swing does not swing properly. the flashing lights will not stop flashing when adjusting speed of swing . practically does not work anymore would love a full refund there is no use for this product in this home with a newborn

This swing sucks so much! I don't write many reviews on things unless I have a strong opinion of how great or how bad something is. Pros: like that it is multi purpose Cons: while it says you can adjust the speed, It doesn't actually do that. I will put it on the lowest setting, and the swing will go as hard as it can for 5-10 minutes before finding the lowest setting. Then without me touching it will pick back up. With a newborn whose head wobbles, this is not great. We had this issue when we used it with our first child, but were able to make it work. Now it seems sitting in the closet for a year has made it worse.

It's amazing! If you want a few minutes off your hands it's really great!!

My friends got me this one from our baby Registry took over to my family house so when will come over the baby could have a place to hang out in. We got the the mamaroo he was never fond of it. So we decided to get us another of the same swing. And he loves it more than the mamaroo. I'm happy we decided to buy one for our house.

Everything on the swing is great besides it has a mind of its own. It changes swinging speeds on its own. For instant put my 1 week old child in it turn the knob just enough for the swing to start moving, walk to the kitchen and back -5ft and it's swinging so fast the baby is being slung like a rag-doll. Totally useless

Simple swing, great cost. Only two complaints the hanging mobile is super cheaply made and the toys only hang on by some Velcro so not super sturdy. The vibrating motion on the chair only seems to vibrate the chair at the feet. But overall content with the swing!

Love the idea of the swing but I always put it on the lowest setting and it only goes one speed, super fast. My baby hates it. When I can get it to go slow it's okay but that's very rare. I think there's a wire wrong or something along those lines because I can't see this being normal. Very upsetting.

I got this as a gift and was so excited. My baby wasn't big on the vibration of other products so we didn't try that feature. The swing changes speeds randomly and after the first couple uses the dial only works when it wants to. It usually only works in just one position on the dial and only when set in reverse. The only use we got out it was a rocker.

I can't really rate this item because Graco canceled my item. I have had something like this before and it seemed to work well and the seating part you could use separately as a rocker or seat. Was very easy to clean.

Got this as a gift 2 years ago with our first son and last month had our second son. We love the swing and how it is portable but when you turn it on the blue light starts blinking and runs for about 2 mouthed stops.

I am surprised to see so many negative reviews when I find it such a great product. Makes me wonder if it's the competition. This swing does so many great things and puts the baby right to sleep with so many settings. I love that you can remove the seat (which has a vibrate setting) and also use that unlike some of the other swings I looked at. The swing sits nicely in the corner of my room so not a large one like some I looked it. So far a great item. The mobile swings away to make it easy to put the baby in and out.

Swing has a mind of its own and at times has swung out of control. We just had our second baby and I plugged it in and when I turn the motor on, the light blinks blue and does not work. Definitely didn't get the use out of it that we would have liked. Hoping we can resolve the issue.

Recline buttons get stuck sometimes. The music quality is not that good. sounds like cheap audio systems. The toy bar is not fixed properly, when you recline it, it goes out of it's nest. But overall the product is good. My newborn looks happy laying in there.

Would be better if there's music. It's already late when I realized that this doesn't come with the music. For a price, should have that.

There is a known issue with this swing swinging too fast, even at its lowest setting. Graco refuses to acknowledge or address it. On my unit, you can not tell a difference between the lowest and highest setting and it is crazy fast. My daughter hates it.

Very disappointed brought this swing and it worked for a month now it wont even swing at all.. it turns on everything but wont swing at all... I think gears inside it r stripped out because u can hear the motor working but swing doesn't move... and it had a mind of it's own before it stopped working it would be swinging fine where u set it then it just change speeds on its own...a huge waste of money... a

I want to love this swing, however I can't'. I currently own two of these swings; 1 is kept at my mothers and the other with me, however the 2 can not be reviewed the same! I would give the one at my mothers a 5 and the one I gave a 2. There are 2 speeds on this thing, slow and fast and I have to rock the swing to get it to move faster than a snail which takes a good 30 seconds to kick in. However, when the speed does kick in , it is way too fast and I have to crank it down. When I move it even just a hair from the warp speed it is on, is slows down to the lowest setting again even though the knob is still in the middle. So frustrating!!! Then you have the exact same thing at my mothers which works like a dream. How can this be fixed Graco :( ? My LO is only 3 months old and has lots of time left and I don't want to have to purchase an entire swing again. Also, the description states 3 sitting positions of incline?..... I have only ever found 2...... what am I doing wrong?

Picked this swing since we have a tot in the house. Thought it was a great compromise to the higher up swings that could be pulled over. Motor is really loud and clunks w each movement. Fabric doesn't wash well. Used once and seems more noisy and jerks more then should be. First and only Greco product in this house. Disappointing.

I was considering purchasing this for my husband to use in his office while he takes care of our baby during the day. But it says " Adjustable swing speeds allow Mom to adjust speed to baby's preference". Too bad because I can't be there to adjust for the baby, as I'm working. My son loves his swing, but the vibration function keeps malfunctioning and it's really frustrating for both him and I. You can change the batteries and it doesn't do a thing. The vibration only works now when you hold and press down on the battery box... which you can't do when it swinging. Please advise... we paid good money for this swing and we would like to continue to use it but cannot if the vibration doesn't work.

I bought this for my newborn daughter, unfortunately, the small box in the front does not work. Very disappointing quite honestly I should have just spent a little more for different manufacture - I had the same issue with the playpen and the sticker in the front lost the adhesiveness within a few days. A little frustrating to be honest.

I bought this over a month ago and it doesn't swing very long without stopping and restarting. I threw away the original packaging because I bought it and set it up before the baby got here, but if I still had it I would definitely return or exchange for a different swing.

After our fisher price swing motor broke twice, I bit the bullet and got a new swing. The duet sway LX was a lifesaver. Our little one fit nicely in it - and loved playing with the arch of dangling toys. The variable speed dial was easy to use and we had no issues finding the right cadence. The only recommendation I would make is to ensure the seat is adjusted flat when rocking, and then tilted when bouncing - otherwise the baby's head lolls back and forth.

I got this swing about two months ago for my newborn baby girl who's supposed to arrive tomorrow. I waited to test it and use it for quite a while as I had no need for it yet. I set it up today and it was decently easy to do so. However, every time I try to use the swing function, it won't swing at all. I get a blinking blue light and I've left it to stay plugged in for about an hour. I'm absolutely devastated that it doesn't work because it's my only option at the moment. I likely won't be buying another one of these swings if I ever have another child.

I saw this was a 2 in one and was on the smaller side, and I really wanted it. Despite the reviews. It has worked just as it should, and I haven't had a single issue with it. I love it. My baby was born on the bigger side (9lbs 13 oz) and it swings very well. I like that the light comes on when you turn it on. I love the bouncer too. Not sure if this swing works right or not. The vibration part and music part of the swing stop automatically after about 20 mins. I have to actually go to the swing and put it back to the off position and back to the vibration or music part to get it working right again. Highly annoying when you have your newborn finally settled and then have to redo the settings. Can someone please explain this?

I was looking for a swing which is compact and versatile and came across this. The seat is easily detachable and you can carry it around and it also serves as a rocker ,it's extremely useful, it's easy to put back on the swing as well, the front and back and left to right swing positions work exactly as advertised. The only drawback I could think of is a it's takes a little time to assemble (atleast it did for me) . Directions on the book definitely helps in assembly, if Graco could add a video showing the assembly from box to the final setup it will help a lot of people.

