Love, love, love this! A wonderful product. A must have for every new Momma! Sheds a nice, soft blue light into the crib at night. Great sound that can be adjusted. Nothing annoying, unlike other products with music. Keeps my baby's interest! This product has been a fantastic asset, as my daughter was developing a "flat spot." Great for entertaining her & teaching her to turn her head to the opposite side. With the help of this as well as another product, her flat spot is disappearing. I'm so excited to watch her "grow" in to this soother and be able to press and play all on her own!

My daughter is 6 1/2 months old.. She loves this rocker.. She loves to pull the flower to make the music play.. i love it cuz i can get things done, and she is still learning and playing.. She naps in this rocker sometimes. It is very durable.. easy to put together.. took all of maybe 10 mins..

I received this as a baby shower gift (in 2008) for my first-born son. When we moved him into his crib, in his own room (at 5 months) this helped to relax and soothe him to sleep. It was fantastic for him! I like that you can turn the volume to high if necessary (which it was for us because we also had a fairly loud air purifier in the room). I wish it played longer, but he normally didn't take that long to fall asleep anyway. Like a previous reviewer suggested, it would be great if it came with a remote control. When my son was old enough to crawl around and sit up by himself (around 8-9 months), he enjoyed pressing the toucan button to turn it on. He figured out that he didn't need mama or daddy to listen to the music anymore. My husband and I would smile whenever we'd hear the music in the morning. At two-years old, if my son woke up in the middle of the night, he'd quickly reach up to turn on the music and go back to sleep. It was great. The only problem I have with it is that after 2 years, the animals sometimes stop moving when they're supposed to. After a while, it'll work like normal, but they (the monkey especially) will go on a break or something. LOL Now I have another little boy who is currently going to be 10 months. It worked great for him up until we went on a trip out-of-state. We had a hard time putting him to sleep in a completely different crib in the hotel room, so now we're continuing to have a hard time putting him to sleep in his OWN crib. This "music box" isn't helping anymore, sad to say. I'm thinking of buying a mobile or projector to see if that helps. I have NO IDEA what is causing him to scream in his own crib too---even when I KNOW he's tired. Overall, I think this is a GREAT crib soother. You just have to figure out what your baby likes. My first-born LOVED this and will still turn it on for his baby brother. I would give this a 5 if I was just basing it on my first-born's experience with it. But since my second son doesn't seem to be as interested in it, I decided to give it a 4.

When I first bought this product I was really excited about it. It is absolutely adorable. I love the whole concept they were going for, and it really holds my 4 month olds attention. The only thing I really don't like about it is that it does not play for longer or because it doesn't play for very long that it doesn't have a remote control. If it takes my daughter longer than 10 minutes to fall asleep I have to go to her crib and turn it back on and when she sees me she thinks it's playtime and not sleep time. I really think for the money I paid for it (and it was not cheap) that it should include a remote. I would not buy this product again or recommend it to anyone.

I received this as a gift at my baby shower. My son who is 11 weeks, loves to nap in this. When he is sick and really congested, he sleeps in this chair even at night. When you make it stable so it doesn't rock, it lays back a little farther which makes him super comfortable. He will also be able to use this for a few years instead of regular bouncy seats they only use for a few months. The vibration is great too.

I bough this toy when my pre-term baby was about 3 months old. She would have periods of crying in the evening and I need something to help. After some research and consumers reviews, I bought this. It really seemed to help. Now she is 16 months old and she still loves it! She turns it on when she goes to sleep and she turns it on when she wakes up, Even after hearing it play everyday for a year, I still enjoy hearing it.

It advertises 18 minutes of music, but that is only if you dont have the lights or movement on. The noises are not so much music as loud waterfall like noises. Our 9 week old seems to hate this, and it does the opposite of soothe him. This product is DEFINITELY not worth 41 dollars.

Since 11/2008 have had 3 for twins - with third one not appropriately functioning as of today 08/29/10. Again, product theme-great, idea-great, colors-great, movement/music-great, just need better QA and product durability.

We bought this product for our son before he was even born. He loves the music, lights, and animals. Battery life is horrible though. And I really wish there was a setting to make it run longer than 18 mins. Or a remote to turn it on again when it shuts off. Going into my sons room to restart it only upsets him. Hes 9 months old now and can turn it on himself. He turns it on when he wakes up early in the morning and goes back to sleep most of the time. I really like this product overall and my son enjoys something he can turn on himself whenever he wants to.

I really thought I'd get more use out of this product. My child is 1 year old and this has been in his crib since birth. He ocassionally turns it on but really, his crib is for sleeping then he's ready to get out.

