I purchased our first dollhouse and accessories when my daughter was around 3. Over the next 7-8 years, we added more dollhouses, furniture, vehicles, accessories, stable, camping equipment, etc. We added a Barbie boat and RV and outdoor wading pool for travel adventures. Each girl had their own house to decorate. The girls spend many happy hours role playing, sharing vacation adventures, camping, taking care of pets. The neighborhood boys added reams of excitement and laughter when their remote control dinosaurs and rescue heros joined in. Our Loving Family Dollhouses and accessories are waiting for the next generation to enjoy. I highly recommend these creative and inspiring toys!

I bought this dollhouse for my granddaughter's 4th Birthday. She loved it, but she wanted a family that resembled hers, so now we are trying to find a mom that is brunette. Plus she wants grandparents and other family members to come visit. So long story short we are looking for furniture, cars and more family! Save yourself some time and frustration and find another product. Ordered for our 3 year old daughter. She opened it on her birthday only to find that he set was missing the family, a wall segment, decal stickers, and the instructions to put it together. Called customer service and was told that my order had been shipped through another branch of the company and that they couldn't help. Gave me a number to call, no answer, no return call after messages left. Buyer beware, this company does not stand behind their product.

I purchased this dollhouse for my 4 year old granddaughter as a birthday present. She plays with this daily and it is her favorite toy. This dollhouse offers lots of creative playtime and she runs to it every morning when she wakes up. A must have for little girls.

My 3 year old daughter received this for Christmas and it is perfect for her. It's great quality, and perfect for her height.

Very cute accessories but I am disappointed that since the characters have changed over the years and not all the sets have there is a sort of mis match going on. For example the baby included in the dollhouse doesn't match the one in the baby set. The nursery is set up for the twin set from previous years. I also don't like the size of the people that are harder for small hands to play with. The Mom and Dad look more like teenagers because of their clothes. If I had known about the people I would've bought older sets of the family members instead of getting everything from this website.

This dollhouse looks like a replica of a real house! My granddaughter plays with this for hours on end! The house accessories I.e. The light above the stove that lights up when pressed and the nursery plays lullabies was a great touch. The only downfall I found was that the African American model starter house and figurines sold out too soon. I recommended this starter dollhouse to my friends only to hear that it was "Out of Stock". Finally there is a product that represents several nationalities and all were sold out EXCEPT for the Caucasian version. I will recommend this product because my granddaughter loves hers, but make them aware that the product (African American) may not be available.

I bought this dollhouse, along with numerous accessories (including the horse set), as a Christmas gift for my 4.5 year old daughter & I am so excited for her to open it. I was a little hesitant to purchase it because I try my hardest to avoid plastic toys, but this is genuinely adorable. I like it so much more than any of the more expensive "wood" dollhouses I've seen. I'm excited to play with it as well! Very impressed!

I got this dollhouse for my 3 year old twin boys. Although the dollhouse seems to target young girls, I knew that my boys would enjoy playing with it. As soon as the dollhouse arrived, they were so excited to get it open and put it together. The instructions were very easy to follow and it took about 10-15min to put together. The boys each chose a figure and started playing. They had so much fun playing with the dollhouse. The dollhouse allowed them to be creative and use their imagination as their pretend family lived in the dollhouse. This was the first toy that they had to share that they did not fight over. The dollhouse is quite large so they both had enough space and weren't in each other's way. They also seemed to play so well together since they were playing with a mommy and daddy figure, they played as a family. My only complaints are that it would be nice if the house was sold with basic furniture for the rooms (bed, crib, table, etc) and then maybe sell better quality furniture separately. With the lack of furniture that came with the dollhouse (couch & baby seat), they became less interested within a few days. It would also be a nice feature if the house folded in half or had some way of keeping the pieces inside. The house is completely open except the first floor folds up. It would make for a neater toy to move from room to room. I also feel that the house should be more neutral in color. Although we are a household where we don't identify toys as being for boys or girls and my kids do not care that the dollhouse is pink, it's clear that it's meant to target young girls but the truth is that a dollhouse is a great toy for boys as well.

My 3 year old son likes his new dollhouse a lot. It's large, well made, and was easy to put together. I received it knowing that the majority of it is pink and purple. It would be nice if it were more gender neutral in color. It comes with a family and couch. I wish I had paid closer attention to the description of what is included so I could have ordered one or two additional furniture sets to go with it when we put it together. Overall a great toy!

I love the actual dollhouse. It's a great size and style for a small child. The dollhouse is vey durable and seems like it will last a long time compared to others I have seen. I did not like that there is no furniture included and when looking to purchase furniture it seemed very expensive for what you would get. The actual dollhouse though is very cute and reasonable in price.