This swing and bouncer combo is awesome! We love all of the features. It can turn for sideways or front to back swing motions, the bouncer is easily removable (better than the bigger versions), and the vibration and sounds are on the bouncer so those features are available for whichever mode you are using. The bouncer is super lightweight and easy to move. The activity bar is actually great - the motion of the seat moves the toys unlike on most swings and seats, so they actually catch and hold his attention. My favorite part is that this product is so low profile but still has all the features. It takes up about half of the space, which is extra important for baby items that seem to be EVERYWHERE with little ones in the house! We picked this out for our registry and loved that it was multidirectional. With the first use we realized the vibration was extremely loud on the low setting. We thought that was put together wrong until I saw other reviews saying the same. We have other Grace items and love them. Baby doesn't like it and will only stay in it for a limited time. Great swing so far with no issues except the middle strap. Does someone have a fix for this? Center strap is not adjustable and it hurts baby's legs. Can someone help me please! Won't recommend unless there is fix to this strap issue.

Our little loves this swing and bouncy chair. The portability is fantastic and so is the look and function.

The seat was comfortable however the motor was very unreliable. The swing would speed up and slow down on its own suddenly. It could not regulate itself. Have other Graco products but unfortunately very disappointed in this one.

I bought this for my son and experienced all the same issues as everyone else. The strap that goes in between the legs is WAY too short and not adjustable. After putting the baby in the swing, all of it is underneath them. Also, the vibration feature does not work at all, which was one of the reasons I had bought this. Lastly. the speed dial seems to be purely decorative. It makes no difference if I set it to low or high, the swing will go whatever speed it wants to. I had heard great things about Graco from other people and then to experience this? Very discouraging. I see reviews complaining of these same issues going back years! And they did nothing to fix it. I had planned on getting a Graco car seat for my son, but now I'm rethinking that.

I'll turn the dial just a little to start and it takes a second to get going. After seeing how the speed is I will turn it up gradually to increase the speed just a little. I LOVE that this swing can also be a bouncer. Baby number 3 and this is so helpful especially when she is sleeping! Now the bad news, we are on month 3 and the motor speed in very unpredictable. Even on the slowest end of the dial at times it swings way to quickly, sometimes it slows down, sometimes I just have to turn it off.

My husband tried to take the motor housing off the check it out and it was so difficult to remove that he accidentally broke it. The gears are completely ground down and it isn't fixable. I bought this because I was interested in the dual feature of the swing and vibrating chair. However I am extremely disappointed in both. The swing when turned on, goes very fast and then slows down to almost a stop. The batteries in the chair keep dislodging which causes the vibrating feature to be ineffective and unusable. We have to keep popping the batteries back in. The belt that goes between the baby's legs is very small in length and unadjustable. I usually swear by anything and all things Graco... but not this product unfortunately.

I wish I would have read the reviews. I put this swing on my registry because it was a Graco. The strap between his legs is barely long enough to fasten. Makes it extremely hard to fasten a baby in. Then you turn the swing on finally get it set to a smooth speed then it just takes off and swings at a very fast pace. Adjust it then it comes to a stop. Very poor quality

I loved this swing at first. After having it about a week it just randomly stops and starts back up. Very disappointed.

I received this gift for my baby shower. I have had it for 3 months and we have had the same issue over and over. The swing speed is too fast. When you turn the dial to the lowest setting it slows down but then speeds back up.

The blue light kept blinking and I had to turn the dial off and on every thirty seconds or so for it to work. The manual says the blue light will blink if the weight on the swing is more than 25 pounds, but it would not work even with its own rocker alone. The light does not blink if the swing is missing the rocker on top; but then it is pointless that you call this a workable swing for your baby. As I began googling about this product, I noticed that there were many reviewers who experienced the same problem. It seems like Graco does not do quality check before they box their item? I am so disappointed and frustrated about this, and that I had to find time to write this review between breast feeding my newborn and cooking dinner as if my life is not complicated already. Ugh!

I'm so disappointed. We only used this swing for the baby as somewhere to keep him while we eat dinner. It was used very rarely- literally less than 20 minutes a day and not even daily. Imagine my surprise when it just stopped working. The light turns on (flickering), but there is no movement of the swing. My husband took it apart to find that the circuit board was bad. Considering how much we have used the swing, this is extremely disappointing. This does not have the Graco quality that we have grown to love!

The speed never works! It's either swinging my baby out of the seat (not actually happen) or it creeks so slow it is basically not even moving! Very disappointed in this!!

My newborn and I love this swing. It's gorgeous. It's versatile. And it works beautifully. It's wide though, so make sure you have a wide space for it, but I don't see that as a problem. It's sturdy and well made.

I love the design of this swing but like a lot of other people we are having issues with it not swinging and the blue light flashing. At first it was only maybe 2 times a day but now after having the swing for about a month it does this every time the swing is turned on. It has become very annoying.

Our little one likes this but the toy bar has never stayed on and the swing tends to "hitch" and jerk a bit and we have to reset it. But overall it works well.

I bought this 3 months ago for my daughter and it's by far the best swing I've had I love that I can take the rocker off the swing and bring it to any location in the house it's super easy to use and I would recommend this swing to anyone that's expecting a child

I bought this a few weeks ago for an upcoming trip to my mother's since my son loves his graco duetconnect swing. I loved the feature of two ways to swing but the motor does not want to cooperate. It will either swing like an amusement park ride or starts swinging and stops if you lower the speed at all. I wouldn't waste your money on this. Buy a different graco swing!

I liked the swing at first for my newborn. Seemed great and she enjoyed napping in it but now the swig seems to have mind of its own. Even if set to the slowest rocking speed, the dial moves and the swing starts going so fast making my baby's head sway side I side and waking her up very unhappy. I don't know why or how but the motor seems to do whatever it wants. Disappointed the speed doesn't stay where you put it!!!

The toy/mobile bar keeps popping off, it's impossible to keep connected. I agree with the reviews that the strap between the leg is difficult to use. It's possible with my 4 month old (16 lbs) by adjusting the shoulder and leg straps, but it's not the easiest set up. I like the fabric and the fact that the unit both rocks and swings. My son didn't like to rock or swing too much, but we did use the detachable rocker fairly often to have our son sit in while we were moving around.

I bought this swing new and my son is only 3 months old. It has slowed way down, keeps shutting off and he's already almost too long for it and he's a smidge on the small side in weight. It is not a lasting product and I'd fork out the money for a higher quality if I could go back. #sorrynotsorry

Bought this from Babies R Us right before they went out of business for our newborn granddaughter and it goes way too fast on its own. It's hard to slow it down without turning it off. I'm not impressed. If she moves in the swing it speeds up.

The strap between the legs is too short! My baby is only 10lbs at 3 months old. The swing is almost unusable now because the strap in between her legs leaves a mark on her legs bc it is too short so I have to be sure to stick in the middle of the diaper if she pees it is squeezed out!. Won't be able to use this much longer the mobile falls off completely useless. Sad this was expensive and and baby loves the motions.

Was given this swing as a gift at our baby shower. It's kinda scary to be honest. Either it barely moves (even on the highest setting) or it goes full blast (even on the lowest setting). It's unpredictable and makes me nervous. I won't even set more than a foot away from it while my son is in there cuz I don't know what it's going to do next. If you want your kid to be safe, you have to leave it off and rock it with your hand which totally defeats the purpose. Don't waste your hard earned money.

We bought this swing when our daughter was 4 weeks old. Now that she is 4 months old she has almost outgrown it (despite being a smaller baby) soley because the middle buckle on the swing is not adjustable and pulls way too tight on her legs. I'm really disappointed because overall the swing is pretty great, especially for the price. I love the detachable rocker feature that allows me to move her around the house easily if she is napping. The dial takes a minute to get the speed calibrated correctly and the toy bar never stays in place so there is no point in using it.

Bought this a few months ago. Like that fact that it can be adjusted in different directions to swing. Like that it can be removed and used as a floor rocker. Padding is soft and comfortable. Fairly compact. However the swing speeds have a mind of their own. On lowest setting it swings to fast or just stops swinging. Bottom buckle is to short and does not have an extension. While it works right now it will be to short in a few weeks. Would recommend another swing be purchased instead of this one.

