Received this over a couple weeks ago and really loving its features! Pros. Load leg is amazing Latch anchors were genius! Tension plate And the arm that extends out on the side. Head adjustments is so easy Canopy is just excellent and extensive with modern/sleek design Safety 5 stars! Materials are top notch Cons. Haven't been able to test the recline feature due to not having a compatible pram. But, do use if baby is asleep while carseat is out of base. a bit heavy (but forgiven for security) Conclusion The Cybex Cloud Q is just an extremely well crafted infant car seat! It's beautiful to look at and safety features are 5 stars! It has a "load leg" which I haven't seen before and an arm that extends out the side to aid in a side collision (solid as a rock). This seat screams "safety first"! Installing the base of the car was "capital E Z" with the help of the tension plate ( brilliant! ). Adjusting the head rest to your baby's height is quite easy, with the help of a hidden lever. The canopy is extensive and just cool to look at! The reclining feature is quite novel, but only seems applicable if you have a compatible pram, seeing as you can't use it while baby is in the car and you should let your baby "sleep" in the seat. Though awesome for pushing baby around since its a better orientation for them! The only downside to this product is the weight, which can easily be overlooked because of the feel of "safety" you get from the product. If it's with in your means, I highly recommend it! Rock solid 4/5 stars overall.

I love this car seat! My first observation of the Cloud Q was that a lot of attention was put into the sophisticated stylish design. Second, the carrier seems very sturdy, yet it is very light weight. The feature of the Cloud Q that I found most impressive, was how secure it was when I installed it in the car. It did take a few extra minutes to figure out how to correctly use the belt tensioner for the car seat base. Once I got the hang of it, I was amazed at the way it locked the base down. I was further impressed with the load leg extended. With both of these features, there was virtually no movement to the car seat base, it didn't budge at all! The Sensor Safe is also a genius innovative security measure. The only con is that I feel the buckle is a little to long horizontally. I feel like this car seat really sets the Cloud Q above all other car seats I have used which all were very loose in comparison.

This is my second Cybex Cloud Q, and I simply love this product. I really like the thoughtful innovations and improvement made upon the first model, while keeping all the things I love such as the luxurious design, functionality, and quality. The new material, safety technology and lighter design just made a great product excellent. For the first time, I used the seat without the base and was shockingly surprised at how secure the seat was using just the seatbelt. The downside to the Cloud Q is that it is heavier than comparable car seats, and the shade canopy does not always smoothly retract with the material tucked away.

I received the Cloud Q with SensorSafe and I'm very happy with it! I love the fact the Cloud Q can lay flat. It's helpful when visiting friends or relatives as a place to put the sleeping baby without having to worry about their safety and be able to keep them nearby. The slide strap adjustment is a breeze to use and I like how easy it was to set up and move the carseat with base between vehicles and clip the carseat into the stroller. The SensorSafe is an interesting feature and easy to set up. The receiver plug plays a little tune whenever the car is turned off to remind you that the baby is in the back. I loved that the app reads the voice alerts aloud so you don't have to look at your phone while driving! The app tells you if the carseat is too hot or too cold which I found both helpful and surprising. I live in South Texas, known for being hot, and was surprised how long it stayed hot in the backseat after blasting the AC. The only minor downside I my opinion was the apps location and bluetooth connection. I use an Android phone so I'm not sure if this is different for iPhone users. The location and bluetooth settings I have to manually turn on every time I got into the car in order for app to work and then turn them off if I no longer want to keep them running when not in the car. The side impact protection arms and the load leg base only compound the safety of the car seat. Overall, I would say that the pros of the SensorSafe system outweigh the cons and I highly recommend this carseat.

I got this car seat a couple weeks ago and absolutely love the look of it! The shade part folds up so well you can't even notice it if you aren't using it. Most car seats I've saw the shade is very bulky. It's also very sturdy and has a ton of safety features! The car seat itself is not very light weight, and the reclining feature is pretty difficult to use. You'll have to be pretty strong to carry this car seat around and recline it. The sensor safe clip is great and lights up every time you buckle the child in safely. There is a booklet that comes with this seat that explains all the safety features and how to use them! The car seat itself is very comfortable and the material looks easy to clean and it's great quality. I got the all black one and I'm very excited to use it!