I got this for my almost 3 year old daughter and I am so glad I did. It quickly became her most favorite toy. She wants to take it everywhere she goes, around the house as well as when we go on outings. It is so amazing to see her playing doll "mommy" with her house. I got this product in exchange for a fair review. I have to start by saying that i love the open floor concept of this doll house. however, i wish it did come with a few more pieces of furniture. My 9 year old daughter and 4 year old son play with it. They use other doll house pieces in it though. The assembly instructions were clear and took up about 45-50 minutes to put together.

When I first opened the box and saw how many pieces it was in, I was a little nervous but assembly was very easy. I even stepped away and my six year old daughter put some of it together. It took about 30-40 minutes to put together. Once assembled, it felt very sturdy and durable. My one year old daughter loves it. Even my six year old daughter and four year old son enjoyed playing with it. The house is very large. Although you can fold up two parts of the house, it really does not really make it much smaller. The set comes with a mother, father and baby. A couch, swing and baby car seat are the only accessories included.

The dollhouse actually took less than 20 minutes to assemble and was pretty simple to do but did require a screwdriver. It had very easy to follow step-by-step instructions that made it simple to put together. I knew almost immediately that this would definitely be my daughter's favorite toy by looking at the fact that it was actually quite large in size and gave her enough space to be able to play with each level or room. It's actually over 2 feet tall and 2 feet wide making it such a great size for my child. It actually has a realistic doorbell that requires batteries to operate and it's so much fun for your child. The one thing to be aware is you need to definitely buy some accessories considering it is such a big house and it only comes with a few things. I am so happy that I got this doll house! The kids just love it. It is wide enough for several children to play together. The door bell actually rings which is such a nice added feature.

My kids really enjoy this doll house. My oldest is 7 and I was worried that she might be too old for it. Actually, she loves playing with it. She loves playing with the parents and baby who were included with the doll house. My son is 4 and he's really enjoying it as well (he sometimes has other figures come to visit- Batman is a frequent guest). My youngest is only 8 months, but I know that this doll house will provide her with years of fun. It is well constructed and very large. The only items included were the family of 3 and the sofa. We have been slowly gathering other items to make the house just how the kids want it, which is really fun. I'd definitely recommend this doll house!

The house is big enough for kids to play together. Both my boys and my girls happily played house. Don't underestimate the assembly time, especially if it's a holiday. Some of the stickers were hard to place.

We received this dollhouse as part of the Fisher-Price Play Rate and Review Program. It is a nice upgrade from the My First Dollhouse my son received for his 3rd birthday. The My Loving Family Dollhouse easily accommodated all of the accessories. Assembly took my husband approximately 20-30 minutes, which was no big deal. We have children of all ages who enjoy imaginative play. This dollhouse was a hit!

When this toy arrived we immodestly put it together. It was easy to assembly some parts seemed to bend more than others but overall pretty durable. My daughter absolutely loved it and has been playing with it nonstop along with my toddler son. He too enjoys playing. there are so many times you see a toy and the picture makes it look so big and when you receive it you are disappointed because it is not.I received this dollhouse and was pleasantly surprised with not only the size, over 2 feet tall and 2 and a half feet wide, but the quality as well. with the help of buying 2 AAA batteries you can make the doorbell actually ring. a doggy door is also there just like the one we have in lour own house. a mom dad and child are included in this spacious 6 room of 4 floors dream house and a swing set too. hours of fun were had by not only my two children but there two friends as well so much so that when they woke up the next morning it is the first place they ran to the family dollhouse!

This dollhouse was easy to assemble. My 3 kids (ages 1, 4, and 5) were all immediately engaged with the dollhouse at different levels. It is a very large dollhouse with several rooms and lots of windows. It would be nice to have stairs to connect the different levels. The doorbell is a favorite and plays different sounds when pushed. The house includes two doors, a doggy door, and a swing to allow for interactive play. We did find that the doors were a little hard to push up. This is a very engaging toy and has kept my children entertained for hours. I wish the set would have included more accessories. I would suggest buying some when you buy the house so it isn't so empty. Overall, my daughter loved her dollhouse and will continue to play with this as she grows.

I bought this year ago for my friend's daughter and she likes it so much

This is a sad version of the original Loving Family home. It's incredibly small compared to earlier versions and doesn't actually have enough space for all of the accessories and people to be in it. To be honest I wish I had bought the accessories and purchased a larger dollhouse from another company. The accessories are wonderful, but the house is not of the quality I have come to expect from Fisher-Price.

