Bought this car seat for my daughter, and and now my son is now using it. It's quite comfortable to sleep in, and protect the child quite well.

First off this car seat is HEAVY! I’ve only ever purchased Graco and safety first car seats so this was out of my comfort zone but I was DESPERATE! My son (2nd child if need I say more) is MESSY I mean wow! I’ve been trying to look for a car seat that was easy to clean and put back together because so far to put back together a car seat oh man it would take me a while! I would watch videos and oh my! It was hard! It was a workout in itself. So I finally found an easy car seat to take apart and put back together and I love it! He fits comfortably he can sleep in it comfortably and it’s easy to clean! Heck yes! Worth the money!!!!

Worst seating arrangements. You can not change the recline after you install it. Very bad material

Very comfortable easy to install and uninstall car seat. It came quickly and I am very happy with it. I take the car seat in and out since it is for my grandkids. It is simple to use.

Installed the seat according to instructions and videos and the seat still just has to much slack. Moves quite a bit in the car. Doesn’t get tightly installed like my nuna. I wish I could return it.

My child loves this carseat and so do I! They have a mild form of spina bifida and suffered from pain when in the car. We went through so many seats before buying this one and it helped tremendously even though it seems there isn't much lumbar support at all in carseats. With the padding, it adds extra comfort and support which makes it easier for us to take longer road trips. The reclining option is wonderful. The straps move with ease when getting them in or out of the seat. They NEVER get stuck. It is so easy to install and unzip to wash. My only complaint which is a very small flaw, is the cup holder design. It gets knocked off easily. If it were built in, that would be ideal for us but it wouldn't stop me from buying it again. This carseat also seems to put my mind at ease when it comes to my childs safety. The zipper does get hot when in the sun so we keep a blanket over the carseats and it prevents that.

We love this car seat! My daughter is very comfy. My sister ,et us borrow hers and out girl loved it so much we bought one for her! It's very easy to install and get a good install. We did realize to tighten the chest strap you need to pull it evenly, so it doesn't catch. We love this seat so much we are gonna buy the Max Air next!

Highly recommend! We are really happy with our decision to purchase this car seat (we actually bought one for each car). It scored extremely well on Consumer Reports and Albee Baby had the best price. Albee Baby was great with communication from start to finish! My daughter loves riding in her new big girl car seat and we will definitely be purchasing more products from Albee!

Sturdy and easy install

I absolutely love this carseat. This is the second seat we bought of this model. We wanted a second one for the other vehicle that we had. I have been using this model since my baby got out of the infant carrier. She is six now, and petite. I am very big with carseat safety and 5 point harness wearing. She loves this seat and won't sit in any other. She is very, very comfortable in it. She naps very well in it as well. This seat has excellent comfort and protection which is why I chose it. The steel bars and side protection is what caught my eyes first. It is good in all temperatures as well. Straps never twist and are very easy to buckle. It offeres great recline, With the simple zip feature, it is also very easy to clean. Definitely, recommend this seat.

I'm so glad I took a risk for this car seat. A lot of reviews said the "sides" were higher than most convertibles so it was a bit harder to get baby in and out. We have a large SUV with running boards so I don't feel like it's an issue. I do love the easy zip feature. I have never had car sick children but this time we've had two large instances and the easy zip feature is a breeze! I also love that it coordinates with big sisters MyFit!

The zip off fabric was the selling factor for me, and it’s the best! So easy to clean, and such a nice sturdy seat.

I was slightly nervous to order from Albee because I stumbled across it online and there wasn’t a whole lot of info on the company. The car seat was a great price and Way lower than a lot of competition on Black Friday, but I bit the bullet and so glad I did. The carseat was in great condition and I got it super fast, within a week. I did some research on mom groups which is why I decided to bite the bullet because I found good positive reviews from them through there.

We already had two of these seats for my daughter in each car, so when our son needed to move to a convertible, we got the same thing for him. I will say they are a little trickier to get kids in and out of due to the high sides, but that also makes me feel like my kids are more protected in the case of an accident.

