I received this as a baby shower gift and my 2 month old loves it. He has an ingenuity swing also but refuses to stay in it, he prefers the Graco swing and so do I. It's been a life saver up until it suddenly stopped working. I've bought 2 different brands of batteries and it still doesn't work. Won't work with the plug in either. It was the perfect swing up until this issue. Looks like I'll be buying another swing similar to this. Disappointed is an understatement.

I received a fisherprice swing that is way more expensive with way less features than the simple sway. I was a little worried given there was a recall on this swing but I have had no issues reported. My 1 mo. Is 10.5 lbs so he didn't have the head support issues reported. The motor is a bit loud but nothing my NB can't sleep through and the vibration setting helps with him when his gas makes him fussy, and it only takes one battery, unlike other bouncers that take 4. The classical music settings are really nice but I wish they had a white noise, Heart beat or womb sounds instead of tweeting birds- That gets annoying! The snaps on the back are nicely secure an it's easy to remove for cleaning but the baby seat it self seems shallow so you absolutely need to strap your baby into this one.

We got ours second hand and it works well. It's really big. Like takes up so much space. I never used the portable rocker option because it's huge. My son loved this for the first 4 months and I was so happy when he out grew it.

This is a great seat from infancy to toddler... this lasted for many stages of our childrens development! The price was great considering you can use it for many years!

This is the only alternative to my baby boy sleeping in my arms! The rocking puts him right to sleep! The music he can do without.

I absolutely love this swing! I would recommend it. So many songs and options calming my baby loves it.

I wish I could give it zero stars. Single handedly the worst product I've ever owned. When it worked it was great. There's a known problem with the swing motor and Graco is great about sending a replacement. That would be awesome if the replacement motor worked. The swing stopped swinging in 2 months and the replacement motor barely worked out of the box. DO NOT BUY THIS.

Perfect for every stage of life when your kiddo starts eating foods! The only thing i didn't like is how hard it is to clean in certain areas. But this is comfy for baby and toddler!

Bought brand new only used for a few months with first granddaughter I went to use it for my 2nd granddaughter and the motor won't turn on ,I never used the battery part only plugged in and it won't work either way,this swing is like brand new but won't work

I researched high chairs for many months, and I am so glad I decided on this one. I really liked it. It's super versatile. It is sturdy, durable and versatile. It is very easy to clean. The material is good quality. I really love that you can use it through the stages of the child's growth. The chair has 3 types of tray and The tray glides in and out of easily. The upper tray can be easily remove and clean without taking off the baby. My toddler girl and five month old loves sitting at the table with us in her new high chair. They feel comfortable and secure. I highly recommend it.

I love this one, it's help me put my baby to sleep fast, with a gentle swing, and nicely sounds. And of course safety. Quick nap for him and I can work on my stuff

I was given this for a baby shower gift, and it worked when I initially assembled it, but by the time I tried to use it with my baby in it a couple of months later, it no longer worked. I bought a separate AC adapter and batteries to see if changing either of those would work, but unfortunately it only swings when I manually push it.

Both of my sons loved these swings. Only reason we quit using it was our son got to chunky and the swing couldnt handle it anymore lol. Was pretty simple to put together with instructions given and great quality for the price

My baby really enjoyed this swing. We had to disassemble it to move and now the screws are stuck in the rods making it unusable. I noticed that other users have had this happened too. Disappointing!

This was a shower gift and i was excited about the ability to plug it into a wall, but after less than 3 months of use (more like 8 weeks since i didnt use it until my baby was 3-4 weeks old) it didn't turn on!

The highchair is great - we are currently using it with our second child, however, replacement parts are impossible to find. Our original cushion is damaged, and Graco does not offer replacement parts through their site. Disappointing, as we love the chair, but would not recommend if you are planning to use for more than one child.

This high chair has been through a lot with us. We have used every feature through all stages with my kids, but how is it there are no replacement parts available for our model/date? We've been needing to replace the seat cover and would like to a true replacement rather than an alternative cover.

Had this swing for my first one in 2019 and used it for about 6 months with him before putting it in storage. Fast forward to 2022, the motor broke after 2 weeks of used with my second son. Disappointing especially since it's out of warranty now.

Thus swing has made it through 2 babies for me amd is in storage for any more. Its pretty bulky amd takes up a lot of floor space, but it is so worth it! I absolutely loved being able to take the rocker with me from room to room, and my babies loved the different positions thay it swings in!

I have this exact high chair and highly recommend it. It's easy to adjust and easy to clean as well.

After the first 3 weeks the swing started to make a very loud noise. It doesn't work properly anymore. I see reviews from years ago and they were great reviews. Grace must have changed something that has caused this swing to be absolutely horrible. Not worth the money whatsoever. I've had it for 4 months now and wish I would've never gotten it.

My little one loved this swing. It was a sure way to help calm and soothe her when she was fussy. The swing has several speeds and also features vibration and music. It's a great, affordable swing. The only con is that the base is super wide so it's hard to move. It wouldn't fit through my homes doorways so it found a permanent spot once it was set up.

Seat pad easy to rip! Our high chair is gently used. I've been waiting for replacement part since last year that up to now is not available! It's ridiculous! I was misled that they'll send it to me for free for warranty but the second time I called I was informed that it won't be free. Will never buy and recommend Graco product again!!

The noise this swing started making with in a month his horrible. Nothing helps to try and get it to stop. Don't buy it!