Purchased for my 4 year old daughter for this Christmas so I can't state how it will hold up or if it will hold her interest just yet, but I will be sure to update soon enough. Anyhow, when I originally went to purchase it I noticed it's available with a Caucasian family or with a African American family. Was disappointed to see that the Hispanic family was sold separately but not available with the home originally. Another reason I'm giving it 3 stars rather than 5 is that I've found it nearly impossible to find furniture for the home. Walmart doesn't carry them, toys r us and kmart do but have 3 sets only. And as for those sets I'm not too excited about them. The older sets, that are no longer available are actually alot more pleasing to the eye. The new furniture color selections are too unrealistic. With the purple couches and purple laundry set. I also Couldn't find any bedroom sets for the little boy.. Also I Can't find any of the pets or garden sets. With it having a doggy door on the house, i was really expecting to be able to find a Loving Pet very easily. Wish alot of the older pieces were available or that hopefully new and more furniture choices will be available soon. As I would love to fill up my daughters new dollhouse. The overall appearance of the house is beautiful, alot of beautiful details went into it. Im Very excited for my daughter to see this home christmas morning.

My daughter loves this dollhouse. It's nicely made, attractive, realistic-looking, and fun. The accessories and dolls are adorable. It's definitely far better made than a knock off brand that is selling a similar set. It's too bad Fisher-Price isn't selling this dollhouse and sets at many major stores anymore. I would have liked to easily find the sets and dolls that go with this set. Most of them aren't sold at many stores anymore. Some people are having to buy a cheaply made imitation that is almost the same price. The rooms are cute, but I do wish it still had the stairs like an earlier version of it. The new dolls are slightly smaller that the older dolls, but they both can be used together. I hope Fisher-Price decides to sell this product and its accessories at more stores again! I wish I could find more of the dolls that go with this set, specifically the grandparents and little brother! It's definitely a memorable toy that a lot of parents would love to buy for their kids even though it costs a lot of money.

Three years ago I started slowly buying Loving Family Dollhouse furniture since my daughter was just a baby and it wasn't age appropriate for her yet. Now she's almost four and I was ready to buy her the dollhouse but they stopped making it! Yikes! A reviewer said the "older" furniture is too big for the new dollhouse so I was very worried. I bought this dollhouse anyway and I'm so happy I did because the furniture fits just fine! There are not as many rooms as the older model dollhouse, so I'm not sure if I'll be able to buy the bathroom furniture, but for my four year old, she's not going to notice. Or if she does, we can just shuffle some of the furniture around to make it work. This dollhouse only comes with the parents and baby, so I'm glad I have to older daughter from the previous series. I've also used a set of generic furniture from a popular toy store and it fits with this dollhouse too. On a side note, I bought my daughter the My First Dollhouse when she was a toddler and she LOVED it. Now she's getting this dollhouse and I have no doubt she'll love it too! Thanks Fisher-Price! Since the 1990's I have been purchasing Loving Family Dollhouses and accessories for my daughter and then grand-daughters and others. I recently purchased the Loving Family Dollhouse Gift Set for my Grand-daughters 3rd birthday. I was extremely disappointed that the family members are so small. The set included 3 Horse and riders that are not at all of similar size to the included family members. Does not make sense. I'm very unhappy. I never expected characters to be so disproportionate.

I purchased the Loving Family Doll House Gift Set which included the House, Horse Trailer, three separate horses each with a doll. I also purchased the Furniture Gift set. The children love the doll house and accessories. The children love the horses and the furniture, the details on the furniture is fantastic. The girls were the first to notice that the dolls that came with the horses are too big to use with the doll house and furniture. I am disappointed with my investment. I thought the dolls that came with the horses would be the correct size for the dollhouse and furniture. They were purchased not separately but together as a set coming with the doll house. Also, one horse doesn't make sounds as the other two do. I hope I just need to replace the batteries. I also feel let down with the overall quality of the product. I was expecting the same durability that I have found when purchasing your "Little People" product line. I realize that the Loving Family product line is aimed at older children but I was expecting a product that could be enjoyed for years, withstanding years of play. I am dissatisfied with my purchase and will not recommend this product to anyone. I had planned on purchasing additional dolls and accessories for the girls but after receiving the merchandise, changed my mind. I feel that the doll house will not last long enough to invest any more money in this product line. If I could do it again, I would purchase a different brand.

I received this dollhouse almost 2 weeks ago. Prior to receiving it, I was actually thinking about getting this dollhouse as a Christmas present for my girls. It was comforting to know it would have been well worth the money. Though the dollhouse only comes with a Mom, Dad, baby and a couple furniture pieces, the girls love it! They have played with it every day so far and have substituted other little people pieces in the house. I do plan on purchasing some accessory pieces for their house. I also love the how the patio can fold up and contain the pieces so you don't have to hunt to the bottom of the toy box for any missing pieces. Overall, I fully recommend this toy.

I just bought this house and was upset to see the family is smaller sized. With 6 granddaughters & 6 houses I have invested a fortune in furniture. These new figures are too small.the house looks too small for the old figures. There is no incorporating the old furniture. I feel ripped off! I'm very disappointed!
