I bought this before our first baby was born and used it every single day until she grew out of it. Absolutely love it!

I got this at my baby shower and my son LOVED this swing. He fell asleep within minutes every time. A month later it stopped swinging and just makes a loud clicking noise. The vibration setting also never worked. I called customer service and said there was nothing they would/could do for me. I wanted to be able to recommend this to all my new mom friends, but if it breaks this quick and I'm told there's nothing they're gonna do about it, I just can't.

It is not easy to move from one room to another room . The instrauctions were not clear to assemble the products . I wish the parts should be numbered . I wish the small stars should be rotating .

Sturdy. Steady. Granddaughter loves drawing on removable tray top with her non-toxic markers! Its great for eating, too!

My son is only 3 months old and 15 lbs and the motor is already going out on it. There is also a clicking sound while swinging.

Easy to clean. It has a larger tray and underneath it a smaller one. If there's is a mess which is for sure there will be, I detach the big feeding tray leaving the small one attached with the baby still sitting down and its secure enough for my 7 month old

My daughter loves this swing. We got a mamaroo as a gift and she hated it.

I bought this swing for my son who is only 8 weeks old today (Jan 20 2020) and it broke already. About a week ago it was making a squeaky noise and today it stopped working! The motor just makes a noise and doesn't swing. Why sell something that breaks within a few months? I'm disappointed and so is my son because it was the only thing that kept him occupied since he is still young and doesn't like his bouncer yet. Can someone please contact me. I would like to be sent a new swing or refunded!

I bought this swing little over a month ago because our first swing stopped working (had it for 8 years). This swing is our lifesaver just wish the mobile would move. Only downside of this swing is on speed 3 and 4, the motor makes a deep clicking sound. Got sent a new motor and the same issue is occurring.

Our baby loves this swing! We like that it had the multi-direction swing and different settings. We don't use the musical/sound though.

I bought one two months ago and its amazing! The high chair transforms as your baby gets older and comes with a booster chair which is a plus! It has three different trays! Three! Which wowed me! Also a storage in the back and its has wheels so its so convienent to move the chair around. Theres a lock on the wheels for safety as well! The booster chair that comes with is awesome cause that saves me time trying to search for one and money. Its a best deal! Really glad I got it.

Have been using this less than 4 months and the motor blew. Swing worked great before this happened and my baby loved it. It's a shame this happened so quickly. Only used it for 3 months before the motor blew.

I bought this for my son and at first it was amazing. Now that he's 8 months we still use it and recently discovered the motor is stuck.

Read the negative reviews from 4-6 years ago... those complaints seem very legit. But, the product has apparently come a long way as there are few 1 or 2 star ratings in the last few years, comparatively. We've had this swing for two infants, and we couldn't be happier! It's high end with fancy features... LOVE the detachable rocker, music/nature sounds, and changeable swing direction! Would absolutely recommend!

I bought this a month ago and already stopped working with little use. I typically put it on speed 4 for the swing. Now, the green light blinks and the swing doesn't move. I take my son out of it.. the light is solid and starts swinging. He's only 13 pounds so ?!?! Product description states 5.5-30 pounds. I'm very disappointed.

4 out of 5 only because the mobile doesn't automatically rotate. It must be done by hand and doesn't spin more than 10 seconds.

Baby is comfortable, sleeps longest while in the swing. The ability to move it different directions is a plus. I have to turn mine on then almost off to get a slow speed. This thing can swing fast which means when the baby is heavier it can still swing him. Not sure about lasting a month and not swinging, as another poster claimed, her baby must have been super heavy, or they didn't change batteries or use the wall plug. We are on month three and its going strong. I highly recommend this swing for the baby to sleep comfortably and give mom/dad a break. 

Got this as a gift and it sucks. It makes such a loud clicking sound it's impossible to sleep though (mom to sleep through) the music is so loud. It randomly stops swinging which wakes my baby up... just don't buy!

I wanted to use this for my next little one but I can't buy a replacement seat cover for the seat. Seems like a waste to make a product that is supposed to be made for long term use and you can't buy a replacement seat cover. Especially when they can't be washed in a washing machine. I would even be willing to purchase a different color but it seems nothing is in stock. Very disappointed.

I've had the swing for 4 months it makes a loud clicking sound and it has completely stopped swinging I don't recommend buying this unless you want problems.

We purchased this swing because we loved the idea of it having both a rocker and a swim combo. It is really cute. I was disappointed that the mobile didn't spin on its own but what is even worse is how annoyingly loud this swing motor is. My daughter can never nap or stay asleep because of how loud this swing is. After reading other reviews it sounds as if this motor is about to go out. I really Hope that is not the case. This would be extremely disappointing as my daughter has only used it a handful of times and she is only 7 weeks old and we literally got the swing two days before she was born. I wish I would have purchased something else instead. I have Always purchased Graco products for all my children (travel systems, swings, etc.) but this one I am extremely unhappy with!

