With the swing motion and the bears to look at the baby can look at it for hours at end, and as they get older, they can try to reach out for the bears.

I only had this swing for 2 weeks and the motor burned out .. mind you my son is only 8 lbs and just turned 10 lbs!! It shouldn't have broke! The motor sounds like it's just spinning inside and not catching to the gears or something. It was manufactured in March of 2019!!! BRAND NEW! Horrible cuz I very much relied on this to get stuff done as my son always wants held ! I'm calling the company.

Have only been using this swing since July and already there's a problem with the motor. Even on the highest setting (6) it will rock for about 5 minutes then either stop completely or barely move like it's about to. It also makes a loud creaking noise. My son is only 15 pounds so I don't think his size is the issue.

We loved the swing; it worked great for the first 2 months but now it will barely swing my 4month old. Would not recommend based on cost of the swing and how long it lasted.

My daughter was born 7/18/19 and yesterday 9/13/19 it stopped swinging. I'm assuming the motor went out because we've tried everything and it still won't work!

This is the loudest, clunkiest swing. It knocks and squeaks LOUD. Doesn't matter what setting, fasted or slowest. Also it doesn't matter what setting I put the swing on, it goes whatever speed it wants. SO DISAPPOINTED!

We bought this swing about 6 months ago and approximately 3 months ago it started a loud clicking noise. Then a month ago it just stopped swinging. Our baby lives this swing and the calming music. We just wish the motor could be fixed or replaced.

I was so excited when I first bought this swing while pregnant. Being a first time mom, I wanted to be prepared with everything my daughter might need. This swing was so disappointing! It makes a super loud clocking sound that is louder than the music. It wakes my daughter up. I also don't like that the vibration only works with battery while the other features will work plugged in or with batteries. The music turning off after an hour is annoying because the music is the only thing to somewhat drown out the clicking sound and keep her asleep. Once it turns off, if I don't immediately turn it back on, she wakes up crying. I don't recommend this product at all!

I received this swing as a gift off my registry. My daughter was born in May and the motor for the chair has died and completely stopped working. Definitely not worth the price. Used for less then 3 months then stopped working.

My daughter first used it at 3 months old and is 8 months now. When she was 5 months it started making the most awful noise that kept waking her up but it went away and now she's 8 months And it doesn't swing. Just makes and annoying noise

Bought this swing for my grandchild on 7-14-2019. Today 8-29-2019, it started to make weird noises and now it doesn't work. My grandchild is only 12 pounds. My daughter in law called customer support and after explaining what was going on, she was asked to send a video of the swing not working. We have not heard anything yet. I believe a not so inexpensive piece of baby equipment should last longer than a month an a half!.

We have two of these swings and neither of them will actually do what it is supposed to do, swing. Batteries or the AC adapter will not operate the swing function. The music does not work at all as well. Will never buy a Graco again.

I received this swing for my baby shower. My daughter didn't like it at first when I had it swaying side to side. You can change the direction of the swing and now she loves it! It calms her down every time. The only negative is that the instructions were difficult to follow when putting it all together. I love this swing great quality and decently priced.

The swing quit working after using it for a month and not even on a daily use. I would only put my new born baby for twice a day for maybe 3 days a week. I plug into the wall and it doesn't work and neither the option of placing new batteries in, I purchased new batteries and that doesn't even make the swing work. Apparently after reading all the reviews I'm not the only one having this issue. We received this as a gift and don't have the option of returning. We had a Graco snuggabunny swing previously that was handed down and 7 years old when the motor stopped working. I figured this swing was middle road and would be good especially with the reviews. My daughter is 9lbs and it barely swings on the highest setting. You can't hear the music and the frame moves a lot. We will try to return it and just spend the money on another snuggabunny.

I received this for my baby shower 3 months ago and it no longer works. It has always made a loud noise and today it stopped swinging at any speed. My daughter is only 14 pounds so there is no reason she would be too heavy

Swing was great for a few months of normal use. Now it creeks, and doesn't swing when connected, creeks are loud. The only thing that hasn't gone is the vibration. Won't be repurchasing this model for replacement.

