We didn't have a rock n play with our last baby so we just had him sleep in the swing. We don't have room for a bassinet as we live in a tiny apartment so this functions as our bassinet and it folds up small enough so when we aren't using it, we can have room to walk around. It was super easy to put together and it's also super easy to fold up and unfold. We can't wait to use it with our babe due in May!

I received this as a gift and I wish these existed when I had my other kids! My daughter takes most of her naps in it and I drag it all around the house with me whether I'm showering, cooking, doing laundry, etc. Only downfall is that it does squeak sometimes when you rock it but I try not to rock it once she is asleep.

Easy to put together and cover is machine washable. The cover doesn't seem super durable but for the amount of time baby will be in it I think it will be fine.
