

Bought this stroller and just started using it. the side wheel and front wheel keeps getting stuck. What the heck! It is so embarrassing in public.

Don't purchase. The front wheel is awful. It's a headache to take it anywhere!! Hoping grace will replace it.

We bought our Click Connect in 2015. We've replaced inner tubes once. We've never had any problems with it. Our youngest will be riding in style when we go to Disney.

I've use this stroller for 5 months now and I wish I would have gotten something else. I love to run hence why I got the "jogging" stroller but the front wheel continually gets stuck perpendicularly making it impossible to maneuver the stroller. Most of the time I have to tilt the stroller onto its back wheels to get around or if my husband is pushing, I'll straighten out the front wheel so we can get going. Also to fold this stroller, the front wheel has to be positioned correctly or the locking clasp won't catch another annoyance. Having to touch and turn the dirty wheel in order for it to fold. This is also quite a heavy stroller to load in and out of my vehicle.

I got this stroller with the infant car seat combo on our registry for our baby. I like the size of the handle bar, my husband and I are both very tall. I like the size of the basket and the ease of putting the car seat in and out of the stroller. The front wheel is AWFUL. I can't use the stroller at this time because I can not push it. I opened a warranty claim with graco and was told to spray with WD-40. I thought, HM a brand new product? But I gave it a shot, worked for a day and now it's back to not working at all. I followed up on the claim and have not had any response back on Graco's behalf. I do NOT recommend this stroller or product to anyone. PLEASE research better than I did for a stroller.

I got this stroller for my son and it works half the time. The other half of the time the front wheel is getting stuck sideways no matter what I do and I can't move forward without physically bending over and turning the front wheel with my hand to go forward again. It makes me nervous to cross the street. Other than that I do love the other features of the stroller, the design, and the quality of the material is wonderful. The front wheel drives me crazy and makes the stroller nearly impossible to use for anything practical. I would love to figure out the issue. I just think the front wheel may defective in this model.

The front is constantly getting stuck and is quite embarrassing while out having to lift the wheel by hand when I need to turn! This was a gift for our second child and I love that it fits her car seat but that's the only positive. I don't know what to do with the stroller though!

I bought this stroller less than 6 months ago, have used it a handful of times (due to winter weather) and am already having problems with the front tire. It gets stuck repeatedly. I also can't seem to get the back tires to hold air which is frustrating considering the price I paid and the limited use I have had. The fact that the infant carrier locks in is very nice, but only if/when the at stroller itself is functional.

I have only had the chance to use this stroller for 5 months and I'm ready to throw it away. The front wheel sticks and it's impossible to maneuver the stroller. It makes it very hard to run with. You definitely need two hands for it. Taking turns, well you will take the widest turns. I gave it two stars because the look and design of it is awesome but actually using it is horrible.

I was really excited about this stroller. I live in Colorado and have a lot of off road trails around me. I thought this stroller would be great! It's affordable and my car seat clicks in. The stroller looks nice, but the front wheel drives me nuts. It is constantly turning to the side and getting stuck. I'm often lifting the front up just to move the stroller. I'm super disappointed in it. I am truly considering buying a new stroller. My son is only 5 months old and he is my first. So this stroller hasn't had much life. Also it's very heavy so if you are planning on taking it on the go with you be aware that it's not super easy to lift in and out of the car

I wanted to love this stroller, but as everyone else, this front wheel has a mind of its own. It's so embarrassing being out with it and BAM, you can't move. You're holding up lines and strangers grab the front of the stroller to help you move along. Horrible, horrible front wheel. I've thought maybe it was the lock, nope. Thought there was sand in it. Nope. The amount of times I have to pop a wheelie to get anywhere is ridiculous. Should have bought another brand stroller, one that actually works. Time to find a different one. Ugh!

We bought this stroller as part of the travel system thinking it would be convenient. It would be if the stroller actually worked! It's an absolute nightmare to take anywhere - the front tire locks up constantly and does not turn with you. We end up kicking the tire into place/bending down to turn it with our hands multiple times during every single one of our walks, and we almost always end up yelling and cursing out of frustration every time we use it. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My mother in law purchased this jogging stroller and infant carrier set for our one and only child. We loved this stroller but within a year of easy use...not hard use...the lock falls on the front wheel making steering impossible. I see in other reviews we are not alone.

We used the stroller/infant car seat combo with our first baby and now have to figure out what we are going to do with the second. We planned on keeping things from the first child but this stroller was very annoying. You can't jog with it because the front tire gets stuck. Most of the time we would just be walking and it would sort of lock up. We have to go out and buy a whole new system now because we don't want to deal with the frustration of it locking while walking anymore.