I bought this directly from Graco and wish I read the reviews prior. I have everything Graco so I was sure this was going to be great. Sadly the swing has a mind of its own. I try to have the swaying motion on the lowest setting but then the dial moves on it's own and the swing starts swaying hard. I have a newborn and I refuse to turn it on now. I'm bummed because it's worthless now and I don't think I can return it.

I had got this swing for my baby it doesn't have a real setting for the swing it does whatever it wants and it stops alot while making a ticking sound like of something is inside of it. The buckle was made weird cant even buckle my baby in without almost pinching her legs and having to shrug her shoulders down for it to lock properly. The rocker part is fine but the swing needs to be token off the market and rebuilt to do a better job then what does. I wouldn't of got it knowing it was this defective.

This swing does not have a consistent speed! It goes from a normal speed to a very high and scary speed. I do not recommend this swing!

Baby falls asleep in it and then the music and vibration abruptly shut off after just like 15 minutes. Then baby wakes up. There should be a way to adjust this to stay on longer or stay on indefinitely.

My husband and I purchased this swing for our daughter and we were never able to comfortably buckle her in. The first couple weeks we made it work but now we can't use the swing at all because the buckle between her legs does not adjust. Very unhappy with the purchase which is unfortunate because she enjoys the swing but the buckle leaves marks on her legs and is much too tight to use. I strongly advise other parents not to purchase this model and to look for something that has an adjustable strap.

Ever since I've had this swing from day one, I have to manipulate and mess with the knob to keep the slower speed. If it's on slow and I touch my baby or the swing at all, it will jump to the faster speed. Not cool. My baby is only 2 months old and I bought this brand new. I would've given it a 5 if it wasn't for that.

I got this as a gift for my new born baby, I had to tape the battery shut or it would fall out and the rocker part would not work. It also has an issue with the swing, it'll speed up and down on its own. The toybar fslls very easy as well. My baby loves this thing but it worries me with all the issues.

We bought this swing to replace another swing that we bought where the whole frame swayed also by Graco. And that swing was to replace my 4.5 year old swing that was sitting in the attic from my first child, also barely used, that didn't work at all once we reassembled. This one was great at first, but now it often almost stops, shakes a little and goes really slow then restarts. It stopped completely last night and the power light was blinking. It's only 3.5m old and I'd expect more from it. Not to mention, it creaks very loudly. I'm a huge fan of Graco products typically, but I'm pretty disappointed in their swings.

The assembly for this is so complicated and hard. I'm in the process of trying to put this together now and I've been at it for too long. The instructions for this product is so vague. The illustrations doesn't make any sense. You would think this product would have a how to video but it doesn't. I'm about to stop wasting time and take it back. What a waste

Loved this product until just this week when my baby is in the swing it starts up good for about a good 15 min then slows down and stops. Then the light where the switch is located starts to blink! We unplug it for a bit then plug it back up to see if it works it does but then later will stop with the light blinking on and off again...was purchased 3 months ago ...so it really shouldn't be doing this..

Something is wrong with the safety harness. I am unable to buckle my baby into the seat without the buckle digging into her little legs. Because of this we had to stop using the swing at 2.5 months old. Such a disappointment because she loves sitting in the seat.

I bought this product in end of may and I am very happy with this product. My daughter born on Aug 2nd. Whenever she is in swing she enjoy her nap. The only thing which I like it least is sound system which was operated with battery and not with power. In addition it has just 2 songs. Apart from that everything is nice.

Just got this swing 2 weeks ago. Baby loves it because of the different reclining options, but it's a nightmare for mom and dad. It swings WAY fast on the lowest setting, almost just as fast as the highest setting. Then, it stops & the light flashes blue. This has happened multiple times just today!! Received this at my baby shower. We started using it when my son was 2 months old as we didn't have room prior to that and got it out when we moved into our home. Bought this swing about a month ago, thought it would be perfect in our small apartment which it is but for the first couple of weeks I couldn't even use it because the softest setting made babys head sway back & forth. Now he is 6 weeks & loves it. But as for me, the speed never stays at the 1 I've set it to & the buckles are awkward. We received this as a gift (it wasn't on our registry) from Babies R Us. It worked well for a while, when baby was small. As she has gotten bigger it is harder to strap her in. The buckle between her legs won't lengthen, so the large buckle sits between her thighs, which is very uncomfortable and has lead to pinching her at least once. Also, the arched mobile never stays in place so we don't use it. Aside from the buckle issue, it is a great swing and we love the 2-in-1 feature and the low-profile design. We are just browing our of the chair at 15 lb because of the straps.

Also it is making a ticking noise and it is practically new. Last, the dial setting is not how fast the swing will go, the swing speeds up super fast then slows down the whole time baby is in there no matter the setting. I would like to think I got a defective swing.

I bought this for my 2m old . She's above average in height . She barely fit in it . By 18lbs the swing would bend while she was on it . The speed would speed up more than I wanted it to . I would put it on the low setting and it would go fast . At 27in long she no longer fit in it . It doesnt have lullabies just a vibrator which has 2 setting but are similar . It was useful because I could take the chair out and have her with my anywhere around the house .

If you are looking for both a swing and a bouncer, this is a great option. It not only performs both functions but also takes up half the space those two separate products would consume in your house- and goodness knows you have enough baby items taking up room, if you're like us! Our four month old enjoys this swing and the various speeds are nice for adjusting to her awake and napping times. In moments of fussiness, a swing can really help to calm her down as a quiet activity with a movement she finds relaxing. It is easy to put her in and out of the seat and she loves the bar that hangs down with the toys on it. I love that the toy bar moves up and down smoothly and without much strength which allows for moving the baby in and out easily, as well as for changing up how low or high the toys are hanging above her head. The seat is very soft and she looks so cozy sitting there. Why are all baby products so wonderfully soft and why aren't adult items made this way too?!? Haha! The muted colors are both calming and fit nicely into our home without screaming, "more colorful baby junk here!" When moving the seat off of the swing to use as a bouncer, I found it difficult to almost impossible to do so with the baby in the device. Once baby is removed and placed elsewhere for a moment, it became much easier to transition the piece from swing to bouncer. Our little girl adores bouncers and this one was no different! She enjoyed the vibration sensation as an added bonus. The music was fun too but doesn't have the best quality and so we opt to listen to our own music on a stereo in the house usually. My husband did have some difficulty following the directions in putting this product together but was able to with some extra concentration and patience while decoding the instructions. Overall, I would recommend this product as a fantastic alternative to getting both a bouncer and a swing. Save some space and some money while getting a quality product. I just had my second baby about 3 months ago and I thought I was totally prepared for our new addition. That was until I took down all the old gear from the attic. Our living room was completely filled! The swing, bouncer, pack n play and play mat took up nearly our entire room. The swing was the biggest culprit though. When i received the graco portable bouncer and swing from the weespring parent panel, I immediately donated the very large swing and the matching bouncer. The portable bouncer and swing is so compact and easy to use. We keep the swing in the living room and the bouncer goes wherever I go. If he is fussy I turn on the vibrations and he is instantly soothed and falls asleep. He is also starting to reach and attempt to grab the cute little stars and moons. I love how they are attached by Velcro so they come off and can be put back on easily. Overall my 2 favorite parts of this product are it's 2 in 1 compact design and the handles on the bouncer that make it portable. I can not recommend this product enough. I just wish I had this with my first son!

