Buy them, you won't regret it. First of all, they are long rectangles so you only need one on top of your pad unlike the round tucks pads which you have to use multiple and they can move around or stick to you when you go to the bathroom. Accidentally had the tucks fall in the toilet multiple times. Not a problem with these. These also stay cooler WAYYY LONGER than tucks.

I bought this cooling liners to give it a try. at firts glanve they seem to be amazing but the do dry a little too fast. They need to last more so we dont have to be changing them a lot. They help cooling the area and give relief but they need to be more saturated.

These Frida cooling pads are so nice to have after having a baby. These cooling pads are just want a woman needs. My wife really likes thes Perineal Cooling pad liners. They contain witch hazel which she says really helps with the healing process after giving birth. There are no harsh chemicals. These help with swelling and pain. She keeps a pack in all the bathrooms in the house and also has placed them in the baby bag for quick fast relief on the go.

These wipes definitely provide a nice cooling relief when you need it! The smell of them isn't overpowering, it's almost nonexistent (there's no added fragrances). I have sensitive skin, and numerous allergies, so it was nice to find a product I wasn't allergic to. They are a great addition to any postpartum care, but most recently I've used them after a BSO and full hysterectomy. These really provided relief from all the swelling and pain. They are flexible, wipe like, material so they easily fit on all different sized pads and liners since you can fold and twist them however you need. I highly recommend them for any trauma down there. They are big enough to cover everything front to back, to provide all the cooking relief you need. I also highly recommend getting two packs, one to store in the fridge, and one in your bag. The package looks like a baby wipe package, which is a discreet way of not letting everyone know what your using.

These are such a help I wish I had them with my other births. They made me a lot more comfortable. The fact that I felt better with these helped me be clear minded to be 100% for my kids. I told the lady's in my mom and me group about them.

I bought this a couple weeks ago in preparation for the delivery of my fourth baby who is due in September. I am so excited to try these products. I expect to be uff St I got them daily after delivery.

I love how soft these wipes are for your personal area. They are easy to get out they don't stick together like some wipes I have tried. I also love how they are absorbent and gentle so they don't rub you raw.

I really liked that these came in a pouch instead of a plastic container like the hospital ones. But to me these dry out quick in the package they come in. They aren't super saturated like the hospital ones either. They are bigger and thin. But aren't saturated enough to be super helpful.