We got this as a gift from a friend who bought it for their son but they never used it. We bought a new charger but it does not work. So we bought batteries and still the swing will. Or swing at all. The vibrator works great and my son loves it but would be nice if the swing part worked. We manually push it to have to keep it going.

I love everything about this high chair except that the brakes don't do anything. We have wood floors and the tiny plastic wheels just slide right across the floor whether the brakes are on or off. We have to keep our leg wrapped around the bottom to keep it from sliding away.

I have been using this swing for 2 months now. It has developed an AWFUL squeak every time it swings. It's driving us crazy, and my baby isn't going to be soothed with this awful noise. Other than that it was a nice swing.

The crotch buckle fell off shortly after purchase. After calling Graco, I was sent a new piece that I had to purchase of course. Parts they sent me were without the buckle which was their mistake. I called Graco again to address the issue. Since I didn't purchase the new parts personally, I was told I have to purchase it again so they can send me the correct piece. Loosing money because of your mistake? Good job! What a horrible customer service. Definitely not reccomending and will not be buying anything from Graco again. Not to say I can't use the swing at all...

I love how versatile this highchair is. The wheels make it great in the infant stage to move them along while you are tidying up or getting stuff done. I just wish they moved in all directions. I like the fact that I don't have to buy a "travel seat" that I can just unhook this and go. The leather part of the pad is not washable but easily wipes clean. The cloth piece goes right in the washer.

I love that this is both a rocker and a swing. Two for one!

Got this swing as a baby shower gift, my little man loves it but all of a sudden it just completed stopped swinging and makes this loud noise even louder than the normal noise, I've only had the swing for about 4 months and nothing I try gets it to start swinging again.

Unfortunately the seat is like a bucket seat making the baby's head constantly slouching down (dangers of asphyxiation) and it looks so uncomfortable for the baby's neck. I tried to recline the seat but it only reclines slightly so the problem is still there. I'm not happy.. going to return.

The swing only lasted about a month before the motor grew too week to keep the swing in motion. Now, even if the swing is turned all the way up, it barely sways until it stops completely. Pushing it doesnt help either. Its completely useless at this point. Luckily the vibrate portion of the swing is battery operated and seems to do its job. Sadely, my daughter has grown used to the sway and the vibrate is not enough to keep her content. So the swing will likely go to the trash.

Received this as a shower gift a few month ago-before the baby was born. It worked the first time I set it up but now that I want to use it there is no power when plugged into the wall outlet. -no light and the buttons do nothing

received the simple easy swing after registering for it for our baby shower. I am very unhappy with the product and wish to return it for another model swing. It makes a very loud clunking noise once you place my sleeping baby in and turn on the automatic swing. My sleeping baby wakes up due to this noise every time. It is beyond frustrating and a huge inconvenience. I have tried everything to help stop this noise on my own but it seems to be originating internally. After reading reviews it seems many people have had similar issues. I wish I would have listened.

We got this for our baby shower and it would randomly stop working. The cord had a short so sometimes it would turn on sometimes it wouldnt. I stopped using it as it was just an inconvenience for a few months. When I went to use it again it qouldnt swing side to side anymore just back and forth. Super annoying when other swings cost less and work better.

Love this highchair! It is cute and very easy to use. The only thing I would change is to have Velcro or something to keep the insert in place because it slides up and down when trying to get my son in and out of it.

Works as promised without concerns. Noise reduction would be even better.

Baby loves the swing, loves the music, however not very happy that the mobile does not work/spin. Baby is now at age to be watching things and it would be nice for her to be able to gaze at the mobile moving.

Got this swing for my newborn son... he loves it! Unfortunately the power cord to plug into the wall doesn't work so we have to rely solely on batteries.. which die very quick. Plus, the vibration on the seat doesn't work..