I like that the product has the plug in or battery option. Easy to assemble and looks great! I hope the baby loves it as much as I do !!

Great product as you can disconnect the rocker and take your baby with you without disturbing them.

Assembly was a little difficult. Swing runs smoothly, sounds good. Vibration is a little loud.

I bought this for my son to keep him calm and encause I i trustbusters Graco products, I was not pleased to see that this only worked for a month before the motor got weak and stopped swinging even if Put on full speed. I tried to push the swing by hand to keep my baby content but honestly it was taking up time I could be using to do housekeeping.

I bought this when my son was 1 month old. We loved it initially. But it broke in 4 months!! Motor won't work anymore.

Honestly I do not know if I would've survived the first few months without the swing!!! It completely helped my daughter to relax anytime she started getting fussy. It's a must have baby product!

This high chair system is great. It really grows with your child with the removal of certain pieces. It also adjusts height so that it can fit with your dining room table. It even comes with a booster seat for when they get even bigger. The only thing I don't care for is that the original seat cover isnt washable and although it's of a material that is easily wiped down, it would be better if it was washable

I now have 2 kids, and needed a solution for seating both. My older child is not yet big enough to sit at the table without a booster, and my youngest will need a highchair. This solved both problems. My older child loves the booster (and later, we'll try him in the youth seat), and when the time comes for my youngest to start solids, we'll have a safe space for him to eat. The best part for me is that it all comes together, and is easy to mix and match pieces to get the function that I need. I'll probably never need to purchase another high chair!

Was great the first 2 nights we had it. By night 3 it was clunking and squeaking nonstop. I know what to do to fix it, I also know I can call customer service but the point of the matter is I shouldn't have to fix a brand new swing our of the box or call customer service for it either. Never had an issue with a swing for my first song. I should have stuck with that brand. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this swing.

I bought this high chair a few months ago, and I love it. Easy to open, and close to store out of the way. I love how the tray is two pieces and I can take off the top tray portion to wash it . Love it!

I bought this a while back and I love that it grows with your baby. I love that it also has a booster seat for if you have more than one little one! Overall just a great product.

We got our high chair for our daughter as a baby shower gift. Great high chair.

I bought this swing because it could be plugged in and the weight range, 5.5 to 30 lbs. I knew ahead of time my son was going to be born a preemie so although he didn't need any NICU time we still had to wait a few weeks to use the swing till he was heavy enough. Well, my newborn hated it. If he did fall asleep it was only for a few minutes, he loved another that went forward and back at my gym. I was disappointed. The head support for a newborn is horrific too and the directions say to not use anything else. When my son was about 18 months old he really started enjoying the swing and taking his naps in it. (We keep the swing at my parents house so he may use it about 2 days a week). He can fall asleep within about 3 minutes and climbs in the swing himself, I just need to buckle him in. My son is 28 months old and weighs 28 pounds with clothes and although he still loves the swing, I am annoyed that the design doesn't give more room in the crotch area. Unlike the Graco car seats, the swing doesn't have an adjustable piece in the crotch so it's difficult to put the belt on him. I feel I could probably use the swing a lot longer if they had this but we will probably have to stop before he reaches 30 pounds. There has always been an annoying sound from the swing but it ends up being like white noise so I can't complain too much about that. I would buy the swing again or give it as a gift but I feel it could be greatly improved with a better buckle for toddlers and head support for newborns.

I received this swing for my baby shower and was so excited after hearing such great things. The swing works just fine and the motor noise that everyone is talking about really doesn't bother me. I'm really annoyed that the vibration feature doesn't work. It hasn't worked since the day we put it together. It doesn't matter if we use batteries or plug it in. So disappointing.

I got this swing for my baby shower. It was easy to put together and quick! My newborn loved it. I love it too, it lets me get a quick shower and do some laundry. But as my son gets bigger (not quite sure what the weight limit is) it is making a loud clicking noise while swinging. I'm assuming it's just cuz my son is getting bigger. Other than that, I would totally recommend this swing!!

I bought this 3 months ago and within the first 3 times using it the motor started making these awful clicking noises. After my son used it for about a month the motor slowed down soooo much to where we had to put it on the highest setting to make it even move. Do not recommend this product.

I bought this swing for my baby. Before she was even three months old it stoped swinging. We maybe go two months of use out of it and now it doesn't work at all!!!! Makes very load clonking sound when it did work. Wish it was worth the money paid for it. Very disappointing
