I purchased this swing today. I just got home and was able to assemble it and test it out. It makes a TERRIBLE creaking noise anytime the swing rocks from one side to the next. Enough to keep any baby awake. Not sure how to fix this (maybe an issue with the gears?) but not satisfied at all.

I've had this swing for about a month got brand new I've used it Twice an it's not swinging I have it all the way on speed 6 an it's swinging as if it was on speed 1 an making a funky noise. My child is a premature so I know he doesn't exceed the weight limit! I will not be recommending this swing to anyone

I have had this swing for 6 months and I don't use it everyday and it just stopped working. It won't turn on at all and all the plugs are plugged in right. Very disappointed for the price of this swing.

I loved the versatility of this chair. It's got a swing and a rocker all in one. I really liked being able to remove the rocker and take it to a different room. Downfall is how much space it takes unfortunately.

We used this for about 3 months with our baby and it basically died and can't use for second baby. Be wary of this swing.

This high chair seemed amazing as a first time mom but it was honestly to much. I didn't use all the different features and honestly regretted spending so much. I wouldn't recommend unless you have multiple ages and can use all the features from the beginning. We got ours from buy buy baby.

My baby loved this swing when small would go straight to sleep as put down on it after been fed overall very affordable love the option of a plug in cable and putting batteries as well !

Baby likes the swing most of the time helps rock her to sleep when she is fussy and won't nap. I don't really care for the music options. I do like how it plugs in it is pretty big and takes up some space

I highly recommend buying this swing. It was a life saver when my son was born. This was perfect for keeping my new born calm.

We got this swing and set it up before my son was born and we were so excited to use it. When he was born we plugged it in and it didn't work. We even tried added batteries so it could swing without being plugged in, but that too did not even work...the motor must have failed

The high chair is a great concept, but the seat pad doesn't last long enough to transition the child through the various configurations. The pleather like material is great until it cracks then you can no longer wash it and it becomes a magnet for food to fall in. At this price point, I'd expect the material to hold up a lot longer than it did.

Legs came loose just by moving chair over small for transition step (half an inch maybe). Always make sure legs are secure. My child fell with the top half of chair 1 week after realizing it came loose. Material on cushion ripped. No reply from Graco for replacement.

I bought this swing a couple months ago and the swing stopped working completely my daughter only used it a few times after she was born & it won't run on batteries. The vibrate of the seat does work but the swing itself quit, bought a replacement cord thinking maybe that was the issue & it didn't work either! My daughter spits up in her sleep and won't sleep for any amount of time without being at semi-Fowler in the swing!! Super upset

Our little guy LOVED this swing. Was so good at soothing him when nothing else could. Also great for giving mom and dad a second to do something. Ours had the bear mobile and he was obsessed; would laugh and giggle and coo at them nonstop! Great product would recommend.

This is a pretty decent swing. Does what it's supposed to do. My kids never really cared for swings but it's built nicely.

I don't personally have a child yet- however, several of my friends love this swing. They usually have it in the living room and their babies have a blast in it. OR they fall asleep! Highly recommend! I surely will get one when I'm pregnant soon.

I loved this swing. If I wasn't baby wearing, I would put my kids in this. It helped a lot during the days I was touched out or just needed a moment. I knew they were safe and comfortable. They also seemed to enjoy it.

Bought it for my first child. Loved it! My little one would sit there for 15-20 minutes without needing attention. Also very sturdy but easy to move around.

My grandson couldn't sleep unless he was in this contraption. It was easy to clean but a bit cumbersome to pack up and store. Still...even with that tiny complaint, we couldn't have gotten any sleep if it hadn't come into our lives

We had two of the most expensive "luxury" baby swings and both of my children could care less for them. They would cry and scream. Then we got this and it was our only time we were able to put them down!

I purchased this Graco swing back in August of 2021 when my son was born. Let me tell you my son loved it. He was soothed and calm every time I placed him on the swing it allowed me to get some rest. While I watched him swing. I recommend this swing for mom's to be. You will not regret it.

I bought the graco duet smoothe for my parents house and the mamaroo for mine. Baby girl loves her graco duet smoothe, but wasn't into the mamaroo so I figured I'd order another graco for my house. She prefers the side to side motion so I went with this downgraded model. It is loud. It is shakey. It is cheap. My daughter is 14 lbs and when set higher than 4 speed, it looks like it could possibly tip over. Not to mention the unbearable sound of creaking and clicking. Sometimes it's so loud that it wake the baby. Don't waste your time or money. Go for the upgraded one!

This has been a life saver so far highly recommend I have a toddler and a newborn so I've been a bit frazzled trying to find some structure and time to clean this has really helped.

My baby didn't seem To like it very much. She only weighs almost 9lbs and when I sat her in it again the only whole thing started moving a little like if it couldn't handle her weight

I really liked this baby swing! It helped me with being able to put my baby down and relaxed her. The only thing i wish were different would be the mobile. The mobile doesn't rotate and isn't meant to. It doesn't really move week without the swing either.

Huge hit in our house. The only dislike I have is the weight issue. My one baby was heavier than the other two and quickly became to heavy for the swing despite the 30lb weight threshold. She was too heavy for it and it began acting up when she hit 20 lbs. it was still worth the money and got the triple the use at our house

The swing worked at first, but now it barely moves with my newborn in it. It also makes a loud squeaking noise when it tries to swing.

Got as baby shower gift and was very excited but Just within a week it stopped working. It doesn't turn on .tried with batteries and AC cord but if no use.Didn't expect this from Graci as I have all graco products. After watching so many videos on YouTube looks like it's a common problem like motor issue. One more thing noticed, if I keep rotating or swaying once in a while (1 out of 100) it turns on and then again goes back. so defective. Not sure how to fix it.

This Graco Simple Sway swing is very useful to new moms. This swing was a gift from my friend when i had a baby. If you have a moving baby then you need this. This swing has different music with adjustable volumes and speed. I really love it.

I got this used from my daughter for when we babysit grandson. It works as intended other than knob stops between speeds and won't work unless green light is on. That is no big deal as long as you notice it. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because the mobile doesn't turn. It works fine, just needs a moving mobile.

I received this swing from my baby shower. My daughter will be 4 months next week. She weighs 12 pounds. The swing is struggling to start moving with her in it. I have to move it back and forth to make it start. Without her in it is starts moving right away. I only use the plug in, no batteries. The green light won't turn on with her in it either.

We LOVED this highchair with our first. The different functions made it so useful as she grew. The downside is the size. It takes us a lot of space and as we needed kids, it was just too big.

I bought this for my grandson grandson on March 26, 2022 and after the seat was removed 2 times the locking mechanism shifted and is stuck up the bar that holds the seat on. My grandson loves the seat but I didn't spend that kind of money for just a bouncer.