I like the chair but this is my second one I've got and there's been issues with the seat cushions first one came ripped they gave me a whole new chair bc they can't replace the cushion and the new chair the tray gets stuck and the cushions I go to wash them and they fell apart I do not understand why just no. Wouldn't recommend.

When my son was first born at 9 pounds the swing fit him well he looked so cute and it had a strong swing helping me get some free time to do some house work. But 4 short months later my son is now 16 pounds he barely fits in the chair and the swing motor is very underpowered. This swing is rated for 30 pounds. I got half the life I should have and regret buying it. Currently using it on level 6 the highest level it has and it barely swings. Sad that we barely got any use out of it, but I would recommend it to anyone with a premie or a small child that hasn't grown like a weed as mine has.

I love this chair! Everything clips on or off easily, wipes up easily (so far), and it true Lu is a one handed tray! The only thing I don't like is that the chair can tip if you try to adjust the height while Baber is strapped into it. I'm excited to see how it shape up as Baber grows!

Cheap and flimsy. Mine broke after barely using it for 4 weeks. And the warranty doesnt cover anything worth having a warranty for. Terrible product, terrible company

This swing is a good idea but not executed all too well. My son is not quite 4 months old and is well within the weight limit of the swing but we're at a point where he won't be able to use it any longer because his head reaches the plastic piece at the top that you're supposed to use to adjust the recline of the swing. And his feet are over the edge of the swing. He's a bit tall for his age range but not in excess so I don't understand how the swing is too short for him already when he isn't even quite 4 months old. I wouldn't say it's a bad purchase but it seems ridiculous to charge this amount for something you can't use more than a few months.

The mechanical sound while the swing is in motion on the unit is to loud.

I bought this for my second child, after having a different brand of a much more expensive swing/rocker. I love the features about this swing: multiple speeds, music, vibration, ease of transitioning into a bouncer, recline/seat adjustment, and different ways to swing... HOWEVER, I can no longer use this product after 12 weeks. My son is less than 20 lbs and the motor became very loud. We have always used the AC adapter. The swing often stops swinging or does not swing at all when it is facing a certain direction, despite my son being under the weight limit. I felt like I wasted my money on this product and am disappointed that it no longer works other than for the vibration/music/seat function.

This high chair is wonderful, but the vinyl seat is not machine washable. The vinyl is cracking. When I tried to buy a replacement, the side requires the model number and date of manufacture. It won't take the date listed and says that no replacement parts are available.

I love the chair. Having the three tables makes handling my kiddos mess easy. My only problem is the chair cover is not holding up. We wash it. It needs it. But the plastic parts that hold it on the chair are bend and don't work any more. I am trying to find a replacement cover but I am getting no where.

We received this product at our baby shower, and has been one of the most used items! Swing is a bit big for our living room but it works wonders. My baby loves the swing and has been great for naps. My son had trouble sleeping laying down and could only breathe well sleeping up. This swing helped us out so much for the first month of his life! He is almost 4 months now and continues to use it for nap time. I've only used speed 1-2 and the sounds and music are great too. I just wish the mobile could spin. Highly recommend!!!

I get this a month ago workin fine until the swing change the speed by itself, is set to a # 1 setting, but after 10 to 15 minutes start to rocking faster and faster please advise what i should do about or if needs some way of adjustmen I didn't open or disconnect anything in the devise until get a recommendation from the GRACO team

I bought this with the hope of a simple set up. Not even two parts in, I realize that the parts that came with it, were broken and bent and just wrong. So this was a big waste of my time and money. Never again will I buy your products.

How can you support a company that provide no support for their products? They supply a easily breakable seat cushion, and offer no replacement cushion at the same time. I cannot support a company with such business practices.

I received this at my baby shower in September and had my girls in mid November. We started using this swing after they were born and it worked great until 2 days ago when the dial to change settings wouldn't always work. I would change it to the off position and the light was still on and it would keep swinging. Later that evening it completely stopped working. I tried replacing the batteries and using the cable but it is just broken. I'm so disappointed as this has been a life saver having twins.

Worked fine for ab two days with light use. Now makes horrible grinding sound when turned on & won't swing & speakers constantly popping. Sucks because my son loved it and it gave me a chance to get housework done.

I see reviews on here that are 5 years old suggesting replacement seat covers and still Graco hasn't come up with a solution? I came here looking to buy one since I can't find them anywhere else. It's no wonder I can't since they clearly don't exist. There is nothing wrong with the chair and it would be a complete waste to buy a new chair just for a seat cover.

This is the cheapest thing anyones ever made. I took 3 people to build from improper building in factory. Nothing fit the instructions are super hard to read. I will NEVER BUY GRACO AGAIN.

It wasn't the easiest to put together, it came with poor instructions and I was 9 months pregnant (probably not the best time to try to put together). After I finally got it assembled, I realized you need to put batteries in to make the vibration work and it's underneath the seat cover that took way to long to put on so I was super frustrated. Once our baby girl arrived, she loved being in the swing and it worked fine for 6 weeks. Now the knob on the top lights up when you turn it on but it doesn't swing or play music. I've tried it both with batteries and plugged in. I am very disappointed. I got this for a shower gift and I threw the box out just last week because it was working just fine. So now I am stuck without a swing or a way to return it. I hope Grace makes this right. I've noticed a few other reviews with this same issue.

I've been using this for about a month with our newborn. It is great. The best feature - and one that I was most looking forward to - is the vibrating seat. Unfortunately, it stopped working after three weeks and we can't get it to work again, despite changing batteries. Huge disappointment for the price.
