I was so excited to receive this convertible car seat from the Stellar Product Testing Panel to trial and review. I have 3 little ones, whose weight range from 26-34 lbs, so we have a lot of experience with convertible car seats, especially after replacing a bunch after a recent car accident. We have never tried a 4-in-1, though, and since the kids are starting to get to be school-age and have carpools, we're anticipating looking into boosters that can be easily installed (once they reach the weight minimum!), so this was a great opportunity for us. Pros: Off the bat, one of the first things I noticed when preparing for installation was that there is (sturdy) foam in the seat area underneath the cover. Many other brands just have the hard plastic shell, so that seems like a really nice feature, as I imagine it would be more comfortable, especially for long rides. Taking off the fabric (to prep for installation) was pretty simple, which was great, since my kids get motion sickness, and we find ourselves frequently removing the cover. Adjusting the height and recline were simple, too. I also like the 10 year life of the seat (which is long for the industry). Cons: As I mentioned, my kids are really small (very low percentiles for height and weight). When buckling with the "crotch belt" in the most forward position, my kids complained (and it seemed pretty evident) that it was too tight there. It seems like there should be an option to move it further away from the back of the seat (beyond the options available). Next, regarding installation, I had a hard time deciphering from the instruction manual which type of latch system was included. None of the pictures quite aligned with what I had (and the one that came closest indicated an additional piece, which wasn't included). I was able to figure out installation, as the methods don't vary that greatly, but I actually found this to be fairly difficult to install securely. As mentioned before, we've taken (different brands and style) seats in and out a LOT (lots of road trips, lots to clean up), so I'm fairly experienced with installing car seats, and this one really wiped me out. Eventually, I was able to get it securely installed, but I would be very reluctant to have to take it out. To me, that feature is of paramount importance, so that caregivers don't install the seats improperly which could be met with drastic results, Heaven forbid. In all, I like the lifespan and concept of this seat (and some features), especially at the affordable price range, but the instruction manual and installation procedures could use some improvement (as well as the buckle). While I wouldn't purchase another one (unless updates were made), I do plan to use it, and hope to get some booster usage from it, too! (Note: Website is not allowing me to add my photos.)

We were so excited about this carseat since it was a 4 in 1 and the price was very reasonable, but we were quickly disappointed. It was hard to get the crotch strap moved to the second hole and even harder to get it installed in the car correctly. We tried both of our vehicles, and it was near impossible to get it tight. We only used it once because it was also hard to tighten the straps to make our child fit safely in it. He complained the whole time about the headrest and how it was pushing on his ears. I love that this seat has features that grow with your child from birth all the way up to no back booster age. My favorite thing about the seat is that it doesn't hang off the vehicle seat very far, so my daughter has more legroom using this seat than she has with others. She was really happy with how soft the seat is during long car rides. The dark colors are perfect for us so it doesn't stain. Also, you can't go wrong with having two cup holders so that's an excellent feature! The car seat was easy to install and very well made. For starters, I was given this convertible car seat to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and this couldn't have come at a better time since we were looking to upgrade car seats anyway with two little ones under 4. We graciously tested out the Even Flo EveryKid 4 in 1 car seat and I feel it's a keeper for our family but there is still room for improvement! We have forward-facing babes now so we did not get to test out the infant, rear-facing feature but I have no doubt it works just as well. I think I can say that most parents, if they're being honest, are a little intimidated by the process of installing a new car seat. My husband and I found that we had to use 3 different methods to figure out how to set up this car seat, and I don't know if it's brand specific or just us, but we read the manual and watched a video of another parent setting up and installing it and then we had to just fool around with it based on instinct. I wish that the manuals could be more user-friendly and not so novel-like! Especially when you have limited time to put the item together and make it functional before your attention is split with your little ones. I did like the material and found it easy to wipe down messes and disinfect, which is important with little ones who spill lots of food and drinks as well as cleaning off any germs. I found it easy to get my child in and out of quickly; the loosening and tightening of the straps can be inconsistent and my son complained of feeling pinched in his crotch when we would tighten it to where the top clasp is parallel to the armpits. I'm excited to try out the different modes as my kids grow and love that it will grow with my little ones, which means spending less on car seats overall!