This is a great combination swing and bouncer! I like this swing/bouncer over another swing/bouncer I had for my other child when she was an infant that was also a 2- in-1. What I like about this one was the ease of changing from swing to bouncer. I love the fact that you can change the seat direction when swinging. You can swing left to right or switch to forward/back swinging positions and with ease. I also like the handles on the sides of the bouncer that make moving the bouncer around easy. The footprint of this glider is great! I love that it doesn't take up too much space or look too cumbersome as some others do with also being tall. The color scheme is great and the contrast keeps the little one engaged (for as long as you can at 7 weeks old). I like the restraint system as well so I don't have to worry about him kicking his legs too hard or moving around and falling out if I need to step out of the room. I like that the toy bar is removable as well as adjustable and can be moved out of the way with ease when I place little one in the swing or take him out. Being able to adjust the speed versus preset speeds is also a plus! The assembly process isn't too bad and most pieces click together with ease. I have another standalone swing and I haven't been able to use as the angle is too steep to use until little one gets a little longer/taller. I received this product as a gift from weeSpring Parent Panel to write an honest review of the Graco Duet Swing and Portable Rocker. I am using this product for my 5 month old daughter, about 17 pounds, 24.5 inches. She is almost too big for it, and I wish I had this earlier! She is staring to try to get out of things (which fear not, the straps hold her in just fine) and I think if it would have been used more when she was smaller. The assembly was a little hard to understand from the instructions, but with some common sense you'll be just fine.The swing works great, it swings side to side rather than forward and backward. I like that it has different speeds. The rocker on its own is also pretty nice. It can recline or sit upright a little. My daughter likes to look at the stars hanging above, they can also come forward for her to play with. The cloth is soft and comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the pieces connecting to the base seem a little loose so they have some wiggle room rather than fitting tight. I don't think it's as bulky as other swings, but I probably wouldn't travel with it often. Enjoy!

I received the Graco Duet Swing and Portable Rocker from the amazing weeSpring Parent Panel and was so excited to try it out! -Assembly: Was pretty easy and the instructions were straight-forward. I had difficulty putting in the 4 screws on the swing frame (instructions said to use a screwdriver, but there was no way I could tighten them)...I was stripping the screwdriver, so I had my husband use his power drill and they went in no problem. It was kind of hard to get the motor housing piece into the leg assembly...it was very stiff, so I had to put some "umph" into it. -There needs to be a way to lengthen the crotch buckle. My little girl is in the 99th percentile for her length, but when she was strapped in, the buckle was so low that the ends would cut into her thighs. Either the crotch strap and buckle piece needs to be longer or it needs to be moved down on the seat, closer to her feet so it doesn't cut into the legs. -The mobile needs some tweaking...the hex shape of the adjustments end up slipping with the weight of the mobile and it eventually falls forward when it hits a certain angle. It's not horrible but my girl figured out how to grab the mobile from the side and pull it off, so I was constantly snapping it back onto the frame. -The one-hand recline is a great feature, but could be difficult to pull depending on the position (if she was in the swing, it was hard to adjust it because of the motor in the way), but I figured out it's best to lift up, release some tension, then pull on the lever and adjust the angle. Overall, I really loved this product from Graco! I wish it had a music/nature sounds feature, but other than that, it was perfect! The motor is quiet, the pattern of the fabric is soft, gorgeous and easily washable. I loved the option to have a vibrating seat and to be able to pull the rocker off the swing so easily and take her anywhere in the house...that was a lifesaver, and something I can't do with my old stationary swing! The sturdy handles on the rocker allowed me to easily pull her off, rotate her to a front-to-back swinging motion, and to move her around into different rooms of the house. I also love the small footprint of the swing-it doesn't take up a lot of room and can easily fit into a corner. I would highly recommend this rocker and swing duet from Graco, because of it's versatility and ease of use. Being able to move her around so easily is priceless!

The Graco Duet Sway Lx Swing that the weeSpring Parent Panel sent me to try out is awesome. You can eliminate some clutter by having the swing and bouncer in one. The Duet Sway LX has so many options I never missed haveing an individual swing and bouncer. The swing direction can easily be changed from front to back to a side to side sway, perfect for those days when baby just wants a change. It has plenty of music and sounds choices to suit my granddaughters mood. Detaching the bouncer is very easy and has 2 speeds, most bouncers only have one. I love the fabric! If I'm going to have baby supplies in my living room it's nice not to have pink or blue! This fabric is very pretty but also very plush. The one thing I didn't like about the Duet Sway LX was the toy bar. My granddaughter had no interest in it. It could have been made more interesting for a baby.

As parents, we accumulate a lot of stuff! So I'm always looking for products that can do double duty. This swing/bounceris great at combining 2 large baby essentials into one. It's really cozy and easy to use. The toys can be adjusted so baby can play with them which is nice. I do wish that it latched on or was secured when in the swing function. And I feel like my baby might outgrow this swing faster than our old one. But overall we are very happy with it! Thanks to the weeSpring Parent Panel for letting us try this and simplify our stuff!

I received this product from the weeSpring Parent Panel. I honestly think this swing is wonderful, I love that it has not one, not two, but THREE different variations to how to you can use it. So we have the swing set up in our playroom, but if I'm cooking or doing something around the house I can easily detach the bouncer and bring that into whatever room I need it in. The fabric is super soft and cozy which is nice to put your new little baby on. I like the speeds of the swing and the ability to have vibrations on. The buckles are really easy to put on and take off of your baby, if my baby is sleeping when I put her in or take her out this hasn't disturbed her.. the only thing I could say negatively is that the stars have just a small piece of Velcro to attach them which seems kind of flimsy if your baby can reach up and grab them.

Loved the ability to switch back and forth between forward and sideways. The baby enjoyed the swing very much, and slept in it twice as long as usual! The one thing I'd change is being able to put the babies heads up a little more upright. The dial speed is a great touch, as opposed to numbered speeds, which often times you want an in-between speed. Transitioning and taking the babies in and out was very easy. I took a star off because putting it together was an hour long nightmare, but once it's done, it's great! Thank you to the WeeSpring Parent Panel for this gift!

This portable bouncer is amazing, it's soft fabric is excellent for my baby who has super sensitive skin. The versatility of how you can turn it so Baby is facing another direction is excellent. The Graco Duet Sway is awesome! Its a bouncy seat and swing all in one! The seat detaches from the swing base and is portable, then l can move the baby around with me from room to room. As a bouncer it has all the features you would want; music, comfort and gentle vibration. As a swing its low profile and doesn't take up much space. The movement is smooth and the toy bar is adorable. We received this swing from the weeSpring Parent Panel and I couldn't be more impressed. My baby boy and I give it 5 stars!!

My daughter loves this swing and it's an attractive piece of furniture. I love that the seat can be turned on the swing to face different directions, or removed and used as a bouncer. The swing is large but not obtrusive and the bouncer is smaller and more portable. It's easy to adjust and feels very sturdy, and getting my daughter in and out of the seat is simple. This swing is longer and wider than the two other swings we've borrowed, which is great because she's really long and has nearly outgrown a few other brands. I wish the fabric were a darker color, the straps were longer, and that the assembly had been easier (the manual is downright perplexing!). But my baby lets me put her down in this for a full 20 minutes at a time, which makes it worth it's weight in gold. She loves the music and the toy bar and thinks the vibration is hilarious. I'm about to have my second child and really needed a portable rocker to have a place to put the baby down for naps around the house, while get some errands done. What I mostly liked was how portable it is compared to other swings. My house has 3 floors so we'll definitely need to move the rocker around, it's great that's it's light and very versatile. I really like that it has different positions (baby can recline to lay or be seated) and different moving directions, I can't wait to try it out, also a plus is the the AC adaptor, so we don't need to spend anything extra on batteries. From what I remember with my last baby, vibrations were key to help her fall sleep, so I feel that with that feature it's a really perfect product, specially because it's so compact. The only CON in my opinion is that I feel it could have more toys and entertainment, so the baby is excited to stay longer in the rocker when she is awake, but we have so many toys in the house that won't be a problem to have some always around the rocker. I love being able to transition from a swing to a rocker without having two products; that has saved valuable floor space in our small apartment. Assembly took some time, so we started using the rocker first and finally days later got the swing part built between naps #momlife. The rocker is easy to take off the swing, and our daughter likes looking up at the hanging stars which gives us some much needed time while she entertains herself

