Our son loves this swing, but we only got to use it once and then it never turned on again. We couldn't get the power indicator light to turn on at all, with the plug or with batteries.

Swing motor breaks very easily and is costly to fix. I would not recommend this unit.

The swing is so loud and noisy no matter what setting it's on and the recline piece sits on baby's head as I have a tall baby who just turned 5 months I thought I'd love this product as I am a faithful graco purchaser

We got ours about 9 months ago. My daughter loves it.! Went to put her to sleep and it just doesn't work. Tried to unplug it and turn it back on but nothing. It was one of my favorite purchases until tonight.

We have been using this for almost 3 months and it sucks. It makes so much noise! I like that the rocker detaches, but it feels so unstable and loose. The vibration sounds like it's almost out....the vibration motor is going out and rattles very loudly and we can no longer use that feature. That is disappointing because she needs it on when sitting in the rocker....not sure what to do about it. We were willing to put up with this noisy machine, but now with the vibration not working right, i guess we need to buy something else and not Graco!

Really disappointed in this swing. It was given to me at my baby shower in August. My baby was born in September and didn't even start using the swing until November and still didn't use it much. Today it broke after very minimal use.

I only had it 2weeks it doesn't work any more it stop swinging and I tried trouble shooting it and it still doesn't work

Apparently I'm not the only one. I work from home and I need a good swing asap. So I bought this one and holyyyyyyyy moly it's worst product ever. Now I need another swing before the week next week. What am I to do. After a month it stopped working. Never again!!!! Never again will I buy graco. Very cheap and product was no good

We are currently using this swing for baby #2. The vibrating sadly no longer works but it's still working fine otherwise. My first loved this swing and used it very often. It's also nice that it doesn't take up much space and plugs in to save batteries. We used to have the clicking issue that others have stated as well, but one day it kind of just stopped doing it and now the sound is fairly faint.

We really liked it. It is sturdy and very practical, the seat and back are comfortable and it is very easy to clean. The materials are good quality. I highly recommend it.

Great seat easy assemble it's the perfect hight so they can sit at the table.

This mobile and swing does very little to peak baby's curiosity... no movement, dull colors... can u recommend some that stimulates as they swing. Please, I am so discouraged.

The weight limit is 30lbs, but it won't swing my baby who's 15lbs. It's very frustrating. I'm not sure if it's the motor going or what.

I liked the idea of this swing vibration and motion, but the vibration rattles so loud. I stuffed socks around the switch to muffle it. The screws and buttons that hold it together fell out and got lost, so it would be nice to use parts that stay with the device. And the mobile is stationary so that is also something that could be upgraded for the cost.

I loved this seat for my daughter and now I want to use it for my son. As you know kids are messy and I'd rather buy a new cover than wash the old one which I've had no luck with. I just want a replacement seat cover and it's impossible! I guess it's not available, because the model number I enter is invalid, which makes no sense. Why make it so hard.

I honestly really love this swing, the only complaint I have is that the vibration motor is very loud. Luckily with baby number 2, he sleeps heavy, but to us its very loud even on its low setting. It quite down as the energy in the battery goes down, but once you replace it, it's back to be loud no matter what you do. If they could have insulated the battery compartment, or secured the vibration motor better, then it wouldn't be so loud.

For my baby shower I was given two of these swings. The one I kept was perfect and the other in scratch and not leveled and that's fresh out of the box. Now that she is 12lb almost 13lb it's starting to shake and creek. I still use the rocker still but I don't trust the swing.

Got this a a gift. My son loves this swing but unfortunately after 1 month it has stopped working. We still use the swing to sit him in, but it's unfortunate that it doesn't turn on anymore.

I literally only got to use it for maybe 30 mins and when the baby actually started to enjoy it. It just stopped working. I've changed batteries plugged it in the wall, nothing worked. So don't recommend.

Bought this a few months ago and its made horrible clunking sounds since purchase- looking to have it fixed or replaced as I can't return it.

I had my son a little over a month ago and the swing was working just fine.. I have the batteries for the swing as well as the plug in piece and neither one are working. The swing stopped working out of nowhere and it was working really well. I'm not sure what happened, but the light isn't cutting on when I cut it on, it's not swinging, the vibration is not working and the music isn't playing.

This swing has lasted us (so far) 13 months. I noticed reviews mentioning lack of durability and the motor going out.. we have moved our swing back and forth between our living room and bedroom for MONTHS and the only issue we ever noticed was the wire occasionally causing the swing not to turn on. This was most likely due to the wire being moved/ twisted/ crimped (much like what happens with old phone chargers). I'm sure if we kept it in one spot it, it would've been fine. The wire has a sweet spot so we're still able to use the swing. This swing helped us so much as new parents though. It's hard to trust anything/ anyone as new parents but this product is quality and safe. Not to mention saved. our. backs. When our baby was sick and only wanted to be held- this swing provided our backs some relief. We received this as a gift and it truly has been one. To Graco- if I could ask for two things it would be for more of a variety of softer music selection and gentler vibration settings. I would highly recommend this swing to anyone.

The swing was purchased little over a year ago and it quit working the power wont turn on at all will not be buying anymore

Great highchair! I thought the back of the chair was crooked and it was, but I figured out that the chair back didn't lock in the right place when adjusting it. It was a bit difficult to get one side of the back to click into the slot making the chair sit up straight. Hope that makes sense. I also wish it had a seat cushion. It's not very soft to sit on however the back of the chair is cushioned well. I don't think the baby really cares about a seat cushion though.

