We bought this carrier because I wanted to have one for occasions use, but didn’t expect to use it a ton, therefore wanted a good deal. It’s been great, I’ve used it more than I thought I would! Easy to get baby in, he seems comfortable!

Baby feel asleep in it couple of times. I'd recommend it for baby who's older than 6 month.

It is a great carrier, just a little difficult to put the baby in. There is a 6 minute video on YouTube on how to get started in putting the carrier on and carrying the baby, which I highly recommend, it is a comfortable carrier. Great for moms who have clogged milk ducts, the strips don’t go all the way down to the waist like many others. Also, got it for a great price! Worth the money.

This baby carrier is so comfortable! Gives me great support on my back but most importantly my baby is so comfy and cozy in it. She falls asleep as soon as I put her in it. And I love how it was made with such great quality! You really can’t compare to others.

We decided to buy this version instead of the Omni 369 because it was cheaper, but with great reviews. The product definitely did not disappoint. This carrier is Extremadura easy to use. One of my favorite features it how easily it can go from the wide seat to narrow. At first I hated how loud the Velcro was but it hasn’t been a serious issue. I just try not to take it off while baby is sleeping. I also love that because of the Velcro I seem to get a much better fit than my other carriers.

I bought this so my son could face outward. I normally use a Tula and definitely prefer that for inward facing. I just don't like the velcro waist band and all the straps.

This carrier is a lifesaver! My son is happy in it and I get so many things done I would not other wise. Its sturdy and comfortable for both my son and I. Nice weight distribution. We use it mostly as backcarrier as my son has become heavy enough that I find it easier to carry him on my back. The customer service is also outstanding which is a very important factor for me.

Best overall baby carrier, easy to use and operate baby seem to be very comfortable facing front or towards dad/mom. However, the material is a bit thick and hot for hot summers. If you live in areas which sees more 90+ degrees should consider a lighter material.

Love this carrier! It is very comfortable for both of us, and supports well the back. This carrier is perfect in every way. Makes your life easier when you can carry your baby and you have free hands at the same time.

Loading and securing your baby requires an extra pair of hands. It is fine once secured, but without my husband's help I could not have placed my infant in this carrier in back. When the baby is in front, I could not secure the closures because they are in the middle of the back. Only if I were double jointed could I secure these without help. It does take the load off my shoulders and redistribute weight more onto my hips--unlike my Bjorn carrier which rests very heavily on my shoulders. The Bjorn, however, is very easy to secure because the closures are on the front sides when the baby is in front.

Love the Ergo 360. I am excited to use it more as my son grows. I've used it with the infant insert so far. It's a bit bulky with the insert, so I'll probably use it more when my son is a bit bigger and I don't need the insert. I love that you can use it forward facing. I bought it to replace my 3 position Ergo bc I wanted a carrier that I could use in a forward facing position.

I actually had bought the all black for myself and once I purchased my sister wanted one also so we purchased the blue !! This carrier saved my life I purchased mainly to use at Disneyland for my 8 month old and she is a tuff one and she loves it and when she falls asleep I just turn her around and cover her and she will take an hour if not more nap in it!! It literally saved my life and love how adjust it to your pleasure

This Carrier is awesome. I recommend watching the video for instructions. I'm the Grandma, and I recommended the my daughter start using it right away to get the baby used to it, because my grandson is at the right weight and their going on a trip. I was the first to test it out. It's so easy to adjust, easy on your back because of the durable strap that goes around your waist. The baby fits right in a lil seat bucket that's created by adjusting two buttons; one for inward facing and one for outward facing. Was looking for a carrier for my grandson who is 5 months old. He likes to face forward at this point and my last carrier did not work well when he faced forward as it left marks on his inner thighs even though is stated that it could also be used for forward facing. I love how adjustable this carrier is as myself and my daughter, the baby's mother, are very different in size. This carrier is very comfortable for both baby and wearer!

Love that you can carry your baby in multiple positions without hardly changing anything or needing any additional attachments. Goes from me to my wife with just a few tugs even though we completely different sizes. Baby is so comfortable in this carrier and seems to love it and falls asleep so easily.

I bought this for my baby that hates facing in-she is happy and my arms are free. The Velcro took a couples tries to get straight and tight and now I like it better than the original clip

It is a great carrier, I especially love the green we selected but it also comes in over 6 other color choices. The shoulder straps are nicely padded and it is easy to put on and take off, as well as easy to adjust. My husband and I would take turns wearing our son, easily loosening and tightening the waist and straps each time. There are convenient elastic rings meant to hold the extra strap that hangs past the buckle, for a neater look, but we honestly didn't use them often though I think I would if only a single person were using the carrier, at least most of the time. My son never had any issue staying in the Ergo 360 for long periods of time and was happy to take his naps there too, even in busy/noisy places which was a life saver!