Thanks to the weeSpring Parent Panel for providing me with this swing to try out with my 4.5 month old baby boy. We were excited to try this duet option because our little one loves the bouncy chair and (for a while) he loved the swing. From the beginning, I found the assembly a bit more work than some similar products and it took me about 45 minutes to put together. The product itself is nicely made, the chair is well cushioned and our little guy fit in it well. There were several safety measures which we liked and it was really easy to transition from bouncy chair to swing and back once we figured out how to do it. That's the biggest benefit for us; it takes one piece of furniture out of the picture. By the time I received this product for review though, our little guy was already sort of over the swing so that wasn't a big hit with him but he liked the bouncy chair and the hanging toys overhead kept him busy for a while which was nice. They are connected by Velcro so he just grabbed them off so it might have been nice if he was able to pull on them but I think it depends where your little one is at in play whether that's a pro or con. There is a vibrate and a music/white noise feature on the chair, the vibrate worked inconsistently on our chair but I think he would have loved that. Overall the chair to/from swing option was easy to use and it was easy to secure him. I like that it reduced the overall space required for a swing and a bouncer but I can't say our little guy loved the swing or preferred the bouncy chair to the smaller option we have.

As part of the weeSpring Parent Panel, I was given the Graco portable bouncer to try and review. I am a stay-at-home mom of a 5 1/2 month year old little girl. We had previously been using the 4 moms mamaroo as a swing. My daughter started rolling over and crawling within the last several weeks and no longer liked the mamaroo, so I wasn't optimistic that she would like this swing. To my pleasant surprise, my daughter LOVES the Graco portable bouncer! For starters, the swing was very easy and quick to put together. My husband assembled it in less than 10 minutes. We live in a town home, so space is limited. This is great for us because it doesn't take up too much room, and because it is two separate products in one. I love that we can use this as a swing and as a bouncer. It is very easy to remove the seat to make the swing a bouncer and just as easy to put it back on. The handles on the side of the seat make it convenient to move the swing/bouncer throughout the room or even to a different floor of the house. As a swing, it is very smooth, has a knob that adjusts the pace, and can swing side-to-side or front-to back. Changing the swinging motion from side-to side to front-to-back, and vice versa, is simple to do by moving the base of the swing and the position of the seat on the base. I love that it isn't loud (even at full speed) and doesn't require a lot of space when swinging. The seat is very soft and includes an infant insert that can be taken out. There are shoulder strap and waist straps that are individually adjustable. This is a wonderful feature as many times the straps around the waist will fit, but the shoulder straps are too big for my daughter. This product allows me to adjust each according to her size. My baby loves to swing in the Graco portable bouncer while sleeping, but also enjoys swinging in it while playing with the adjustable activity bar (which can be removed, if desired). I am able to put the activity bar above her head or in front of her, so that she can try and touch it. As a bouncer, it has two different vibration speeds, an adjustable reclining seat, and six different music/sound options that can be played (the music and adjustable seat can also be used while swinging as well.) I honestly have no critiques for this product. It really is wonderful and the design is very thought through. I definitely recommend the Graco portable bouncer!

I love the Graco Portable Bouncer. My daughter is now 3 months old and we are on the go a lot with my older kids and sports. I can take this wherever we go with ease. It is gender neutral and the soothing effects of the bouncer are awesome. I can get her in or out of the bouncer with ease without waking her. It doesn't sit too close to the floor like some bouncers. I also love the fact that it can be used as a swing unlike other bouncers that you have to bounce or move yourself. It is also easy to clean after the unexpected spit-up. She seems very content in the bouncer. My favorite thing is the portability of it, it's not too heavy and yet it seems very sturdy. This Swing does it all!! Some of the features we loved about this seat is that it offers adjustable swing speeds, it can vibrate at two different intensities, it plays music and nature sounds, and it is a swing and a bouncy seat! I loved that the seat can easily be removed from the swing, making it easy to bring me daughter to different rooms of our home. The seat is so soft and can be tilted so my daughter can sit higher or lay back! It has handles for easy transport around our house. One of my very favorite thing about this swing is that it is NOT an eyesore! I'm so happy we have FINALLY found a swing/bouncer that can do it all, and (most importantly) my daughter loves it! I did receive this product from the weeSpring Parent Panel, but all opinions and reviews are authentically my own!

I absolutely love this swing/bouncer. I have a two-story home, so it is nice to have the swing base on one level but still be able to have the seat at either level with ease. It is really easy to transition from swing to bouncer and back again. I love the design of the chair, it has modern material and looks very nice. I love that the vibrations and sound machine are in the seat. I just wish that the battery pack was more easily accessible, but it isn't a huge deal because there is an automatic turn off if the vibrations or music have been on for a while. An absolute must when you have toddlers who like to play with the switches when the baby isn't using the seat! My baby loves this swing as well, he seems comfortable in it and likes either swinging position - side to side or front to back. He also enjoys the hanging toys, which can be removed and easily washed if needed. I would absolutely recommend this swing/bouncer; in fact I already have recommended it to my sister who is expecting her first child in a couple months! I received this product from the weeSpring Parent Panel. And I was very excited to try out the dual features. But I was not able to get past step 3-C in the directions for putting together the base, because the hole that was drilled into the pole was not large enough for the screw they provided to be screwed in. I tried for half an hour, then finally removed the piece and looked and sure enough the holes on both sides are not a complete circle. This is one of those frustrating moments for a parent (especially if you have a newborn) and now have to jump through hoops of returning the defective product, or getting in touch for replacement parts. Obviously in this world of mass production, some people are going to get things that don't work, I get that. But if I had purchased this item and now had to get in touch for a refund or replacement, I would be very annoyed. I was able to put together the seat just fine, and the lining is plush and soft. But I cannot attest to anything else about the swing since I can't finish putting it together.

