We have had this swing for a month and a half and we had the first motor go out after a month and got a replacement from track and that one still doesn't work. Don't waste your money on this thing

Easy to put together! Our 10 year old put it together for his baby brother! Our little one loves it. He relaxes in it and falls asleep in it when he is tired. I was so excited to buy this swing for my little girl and loved it when I initially put it together. But since we've started using it, it has been nothing but problems!!!! The motor just doesn't have the power to swing anything higher than speed 2!!!! It sounds like it's trying to swing it faster, but the swing with my baby in it (10lbs) is just too heavy for the motor to move!!! And if put a blanket it on her, it can barely move at all! She's 3 months old, how is she going to enjoy this swing as she gets older if she's already too heavy for the motor???? What junk! Half the time the swing/light doesn't even turn on when you twist the nob. You have to keep turning it and wiggling it until it eventually turns on. I don't know if it has a short or what, but it's so frustrating!!!! And it clicks CONSTANTLY and the base is constantly swaying as the baby swings. It looks like it could give out at any second. The music/vibrations was great, but it only worked for 1 day. Then it just stopped working completely! I would 100% take it back if I could! Complete waste. A swing that can't even swing and for this kind of money, just forget about this and get something else.

I can't get the frame to sit square. I've gone through the instructions a dozen times and their is no other way to assemble the frame. I haven't even attached the bassinet yet because the frame is warped and is not stable. I've tried contacting costumer service but they won't answer just keep me on hold forever. It is so incredible frustrating this is terrible product.

I chose the swing because the reviews weren't bad. This was my second swing I took the first one back because it wasn't what I wanted I wanted one that was a bouncer and a swing. So I chose this one I just picked it up from the store today. I got home and I put it all together put the batteries in plugged it in and I used it one time and now I can't get the bouncer to work it's as if the power button is stuck and won't get unstuck. I will be taking this back to the store to get a refund. And now my son has to wait a whole nother week for his new one to get here which is a whole nother brand.

If you turned on the music or the vibration the entire seat would start to shake violently and the music would make a rumbling noise. I would not recommend this product to anyone. I have only used this swing for two months for all of this to already be a problem.

About a month into using the swing, the highest setting (6) slowed down tremendously to about a 2. My LO loved her swing and we used it about twice a day, but I didn't think the motor should go that soon. I contacted Graco and they were happy to help. They not only sent out a new motor, but because they grey motor was on back order they sent us out a tan one while we waited! I own my own business and work from home a couple days a week and don't know what we would do without this swing! It keeps her happy and entertained, and has also become a great place for her to nap. The ability to keep her sleeping, and move her around the house with the release rocker chair is a MAJOR bonus! We did have to buy an head insert because she was to small for the one that it came with.

this product is very large and difficult to transport to different rooms in the house, also have had so much trouble with the actual vibration and sounds working, they only work part of the time even with brand new batteries its as if there is something wrong with it, and it is also very easy for it to get off track with the swing gears and will not work correct, overall I wish i would have went with something smaller and easier to transport and something that works all the time

We recently bought this for our first child and we love it. It's great that it has the option of swinging side to side or front to back. It's also got great padding and the seat position is great for a newborn.

We received this as a gift and my son loves it. I lve the fact that it has several sounds along with soothing vibrations and that it moves back and forth as well. The only suggestion would be that the seat should not only be battery powered. I understand that the seat comes out and at that point the battery comes in handy but why use the battery when it's already connected to the swing itself? Fairly easy to assemble, I recommend waiting until you have the batteries until you put it together :) I impatiently did not & it was a bit harder to get to the battery location once it was assembled. My version has 6 speeds, nothing too crazy, but I can see how it will easily swing baby into relaxation. Since we have limited space in our home, I was hesitant to use a multi-use product like this one, but I am so glad I did! This swing is so plush and comfy (but also has a 5 point harness for safety) and the different swinging options are really amazing for determining which one my baby prefers! My favorite feature of all has to be that the rocker is removable and comes off with such ease! This allows us to keep the base of the swing in our common living space, but then carry the rocker to different rooms as we take showers, fold laundry, etc., which is beyond amazing!! My newborn loves to sway back and forth AND side to side. My older child had a swing that only swung back and forth, we had no idea what he was missing! The soothe surround combination of a car ride is perfect for lulling my baby to sleep for nap time when he's cranky, he settles right down. This feature is amazing, my baby can enjoy many different experiences while in his swing - his favorite activity. I love having the swing in the kitchen. Although I like holding my baby, it isn't practical or safe to hold my baby while cooking! I can keep an eye on him while he swings and keeps an eye on me too. Another really cool feature of this swing is that if you want to move your baby but not the entire swing, you can discoonect it and it become a rocker! Instead of disrupting his fun in the swing, I can carry the rocker and my baby to any room with me and he's still very happy.

My child gets cranky when its time for him to sleep and he needs me to sway and rock him to sleep which is frankly quite a tiring task. I was pretty impressed and relieved after having this product. It makes my job so much easier for me. And my child stays pretty calm on this swing. This is a well made product and is quite sturdy as well. It can hold weight between 5.5 to 30 pounds. My most favorite feature in this product is that this swing can be converted to a rocker within seconds. Its a two in one which gives this a lot more flexibility and portability. I can simple remove the rocker and carry with me in different rooms if my kid is sleeping and keep and eye on him. The other features are pretty good as well which include the soothing sounds and vibrations that can help your child really be calm. The fabric is very safe for the child and the cushioning is well done. The swing can sway front and back and also side to side. This has made life much easy and I recommend this for every parent. I do wish that the rocker has an automatic operation as well for rocking motion as once detached from the swing the rocker needs to be used manually. But it is not a let down for me. Unlike the regular swings, this one has a detachable rocker so you can literally move it easier and faster in another part of the room. I sometimes use it when going to a friends house, we have a van so I have room for it anyway. It has it's own handle when removed. It's lighter to carry that way and it's also easy to remove and put back. There are several features I like about this rocker swing. First, I love the fabrc material because it's not rough on baby's skin. I haven't tried but by the looks of it, it's easy to clean and is even machine-washable. There is a layer of thick but soft padding to make it more comfortable for the baby. The neutral color is just a plus. The swing can move forward-backwards or side-to-side with lots of different songs to soothe the baby's need. It even has a vibration option. It has quite a big canopy too. Another great thing is that it includes an AC plug so you can plug it in instead of using batteries. That will save you more. Although I prefer using batteries because I don't like seeing a lot of cables. I read it can be used for up to 30lbs but make sure you use it only when the baby's not super active.