I haven't used the carrier with the baby facing out yet (the baby is too young) but so far I like the regular Ergo better for a couple of reasons (I ended up buying the regular Ergo too because I used to have it with my first two kids and liked it a lot). I personally don't like the Velcro on the Ergo 360 and I also feel like the buckle on the back is so low you pretty much have to do yoga to buckle it yourself. I feel like it's a bit easier with the regular Ergo. I will try using 360 with the baby facing out soon and see how that goes.

I use a thinner baby carrier but this is great for my husband to use

I have a 5 1/2 month old who is 15lbs and she fits perfectly front or back facing. I like all the features although have not used the sun shade part yet. There are buttons to adjust the sitting position (Width) which is nice to accommodate a forward facing baby. My little one seems to like this carrier a lot. I wish I had gotten it sooner. The only drawback is that its not 100% perfectly comfortable for me on my upper back. There is a slight strain if I don't hold perfect posture.

We've gone thru many carriers as my daughter grows. This one seems to be a great fit for both of us currently. Bernie is 11 months, about 22 lbs. She seems very comfortable for good lengths of time in this carrier. We needed to have an outward facing option for our social butterfly. We also wanted one we will be able to carry her on our backs with for hikes and long walks. The carrier is sturdy while soft and comfortable with great back support. The only downside is it really takes two people to fasten the buckle across the back when wearing as a front pack. I travelled from NY to New Zealand using this carrier and many helpful people along the way were happy to buckle us up. My partner loves it too, not too girly and comfortable for his larger frame.

I make big babies...my 6 month old son is over 20 lbs! And I'm only 5'3". A handful of carriers he doesn't even fit in because he is so long and heavy. I tried a friends ergo, and was HOOKED! The price is great for something I can use for a long while to come! I totally recommend this carrier to anyone!

This was a life saver when I had my second. With a toddler already at home this made life so much easier. The 360 design was imperative because my picky baby only wanted to be held outwards. Very easy to put on, will be using again for our third baby :)

We have been using this carrier for almost a year. It helps a lot. My son love the front facing position since he can see what's around. The back position frees your hand and is very helpful for traveling, etc.

I have tried just about every soft structured carrier on the market... This is the one you want! I love how soft the brushed khaki is but is still rugged and supportive. I live in Florida and bought a different brand breathable carrier... It was like a cheese grater to my little ones legs. I haven't tried the ergo version, but something to think about just in case before you buy. Love, love, love my ergo 360. I wish I bought it sooner!

I've been wanting a carrier that could allow us to ergonomically forward-face carry since we have largely outgrown the kangaroo carry for our ring sling. We love this carrier! She is SO happy forward facing and it is very comfortable for me (although not as comfortable as the ring sling on my shoulders).

The airport lost my suitcase that had my Ergobaby in it so I had to buy another. I really like this carrier as my baby can be faced out. He really enjoys it! The ergo is easy and comfortable to wear. I highly recommend it!

We bought this carrier on May just for travelling. It really helps a lot. It helps support your waist. I did not feel tired even after 5 hrs. My little daughter fell asleep quickly when using front -inward position. She likes it.

This is a great carrier and I'm excited about how versatile it is. Very comfortable for my back. I wish there was a pocket or two for some cash, keys or phone. Also: while the Velcro waistband is comfortable and easy to use, it is impossible to take off without disturbing a sleeping baby. You may have to continue wearing it around the house if you want your baby to keep napping!

I am absolutely in love with this carrier! It's comfortable for him and me. I wore it to a baby shower the other day and was able to run after my 3 year old with him in it for hours! It didn't hurt my back and little man was safe and happy in the carrier!

I love this baby carrier ! It fits like a glove. I also have a 6 week old and the newborn carrier is not necessary if you extend the head support. I used the ergo sling until now.. And that always hurt my back. This carrier feels amazing on my back it doesn't ache at all. When I read reviews aboutNoisy Velcro or not being able to put it on myself I was worried I wouldn't like it but I have no issues with either of those things. The only complaint I have is that there isn't a small pocket.. Or any pocket.. For my keys and phone

Ok, I haven't tried every carrier on the market, but I have used the traditional Ergo, the Bjorn, and several slings. This is hands down the best! I pre-ordered it for one of my closest friends when she was pregnant, before it was even on the market. Albee baby is the best! I have owned this carrier for about a year now and have been very happy with it. I heard that Ergobaby was coming out with a new carrier that allowed forward-facing, and actually pre-ordered this model from Albeebaby. I am so glad that I did! Although facing towards mom is apparently a healthier carrying position, my baby ONLY wanted to face out. I feel more confident in knowing that this carrier allows an ergonomically healthy outwards facing position. I think that having this additional carry position is definitely worth the extra money of this carrier verses a regular Ergobaby carrier. I now have another baby, and this carrier goes well between my newborn and toddler-- I can easily hold whoever is being fussy without doing many adjustments.