I got this since it was easy and no extra attachments. would have liked a remote to restart. great options in light/music/movement.

I bought this product for my daughter when she was 3 months old becsuse she was having trouble falling asleep every night. It became part of our bedtime routine immediately. We did not use the lights at night, because they were too bright, we just used the music. She found the music very soothing and comforting and liked having it right near her. Instead of crying herself to sleep, she listened to the music instead. It was a real life saver.

I love the rainforest sounds super soothing. helps me and baby fall asleep peacefully. Also love the lulluby music super entertaining for baby.

Love the music and the nature sounds that this soother makes. Using it for my second child now and he likes it too. My only complaint is that the sound of the motor that makes everything move is quite loud. It sometimes drowns out the music.

Seriously this seat is amazingh. I bought it for my daughter when she was 1 month old and at 6 months now she still loves it. The soothing vibrations really calm her. Its a great little seat for her when we are eating dinner or watching tv. She loves the little toys too. And if you have older kids, ( as I have a 3 year old) It also converts into a big kid rocker so they dont feel left out. This seat has been a life saver at times!

My granddaughter did not like to be put into the bouncer that we had bought for her--the typical wire-legged bouncy type. She screamed the minute she was put into it. She startles very easily and I think that the bouncy-ness might have been the problem. I saw this infant-toddler portable rocker and thought that it might be a more sturdy/stable feeling seat for her. And it's absolutely adorable! The bright colors and cute toys, along with the sturdy looking legs were a selling point as well. Another plus is that it can be used for so long--up to 40 pounds. I bought the seat hoping that it would enable my daughter to put the baby down somewhere safe so she could get things done around the house. She was skeptical since the bouncer wasn't working, but the first time we sat her in this seat (with the legs stablized so that it didn't rock) baby sat there and stared at the toys for more than 20 minutes, happy as could be! She sits in it any time we need to put her down, and is content to stare and coos at the toys. It can be set at many different angles and even though she isn't able to sit up straight, she can still easily se the toys and what's going on in the room. I'm so pleased with it that I'm buying one for my daughter so that she'll have one at her house, too. It's definitely made a difference for this baby! This portable rocker can be used for so long, and the cost is so reasonable, you will definitely be getting a bargain.

We have been using this for 2 months and our daughter loves this rocker. It is lightweight and easy to bring around the house. We have a small house so we didn't want a swing. This moves from room to room and I can sit in my chair and rocker her with my foot. She easily falls asleep in it.

I love everything about this product and so does my little one, but not so crazy about the durability. After each use (if moved) we have to tighten up all the screws. It becomes wobbly.... If you don't mind doing this the seat is great!

Our daughter had this mobile in the hospital when she was about 6 months old. She loved it so much that we got one for her crib at home. We were disappointed that the little fish in the bottom quit moving after a couple of weeks. Also, we have only had it for a few weeks and have had to change the batteries already. She does enjoy it, though, and loves to watch the waterfall.

I have two older versions of this product, i.e. different fabric covers. We have had them for 3 and 5 years. It was great when my son was sick and needed to be at a 45 degree angle when he was asleep. I also buckled my son in it, putting it in the bathroom with me, when I needed to shower. I was able to feed my three kids in it when the highchair wasn't easily accessible. It traveled well also. My only negative was that my 5 year old chair fabric started to wear after two years creating a hole at the top (near the head area).

This product helps my son go to sleep so well, I am so impressed. I also have the rainforest mobile, but since he was able to sit up and grab it, I had to take it out and replaced it with this product. Not only has he figured out how to turn it on and off which thrills him greatly, he falls asleep to the music everytime. He loves to sit in his crib and watch the movements and play with his toys-this is a truly great product!

This is a great toy, at 2 years old my daughter still loves it. However the battery life is horrible. We have to change the batteries once a month. I wish the battery life would last longer and this product would be perfect!

I love it when I got it for a present. We set up the crib and attached it and came back that night to put the baby to sleep in the crib we noticed THE SONG PLAYS FOR A FEW SECONDS THEN SHUTS OFF!!! THE FISHY WATER IS LEAKING OUT OF THE TOY ALL DOWN THE CRIB. we never got to use it. I very disapointed I thought it was a great toy.

Our 9 month old LOVES watching the soothing motion and listening to the calming music HOWEVER... the batteries run out soooo quickly. I changed them in mid October and it's mid November now. A month? I wish the battery life were longer. The product was relatively expensive, and constantly having to change the batteries makes the product ALMOST not worth it.

My baby loves this! He stares at it every night when trying to fall asleep. If he wakes up in the middle of the night we turn it on and give him a pacifier. By the time the music stops he is sleeping.