I like how this product functions as both a swing and a rocker. Such a space saver! As a parent, I feel like my house is being overrun with baby stuff and it's nice when a product can do more than one thing. Also this swing has a relatively small footprint compared to other swings. It's easy to transition between the swing and rocker functions. The rocker attaches and removes easily from the swing. However, it does not feel very secure when placed on. Although there really isn't a way for the seat to fall off, I wish there was a way to lock it into place once it's on. The rocker is light and portable. I love how easy it is to take it from room to room. The straps completely come apart so you don't have to thread the baby's arms through. This is really useful if your baby has fallen asleep in the seat. The arch above the seat is easy to move out of the way and my baby loves to stare at the stars. The swing is very powerful. Changing speeds is simple enough that my 3 year old can do it for the baby. I like that it plugs into the wall instead of being battery operated. Since my baby prefers to swing front to back instead of side to side, I appreciated that both ways are options. Assembly wasn't hard once I figured out that the swing came partially assembled. I live in a small apartment, so I'm always looking for space saving baby products. We don't have a ton of room for extra large items, so when I saw that the Graco Duet was both a swing and a rocker, I was really excited. The Graco Duet also has a much smaller footprint than single-function swings I've seen in other friends' homes, which is a plus for apartment living. Both the dimensions of the base and the arc of the swinging arm keep the footprint of the product nice and compact. My only issue with the footprint of the swing is that the base itself doesn't seem to fold up or breakdown for easy storage, making it a permanent object in a room. While I was excited that the Graco Duet was both a rocker and swing in one, there were moments when I had some difficulty navigating the rocker back onto the base, one-handed while holding a wailing infant. I solo parent most days of the week, so I do need baby gear to fit together easily. It isn't the most difficult docking situation, but it's a little hard to see around the bowl of the seat when actually fitting it onto the base. I did however love the portability of the rocking seat. It's much easier to get the bouncer off of the base (than back on), and I loved how easily I could move it from room to room. The swing function is pretty versatile. The rocker seat can be docked in different directions for either side-to-side or front-to-back motion and has an easy-to-turn dial to adjust the swing's speed. Likewise, I liked how quiet the swing was. Again, the other large swings I've seen in friends' homes make a loud knocking or clicking sound. This swing is almost silent. As for the rocker seat, this piece alone is a two-in-one, with both a rocking and vibrating function. My daughter is hard to soothe and not great at sleeping during the day. With the vibrate function, she managed a cat nap, which is positively miraculous. When using the seat as a rocker, she seemed soothed by the easy motion. Her own motions set the seat rocking, and if it stopped, I was able to control it with a light touch or even a foot. My daughter is very aware and alert, and baby gear with hanging or dangling toys is always a plus in my book. The play bar itself, however, popped off constantly. It doesn't stay in place very well. It's also a nice looking baby product. This may be superficial, but living in such a small space, it's nice to have baby gear that looks good in your home. I received this Graco Duet Swing from the weeSpring Parent Panel to review. First off, it wasn't easy to put together. There ended up being some sticky tape on the inside where the large bar fit in that was keeping it from snapping into place. Once we figured that the tape was bunched up inside it snapped into place. And, it also came partially assembled but the instructions didn't indicate that so it was confusing at first. Things that I do like about the swing are its compact size and amazing power. My daughter is nearly 7 months and 16lbs. This swing has absolutely no issue swinging her. The swing is smaller than other swings on the market so it doesn't take up too much floor space. I also like the recline option and I do think that would be really nice to have for a newborn. But, it's very hard to recline it when the seat is facing so it swings side to side as the part is blocked by the swing pole. The seat doesn't feel very stable on the swing, but the way it's designed I know it won't fall off, but I don't like how loose it seems. The seat is very easy to pull out and to put onto the floor which is very convenient. It also eliminates the need for a swing and seat! The seat itself is soft and has an adorable pattern. Unfortunately, the buckle that goes in between the baby's legs is sewn way too close to the back of the seat making it really hard to buckle up my baby. It may not be an issue for newborns and smaller babies but it has been a frustration for me. That buckle isn't adjustable and so it ends up digging into her legs because it's too short. The play bar that hangs above is cute but doesn't always stay in place very well. It does make it easy to get baby in and out of the seat without having anything bulkly overhead like other swings can have. Overall I wouldn't recommend the swing for bigger babies because of the buckling issue, but for the price, it's ok.

We tried this product as a part of weeSpring Parent Panel. My husband put it together, which was very easy to assemble. Our 3 month old snugged right in! The seat is nicely cushioned with an inserts for younger/smaller infants. There is an overhead arch with detachable cushioned animals that you can adjust to different eye levels for baby. Our baby loves to reach for things in front of her, so its really nice. Our baby is a slider! She likes to kick and slide down her seats, feet first. The five strap harnest is extremely helpful and grows with the baby. So baby is safely strapped down over shoulders and across her waist. One issue I did find with the safety straps is that its hard to disconnect. I had to push the release button in the correct spot for it to detach. My fear was how this might be an issue if I need to remove her from the seat quickly. One of my favorite features is being able to change the direction of seat/swing. Its very easy to do and has side handles which makes it easy to lift and re-position. When its attached to the swing, its easier for me to see my baby from across the room and she can see me as well. I think this helps calm her a lot. Another nice feature is that it can come off the swing completely and be placed on a flat surface as just a bouncer. Its like a 3-in-1 product.

This is the first swing I've used for my 5 month old. He already has a bouncy chair and likes this one as well. I like how it's easy to switch the position of the chair on the swing to move side to side, or front to back. The vibration bothers him but he enjoys the sounds and music options. My least favorite features were the style of the straps and buckle, and the bar with the toys. The straps and buckle were kind of a pain to get on baby, not very user friendly. The bar with the toys is much too flimsy. It doesn't lock into position very well. I'd like to be able to attach a separate toy to it without the whole thing falling down. I really like the flexibility of having two options for my baby of swing and bouncer. Space saver and convenient! Plus, nice soft materials that are good looking. I was given the Graco Portable Bouncer to try as part of the weeSpring Parent Panel. I was especially excited to try this bouncer/swing combo because we are a family of 4 living in small quarters, so space is at a premium (and baby gear tends to take over!). The way that this portable bouncer works is that the seat can function as a stand alone bouncer that is low to the ground, and then it can also easily fit right on to a swing base as the seat of the swing, making it two excellent pieces of baby gear in one. The bouncer seat is small and plush with a washable cover in a fun, graphic striped pattern. The swing does not take up as much room as other swings I have tried. The swing can face three different directions and it is really easy to adjust the speed. The seat is also easily adjustable to several different positions and it features a three-point harness which I love for safety reasons. The toy bar is cute and easily adjustable, and my 4 month old loves looking at it. He happily coos at the cute toys and usually falls asleep in the swing. I love the neutral, clean, modern design of this swing as it blends nicely into my home. This swing and bouncer are portable and the swing plugs in, which is a must. (I have tried another swing that was battery only and that was such a pain.) The bouncer comes on and off of the swing base so easily. I love this swing and bouncer and would absolutely recommend this to anyone who loves the idea of multipurpose, space-saving baby gear that is practical, well made and intelligently designed.

Can't stop loving this swing with Portable Bouncer! It came in pieces, but my husband was able to put it together quickly.I LOVE the sleek style and color. It goes perfectly with our "Black-White-Gray" nursery decor. And the tiny friends that came along are so pretty :) Baby loved it from day one(phew!) She gets super happy whenever I put her in the swing. I completely enjoy the fact that it goes wherever I go, especially since I work from home, I have baby next to me in swing - all happy, cheerful and safe (yay!). And, if I need to move, lift the seat and off we go. The stuff toys on toy bar, sounds and music options, and vibration are plus! Keeps baby entertained. It's simply fabulous! That being said, our baby (3month old) is 26 inches and I feel she will be outgrowing it super fast. Also, the sound quality could be better. This product is wonderful and we love it! Love that it can be a swing or rocker. The rocker comes off easily and is super convenient to use independent! We take the rocker off and carry it from room to room as my daughter likes to be close to me! It's easy to take off from the swing, light weight, easy to carry and gives two different speeds of soothing vibration which my daughter loves! The swing is amazing too, has multiple directions to swing, isn't noisy and puts my daughter right to sleep! The adjustable reclining options are a great feature and can be changed with one hand! On the downside it wasn't the easiest to put together as the directions weren't super clear but once I got it together it's been a life saver! I was given this swing and rocker to try as part of the weeSpring Parent Panel and so glad I was given the opportunity! We love all the features and highly recommend this! I was given this swing to try as part of the weeSpring Parent Panel. I had not bought a swing for my son previously, as I thought I had enough "big" items, so I was extremely interested in trying this 2 in 1 swing. The swing is very aesthetically pleasing - its neutral colors and design fit in well with our other furniture. I love the feature of the swing seat being able to come off and become a bouncer - one less thing to buy! The seat is easy to remove when it is not occupied, however, I struggled to take it off while my son was still in the seat - I'm sure with more practice, it will become easier. I was able to place the bouncer back on the swing without any issue. The variable swing speed is great, although sometimes it seemed to take a minute to "catch up" when I changed the speed - sometimes when I turned it to go faster, it almost seemed to go slower, before finally going faster. The first time I put my son in it, his eyelids immediately started to get droopy, and before I knew it, he was asleep! Had I known it would work this well, I would have bought one earlier! That being said, this is a smaller swing, so my 6 month old son has almost outgrown it (max weight is 18 lbs, and length is 27"). Bigger swings can be used until 25 - 30 lbs, depending upon the swing. However, I'm excited to be able to use it with our next child, during the earlier months.

