We bought this for Christmas for our 5 year old daughter and she loves it. She pulls it out each time she can to play with it. She loves setting up the rooms and moving things around. I love that it folds up easily for storage and that everything can fit in it. It is also durable enough to stand up to her 2 year old brother who is into throwing and slamming things. Yet nothing has broken or chipped and that is great. It was also easy to put together with the directions and my husband and I had it quickly assembled and it is still together. We're already planning to get more accessories for her birthday in September and for Christmas. So she can have more fun and creative and imaginative play.

I bought it for my daughter's 1st birthday knowing she would be a little young for it and would grow into it. But have since discovered that my 3 year old car and truck lover son loves this as well. It's great for imagination whether boy or girl. My daughter now 17 months loves to play with it with her brother. Great toy and great durablity! Love all the different sets to go with it!!

My girls love this dollhouse (6 year old and 2 year old). They got it for Christmas - and they both play with it equally. They love the pieces that have sound affects. We do wish it had a grandfather to go with the grandmother - we have been unable to find one in our area and aren't sure if there even is one. We have more pieces than what will fit in the house, but the girls are good at alternating and swapping pieces out - makes it new to them again. We have the mini-van and SUV and they like to load up the family and take trips.

My 3 year old granddaughter and I have been scoping out the Loving Family Dollhouse for a week and today we brought one home. It came out of the box very easily and we put it on the table in front of us while we ate lunch and talked about it. Putting the 'trim' on the house was so easy even my 'not-so-good-at-that-kind-of-stuff' daughter was clicking things together pretty quickly. It is well constructed and the overall look is really nice. I never enjoyed dolls as a child but I really loved dollhouses and doll furniture, but 50+ years ago they were pretty simple. We played with the dollhouse all afternoon long, took a quick break for dinner, and finally put it away at 7:30. I felt like a little girl the whole time and my granddaughter's eyes were so full of excitement as we put the family to bed, got them up, fed them breakfast, got mom and dad off to work while the babysitter came to take care of the twins. We just purchased this dollhouse for our daughter yesterday. She's been wanting a pink dollhouse for a while now. I explained to my daughter that we would have to add more furniture rooms to it later and she seemed to understand. She is a very excited 3 year old. After my husband put it together last night, she has been playing with it non stop until bedtime. I know that it is the first thing she will go to in the morning. She said that the twin babies and the mommy and daddy are her favorite things in her dollhouse. It's so fun to watch her play with the dollhouse people. Her favorite thing to do is put them in the windows, so they can look outside. She also likes for them to play hide and seek and puts them in a little space behind the grand staircase. She has been wanting a dollhouse for a long time and now can have lots of fun playing with it, and I will have fun playing with her as well as getting new stuff to put in it.

My daughter received this dollhouse as a gift for her 2nd birthday. My parents felt that even though the recommended age for this toy was 3, that it would be a lasting gift that they could continue to add to by buying peices for other special occasions. It set up easily and looks wonderful in our daughters room. I do slightly warn against giving this to a younger child as she understands what she wants the peices to do but is not yet fully developed into being able to complete certain fine motor tasks. My parents spoke with me about this and we understood that as only a two year old, this gift would be one for the whole family to play with together until she's ready to play on her own. She loves when older cousins come over to play and the dollhouse can hold the attention of children at various ages. The colors and style of the house are amazing and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to purchase a dollhouse that will last throughout a child's younger years and beyond.

This dollhouse is one of my 5 year olds favorite toy. I would recommend it to any one with children 3 and up. Its also something you can add to for bdays and other holidays. I give it a 5 out of 5.

Well. im a mother of 4 girls between the ages of 4 and 9. its a hassle. but when they are bored. i ask if they want to play dollhouse. they are always in the mood. I love this dollhouse. and it covers birthday & christmas with th expansion packs.

My now 3 yr old daughter got the dollhouse for Christmas from grandmom. We decided to get her a room for each holiday instead of all at once. She has 4 rooms now and everytime we get a new one it makes her excited for the house all over again. I just purchased the kitchen yesterday and noticed there are even more rooms available now than there were at Christmas time. This is definitly a gift that can keep a small childs attention span and get her re-interested in it if you purchase the rooms one at a time instead of all at once.