We used this swing for our first child (15 months ago) and loved it! We packed it away in expectation to use with our next child, but this unfortunately will not be the case. It seems that our base has been bent after pulling it back out of the box. We did move, but made it through with no other damaged items. I'm saddened and surprised by the lack of durability. The base falls flat on its face unless held up strongly by a hand.

I received this as a gift on my registry. After two months it stopped working. even after replacing batteries and taking apart to look at wiring. Better off buying something a little more expensive that will actually last.

I love Graco products but I hate!!! this highchair. It's so hard to clean it always feels dirty. I've washed the padding and it's still stained. I'm so angry that I bought this I regret buying it. Also it doesn't seem very comfortable for my baby.

The swing is good. The assembly is insane. When are you supposed to remove the body support?

I had my first child/son in April of this year (2021). The swing is large and bulky, but that is to be expected. The swing provided my son with everything he needed to help with being fussy and gassy for at least 1.5 months, but by the 2nd month of use, I noticed the swing was becoming noisy. It had a LOUD creaking noise each direction the swing moved. My son sleeps through almost anything, but the creaking would wake him up (since it started from the time we cut the swing in until we cut it off). I could deal with the noise, but the vibration of the seat/rocker part is what made me frustrated. Due to my son's gas, the vibration was the one thing that kept him asleep and comfortable and I realized it was very faint compared to when we first got it. I have tried to fix the battery compartment, the lid to it and all things about it and to no avail; it barely vibrates and I have no use for the rocker being detachable if there is no vibration, especially since the rocker's only extra bonus is the vibrating component. (I will try the tips in the comments to fix it, but paying for return shipping isn't an option for this mom.) It's an okay swing, but the price is high for faulty components to go so soon.)

Baby's not even born yet. Put this thing together and turned it on, it's SUPER LOUD and the whole structure rocks back and forth with it... I'm afraid to put a baby in here I feel like the whole thing it going to fall over. Oh, and just so you don't get surprised like I was, the mobile doesn't turn... Not like it's broken, like it wasn't designed to turn... so what's the point? I'm beyond mad, this is not a cheap swing, but it works like a piece of garbage. I feel duped...

This was a baby shower gift and it was the only swing our baby liked! She wasn't even 6 weeks old when it just stopped working. Even tried using batteries and it still won't turn on. I have been manually swinging it for 2 weeks!

I bought it in December for my daughter she enjoyed it alot uptil now although swing makes a very high noise of movement.Now when we moved to another state we disassemble the swing and now when we are trying to assemble it again most of the screws have gone inside those hollow rods from the holes and we are unable to get them back at the holes.Its really hectic we keeps on trying to get the screws back but theu wont come back.Before we were suffering from its loud noise and now its screws suck.

We got this swing as a gift but after a few uses the swing began to make a clicking noise and all music and sounds stopped working completely. We were so excited about this swing but then instantly realized that it broke way to easily.

The motor started getting really loud. Making a cracking and rattling noise then broke a week later. When you turn the swing on, it's hard to get the knob on an the actual number setting you want for the swing. The joints don't fit snugly so the whole frame creaks and the legs do not lay completely flat. The the vibrating seat.. which my son loved most. Died as well. The vibration unit slowly seemed to die as if the battery was getting losing power. But I'd put new battery and it wouldn't change. That is just the hardware. The seat back is very short. My son who was only 5lbs when born his head almost hit the top of the seat where the where the handle is placed. I'm just a few weeks time his head was reached the top of the seat where his head has to lay on the handle. Very uncomfortable for him. Very very disappointed! Don't waste your money. Product is 100% JUNK!

I'm not impressed. It's been 10 years since I've had a baby and the Graco swing I had 10 years ago was so much better quality and easier to assemble. So far the vibration isn't working at all. The buttons and stuff feel very cheap and overall I don't expect it to last long. Had it not been a gift, I would pack it up and return

We were so excited to use this swing and it did well for about a month. Now... The motor is gone. Which is a shame, because our son LOVED this swing. Very disappointed. For the price this should have been made a lot better. We used this swing maybe total of an hour every day for me to get things done around the house. Very very disappointed.

I tried assembling this on my own at first and it was very difficult fitting the fabric covering over the bars. With help, I was finally able to get this step assembled. The rest of the assembly was very easy until it came time to attach the swing base to the poles it clicked into. This step was again very difficult and took some disassembling and reassembling, but we eventually figured it out. The swing seems very stable, all pieces are secured in place, and it was easy to figure out the music and movement settings. It's easy to move around in our apartment if we want to switch it in and out of the nursery. No tools are required which makes it even better. Overall I am satisfied with the product for the price since I got it at a discount, hopefully baby feels the same!

My baby likes to hangout in her swing while I'm getting work done and she even takes her afternoon nap in the swing. It's pretty easy to throw the cover in the wash when needed and it's definitely a staple for our baby. She's coming up on 8 months now.

It's super versatile! Love the different and many (3) trays. My almost 3 month old easily sits in her high chair calmly while I cook. We are loving it so far and we are happy that it will grow with her!

Overall a good investment however, the padding isn't very durable. It is starting to tear. I also did not received the basket with ours. I just realized that it should of came with it after reading the description and watching a video . That was honestly my fault, I should of noticed sooner. However if I could order one that would be great but not finding them on the website.

The vibration unit works off and on and when it does work, it is so loud that it startles my baby and definitely wouldn't allow him to sleep through it.

We bought this swing for our grandsons & they love it!! Would definitely purchase again!!