It is super easy and simple to install in the car and to make secure. With the best quick connector latch's yet. In less than five minutes the car seat was installed, secure and ready to go. When I needed to adjust the head seat to fit my little in, it was the easiest ever. You don't need to take the car seat out to adjust the car seat height. Just grab the handle and adjust to the needed height. Best of all this car seat is machine washable. The Evenflo EveryKid 4-in1 Convertible Car Seat is the only car seat I will need.

I received this carseat through the Stellar Product Testing Panel; the opinions are all my own. This carseat will be the last carseat I ever need. I love that it can grow with your child, going from infant all the way to booster in just a few easy adjustments! Adjusting the headrest and harness were easy to figure out using the instructions. I had no problem installing the seat in my car. My 3 year old loves how comfortable the seat is; he can also buckle himself in with ease, which is a win for me!

This has a ton of features and lots of use you can get out of it, making it a great value--you just have to be a little bit patient in learning how to adjust everything. The car seat was a little intimidating when I first pulled it out of the box, but after reading the manual (which is very detailed) and playing with it a bit, it was easy to adjust for both of my kids (I tested it with my 2 month old and almost 2 year old to check out all the features). My favorite thing about this product is all the removable supports included, it's easy to customize for your child's size to get the perfect fit (for example, I removed the inner head support for my toddler, and tried it with and without the bottom support, then reattached them both for my infant). There are 2 positions for reclining and it is easy to change for a baby or an older child to find the best position for comfort and safety. I think all car seats are a bit of a pain to install since a car is a tight space, but this one is just as easy as any other to install in the vehicle and has a cool latching system that I just think is a fun feature to have--the little things in parenting make my day!

I was given this convertible car seat to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I have 3 kids (2.5, 5 and 7) and I love that I can use it for any of them. My 5 year old claimed it for himself though and anytime we go anywhere he tells me how much he loves his new seat. He had been begging me to switch him to a high back booster (he is still using the 5 point harness) but hasn't asked once since we switched to this seat. It is super padded which makes it comfy to sit in. It was less bulky than I expected which is also a big plus when you have multiple kids in car seats. The price is also amazing. Last year I bought a 3 in 1 for my youngest that cost more than this 4 in 1!

I received the Evenflo Everykid car seat as part of the Stellar product testing panel. This car seat is absolutely fantastic! My 22 month son is using it. We previously had him in a Chicco car seat and we liked that seat however when I made the switch I don't have to fight him to get him in the seat. He's a big kid. He's closer in size to a 3 year old. This car seat has much more room and fits him more comfortably. He doesn't fuss about sitting in it and loves the cup holders. The seat was relatively easy to install. It does take a bit of finesse but it's manageable. The seat doesn't seem as sturdy as some but it is lighter and easier to handle. Overall I would recommend this seat especially if you have larger kids!

I received this car seat as part of a review program. We had the Britax marathon in another car, and used this car seat in our second car. The Britax is substantially more expensive, so we were excited to try a more affordable option as we also need car seats for his grandmothers' cars. Pros- good padding, seems comfortable for my toddler, snack/cup holders keep him happy Cons- more difficult to securely buckle him in than the Britax, but taking some extra time is a minor inconvenience in my opinion Overall- seems like a good quality car seat for the price.

We did our research and this was the one we choose for our little guy. I am very happy we did. It's very comfortable and he likes it alot. It is very easy to install and the material is easy to clean. I like that it has two cup holders we use both for snacks and his bottle. It is safe and it's a 4 in one so it should last for a long time.

The first thing I noticed about the Evenflo Everyfit is the color and design. It looked great! Putting it in the car was easy and my son is VERY comfortable in it! The head piece seems a little stiff for my toddler but would be great for an infant! I love the detachable cup holder because it makes it easier to clean. We are really enjoying this car seat!

I bought this car seat for my baby and it is just perfect. It is the only seat that I will need for every stage of my babies. I brought her home from the hospital in it and will continue to use it as her booster seat.

This carseat is amazing and it is very comfortable. It's easy to use, pull apart, and clean. Very smooth fabric and love the head piece. It was a bit big at first but she quickly grew into it and I have always loved it. It's a breeze to click in and out of your car. I highly recommend this car seat.

