Very flimsy car seat with major defects. The harness on our car seat does not pull tight without a massive amount of force. A grown man pulling as hard as he can barely moves it. The way the seat belt loops through the car seat is also very flawed because it is almost impossible to feed through and get tight. This is a very flawed and unsafe car seat. We tried to return it but albeebaby said to contact the manufacturer and Cybex said they will not return, only replace. Buyer beware, you can get stuck with a flawed and defective car seat.

The car seat is beautiful, is comfortable but is not easy to install. The straps are difficult to adjust, tightening the latch system is hard. The sensor safe only works in United States, if you go in a journey to another country the system is not going to work.

The technology of this car seat is amazing! It’s definitely a game changer. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family I first received my car seat and there was some kind of burn mark ok the exterior of the car seat. After reaching out to customer service I got a replacement. Amazing customer service!

We had a Cybex infant car seat and it worked out great for us. I was thrilled to hear they also make convertible car seats. We ordered the Eternis S and it has worked very well. It’s very comfortable, fits our car perfectly, and love the head recline option! Not a lot of car seats offer this. My son’s head doesn’t move forward anymore, such a relief for his neck!

We’re a fan of Cybex baby gears and when this all-in-one car seat came out it was a must for us. We got two for both of our kids to ride in our SUV and they are so happy with it. They seemed comfortable enough to nap happily for long car rides. Well made, safe and well designed.