This car seat is so much more than what I expected I love every feature of it and my child just loves it he feels super comfortable in there. The canopy is amazing it covers so much from the sun it's amazing!

With my 1st child i had the Cybex Cloud Q and I loved the full recline function,truly gave me peace of mind knowing that I could use the full recline function to avoid accidental suffocation, and also allow for safe sleeping. I didn't think the car seat could get better until Sensorsafe! it's a built in technology into the chest clip, that allows you to monitor things like temperature, if the child isn't clipped in correctly, or unclips themselves, even has an alert for when the child has been in the seat too long! It is literally a safety feature needed for all car seats! Every parent new or seasoned will be thankful to have this car seat. As with all Cybex products the fabric is lush, and 100% machine washable which is great for those accidental spills and diaper leaks.

My friend recommended this car seat to me several times. I finally decided to take her recommendation and purchase this seat, and I am beyond happy with the purchase. It is extremely well made. There is no flexing plastic or loose parts. Installing it was a breeze. My baby is completely content being in the seat, and looks extremely comfortable while she is in it. I wasn't concerned about the appearance of the car seat we chose as I believe that safety is what truly matters, but this seat is so sleek and modern! I am often complimented on it. We are now an official Cybex family and we will never look back!

It is very padded and soft making it comfortable for baby. It also comes in fun colors and looks great. Installation is easy with or without the base. The safety features alone make this seat so worth the price. I put my son in the seat feeling confident that he is as safe as possible. I love the pull out side bar that provides side impact protection. It is so easy to pull out and push back in. The carrying handle can be rotated all the way back to stop the seat from rocking and offer the seat support when I am taking my little one in and out of the seat. It also rotates forward to offer roll over protection while in the car. I absolutely love how flat my newborn lays in the seat with the newborn inlay. It helps to keep his head back safely while he sleeps. So nice to not have to worry about his head rocking forward while he sleeps. The car seat base also has great safety features with the load leg and easy install. The super easy to use adjustable headrest is great! No need to fuss around with the restraints to get it to the right height for baby, all you need to do is adjust the headrest with the aid of a button. Super easy! I definitely am not going to miss having to rethread the harnesses as my son grows. I am absolutely in love with the sun canopy. It is huge! It keeps my little one protected from the sun and wind. Plus the fabric is so breathable! When not in use, the canopy is easily pushed opened completely out of sight. Then there is the biggest feature of this car seat, the reclining backrest, which I was very interested in. I love that it creates a safer recline for baby when not in the car. Unfortunately, on the second time using the reclining feature, it got stuck in the recline position. I was so disappointed. Luckily after messing around with the seat for an hour, I was able to get it back into the car safe position. Sometimes it sticks and sometimes it doesn't, but now I know what to do if it does get stuck. I still really enjoy this feature despite the occasional problems it gives me when trying to unrecline it. Lastly, when it comes to the style of this car seat, I was not disappointed. It looks very sleek and impressive. The canopy design definitely helps with the overall look of the seat. The seat fabric is easily removed for washing and the car seat manual is stored right in reach in the bottom of the seat. I am very happy with the Cybex Cloud Q Plus. My little one is 4 months old and fits well in it and i love that he can be comfortable when we are not in the car. The reclining feature is very easy to use. One of the things I love about the car seat is the safety features. It has the impact protectors on each side of the car seat which hide when not in the car and also the base has a stand for very support. The latch guides are genius. I have had 3 previous car seats and this is the first one that comes with the latch guide which makes it so much easier specially if you have to take the base out constantly. The canopy makes the car seat look less bulky and very sleek. It provides the right coverage for the baby so I dont have to use a car seat cover as much unless I really want to cover the entire thing. One thing negative about it is that the car seat itself is pretty heavy. My child is 15 pounds and when he is on the car seat its just super heavy for me so its not a car seat you would want to carry around. Its best to use with a stroller or if your at the store in a cart. I personally would not be able to carry it for more than 5 minutes. Love the look of it, its very sophisticated and well thought of. Very cushioned all around for comfort. Forgot to mention i love how easy it is to adjust the seatbelt. The head rest actually moves up and down with one hand so that you can easily adjust the height of the belt without having to undo the strap from the back like other car seats.