I bought this for baby, it fits great. I love that fact how snuggled he is in and he seems so comfortable. Feeling safe while I'm in the car with him is definitely a plus. Not only is this carseat a product of great quality, but it's also got a nice, sleek design and I feel assured and at ease knowing my son is safe and secure when we are on the roadways. I love that this seat will also transition as your baby gets older and adjusts to accomadate for your child as he grows and gets bigger.

I bought this on a Sunday and returned it on Monday. The Buckle that comes up in between the legs is super short. Once buckled In the straps sat across my sons mid thigh vs his pelvis where it should sit!

I wanted to wait awhile after receiving our new car seat before I made a review. I am a mom to four kids. My youngest two are ages 1 and 3. I have used a lot of different brands of car seats in the past. I let both of my kids try out this seat. Pros: -it has a nice design and looks nice -it has a good amount of cushion and padding for comfort -the cup holders are close enough that my youngest can reach her cup -it was easy for me to install by myself -it was easy to transition it to the different stages -the tethers are a lot easier to use then previous car seats I have owned, makes putting it in and out of the car go much faster -the material makes spot cleaning easy -the head rest is better then my youngest child's other car seat, it helps more when she is sleeping Cons: -it takes awhile to take it apart to wash and the plastic pieces attached to the material beat off of my washer - the buckle for the harness is wide in shape, even though it has a thick material you can use to cover the buckle, my 3 year old complained it hurt his legs. I have decided to let my youngest use it since it wasn't a good fit for my 3 year old. She likes it and seems to be very comfortable in it. I have a hectic schedule most days, so my biggest pro would be it is comfortable for my little one and she can reach her cup and snack, which helps with long commutes. I can spot clean it so that cuts down on the need to put it in the washer often. This seat will grow with her and I will not have to get her another one. My husband loves it and says it is made better then the one she has now.

We are a big fan of this seat for the most part! The only downside was that we wish it had the ratchet tighteners for installation. We were spoiled with those from our other Evenflo all-in-one seat. Otherwise it's great. It's attractive and fits nicely in my Nissan Altima. It has been easy to adjust and my 18-month old looks comfortable.

Easy to install and fairly portable. I use it with the xpand system and it works great. It allows me to transition easily from the car to the stroller.

My 17 month old son loves his new car seat! Mommy and daddy are loving it as well! We noticed our son would cry anytime we put him in his previous car seat, after changing him out of the infant seat, and we weren't sure why he was suddenly so unhappy. We switched to the Evenflo 4-in-1 car seat and it has made world of a difference! He is incredibly comfortable in this car seat, and has no more fussiness when getting in the car. It's also super convenient for my husband and myself to switch from car to car with the latch system. Very happy with this selection!

PROS: This car seat is lightweight, which is great if you need to switch it between cars often or travel with it. I love the cupholders, materials, colors, etc. The overall aesthetic is modern and stylish, which is a plus. I think the fact that this is a 4-in-1 seat is a huge win! You can use it for so many years. CONS: This seat was hard to install well in my small SUV as a rear-facing seat for my 20-month old. I tried two installation configurations over the course of a week neither matched up with the security of other seats I have used in the same vehicle from the same and other brands. Conclusion: I am so excited to try this seat forward facing in my vehicle when my son is old enough/big enough to turn around in the car. He did seem comfortable in the seat in general and liked that he now had cupholders like his big sister. Since saftey is the number one concern with installing a carseat, this isn't my preference for a rear-facing convertible carseat in my vehicle at this time.

This was great right out of the box All the way into the car. I've had other all in one car seats that were annoying from extra assembly required, but this seat arrived practically ready to go for an infant . The latch components lock in smoothly and securely with my vehicle and are east to adjust. The headrest and angle of the seat itself are easy to adjust and it's even easy to transition from one stage to the next. I tested it out for both my infant and Toddler. My toddler felt comfortable in her seat and I appreciated the sturdy head support for my infant. I tinkered with the padding and it looks as if it's easy to clean if needed as there are not too many straps or hooks to figure out on the seat covers. I've had a few carsick kids and diaper blowouts to need an easy to clean surface and I think this seat won't be an issue. My only complaint, but it's not the end of the world, is that this seat had elastic cup holders to make the seat more streamline. Adding the extra inches from the round, plastic cupholders could make it more challenging if you are installing more than one seat or have a larger water bottle or snack cup. The chest harness buckle took some getting used to compared to other seats we have owned but the simple design should be easy to clean and prevent malfunction of a button we have seen in other seats that get dirty on that chest clip. Overall, I would buy this for both of my kiddos in seats. We like the black and grey sporty look for our car. Can't go wrong with the classy look.

