I know own 2 Ergo's and I just love them!!

I am an avid baby wearer, and this is easily one of my favorite carriers. I love the ease of use (I can put it on/take it off quickly and easily). The hood to protect from the elements and the zipper pocket to stash my ID or some cash are great convenience features. My baby is a little small so I haven't tried carrying her on my back or hip yet, but I like the option of different positions with this carrier.The purple is a fun color and a break from the plain carriers I already own.

Nothing much to say, buying this color as our spare carrier while the other Ergobaby gets washed.

Amazing and very comfortable!

I had used a friend's ergo carrier and loved it, and when she had another baby I decided to buy an ergo of my own. So I recently ordered an Ergo Baby Carrier in Black with Solid Camel Lining from AlbeeBaby.com. It arrived, looked fine, and I used it to carry my son several times. However, the second time I wanted to use the nap/head support hood, I found that one of the snaps was broken-- the (male?) part of the snap that's attached to the shoulder strap. While the rest of the carrier works fine for carrying my son around while he's awake (which I do on a daily basis, as we do not own a car and it's impractical to use a stroller for most of our errands), it's a bit wearisome to have to support his head with my hand when he falls asleep, as well as very disappointing that it broke so quickly. I emailed Albee two weeks ago and have yet to hear back.

I had tried another popular brand of carrier, and had to return it because it pinched my shoulders so badly. Very uncomfortable! I spent the extra money to get the Ergo carrier and it is so worth it!! Very comfortable in both the front and back positions. My daughter is now 13 months and she still loves being carried in it. Love the Ergo!!! I suggest getting the strap covers, because my daughter loves to suck on the shoulder straps and the covers protect the fabric/are softer for baby.

The Ergo is a fantastic carrier. We had a couple of different Baby Bjorns and several other slings and carriers with our first and were miserable. With our second we got the Ergo when he was 4 months and we've been thrilled since. We still use it now that he's 2.5 and 26 lbs and it is still extremely practical and comfortable to wear. I highly recommend this carrier!

This is the best carrier for your back and for the baby. period.

This is the BEST carrier and worth the price!! I wish I had it when my daughter was born..with my son it has been a lifesaver. He is big and solid..and I don't have the back pain I had with other carriers..even the Baby Bjorn. My son falls asleep almost instantly when he goes in the carrier. It's a great buy !!

I bought this carrier to use with my 23lb. 8mo. son and 24lb. 2 year old. In the past I have had the Baby Bjorn and Moby wrap. This carrier is by far my favorite with babies/children 6mo. and up. My kids are easily comforted and LOVE being in this carrier! The baby is right up against you when they are in the carrier and its very comfortable for you and the baby! It is very difficult to use this carrier with the baby on my back because my son just pulls my hair and he doesn't seem comfortable. But overall this carrier is excellent and I would recommend this to any parent because its so rewarding to be able to "wear" your baby!

I got this carrier as a baby shower gift and I LOVE IT. I had another carrier for my first son and when he was 15 pounds I could no longer carry him in it b/c my shoulder hurt so bad. I have carried my 3 month old all day in this carrier and I was very comfortable. Very easy to use. My son didn't like the infant insert that you can buy seperately.