I am a mom of 2 girls ages 4 months and 2.5 years. I received this product to test from the weeSpring Parent Panel. I was excited to try it out as it's important to have somewhere to put my 4 month old where she's happy while I'm helping my 2.5 year old to the potty, with meals, etc... My 4 month old really loves this swing - it seems to be very comfortable and it's easy to get her in and out. I really like that you can change the position of the swing so she can swing side to side or up and down. It's also really easy to take it off the swing base and use it as a bouncer. The duel-functionality helps rid my house of baby clutter! All around an A+ product!

We have been using swing/rocker for a few weeks with our second baby and I am sad we didn't have it with our first! We used a standard large swing and a separate rocker with our first. Normal swings are so bulky and I love that I can easily move this new one around the house and not be stuck only having her be in one room when she is using it. I have a busy 2 year old so it is definitely a must for a mom that needs her hands free! Makes my life so much easier without having to sacrifice everything I loved about a traditional swing. She still takes marathon naps in this so it must be just as cozy! Both my family and my husbands family live an hour away and this has made visiting them so much easier. It is always hard to get our baby to nap anywhere but home but this has saved us since it is lightweight and we can easily bring it with us! With our first we always dreaded overnight visits because we would end up with an overtired cranky baby. We also use the rocker feature a lot when baby wants to hang out and watch her big bro run around or me make dinner. It plugs in, which is a must when I look for baby gear. I'm on baby #5 and this swing is brilliant! I adore that it's a small size and still swings both directions. The fact that it plugs into the wall is icing on the cake. I've loved the adjustable recline options. None of my babies have ever loved vibration, but it is nice to have the feature on this swing for those babies that do! We've only used the rocker feature a couple of times, so for us the primary use is as a swing. The whimsical print on the Marshall design is darling. I couldn't be more pleased with this swing. While I received this swing courtesy of the weeSpring Parent Panel, I would definitely consider purchasing this as a gift for someone expecting! I paid about 1.5 times the retail msrp of this swing for our old swing, and this one is miles ahead. I would definitely recommend this!

Thanks to the weeSpring Parent Panel I got to try out this great bouncer for free. Overall I really like this product. I'm a mom of 4 month old, twin girls so I'm always looking for ways to keep them entertained, especially while I'm feeding one baby and the other baby has to wait. The Graco Portable Bouncer acts like a second set of hands for me! I love that you're truly getting two products in one. I can mount the bouncer onto the swing base to use it as a swing or I can take the bouncer off to let my girls bounce and entertain themselves with the mobile bar that has plush animals and stars that hang from it. The swing allows you to choose multiple speeds and you can also choose which direction you want your baby to swing- from side to side or front to back. That's great! The bouncer seat also has vibration and music features to soothe your baby, which are a plus. This bouncer was pretty easy to put together and I was able to complete the assembly while my girls were down for a nap. This Graco Portable Bouncer is different than other baby swings I've encountered, so at first I was a little uneasy about just mounting the bouncer on the swing base and wondered if it was truly safe. After ensuring the bouncer was securely attached, I put one of my daughters snuggly in the harness and turned it on. It was actually really nice! One wonderful feature of the bouncer is that you can also set the recline to the position you need and I'd recommend reclining your baby to the furthest recline position you can while they are swinging just for extra piece of mind. My girls do suffer from mild reflux so the fact I can adjust the recline is awesome because having them on a incline, especially after they eat, is so helpful in preventing them from spitting up a ton. The only reason I'm giving this portable bouncer a 4-star rating is because I thought the fastest swing speed was a little too fast and I'd be uncomfortable letting my baby swing at that speed. Thankfully you can choose whatever speed you like, so you can avoid that top setting if you'd like.

What a fabulous swing! My son absolutely loves it. The swinging motion puts him to sleep very quickly (yay!) and the seat vibration and music are huge pluses to keep him dozing. The variable swing speeds are a great feature and let you choose exactly what speed you want and are easily adjustable. I usually have the seat in high vibration but there are two vibration strengths as well. The coolest feature, though, is being able to also made this a bouncer! And it is as simple as lifting the seat off the swing mechanism! While the seat is on the swing it is firmly in place and I have no concerns about my toddler lifting it off. And then when in bouncer mode my son can happily bounce; the best of both worlds! My only less than perfect comments are the toy bar is really easy to remove and my toddler yanks it off, and the hanging toys are only secured with tiny pieces of Velcro so they are very easily pulled off. There was also a lot more assembly than I would have anticipated but once it was all together it was well worth the effort! We have tried three of these types of devices so far...this one isn't the best but it isn't the worst either. My favorite feature of the duet swing is the fact that the swinging motion is automatic so baby doesn't have to do anything to make it move - our son found the swinging motion of the duet to be more soothing than other products automatic rocking motions. I also very much appreciated that I could remove the rocker on the duet easily and carry baby from room to room, this makes it easy for me to keep an eye on my son while I move around the house, I don't like being stuck in one room so being able to move the device easily (particularly if he is sleeping it in) is key. Some of the cons of the swing is that it is not easy to travel with because it doesn't fold flat and it also isn't very attractive to look at from a design perspective. Ultimately it is not my first choice for this type of device my baby didn't like it the best, it wasn't the easiest set up, and isn't the best looking device but this swing was a nice 2nd option to have during particularly fussy times. We are lucky that our baby has a great temperament and typically doesn't need a lot of help to fall asleep - I could see this product being perfect for a baby who insists on constant motion to fall asleep. Living in a city row home, finding certain baby items that fit your home can be a challenge. There are so many large items for such a small space! For our first, we bought a swing that was great but took up half our living room. We also had a bouncer that basically lived on our dining room table. Not ideal. Enter the Graco Duet Sway lx. This sweet little baby minder does double duty as a bouncer....and a swing! Beautifully detailed and designed, the bouncer can easily be moved around with its easy to grasp handles and fits right into the swing to seamlessly keep a sleeping baby happily moving. The bouncer can be placed in the swing facing left, right or forward so wherever you are, you get full view of your placid kiddo. And the swing itself has such a small footprint! I couldn't believe how much of our living room we were able to reclaim. Getting down to the nitty gritty, the bouncer can be adjusted to six different recline positions and has an adjustable toy bar (with adorable plush figures) which can be lowered for younger babes and raised as they get older. Thanks to the always amazing Weespring parent panel for giving me the opportunity to test out this product in return for my honest opinion. I'll start out by sharing that, I'm a mom of 7+ as I foster babies, and almost always have a baby visiting our family....therefore I've had my fair share of baby swings. I'm picky on my baby gear, as I use them a lot and need them to work well and efficiently.... I sometimes have babies in my care that have been born drug exposed, and they may need to sleep in their swings as they can't lay flat in their back or tummy, or they have reflux, have had surgery etc. Pros: -Surprisingly compact....Almost tiny! Both the swing and the bouncer worked well and the baby seemed to enjoy them. -neutral colors for a boy or girl. -you can turn the seat...wow! What a great idea!! -good for traveling -baby seemed pretty content in it; we put him in it everyone day for about 15 minutes each time. He did seem to get uncomfortable in the bouncer after 15 minutes. Maybe he was uncomfortable? Cons: -very low to the ground, which makes it a little awkward to our baby in and get baby out of. -because of how compact it is, I think it would be better suited as a travel item, and keep the large swing for at home. -personally, I think the color will be hard to keep clean, and when they are little and have blowouts, you will be cursing under your breath as you try and clean the light fabric. Overall, I'd say this is a great concept, and I think those with small apartments and spaces will like it. Plus. You're saving money by not having to purchase two separate items.