This is the best baby carrier which I have used so far. As other reviewer mentioned, the velcro is loud. One good thing about velcro is me and my husband can wear it without changing size like strap buckle.

Love the Ergo baby carrier. My baby feels safe and secure and really enjoys being in it. My only issue is that the right strap tends to fall to the side. When I tighten it, baby seems to be too tight in the carrier. It could be that I am not tightening the right area but I've watched several videos and I seem to be doing it right. Despite that baby steal feels snug and secure because of the latches.

I have been using the standard Ergo for our baby over the last 6 months and love it but was really wanting to have the ability to face her out. I'd gotten a Bjorn as a hand-me-down but it put too much weight on my upper back and I didn't like the way by daughter's legs were just dangling. The Ergo 360 is incredibly comfortable like the original and I love that the baby is in a seated position when facing out. The velcro strap took a little getting use to but it is great. i highly recommend.

First I need to give an extra point to Albeebaby bc I received my ergo like a month before I was expecting to received (at the time of release) Always that I wear my daughter she falls sleep. We used a whole day when my daughter was 1 month old in our visit to Disney. Not problems at all. I love that I can breastfeed her without problems. My hubby and I use it and we don't have back pain as we had it with bjorn. I totally recommend it! The only thing that it bothers me a little but it's the Velcro. I found it annoying and the sound that makes when you take it off it's loads and wakes up my daughter.No big deal though.

I have a large 25 pound 10 month old who demands to be carried but had little tolerance for the carrier (boba 3G) that I tied to carry him in. After several months of thinking about getting the ergo 360, i finally did it and it is amazing. It is so comfortable and I do t feel like my arms are going to fall off from carrying a baby all day and even better than that, my son loves it and never fusses about being carried in the ergo 360. He looooves facing outward. So glad I finally bought this. Worth every penny

Love the new ergo. Had the old style and wanted to give this one a try for the face out feature. The waist belt supports the weight much better. My shoulders don't feel any pull. The Velcro is funky at first to get used to. It's loud and hard to get on right, but once you get the hang if it, it feels very secure. My one concern with the Velcro is the longevity of it. Velcro always gets old and used after a while, so hopefully this happens after I am done with it. It seems very strong Velcro though. I didn't think I would like the buttons, but it's actually a nice feature. I like how much you can support the babies head by changing the button positioning. Overall, really happy with the new ergo! Happy I traded up.

We've used it twice with great success. We purchased the infant insert for our 7 week old. She immediately falls asleep once placed inside.Initially we went with a wrap style carrier for ease of travel and space, but that was a failure. This carrier folds nicely and easily carried under our stroller ready for use.Some complain about the Velcro or the integrity of the clips but my experience is that this carrier feels sturdy and strong. I walked the mall with my wife for over an hour and she did not wake once.Love it.

I love this carrier and our newborn loves sitting in it. Its super comfy to wear and easy to strap on if you are single handed. I'm glad we returned our BabyBjorn and waited for the 360 carrier. My only complaint is how this carrier uses a massive waist velcro strap AND small buckle. The normal ergobaby carriers do not use a velcro.

I have tried a lot of carriers in my LO's short life, and this one is by far my favorite. We used a Moby almost exclusively until the hot, humid weather hit and then it was too much. Although not the lightest of the Ergos, this one is super comfy and you can wear it multiple ways. We use it every day--the nanny picks her up and wears my LO around during the day, and then I wear it going home at the end of the day. It is easy to adjust and fits both of our different frames. Great purchase!

Our Ergobaby 360 has been helpful since it's got more functionality than it's predecessors. Your baby will have the ability to face out and even sit on either hip (though I've never seen it done that way). It's also easy to snap on and off with a little hood for the baby. We even transferred the rain cover onto this one and retired the previous version and it worked so well so that the baby can be more excited and see out for our walks!

Worth every penny! We wanted a safe forward facing carrier with the concern of hip displacia n pressure on the spine, our baby prefers facing forward n fusses when inward facing unless she's super tired so this carrier is the perfect ticket for her! I wanted my regular Ergo to workout so bad, n we think it will once she gets older, but as of now this is the best solution!