I purchased Chicco for the safety ratings. It is roomy enough to be comfortable and snug enough to be safe. It is a heavy seat so probably not what you are looking for if you will be moving the seat between vehicles. I have other Chicco products and appreciate the quality. I love the zip off cover- no snaps or clips to fight or break.

This seat is perfect! It’s not too wide and allows me to fit 3 kids in my husbands truck. Super easy to install and easy to clean. Love that I don’t have to take the whole cover off to wash if it gets dirty. If you are thinking about getting a seat, buy this one!

I am keeping my son rear facing until 40 pounds. This seat is a great price and is really nice. The seat is super comfortable and easy to install. My son loves the drink holder on the side and I like that it is removable and easy to clean. The seat has click latch that can be used when facing forward or backwards, (the latches move to a new position.) The instructions felt intimidating for a minute but install is not bad at all. You just have to follow the level. The rear facing slight recline is great for a toddler who still sleeps in the car.

These car seats are ranked the best by consumer reports and Albee baby has the best prices. With two small kids, this was the 3rd chair we got.

I was looking for a car seat that was comfortable, safe and easy to use. It is for my 11 mth old grandbabe. I wanted a seat with easy adjustable height and easy harness tightening and harness release for me. For baby, I wanted comfort and safety. The seat is rated number 1 in Consumer Reports which is reassuring. The NextFit Zip Convertible Car Seat meets my needs for ease of use. Some reviews talked about how heavy and bulky it is. It weighs 25.1 lbs, and it's not a click seat. Click seats with a baby seem way heavier to me, especially at 11 mths! I like carrying the grandbabe out to car, sitting or standing her on auto seat, lifting her into the car seat, and easily securing the harness. It's so much easier on my back! I would recommend reading the directions and then watching a video. In the printed directions, they mention to install infant seat directly to seat not on blanket or foam, which is not mentioned in the video. Also, it is easiest to secure baby car seat to auto seat pushing down on baby seat UNDER the cover than with cover zipped. That tip was shown in a video demonstrating rear facing installation with lap shoulder belt, on You Tube. The last thing I would recommend is to thoroughly examine, read directions and watch video before installation in car not on the fly with an infant present. Wait until babe is sleeping at night or napping. Especially in the case of removing the seat cover to wash after a mess.

Do not buy if you have a child that gets car sick a lot. It’s the absolute worst to clean!!! I thought our last expensive car seat was horrible to clean so we upgraded to this… horrible idea! Yes the cover comes off easily, but not any easier than any other car seat. Puke gets stuck in every tiny crevice and the straps are impossible to remove and clean. It’s an absolute nightmare. I’ve cleaned it the best I could and it still smells bad.

This was bought as a gift for my son. He already has one seat like this. He loves it so much he wanted a second one for the second car. The seat is very comfortable, easy to use, and appears very safe. It’s nice and that you can hold a child until they are 65 pounds.

The whole experience with the seller was great. Good communication, fast shipping, product came new in an undamaged package. The seat looks OK, my son feels comfortable. I feel that the belting mechanism could work easier (it is hard to click between his legs). But the zipper seems to be a great solution, easy to zip and wash. Do not know about the air ventilation, as we are having a cold season now. The one thing I do not like is the design, looks really plastic and the colors are not nice. Looks like well-made but cheap fabric. But this is only my personal aesthetic opinion. Looks MUCH BETTER than the Britax car seat I was using before.- that one, after 2 times washed - looked terrible. This one looks much more solid! As for this price, with the zipper/washing option, this car seat is a really good choice.

Okay, I am normally such a HUGE penny pincher, but I splurged on this one and am soooooo glad I did! The zipper is SOOOOO worth the extra money! Kids are MESSY! It doesn't matter how many restrictions you have (no eating in the car, dust off before loading up at the park, etc) somehow they ALWAYS manage to make a mess of the seat...my daughter just threw up in her seat while we were taking the bigger kids to school this morning...it was SO EASY to just zip off the fabric and toss it in the wash! Normally I want to throw a seat away it is so difficult to clean after vomit, it seems impossible to get rid of the smell, but not with this one! You can't even tell it happened! I'm never buying a seat without a zip feature again!
