Like others we got this as a gift. We researched it, previewed it in store, then registered for it. LO came early, so we haven't used the play pen, but set up was easy enough for all parts and features of it, but my gripe about this is: 1- napper/changer is very low. Even when sitting down it can be a backache (other reviewers have mentioned this.) What hasn't been mentioned is this: 2- The changer/napper is NOT easily cleaned. I know it's supposed to be wipe-able. But accidents happen... and when they do, if you don't get to it quickly enough, the "accident" will dry and stain. Hand washing it does nothing to urine and desitin stains. Maybe my fault, but when you're dealing with a crying baby (especially as a new parent), cleaning a surface, may not be high on the list or, NOT feasible to do while juggling the needs of a crying baby. Also, it is NOT meant to be dissembled for any reasons- like cleaning or traveling. Other than this there are other great features: relatively easy set up, sizing is ideal for first bed to be set up in parents' room, and all seemed very safe (despite all the manufacturer's warnings.) I bought this pack n' play right before my daughter was born in March 2016. My niece and husband were able to set it up in a hurry the night I went into labor and had the baby, so it was relatively easy to assemble. I love the napper/changer! My daughter slept there for the first 10 weeks next to my bed so I can have her close. She has now graduated to the lift part of the pack n' plays flat surface area until she transitions to her crib in the next room in the next couple of weeks. My only complaint so far was the the napper/changer part was difficult to figure out how to remove. Otherwise, I am extremely pleased with this product.

We are expecting our first baby in late July and since I am a "type A" person, I asked my husband to go ahead and build our Pack 'n Play now. Last night, he set it up and we couldn't be more pleased with the features. There are plenty of snaps and velcro to keep the floor in place. The napper/changer is a wonderful feature too - I love that with just one hand I can flip it to change the diaper or lay our newborn down for a nap. I can't wait to bring him home and start using this! Another great feature, in my opinion, is that once he's a little older, this will be perfect for traveling with! Whether we are staying with family or in a hotel, this will serve as our crib and it's so portable. I have a feeling we will be using this for years to come and for any other little ones we might have.

we have this downstairs as a set-up for the nanny. baby is now 8 months and we have just removed the bassinet part. i wish the reversible changer isnt attached to the bassinet. it'd be nice to still have that feature (just the changer not the napper) when we transition out from bassinet. but still happy with this purchase. my only complain is ours didnt come with the mesh pocket on the side. that would have been great to store the 1-2 diaper & wet towels.

RECIEVED as a gift for our baby shower put together last night! Fairly easy set up. Only complaint is there isn't a storage bag for the changer station but there is a bag for the actually play pen part. Also mine was missing the diaper stacker

I bought this a few weeks ago and i love it , my baby sleeps well in it, and the changing table feature is great hope to use it for a long time

We looked at all the different variations. This one was perfect for us immediately is still 6 months later. We have a small house so space is very important. The level changing area wiped clean easily while the hanging stuffed stars provide a distraction. Flip the changing area and the napper side was just inclined enough to keep our newborn's congestion under control. The flip can be done easily with one hand after some practice. Now, 6 months old my son lays in the elevated bed portion as he's out grown the napper/changer. Its soft but stable enough to help him learn to sit up. We could not he happier so far and look forward to see how it suits him in his further stages of development.

I bought this pack and play for the neat feature of a reversible napper and changer. Such an awesome idea to came out with to help aid in comfort for baby and momma. The setup was easy to understand instructions. The material used for the napper is super soft and easy to clean. Love the angle it has on the napper for the comfort of elevating the baby's head to lowering at the feet. Perfect for helping in colic baby's or acid reflux baby's. The stylish designs are great too. The materials used to make this pack and play is sturdy and a breeze to clean. Absolutely love this pack and play!!!

The product overall is great!! However The changer is hard to put together.

This product is so necessary for a new baby! It takes the place of a changing table, crib, play pen. It's everything all in one. The napper is a great safe place for your newborn to sleep and easily transitions to changer. It has a mobile which my baby looks at while napping and distracts him for diaper changes. Also since my baby is still very small and unable to use the lower play pen area yet, I'm able to use it for storage!! I love this thing! I use it all day everyday!! And it's also very cute and stylish! Best decision I ever made!

We are new grandparents and needed a bed for our precious granddaughter, but did not have space for traditional bed. The Pack 'n Play Playard wit h Reversible Napper and Changer is just perfect for us. It fits in guest room nicely and we are very happy with the design and color we chose.

Everything is good; except there isn't much of a mattress it's more like a foldable cardboard with a vey thin foam

I found the reversible changing part unnecessary. It's hard to reverse, doesn't look comfortable when my LO is there, and he outgrows that so fast that it's hardly been used! Not to mention that my back kills me when I change him because it's so low. I prefer the other "more traditional" changing tables that have reasonable height. The quality of the bed though is good. I would buy again but not with the changing table. The arc with the mini toys is hardly interesting to my LO. I hang more colorful and bigger toys for him to get his attention.

I actually have a winnie the pooh design with a big organizer. Love the pattern but this is not very sturdy. it wobbles back and forth no matter what we do.

We got this as a gift at our baby shower, and we love it! We have it set up in our living room because we have a bassinet in our room and a crib in the nursery. This will be where baby girl naps in the living room.

Product was very difficult to assemble, virtually through every stage of the process. Completing the assembly isn't the end of it either. When needing to disassemble it like when needing to wash a part or to move it elsewhere continues to be difficult. Instructions are not too specific as the inference needed to make the parts click together and the way it's explained is too far apart of a gap.

I love all the features this pack and play offers. My favorite is the mapper. It is great for a young baby.