Santa brought the Loving Family Grand Dollhouse and my 3 year old LOVES it. We were only able to get a couple of rooms, but have now gotten almost all of them. She will play with this for more than a couple of hours, go play with something else and then come back to it. I never thought any toy would keep her attention like this does. I love all the accessories you can get for it, the only problem I see is that its very hard to get some of them. I have been to a couple of stores, but they don't have all of the rooms. We lost the twins and the mom during moving and we can't figure out how or where to buy them. Other than that, I think its a great toy to spend your money on.

I love this dollhouse. We were going to get the diamond castle, but realized you really couldn't add to it and my daughter would get bored with it quickly. Santa brought the dollhouse, furniture and van for Christmas for my 4 year old. She opened the house and van then began a treasure hunt to find the furniture to fill her house. She had asked for the house since her birthday in June and she was overjoyed at getting it for Christmas. She has played with it everyday for most of the day. The only thing was, she asked for a little girl for the kids bedroom. We bought the grandmother and sister as well as another dad and a boy. I see there is another mom and toddler girl so we will probably get them as well and say that this is an aunt, uncle and cousin visiting. Would be nice if there was another vehicle that might seat a family of 5. Otherwise this was the BEST gift ever.

The dollhouse is a wonderful toy that I am pleased I purchased for my daughter. However, I am frustrated that when purchased at the store, I believed it was fully furnished. After opening on Christmas, my daughter had few pieces to play with, therefore we went hunting for furniture. So far, we have gone to several stores and found nothing. Going to this site, I only have 3 that I can purchase; living room, dining room and kitchen. The dollhouse has 8 rooms. How do I furnish it?

We purchased the dollhouse and some rooms for our 4 year old granddaughter this Christmas. The quality of the dollhouse and rooms is outstanding. The normal FP quality. The figurines and rooms are realistic Our granddaughter played with this toy all day, it kept her interest for the entire day and she plays with it every day. Santa brought the house, suv, and extra rooms for Christmas. My daughter has been very busy playing with the dollhouse. She is almost 3 1/2. She has no problems getting the people to "do" what they should (sit, stand, shower, get in and out of the car). My only complaint (for which I gave the product a 4 star) is the lack of a grandfather to buy (but there is a grandmother and boy set). So, I ended up getting the extra dad and girl set and using a permanant silver marker and made my own grandpa. Looks great, and my daughter doesn't know the difference.

I'm not sure if the other people reviewed the same product. I saw the dollhouse on tv and thought my 3 yr old daughter would love it. She is having trouble putting the dolls in the suv, the car seats should have some kind of rubber band on it to hold the babies in they slide out all the time. The father is to big for the shower, and the kitchen chairs need something on them so the adults don't slide out. The other members of the family can't be purchased without the parents my daughter has one set she don't need multiple moms and dads. I think you should make the rest of the family easier to purchase. I'm sure I wont see my review online but I needed to let someone know how I felt.

My daughter is 2 1/2 yrs old... and loves this dollhouse. It holds her attention like no other toy we've owned. It is durable, well-designed, and obviously fun! How entertaining it is to watch her imagination at work. We bought the house and had the grandparents buy some of the accessories, which worked out so nicely. My husband and I don't buy a lot of toys, but we're glad we bought this one. Fisher Price has done a terrific job designing this toy... and the many accessories that go with it.

Santa brought this dollhouse,all the rooms and the minivan and suv for christmas. This is my twin 3 year old girls favorite present. They have not stopped playing with it. It very durable. I love fisher price toys and will always go for there toys first. I love how most of little pieces for the room are attached with strings, like the pots in the kitchen and the iron in the laundry room. That stuff gets lost so easy. Fisher Price really considered there customer the kids.

I got this for my granddaughters 3 birthday and she plays with it everyday. Her two sisters 9 and 12 love playing with her too. All the furniture fits in it and the house folds up when it's time to put away. Plan on getting another one for my other granddaughter living in New York! Fisher Price toys have been in our family for 34 years and i just love them all!

My children (5, 4, 2 1/2) received this as a christmas present two years ago and they still play with it almost every day. Although some of the pieces have broken apart, they have easily snapped back together (dryer door and refridgerator door). The main problem was that they frequently lost the twin babies. When you call to order replacement babies you have to order the whole family which is costly.

