This is for parents who have babies born with hip displaysia. I was looking for a swing for my newborn who was diagnosed with hip displaysia and who has to wear the pavlik harness. I did a lot of research on which one to get but unfortunately not a lot of stuff online about which swing is best for babies with HD. Anyways, I finally thought this one would be the best one as it was wide enough and it would allow my baby to keep her legs in the frog-like position. But because the chair that the baby sits on is so deep, her legs end up folding in. So we ended up folding a couple blankets underneath her as to support her hips. Other than that, the swing itself seems to be ok.

I purchased this swing and it broke already!! Have only had it for two months! Not happy with this at all!

From the moment we assembled this product, the vibration never worked. Within a week of use, the birds stopped. Based on this quality, the swing should be half the price, if not less.

Received this as a shower gift. Baby arrived and worked for maybe 5 minutes. Power just totally cut off. No swing or sounds working.

We love this swing, we got it at our babyshower, were are about three months into using it and i think the motor is going :( we have to have the setting on 6 for it to even sway a little. Kinda disappointed it didnt hold up longer

I bought this swing brand new and assembled it myself and the motor only lasted 5 months!! I'm so disappointed I wasted so much money when I could have bought a cheaper swing that would have lasted longer

I've had this swing for 2 weeks. My 3 month old loves it. She is not above the weight limit and it barely swings. I can turn it on the highest speed without her in it and it barely moves still. It squeaks and seems like its struggling to work. I really expected to get more than 2 weeks use out of it. Very disappointing.

I have been using this for a month and the swing motor broke. I have it plugged in and the swing isn't moving. As I have seen by reading the rest of these reviews, this is a common problem with this swing. I want a swing that works or my money back.

Very disappointed. This was a great swing, used for a few months with baby #1. Went to use it a year later for baby #2 and first time I used it, motor quit working. Not worth the investment if it is only useful for a few months

Now at 3 months and 17lbs, baby cannot nap comfortably in this swing with the constant squeaking and motor noise! Holy moly I'm beyond upset cause this is ruining baby's naps!!! Why is this happening? WHY?

I bought this in February and it was fantastic. We loved it. But just recently it's been making a clicking and squeaking noise, won't increase swing strength over 1 and the vibration doesn't work.

My son is just now 3 months old, 16 pounds. The motor has just about burnt out. We change out the expensive D batteries so often. We've more than likely equaled the price of the swing it self. The mobile does not move and my son was scared of the bears so I had to remove them. At first it was a good product and convenient when it use to work. So disappointed that it does not last for more than 3 months. I registered the product for this reason but that was useless because you can only get useless parts but not anything to fix the motor.

Premium leatherette seat pad supposed to be machine-washable. I did this and it completely ruined my seat pad. I am so upset about it as I truly love this high chair. I followed the instructions on the tag but it didn't work.

We love the DuetSoothe! The rocker is a much better fit for our newborn than other rockers we've tried and she loves the swing! We love that it doubles as both products so you don't need to purchase both.

I bought this swing for my son who is now 2 months old. I have only had it less than a month and the cords mess up, the swing clicks when it sways and it never stays swinging for longer than 5 minutes at a time.

Now I want to preface this and say that I do like the swing overall however there are some things I just don't understand. The vibration feature, although great....it sounds like the batteries are about to fall out. We had to put paper towels in the compartment to keep the batteries from jiggling around. The swing itself all of the sudden now makes this terrible creaking noise. There is no sound level you could turn the music up on this swing to drown out that sound. Trust me. I've tried. And the mobile doesn't spin. Overall it's okay. Would I recommend this to someone though? Absolutely not. Oh mind you I've used this sparingly for 2 months and all these noises started happening

Got this swing as a gift from my registry and I love it, convenient and works well. My little girl enjoys it but out of no where it started creaking and waking her up and we can't figure out how to make it stop! Now she doesn't nap well when the swing is on.

have had this swing for a little under 3 years. The weight limit is 30 lb. My son is 15lbs and the motor is not working anymore. It doesnt rock. Now the swing is the only thing my son will stay in quietly instead of me or someone who has to constantly hold him when things are needed to be done. Hoping this can be resolved quickly, maybe start offering this as a part. otherwise graco is an awesome brand i buy nothing else. I even have 3 carseats from tehm

It's a great chair. Easy to adjust seat. The tray glides in and out of easily. The only thing is when rolling to relocate it's a little rebel. Like a stubborn shopping cart. As a stay in place high chair it's perfect functionality.

Brand new, used new D size battery and the vibration doesn't work. Pretty disappointed.

I love this high chair but washed the chair cover and now it's a mess. Can't find a replacement anywhere. Very disappointed.