At first look out of the box I loved the overall look of the car seat. It's very sleek and works well with the interior of my vehicle. The fabric has a great quality feel to it and my child seems comfortable in it. The installation process was super simple. The seat feels secure and level. For the sake of this review I did change the car seat into all of the available functions. It was easy to transition to each stage. I love that I can purchase one car seat and it grows with my child. Changing the belts to forward facing to rear facing was also a breeze. I have a forward facing child and a rear facing child and I would recommend the seat for either. My daughter is fairly small for her age and she fit wonderfully in the seat. I felt as though she was secure and safe. Overall a great car seat to grow with your family.

Upon first impression I was impressed with how well put together the seat appeared. I could tell by the quality of materials used that it was a high quality product. The color scheme used was a very nice detail as well. My son is very comfortable and loves this car seat!

My newborn was very uncomfortable in our old car seat but loved this one -no more fussing in the car! It was extremely easy to install and set up. Love that it will last us for years and is so adaptable.

Not the biggest fan of the "rethreat" harness because it seems like there is a break in period for the strap, but I like the value and so far have it as the extra in my husband's car. It looks nice and I love how long we can use this seat.

I was so excited to try this car seat. My 4 year old is anxious to start using a booster seat so even though she doesn't meet the 40lb minimum, I thought she would be excited to know this would transform into a booster. I've been using the car seat for over two weeks and so far I am very disappointed. First, moving the latch connectors from read facing to front facing is not intuitive like on other car seats I have and after I lifted off the cover to move them, I could not get the pegs which keep the cover in place to remain in their holes securely. Fine, a minor annoyance, but it seems like it shouldn't be that way. Second issue was with the install. I like the SureSafe things that guide you to the latch connectors. Mine are buried in my seats so that made them easy to install. But tightening was a problem. The level line is only on one side, making it difficult to get straight if that is the interior side. Also, I could never get it tight enough. Even when I thought I had, I noticed the next day that the seat was loose. I put my ENTIRE weight on the seat when tightening so not sure how I could possibly get it tighter. The When I put my older daughter (4yo) in, the crotch strap was too close so it was uncomfortable. Also, the harness buckle doesn't slide easily, but maybe that will loosen up with time. It was super annoying in 20 degree weather though! I also could tighten the straps very well. I don't know if something got screwed up with the straps when I was figuring out how to move the connectors but it didn't look like it. So this seat did not make me feel safe at all and I'm switching back to my old car seat until my daughter is large enough for the booster. I will give it another try then. There were a few positives. The cup holder was nice and the seat looked great. I just wish it was more user friendly. Overall I'm not very happy with this car seat.

I wanted to love this car seat. It looks far more expensive than it's price point with plush seats, thick comfortable straps and drink/snack holders. (Something my far more expensive car seat does not!) However, this seat is so confusing to install. We tried the traditional anchor as well as the seat belt installation. Both ways were confusing to do so successfully, despite watching youtube videos and reading the guide. Once installed, the car seat moved far too much for us to be comfortable using it with our active toddler. The seat actually wiggled significantly while the car was in motion. It may be that this seat isnt comparable with our 2016 Honda Pilot compared to other vehicles. I have an appointment later in the month with a car seat installation group at our local Fire Station, so hopefully this is just user error rather than anything else. (However after reading the user manual I am just so very frustrated with this car seat that I am not sure I could recommend it. Being a mom of 3, I'm familiar with car seats and I've never had this issue with other brands.) All in all, looks great hard to install. We didn't feel safe to continue to use it. everything about this car seat is perfect, from the extra cushion to how it adjusts as my daughter gets taller! she even loves it. Before I even had the chance to put it in the car she wanted to sit in it and she usually hates her car seat. Also i love how i can easily spray and wash the fabric on it!