My daughter was so excited just watching the television commercials, that my husband and I knew this was sure to be a hit. Her birthday came, and we were right. She was absolutely thrilled to get the doll house. She just loves playing with the babies. We are looking forward to filling up her house with all the cute furniture.

My daughter is eight years old. She received her first house when she was three. When the next one came out two or three years ago, she got that one, too. She must have about fifty of the people and plays with all of them ALL THE TIME. I thought she would lose interest in them, but she has not. She is now in third grade and is eager to get home to her "people". The people have moved many times (shortly after our move to a different state), attended funerals, church and baptisms, and have been better than any counseling service! I have searched in vain for church items (pews, altar items, robes) and have added tiny Christmas trees and wreaths. None of the items she received at age three are in bad condition. She is requesting the new house this Christmas. We may need a Loving realtor to visit one of the old houses just for space in the neighborhood! This is a wonderful product! I'm glad it remains on the market!

I purchased this Doll House (and both families) for my daughters 2nd birthday after attending a Fisher-Price tent at the Bronx Zoo. My daughter can play with the house and dolls all day long. She engages the dolls in conversations with each other. She really enjoys it. The only issue with the house is that the furniture doesn't all fit when the house is closed, but that isn't so much of an issue. I recommend this to anyone and everyone.

Down side-it's not available in Canada and by the time I bought everything I'm into it for a few $$$$. With our dollar falling a $12.00 bathroom becomes $29.00 on top of 14% taxes and canadian shipping costs over and above what FP charges, but again DEFINATELY WORTH THE MONEY AND I WOULD STILL BUY IT AGAIN!.

My folks got this dollhouse for our five year old. We moved into a small apartment, so I was worried about the space it would take up. I was so surprise to see that it takes up very little space and our daughter loves it. She has spent hours on hours playing. I just wished we had gotten it for her sooner. I purchased this (African-American family) for my four-year-old daughter, and she loves it! It engages her for a long period of time, opening up fun imaginary play. At times I play with her too, bringing back nostalgic feelings of when I used to play with my dollhouse. We bought a new room each week until all of the rooms were filled. Just like in real life, we think they should make a bigger one because we seem to have "outgrown" this one.

I purchased this for my three year old daughter for her Birthday. She really likes it but I wish it was taller. It sometimes is hard to see the bottom floor to play. The room are so adorable but you have to buy them separate. We have a few of them and will get more for Christmas. My daughter likes to play with the minivan the most. She takes everything out of the house and plays with it on our coffee table. But whatever works for her is ok with me.

I boutht this doll house last year for my then 4 year old twin grandaughters. To this day, as soon as they enter my door and the hugs and kisses are given, they are up the stairs to their room playing with this house. They play with it for hours at a time. I bought this doll house for her last Christmas when she was 3 yrs. old. She loved it from the very start. The rooms are large enough for her to set up her house without knocking anything else over. The dolls are so cute & easy for her to handle. The furniture is perfect for her little hands too. I also bought a few different rooms of furniture for her and the kitchen set is especially fun with a ringing phone, light up oven, and drawers in the refrigerator that open for food. This is easily her favorite toy, as soon as she walks in the door of my house she says "lets play with my doll house grandma!". This doll house will last for years and will be able to be passed down to my other grandchildren for years. As always, Fisher Price has another great product on their list of many great toys.

This doll house in on the top of our favorites. It is easy to assemble. My daughter loves it. Just wish, it had lights and sounds like the older version. But other than that, it is a great doll house.

She had a younger version of a Fisher Price dollhouse but I wanted something that she would grow with and outgrow too quickly. This is a wonderful investment that I know she will enjoy for years. My daughter received this dollhouse and the room sets and all of my kids love to play with it. I bought this for my 2.4 year old daughter as a way to entertain her at Grammy's house. She played with it for hours. She doesn't use the furniture or even the dolls that came with it though lately. My mother bought this dollhouse from my daughter last Christmas. She would sit for hours and play with it. In May we had to put it into storage because we were going to stay with family while our house was being remodeled. We are just about to move in to the house and over the weekend I set it all back up so when she moves into her new room this coming weekend it will be right there for her to play with first.