Hard to put together. Has a plug in but you need 6 d batteries to use? It's like 1 step forward 8 backwards with everything. Go get something cheaper it'll probably be better than this

I ordered this device 3 weeks ago. The sound option has already started to not work with every button push. Today alone i had to push the sound button 5 time, the fifth time being harder than i would like to push a plastic button, For it to work. 2 out of 10 i would not recommend. The product wears out far to fast. Definitely meant to milk parents out of money.

After reading other reviews, I see that the motor has been an issue for many others. Great product in theory, if it worked correctly. The swing will play music but makes a grinding sound when you try to operate the swing portion.

First of all, this high chair is not meant to be a space saver. However, it's sleek look could fit in with any area. My five month old loves sitting at the table with us in her new high chair. It is comfy and secure for her. I love that the tray is easy to get on/off and the wheels make it so easy to move around. I researched/compared high chairs for many months, and I am so glad we decided on this one. We hope to have this chair for many years to come. So we are still in the beginning stages of our experience. But so far, it has been great!!

I received this swing as a gift at my baby shower and was so excited to use. I open it up put it together and and does not work. I tried three different types of D batteries and it will still not function and I am highly upset.

For the love of everything good don't buy this. It's literally a waste of money, it stopped swinging after 3 months of use, my baby is no where near the weight limit. Save your money.

I purchased this swing only to bring it home and find it has a clicking noise while in movement. I have added 10lbs to mimic a child's weight hoping it would help the gears. No such luck. I guess I'll have to turn the TV up while it runs until I am able to return it (that is if it is returnable during covid). Disappointing.

My son is only 3 months old and 13 lbs and sounds like it's struggling. Turn the tv over the noise which wakes the baby. Does what it's suppose to but not very impressed.

This is the best highchair I have ever purchased. I bought one 5 years ago and still use it. I love that the material can be wiped clean, the tray has a removable cover tray to remove for cleaning without having to take the child out of the chair. It's sturdy and on wheels for convenience. Its been used for 2 children. I just bought another for one more on the way. One will stay at grandmas house.

The handle where you can adjust the seating position is at the top of the seat. It presses up against the top of the baby's head and makes it very uncomfortable. I was nervous about the soft spot. Had for 2 weeks and selling.

I bought this swing and when we first started using it worked fine. Then the knob that does the speed started to not work. It then started making a grinding noise, now it won't swing at all. It hasn't even been a full year it don't work.

I love the swing but I've only been using it maybe 2-3 months the most and the vibration part of it got loud and now doesn't work even when it's plugged into the wall.

I'm in love with this chair and all the features well built love that it is strong it would be really hard to tip it over I have other kids and I'm not afraid of them running and bumping it very sturdy second it is very plush I don't feel that my baby will be on a hard surface so comfortable my 3 month baby falls asleep on it it reclines and I must say that is one feature that any mom likes because babies and kids fall asleep anywhere so for first time moms you need this chair you will be thankful you got this chair that reclines all the way thank you Gracco I love it

Out of the box the swing motor made loud noise and clicking very annoying.

Got this swing as a gift for my LO. He is now 8 weeks and the swing started making this crackling sound when he swings feet first (positioned facing right). Thankfully it doesn't bother him but the sound is loud and annoying.

I bought this for my 6 month old baby. The highchair has some amazing features, such as reclining, easy to remove tray and a smaller tray underneath. The chair can be wiped down easily. It's sturdy, reliable and safe. My husband and I are happy with this purchase.

I bought this couple months ago for my baby and he's 9 months and still getting on it before this swing I had the mamaroo but he grew of there very fast like in 4 months

Received this item from an online registry and LESS THAN 3 WEEKS LATER it just stops! Light doesn't come on. Swing doesn't move. No power at all. Checked all connections with help of the assembly manual and still nothing, checked multiple outlets in my house and even went and bought batteries to see if that was the fix and still nothing! DO NOT BUY.

I have had this and it works well except the seat cover is in shambles. You can't wash it in the washer. The plastic snaps that connect it to the chair are distorted after my son kept pulling them off. Graco doesn't seem to offer a replacement for this which is ridiculous.

Personally, I find Graco to be a good brand overall to begin with and this chair is a good example of Graco quality. simple to assemble- well made- seems comfortable- durable- I like the way the back reclines as my 5 month old likes to eat in a reclined position for now- able to get food tray close to him. I Really like the wheels on it- Big Plus- able to move it from room to room easily- or from the corner to where it is stored to kitchen- It doesn't fold up true- but if it did, I would think it might not be as sturdy

We love the high chair but really wish that the cover was machine washable! It's very inconvenient and carrots stain! Would give this 5 stars if the cover was washable!

This highchair works great. I love how it holds up. I do however think at this point with so many bad reviews on the cover that something could be done about it. You can't wash it and mine has completely cracked apart. Where can I get a new one without paying for a new highchair? Things like this should be washable for babies.