We have been using this carseat for about a month now and cant see myself using a different one. This carseat has so many features and is very easy to use. I have this seat installed in my toyota Camry in rear facing position and it fits perfectly. The position flap at the bottom sits properly and the seat is leveled to where my daughter can sit comfortably. The head rest piece is adjustable to be raised up or down to fit where the child's head is. The 5 point harness straps are simple with a chest clip on the chest and a buckle in between the legs. I can easily operate the buckle with on hand if needed to. We have also tried this seat in the booster position with our older daughter and love how easy it was to transform the seat to the next step. This seat is not very heavy so transferring from one car to another is not very difficult. I have washed the padding and seat cover one time to see how it would hold up in the wash and it came out looking brand new. Putting the carseat back together took less than 10 minutes and it was ready to be used again. One of our favorite features is the removable cup holders so they can be washed and placed back in nice and clean. With this seat you can find it cover all your child's needs from rear facing, forward facing and a booster seat. This seat is adjustable in so many ways that it grows with your baby every step of the way. I'm very pleased with this carseat.

Good looking and oh so comfortable. My two year old who is just starting to put sentences together ooh'ed and ahh'ed as she got into it for the first time with a lot of 'I like it's' coming from the backseat as we drove away. Relatively easy to set up (should have taken the time to read directions more carefully and would have saved myself some time & frustration) and seems very sturdy. Great amenities (double cup holder makes for easy drinks/snack access for longer drives) and comfortable enough for the little one to doze off. Overall - huge improvement from our last carseat and feels like it has all the bells and whistles with the ability to grow with my child. Looks great & the kid loves it which I can't say that's the case with everything when dealing with toddlers so I'll call this a major win!

As a mother of two who travels frequently on long trips, this seat was decent. I have used others that have a metal frame that I was more impressed with. This one seems wobbly when applying force to it. Although a decent seat, I would rather spend my money on something that feels more sturdy. I've owned several Evenflo products throughout the years including car seats, strollers, and baby bouncers. We've been happy with all of them, and this car seat is no exception. My favorite feature of the car seat is the ability to quickly install and uninstall the seat for transferring between vehicles and cleaning. Here is a quick list of what I found to be key Pros and Cons for the car seat, but as already mentioned, I was a fan. Pros: -Installation is extremely easy with their click system -Adjusting straps for my growing girls takes seconds -Seat covering can be removed with relative ease for washing - Cup holders have a liner which can be removed when they get dirty (and they ALWAYS do) - Fabric seems very durable and well made - Car seat is sturdy when installed and makes me feel like my daughter is safe and secure Cons: - Car seat came set up for reverse install and we needed to adjust forward. That process wasn't as easy as I would have liked, but once corrected everything else was perfect. - Not too important, but my seat only came with one cup holder liner and I would have like to have one for each side. Overall, I would give this car seat an A+ for safety, design, ease of installation, and durability.

We used this car seat for the next one since our 14 month old grew out of his newborn car seat. It's big and bulky, so be prepared for the space issue. I don't think I would of used this as a newborn seat, but for the 1 yr plus, it's perfect and exactly what we were looking for. This seat has tons of great features, options and you can use it however you want. Forward facing, back facing, either feels very safe. Love that this seat will grow with my son. He climbs right in when he sees it. Would definitely recommend.

I received this car seat free from the savvy parent sampling program in exchange for my review. I've used this car seat for my very large (3 feet +, 35 lbs) 2 year old and so far it's been good. It is definitely comfortable and very padded. My only criticism is that the lower clasps are hard to click in and the button to click them out requires a lot of pressure too. My son has the option of his old one and this one and picks this one for napping haha so I guess it's more comfortable or maybe just more reclined.