The Graco Duet Swing & Portable Rocker is amazing! My 5 month old always wants to be held and has had little interest in the rocker we used with our first child. The feature he loves best about this swing/rocker combination is the ability to either swing front to back like a traditional swing or side-to-side. As it turns out, he still has little interest in the traditional swinging motion but he loves to go side-to-side. This makes the product a must-have registry item-- you never know what your baby will like until they are born. He now loves swing time and I get to make dinner! We mainly use this product as a swing but I love the ability to disconnect the seat from the swing base and use it as a rocker. I have found myself rocking him with my foot while washing dishes. If we had gotten this when he was a newborn I think we would have used this feature even more frequently but the fact that the seat can either sit up or be reclined has been very useful at this age. I also love that the entire product feels compact and fits easily and unobtrusively in the corner when not in use. Thanks to the weeSpring Parent Panel for providing me with this swing and rocker!

We received this product from weeSpring Parent Panel to review at no cost. At first I wasn't sure if we needed another rocker but we really liked it!!! My son loves the side to side motion of the swing, I love that I can easily move and change it's position. It was easy to assemble and I feel my son is secure in the five point harness. As a minimalist, I really appreciate the multiple functions of this product and feel it can easily replace the functions of 2 or 3 separate products. I would highly recommend this product to any space conscious family!

We received this swing just in time! My husband just left to go over seas so I no longer have help! I didn't know what I was going to do with my little when I needed to shower and get ready. This swing is perfect! I can easily take the bouncer part into the bathroom and my little one can stay comfortable and entertained while I am busy. I feel like she can be safe and independent while I am still able to keep an eye on her! This product was easy to put together and is very sleek looking! I was nervous at first not knowing if the swing would be stable but after putting it together and testing it out I feel more the safe putting my babe in it! The height of this product is perfect and the motor is so quiet! It's like its not even on! ? Love that we can rotate the swing to give my daughter options of which way she swings! The music quality could be a little better but it is a great, comfortable product at a great price! This is a great quality swing and I can't wait to tell other new parents about it! I was given this swing to try asbpart of the weeSpring Parent Panel. My overall review, I would recommend! The material is very soft and the harness does not rub baby's neck. It was very easy to assemble, and took about 15 min. You are able to choose swing speed and vibration intensity along with music. The overall height makes it easy to get baby in and out. Transitioning from swing to bouncer and back is very easy and simple. I love that it plugs into wall, but keep in mind it does require batteries for vibration and music. The motor is quiet which is always a positive. My one complaint, although it does not keep me from recommending this combo, I wish the sound quality was better. Price point is very reasonable for what you are getting! I don't hesitate to recommend this Bouncer/swing combo.

The Graco Duet Sway is a great registry addition & gift for new moms. It is priced right, superior quality (love Graco swings) and this style is gender neutral! I found it relavtiely easy to put together with all the parts included, and was pleasantly surprised at how quick it was to set up - I am not the most handy or the best at reading directions. The small footprint of this swing is my favorite thing about it, given the myriad of baby items that line the floors of almost every room in my home. The compact, sleek design means it won't clash with my home style and I won't stub my toe on it when waking up for 2am feeds in the dark! I really appreciate that the swing plugs in and has the ability to detach the rocker (uses D battery) for portability - we use it while we shower so our LO is close by and content! She is very comfy and is so wiggly that she can rock herself in the seat - which has a head rest adjustment so she can recline or be more upright. The seat vibrates which is a nice feature although not a necessity for my gal. My LO loves that she can swing in 3 directions (depending on how she is facing) but I found that since she is so wiggly, the seat seemed a little unbalanced while she was swinging - she is 5mo and 15lbs for reference. Despite this, the swing stayed steady and moved just fine! I do tend to favor swings that have a musical feature, as I've found it keeps my baby engaged and more at ease.. this would be a nice addition to this product. Our experience with the Graco Duet Sway has been a positive one, with both the swing and portable rocker - I am a sucker for products that have more than one purpose or feature, especially when it comes to baby items because you can get inundated with "stuff". We're so appreciative of weeSpring Parent Panel for allowing us to try out this swing/rocker!

This swing/portable bouncer is awesome! It came with many pieces to assemble but with the right screwdriver, I had it up and running in 15 mintues from emptying the box. The weight of the base is great for keeping the swing in one place while it swings, the option to swing side to side or front to back is great too. My little guy loves swinging side to side! The portable bouncer feature is such a bonus. I love being able to take the seat by the two handles, lift and move it easily to another location. I also really like that the seat uses a 5-point harness that is not only easy to get baby in and out but also makes me feel safe that he is not going anywhere while he swings/bounces. We had the opportunity to use the Graco Duet Sway Swing & Portable Rocker as a part of the WeeSpring Parent Panel and I am SO glad we did! Our little girl loves to swing and we have been using a huge hand-me-down swing that took up a quarter of our living room...it was horrible looking but it made her happy (and gave momma the ability to cook dinner and run to the bathroom) so we were good with it. Then we received the Graco Duet Sway Swing & Portable Rocker....move over old, giant, hideous hand-me-down there's a new swing in town!! The Graco Duet Sway was very easy to assemble and is unobtrusive, giving us back some much needed space. We love that it has the option to function as a swing (which takes up a bit more room and requires an electrical outlet to plug in) OR we can use it as a rocker anywhere (this functionality is battery operated and it is very light and easy to move around). All you have to do to switch the rocker into a swing is lift it onto the swing base, and BAM, you have a swing. I will be honest, at first it seemed like the swing was less than stable since you just placed the rocker on the swing mount without screwing it in or anything. However, I have been very pleased that once put in place it's very secure (believe me, as a slightly anxious first time mom, I tested it...A LOT). The seat itself has three different reclining options to grow with the baby. They can fully recline or move up to more seated positions very easily. Another important feature of the seat itself is the safety harness, this is a must use to keep your little one safe and the clip on this model is easier to unlatch than other similar products. The swing is our favorite use, it has worked wonders to soothe a fussy baby. I love that I can make it have a nice easy speed or move it up to something more vigorous depending on the mood of the baby. The only negative thing I can say about the Duet Sway is the mobile piece that arches over the seat is a bit of a throw away. It is pretty flimsy and the stars that are attached are a very light color with little visual interest for the baby. We ended up removing this piece since it was in the way more than anything. We are extremely pleased with the Graco Duet Swing & Portable Rocker and would definitely recommend it to friends.

We loved using the Graco Duet Swing & Portable Rocker. Assembly was super easy, and it put our little one to sleep right away! Thanks to the weeSpring Parent Panel providing this swing, we got to replace our older swing with the a-frame type supports. While the Graco Duet Swing & Portable Rocker does take up a nice chunk of floor space, it is much smaller than our other swing. We love being able to switch the direction of the swing without moving the base or take the portable rocker off the base when we're busy in other parts of the house. Also, the recline adjuster is super quick to use! We plan to use this until our little guy outgrows it, then keep it for the next one- I have no doubt the craftsmanship quality will last. The only thing we see as not-so-perfect about the Graco Duet Swing & Portable Rocker is that the seat doesn't always keep baby centered, which makes the rocking motion a little bit one-sided. Sometimes it being off balance makes the base of the rocker click against the connector while it swings.

I received this product free in exchange for review from WeeSpring Parent Panel. My opinions are uninfluenced and solely my own. So, set up was a bit annoying, I have to admit. The directions were vague at some points, and I truly didn't believe the swing would stay together. All you have to do is slide the rocker portion onto the base and boom: you have a swing! This product is AMAZING. As a rocker, it's great for when I'm doing dishes or something that requires my hands. I can use my feet to rock my son and entertain him. It also has a port for a D battery where you can turn vibration on/off. My kids don't like that, but it's great for kids that do. As a swing, the product is even better. It plugs in to an outlet, which keeps the power consistent. I've had battery operated ones and they just don't work as well. My son is 15 lbs at 3 months old, and most swings are too flimsy for him. This swing has 3 directions you can set the baby in, and the rocker portion straps and headrest are adjustable. The speed dial is also nice because it's like a dimmer switch, you have more than just a couple options. It's very convenient and a neat new way to set up a swing. But I'm so happy I received this item and highly recommend it!