Have had this stroller for a few years with moderate use. The front wheel assembly broke this year, and Graco does not have this particular part in stock. I was told that it would hopefully be back in stock in September 2021. It is still not available, so I was forced to purchase another stroller for my second baby. I liked having the bigger wheels on the stroller, but I am disappointed in the construction of the front wheel assembly.

We have had this stroller for some time now, we didn't know that the front wheel issue was so common and we dealt with it. But we have a baby on the way and we're going to have to get a new jogger and car seat that will attach to it, probably chicco or whomever else offers a click connect system. We thought we just had a design flaw on this one and said "ah let's just get the most current graco jogger" but after reading countless reviews, we all have had the same exact issue with the front wheel not being able to take turns when you stop amd turn or back up and turn. It's honestly a little embarrassing when navigating through stores, crowds, trails, etc. would not ever recommend.

This stroller is amazing! It feels like it just glides on the ground over things. It is a little bulky but it's so easy to fold and maneuver. I love it!

Like many of the other reviews on here, we have been using the jogging stroller for a few months now and the front wheel is horrible. Strolling down an aisle in a store and almost trip because the front tire decides to turn on its own. Then it won't readjust to the proper direction and has to be manually turned forward. Now we have to push the stroller with the front tire in the air just so we don't have to deal with the front tire turning on its own.

I'm honestly a bit surprised at some of these reviews having issues with the front wheel... I'm not sure if people know that the front wheel is supposed to be left unlocked unless on sand or running lol. That being said, this has been our go-to stroller for 6-15months and counting. It is a BIG stroller - folds up a little bulky but overall great for people who love being outdoors. Also love the baby tray, we just put some Cheerios in there to keep him entertained while in stores.

I was so excited to get this stroller for my first little one. It worked great for the first few weeks and I loved that the car seat fit right in. But then the front wheel became pretty much useless! I constantly have to turn it myself for get it to go the direction I want. So frustrating! I had someone look at it that is an engineer. He said it was a complete design flaw. The caster was put on completely wrong. It's so sad that one little thing makes the whole stroller so annoying to use.

A very smooth ride and comfortable for baby, but also very bulky and heavy. The cellphone space is too tiny for modern day cellphones, which makes it completely useless. A little overpriced for the quality in my opinion.

This stroller was a gift as I wanted a jogging stroller to be able to run with my baby. It is not effective at all. In fact you can barely walk with it. If you are blessed to live on a straight road your fine but don't expect to be able to turn. The front wheel WILL NOT GO OR TURN WITH YOU. So frustrating. It not only stops you in your tracks but jars the babies head as well. Also, for a jogging stroller I would have expected there to be some suspension so the babies head doesn't jostle all over the place when running.

Looking at other reviews, it looks like this is a common issue. The front tire locks up when turning all the time. It's a real pain. We've compensated for it by lifting the front tire when we have sharp turns. It's a shame because it's a smooth/easy to use stroller when jogging and we like how much storage space it has. But ultimately wouldn't recommend because of the front tire issue

I am a first time mom and this stroller has done nothing but cause headaches. My son is 1 month, and we walk 2 miles everyday. The front wheel locks CONSTANTLY. We have very bumpy sidewalks and streets where I live and the stroller rides so hard, it can't handle even the smallest bump. The kick stand falls down in the middle of our walk. I have to click the kick stand back into place and it falls 30 seconds later. Save yourself the frustration and buy a different stroller. Also the phone tray doesn't hold any phones that are slightly larger.

I bought this in 2020 before we had our first child. I thought Graco was a well built product. I'm happy with the child car seat, however the stroller is not good. Not very user friendly. And I can't even find replacement parts for what I need online. I wouldn't purchase this again. Plus the model I bought not 10 months ago, is no longer available!!

We have had the stroller for almost a year. I should have read the review better. The stroller is very nice BUT does not function well. The front wheel gets stuck and is EXTREMELY hard to turn. I have two kids and need to be able to use the stroller with one hand. Because of the wheel I cannot. I would rather put my youngest in a carrier on my back than try to push the stroller.

I have loved this stroller for certain features like the large all terrain wheels, the sun shade to keep baby protected and the ability to jog with it. However, we have only been using it for about 4 months and the front wheel constantly rattles now and the back right tire just became completely flat. I am so frustrated because we have tried everything to stop the front tire from rattling. It rattles when we are just going on walks which is the worst part.

First time parent, loved the looked of this stroller. Once assembled and used, the front wheel does not turn with you. Gets stuck, constantly having to adjust. The worse jogging stroller. Would not recommend this to anyone.