Our Daughter loves this! It's amazing how difficult she might be until you turn this on for her - even at such a young age (10 weeks). I only gave it 4 feet for the durability because I replaced the batteries when we received it and have already had to replace them. Overall I think it's a great product and would still definitely recommend it. The baby loves it and that's what is important!

My daughter is only 4 months but when she was shown this one and the others at the store her interest always came back to this one. We bought it and she loves it. It has helped her transistion to her crib more smoothly.

I bought this chair when my second grandson was born and it was wonderful. He used it for a long time, even as a seat once he bacame a toddler. I passed it on to a friend and she used it for two of her grandchildren. The vibrator never quit working. I liked it so much that I bought one for several of my nieces and friends as baby shower gifts. As a matter of fact, I'm about to buy another one as a gift!

I loved using this chair for my son. The toy bar is easly removed with one hand and the colors and textures kept my son busy. I especially liked that the chair rocked and in an instant you could move the rocker bar into place and keep the chair steady. I often took this to friends and families houses and used it for feeding and napping. The only drawback I have is that my son won't use it as a toddler chair because it leans back to far and he likes to sit up.

My son is only 8 weeks old and already the vibration feature on this seat is broken. My sister purchased a similar Fisher-price model for her son a few years back and the same thing happened to her. I do not recommend this item.

I bought 2 of these for my twins and love them. It holds the attention of both babies when it is on the "rainforest" setting and keeps me from going crazy hearing 2 lullabies playing on both that are not in sync. Now that the girls are 7 months old they will reach up and turn them on themselves and watch them. My only complaint is that one of the soothers goes through batteries like crazy, and it is the one that does not get used quite as much.

I bought this for my 2nd baby and it worked great, luckily I kept it and now my 9 wk old is enjoying it. I'm very glad it puts him to sleep and he totally loves the bright lights. The only problem I have with it is that the bubbles that move the little fish at the bottom don't really come out anymore so the fish doesn't move. I hear the glub-glub-glub but nothing !!! I still love it though !

I'm a first time mom and wow this product gets the job done. My baby doesnt like to sleep but with this on your crib you can go to sleep and let the music and lights put your little one to sleep.

I have had this soother for a little under a year now. My son has used it since he began using his crib. He will be a year old in a week and still loves it. The only downfall is that I did have to turn it on more than once at times. I wish it would play for just a few minutes more or at least have a remote like the mobile. That really is my only complaint. When I first took it out of the box I was worried that the water for start to change over time and not work as well but it still does. I am very happy with this soother.

We got this as a gift at our baby shower. We put it in our daughter's cradle when she was first born, and have since moved it to her crib with her. She absolutely loves it! Every night when I put her down to bed she'll flip over on her belly and wait for me to turn this on, except for last night when she flipped over and turned it on herself! It was very easy for her to figure out how to turn on once she was moving around in her crib, and it really does help get her to sleep. I would recommend this product to anyone.

My son is two years old now and still sleeping in a crib and he cannot sleep without this. If it it runs out of batteries he cries and cries until we change them and it's working again. I would recommend this to anyone.

At 11 mos., if my son hadn't fallen asleep before the music stopped, he would get up, turn it back on to play and lay back down until he fell asleep. Obviously it's easy for him to use! He is now 1.5 yr old and still loves this product.

I love this! It has been with my 2 year old in his crib since he was born and now is attached to the side of his toddler bed! HE cant sleep without it! I'm getting ready to byu another one for my baby because my poor 2 year old would miss it too much!

Out of all of the stuff I bought when expecting my baby this was the best investment I made. My son who is now 2 and a half still uses this amazing soother. As soon as he learnt to press the button himself the music and lights would put him back to sleep, especially on those difficult nights. I would often hear the gentle music playing over the monitor which was a wonderful sound, because it meant that he didn't need my help to get back to sleep. If you know of parents that are having trouble putting their little ones to sleep, this is a wonderful device.

My first son got the Ocean Wonders Aquarium as a baby shower present. (It matched the Sea Life nursery decor perfectly.) My 2nd son received the Rainforest soother as a present after he was born. While it works well and the music isn't annoying to listen to through the monitor, I am certain that my 2nd son isn't enjoying his cribside "music box" as much as my 1st son enjoyed the Aquarium. Overall, a good product though.

I've never seen a toy entertain a child so much, yet soothe them to sleep so effectively. FP you hit the jackpot on this one!

My son was a preemie and one of his nurses in the NICU gave this to us as a going home gift for him. It was a lifesaver. It would put him to sleep in a few minutes. We still have it on his crib and he's 1 now. He loves turing it on himself. Everybody should buy one.