I registered for this thinking it would be a good multi use product. The main pack n play and bassinet were easy to assemble following the directions. However, the napper/changer did not have specific instructions with leg insertion and now am unable to finish it assembly. The metal is slightly bent outward but is not shown in directions and if you place one side in incorrectly it is impossible to remove and change. My frustrations are high because I am trying to prepare, need a changer, was following the directions, and now cannot use this feature. Also frustrated there isn't some form of phone or Internet support available on Sunday.

So far this pack and play has worked out really week for us. The reverse side of the napper turns into a changer which is convienant expect that it's a little hard to flip flop over and over especially when you have a baby to keep an eye on. We're using this right now as our bedroom crib for a few months until our newborn is 3 months. The diaper and wipe storage is convienant to have instead of walking away to grab these items.

This pack n play is a great buy! It is great for both newborns and toddlers!

Great pack and play for our infant son. He outgrew the napper pretty quickly, but we use the bassinet for storage now and plan to transition him into it as a crib around 3 months. Easy to assemble.

I got this from my baby registry and absolutely love it! So portable and light but also very sturdy for my baby. Doubles as a changer and napper, which we use all the time traveling across states. Our baby loves it!

We have had this product for 9 months and love it! Three weeks after our daughter was born, my husband and I moved out of state and purchased the pack n' play, before she was born, to serve as a crib for easy transportation and to save us the hassle of packing a giant crib into the moving truck. It ended up being just what we needed and we haven't bought a crib yet due to how easy it is to transport and due to the small amount of space it currently uses in our small apartment. We loved the bassinet feature included in this product when she was first born. It was the perfect size for our little girl and she did not outgrow the bassinet until she was about 3-4 months old. I really liked the ability to convert the bassinet to a changing table, especially for late night diaper changes. The changing pad has a great cover that allows for easy clean up. When the bassinet is set-up, there is a lot of space next to it to store diapers, burp cloths, extra clothes, etc to allow for quick diaper changes and easy access to everything you need in one place. This is especially helpful to a sleep deprived mom. The only complaint I have about the bassinet/changing pad was that it was not balanced and would tilt slightly to the right when my daughter was in it. This was easily solved by putting a rolled up blanket underneath the bassinet to help balance it out, but a little annoying. All in all, this product is great and had and still has all of the features we need.

My husband and I decided to purchase this playard because it matched our stroller system as well. This packnplay was so convenient in first weeks we brought our third child home! We could change her on this and it kept her cradled and warm and she hardly fussed. She liked looking at the flowers as she would lie down for naps. I like the multiple functions that this play yard served for us.

Relatively easy to assemble and on wheels. So far, my baby likes it. I won't be able to use the changer for much longer, but I am happy with the purchase.

My only complaint is that it didn't come with setup instructions... It is a relatively simple product and I had no problems putting it together, but I have set up Graco pack'n'plays before and knew about the tricks to getting it to set up. Other than that little detail I love the product so far! The reversible napper and changer moves smoothly and is a fantastic space saver.

I have not had a chance to use this product yet but have set it up a few times just to get familiar with it and so far it does seem to be made well. The only thing I didn't like was if I wanted to take off the napper/changer it's a pain because you have to reach under it to press the release button, but maybe I just haven't gotten used to the product yet.

The napper was the best. She slept so peacefully in it. It definitely grows with baby. Now at 8 months even though she has grown out of the napper, she plays so well in the playpen.

I received this as a gift for my babyshower. I have a few more weeks till my baby is born so I haven't gotten to try it with him yet but it was fairly simple to set up. I love that it comes with the napper/changer and it will be my main changing station. The one thing I've disliked is that the edge of the napped catches on the bassinet level when I flip it over to the changer and vice versa. Stoll think it will be a great product to use.

The changing table is too low. It kills my back when bending over. Additionally it is at such an odd slant that is awkward for the baby to lay. The newborn insert (reverse side of changing table) is slanted on sides and not safe for a sleeping baby who cannot roll over. I'm very disappointed in this purchase.

I registered for this pack 'n play for my baby shower, and I am so glad that I did! We were able to put it together in about 30 minutes and the directions were simple to follow. Now we are just awaiting the arrival of our little girl!

Love that it can go from newborn up without having to buy extra things and the changer napper is awesome to use too only comment that I have is to make it a tad bit easier to remove the napper changer without having to take the clip off the side

My wife and I love this playard! It is just the right size, is light enough to move around easily, has all the features we need for our baby, and its color and design exactly matches our house decor which is a nice plus. This is very well made and sturdy, and we are pleased with this product in all respects!

I received this at one of my baby showers and was one of the most useful gifts I received. When our baby was first born he loved to sleep in the napper because the crib was too big. Changing him was also a breeze in the changing section. And not that he's 5 months old he still loves to play in the big section! It's mommy and baby approved!

We loved using the top layer feature (higher mattress) of this pack n play when our son was 0-4 months old. We put it near bed like a bassinet and it worked out great. We did not use the changer because we had a changing table nearby. Easy to fold up and take on the go.

I absolutely LOVE my pack n play! First off it was sooooo easy to assemble with the directions that gave clear instructions. There is nothing worse than trying to follow directions that aren't clear. I also love the sleeper /changer it's my favorite feature about this pack n play. My daughter currently sleeps in the napper until she moves to her crib

Great product easy to put together after you read the instructions of course. The mattress was a little hard but Im sure my son will love it. Plus its really cute. Love the wheels makes for great moving from the bedroom to the living room when family comes.

This item is fantastic. We used this at the cabin and it works very well. I love the reversible napper/changer. We used the napper in the pack n play in our bedroom when our son was first born so that we didn't have to buy a bassinet.