It is like a dream for car seats! There is a lever on the back where one can easily adjust the top straps to properly make sure it's at the correct length- above shoulder. It's nice because you don't have to take the strap out, it stays put and the whole back moves with a pull lever. The padding is soft, thick and comfortable. Easy to install into the car, there is even guided inserts for install of the clamps to the car bars in seats. The front, is an easiely distinguished button to pull tighter and loosen the straps. Love that the handle goes all the way back, to the ground, so it secures the carsest better when placed on the floor. It easily goes all the way forward for when driving- love that!! So now I can clearly see the baby's face when driving without the handle in the way. Cons: the base is very heavy, it has a metal bar that goes down, to your car floor, to help absorb energy in case of a car crash. The car seat itself is also heavier than a standard carsest, it does have two metal poles in the back that can stick out to use in the car; also to help absorb energy in case of car accident. To get to the lay down position, it takes some muscle to push the lever down to obtain that position. Great design overall. Highly recommend.

I live in the city and I use this with my Mios stroller. I love the SPF 50 protection of the canopy. Its also very easy to remove the seat from the stroller to carry up the stairs & just as easy attach back. Love the reclining feature, thought it took me a few times to get used to it. Love it

Nice seat, very sturdy, not too heavy. Baby doesn't love it, but I think he just doesn't like being restrained. The button to release the seatbelt is a little hard to push but that's probably a good safety feature. Also the level indicator doesn't seem accurate on one side, but it's clear that it's installed correctly. Those insignificant glitches aside, I feel very confident putting my baby in the seat. Fits great in the stroller, snaps in easily. Would recommend 10/10

Yes, many may gawk at paying such a high price for a product being used for such a short time, especially for twins like in our case. But for those of us willing to spend extra to know we have the safest and most attractive product money can buy, this is currently the best option. Looks wise, it's absolutely gorgeous in person, especially with the premium fabrics. Ours are called autumn I think? We get countless comments everywhere we go especially when the canopy is fully extended with is 50+ SPF. The main reason we purchased was for safety. It has a load bearing leg to improve safety in a crash. We put ours on the left and right side, but if you have a single child and place them in the middle, make sure your car's middle floor can support the leg. It has side impact poles that you can manually extend to improve safety in a side impact collision. Most importantly, unlike all the other options we researched, it is able to lay flat so that you can leave them in the car seat longer (outside of the car of course) than you would otherwise since laying flat is best for babies back. Our girl with reflux has thrown up a few times in it, but cleaned right up thankfully and still looks like new. Our son is taller and larger, and we often forget which seat goes with which child, but it lets you easily adjust the height and straps in seconds. We are first time parents but I hear most require rethreading and other things which make readjustments much slower. Unlike the marketing photos, there are US warning safety labels on it that cannot be removed, but still beautiful. While our children can't talk so can't comment on how comfortable they are other than we can drive for hours and they sleep in them without a peep. When we first put them in most of the time they are smiling, but when they do start crying a pacifier soothes them and then they fall right asleep and it snaps right into the load base very easily after learning what the few buttons do. If you are looking for a premium product, I highly recommend this and recommend looking at their matching stroller if you have a single child.

The Cloud Q is a high-quality infant car seat with a chic design. We love the fact that we can recline the seat when our little one falls asleep while on the go (on the stroller or while we are out and about). It was a little tricky to recline the seat at first but now it's much easier as it's been reclined many times and we're more experienced on how to properly recline it. A feature we love is the great canopy. Not only does it look modern and sleek, but it has wonderful UPF 50+ coverage. The Euro belt-path is a great feature we use while traveling or getting in taxis, so we can get that correct install without using the base. We also love the fact that it has the Telescoping Side Impact Protection that Cybex added to the seat as an extra safety feature. As our baby grows, the no rethread harness is quite easy to adjust so no wasting time adjusting the harness to the right slot! It literally takes seconds. If I could change one feature on the Cloud Q it would be to make it lighter. Carrying a nearly 14 pound seat with my baby in it got to be challenging when he weighted about 15 pounds or so. I would recommend this seat to friends as we LOVE that it can be reclined when out of the car for baby's comfort!
