Great stroller for traveling!

We bought this stroller to make our travel to Mexico easier. It was great! We didn't have to check it in on the plane because it folds so small it fits in the overhead bin. We got so many compliments from others about how small and cute the stroller was. Multiple people stopped us to ask what kind of stroller it was. We are very happy with it! The only thing it's missing is a cup holder :)

Unfortunately it keeps breaking

I bought this stroller in November 2020 in Switzerland as a travel stroller (ie used very rarely). Since then I had 3 reclamations as the push handle keeps braking. Unfortunately mostly it broke while we were traveling and it always took ages to get repairs meaning we haven't been able to use it much at all.
It's not easy to fold/unfold particularly if you have a small baby in your hand. I like the fact that the seat goes both ways and can be put completely flat. But given the price (and the need to buy a leg extension separately) I would have expected more

Don't buy this stroller because when the baby grows the legs are dangling and bugaboo does not have the footrest and it does not appear compatible for that stroller.

Es ist mir leider nicht das erste Mal mit dem Ant passiert, dass er sich nicht auseinanderfalten lässt! Zuletzt, als ich alleine mit meiner Tochter geflogen bin und die Maschine verlassen wollte. Es bringt nichts, wenn man den Kinderwagen als Handgepäck mitnehmen kann, diesen aber nicht für den sicheren Transport seines Kindes verwenden kann!!!

We bought the bugaboo Ant. Mostly because we travel alot. And want to have something small we can have on the plan or in the car, where it fits everywhere. And it did. And we are satisfied with this part.
The bad part was all the process to open and to close it. It takes a bit effort. And it does not always open. The handles can get stuck and it can be frustrating. Then there is the part where you push the stroller, we would have like it to be more flexible, as in more level higher or lower to be adjustable to each and every persons need.
Overall a good stroller but as i said could have been better.

It takes some getting used to and practice to get the handle of. But once you got it, setting up is somewhat easy. The leg test accessory is almost a must because baby’s leg just hangs over and looks uncomfortable when asleep

I bought it 3m ago and I can say that I am disappointed. The sun go through the canopy so we had to add a blanket above the canopy to prevent the baby from being dazzled from the light.
Also it is difficult to fold so we can't be alone with the baby when travelling.
The wheels are not that good. It Happens that one of them get removed by itself when the baby was on the pushchair.
The wheel gets stuck easily.
Also the pushchair is not comfortable and there is no accessory like mattress that we can buy to make it better for the baby. I then need to had blankets to make it more comfortable for the baby.

We have a Donkey 3 which we love and decided to get the Ant for travelling. We haven't gone on a trip yet however we have been using our Ant for short trips to the shopping mall or restaurants. It's perfect for shorter strolls if you don't need to bring much with you. And it manoeuvres so well in smaller spaces. We love it!

Great for European travel

I bought this for a 6-week trip to Europe and I'm very impressed with it! It folds down to fit in all trains and the overhead bin of KLM flights. It is also small enough to wind through European streets and to sit at a café table in Paris. I love how the handle folds down to get out of the way. It does ok on cobblestone streets, not as good and the lynx that I have, but it has held up well for this month. For reference we've been on over 20 trains and 8 countries and the stroller is still reliable!

I bought this stroller because I travel overseas and domestically at least 5 times a year with my toddler and I wanted one I could take on the plane with me as opposed to gate checking. The Ant stroller was the perfect choice. Once you get the hang of folding and unfolding, it's super easy to use. You have to make sure that everything clicks in place otherwise the handle won't stay up and the stroller won't fold correctly. It steers great, easily with one hand. My toddler is a pretty big 3 and 1/2 year old and he still fits comfortably in the forward facing position. He is a bit too tall for the fully reclined position, but this would be a great feature for younger kids as well.

I took a gamble purchasing this stroller for a recent trip after reading lots of positive- and negative- reviews. It's not perfect, but it's a really good solution for my family. The fold is a little finicky, but not too complicated to master. It's lightweight, has good recline options, surprisingly good storage capacity, and most importantly allowed me to have a carry-on size stroller that accommodated my two toddlers (with this addition the riding board). While it doesn't feel as sturdy as my much more expensive double stroller, this will definitely serve as my go-to for storing in the car, using in the airport, at theme parks, etc.

We have the yo-yo but wants a rear facing stroller as baby likes to see us. It is difficult to slide the seat in backwards as the fabric gets caught. The fabric also gets caught when trying to close it down.
I like it overall but it is harder to use than the yo-yo. However I think it a smoother ride for the baby than the yo-yo

The stroller is beautiful and compact as promised. But it seems like a constant fight. When I slide the handle bar up and down it never comes up evenly, one side has to be pulled up aggressively to lock, then you have to step on the break bar to slam the handle back to lock open. It's not smooth at all. When the stroller is folded and closed it doesnt remain shut. The feature I wanted the most was parent facing seat but the seat also does not fold open easily in this position and also has to be aggressively managed.

I bought the nuna car seat aside from the stroller. Connecting the car seat to the adapters is a bit complicated. Both sides have to go in at the same time or it wont click in to place. I dont like the fact that the front wheels dont lock so the stroller can still move with the brakes on.

So we do a bit of air travel, internationally and domestically and have tried all sorts of strollers. This one is the smallest and most compact yet. We have 2 toddlers so we bought the ant and the wheeled comfort board and it worked a dream in the airports. the whole thing folded up small enough to go into the cabin storage compartment. The airline staff didn't question anything, we just sailed through. it also folds up small enough to go through the security screening belts if they request it. the trolley board works great for a 4 year old, the seat is more ideal than a stand up board for lengthy waits. Small enough to maneuver into elevators with suitcases. The trolley board can be flipped up when not in use but still attached.

- Folds really small, no need to gate check
- Lightweight
- Full size harness
- Stroller board can be added turning it into a double stroller.
Cons
- Seat only has two reclining options, not sure how this would go with a less than one year old.

Loved the stroller till I actually had to put it together and use it and then fold it. My 4 year old thought it was a stroller for her dolls. And my newborn fit into the stroller and when she gets bigger she won't fit any longer. If only I tried the stroller in the store before buying it online I would have never purchased it. It has never made it outside of my house and it stand there collecting dust. Quite a shame because I liked the stroller in the beginning.

I have a very demanding little man who is absolutely and totally the love of my life. He's had 6 strollers altogether as he couldn't find the one to sit calmly in. Bugaboo Ant saved my arms! I'm delighted with this purchase and my boy loves it. Extremely easy to manoeuvre in the shop with just one hand. Both me and my husband love it!!
The only pity is that the foot rest didn't come with it and we had to buy separately. No other issues.

Fin vagn som är liten och lätt, bra att man kan ha den fram- och bakvänd.
Men vagnens betyg sänks rejält då den skramlar och låter väldigt mycket när man kör på asfalt eller liknande vilket är irriterade när vagnen ändå är såpass dyr... skulle säga att det verkligen är en vagn som enbart är framtagen för att köra på flygplatsen och inte på resemålet.