This carseat is very striking and I love that it will grow with my daughter. You won't need another carseat...I'm a FTM who likes the idea of one product serving multiple functions and not being overwhelmed by a bunch of different items. The style is very attractive and my baby girl happily sits in it. It says you can use this from 4 lbs and up-I am using this with my daughter who is 10 months old, 21 pounds. What I really like about it is the padding around the head-it seems much more safe and secure than the infant seat I had her in prior to this. It says it is side impact tested, which puts me at ease that she will be safe. She is comfortable and it is very easy to strap her in. The straps already have shoulder padding to increase her comfort and make sure they don't dig into her tiny baby shoulders. The seat buckle has a padded piece around it, which I took off to make it easier to click in the buckle. If my baby were smaller, I would have left the padded piece on, this is a nice comfort feature. My husband was able to install this fairly quickly after reading the instructions. It will eventually flip to be forward facing and the back can come off to be used as a toddler booster. I received this product from Evenflo in exchange for my honest opinion.

We just received our seat over the weekend. We made some adjustments and were able to get the perfect fit for our daughter! She seems comfortable and happy in it! However, after finding a good fit for her we went to install it in the car. We chose to do a middle seat install and had to do a seatbelt install. This was difficult. (Keep in mind, had we just used the anchors and the easyclick system, it probably would have been a breeze. However, we have no other children so we preferred middle if we could get a good fit.) So the cover comes up so that you can thread the seat belt, super convenient, or so I thought. I had this seat installed and tightened and perfect in about 5 minutes. Then I tried to put the cover back on. IMPOSSIBLE. I could not for the life of me get the cover to securely reattached while the seat was installed. Well, I figured since It was an easy install, I could just do it again blindly with the cover reattached. Not the case. After that first 5 minutes, I spent another 20 minutes and ended up with a crooked unleveled install. EVENTUALLY, with the help of my husband we were able to get it installed with a perfect fit in the middle like we wanted. So, I love the seat. The install was just a little rocky for us. I wish the cover had snaps instead of the plastic pieces. My issues was getting those pieces to slide into the hole when the holes were against the car seat.

The seat itself is a little bulky but this just allows it to be very sturdy. My daughter loves the cup holders and I love the fact that it was easy to put together and adjust to her height. I'm happy that she can grow with the seat. Overall, the details of this seat provide a more secure fit than her last car seat and she is unable to unhook herself which I like.

My nine month old has a long torso and this seat worked great! It was a little difficult to install, but it was the first time I had installed this style of carseat. Since the adjustable strap position is on the top, I won't have to reinstall the seat to change the notches for the straps; additionally, this feature is a boon as adjusting the straps from the bottom to secure baby into the seat, while fighting kicky baby legs is difficult, so it makes it way easier to get a snug and secure fit over the shoulders. My second child has a very lengthy torso and is growing really fast, so this carseat has been such a great fit for her needs!

I love this brand and have a similar model for my older daughter, so it was a no-brainer to go with the 4-in-1 for my youngest. We used an infant seat until the baby outgrew it and then switched to the Everyfit per my Pediatrician's recommendation. I love how it accommodates even slender kids (mine are petite) with the optional extra padding while being upright and more comfortable for toddlers who are ready for a their "big kid" seats. This one was much easier to install than we feared, has dark washable padding to avoid inevitable snack stains, and has a great tray that is so easy to remove and rinse we do it daily. Great find.

Super comfortable for my daughter, and easy to install! She loves getting in the car now.

This car seat is amazing so far! We especially like that it can grow with your child for so long. We have a two year old, so we aren't able to comment on its use for infants, but we are happy that we can continue to use this for several years as she grows - right until she is out of the car seat. She is really enjoying it as well and says it's comfortable. A feature that we especially enjoy is the dual cup holders. It may sound silly, but my toddler likes to put her snacks into a cup holder and in her old seat, that meant no place for her water bottle. Now she can have both. :)

I am using this car seat for my 3 year old who is on the smaller side. We both love this seat! She says she is comfortable and she likes that she is higher up to see out the window better. This car seat is easy to use, and the instructions for set up and changes were easy to follow. I had to move the buckle one spot back and had to remove the seat back to do so. It is a bit bulky but fits nicely in my suv. If you have a smaller car, I would check the measurements first to make sure it fits well. I usually look for a car seat that is on the bulkier side and has plenty of padding and support. I am thrilled that this converts to a booster because my old Graco didn't have this option. I have had many car seats over the years and I love the ease of using the anchor latches and adjusting the back height that this one has. This one has it all and I highly recommend!
