We used the b safe with our son when he was an infant. It was always very easy to use and easy to install the base in any car. We were so happy with it. How to use it is extremely easy to explain to any caregiver who may be driving your little one around. I would absolutely recommend this seat to anyone looking to keep their baby safe. Our son is older now, and we have transitioned him to a Britax convertible seat because we love the brand.

We used our infant seat for about 15 months before we upgraded. It has a great limit for both height and weight compared to most other brands. The quality is very good and my daughter was always very comfortable. We also have the b ready stroller which was amazing for when the baby is sleeping- just click the infant car seat right into the stroller!

This carseat saved my son in many ways beside in a car. The great benefit of the Britax B Safe carseat is it easily snaps into the Britax base in your car or into the Britax B Safe stroller. The simplicity of one click into the car or one lever pull removal out of the car makes this the easiest system to use. I chose Britax B Safe because it had the greatest safety review & it being the lightest weight compared to so many others. After birth lifting is difficult for a few months, I knew I needed to look at the weight of my most important package.Another great selling option was the color choices. I chose light tan brown because it's a lighter color than black and I felt the sun would not heat it up the as much as a generic black stroller could. If I bought another travel system the Britax B Safe carseat, base and stroller where the best price, great quality, reliable, sturdy and durable product I would use again and again.

I bought this about two years ago and it was probably one of the better car seats out there. I love that it fits in the B-ready (which I also own) and I love that it was study and comfortable for my son. He loved it. It was sad to see him outgrow it. However, I lent it out to a friend and she loves it too and ended up buying one of her own. I can't wait to use to for my next one.

Great car seat. Quality and safe! It may be heavier than other car seats but that means it is made with durable materials and not recycled plastic that will break in a crash. The clips were easy to use and the seat was fully washable. Worth the investment for your child's safety

Using this seat for the 2nd time and love how light weight it is. The only issue I've noticed this time is that the straps don't extend enough for my chubby little one so I won't be able to use it as long as id like to.

We bought this based on reviews and our dear friends used it and we absolutely love it! Super easy to carry and our baby is comfortable in it so we know he is protected. Can't wait to move him up to a concertible car seat when he is bigger. Love Britax brands. The stroller is even super easy to use as well!!

I purchased the Britax elite infant car seat because I was confident that the Ft Mill SC design team created the safest product on the market. If I were to change one thing about the seat it would be the handle rotation locking mechanism. The current design requires you to push a button on both sides of the car seat to move the carrying handle. So if your in the drivers seat it is impossible to move the handle out of the way. Overall the product is great and I would buy again.

We received this car seat as a gift for our daughter and we couldn't be happier! The base was easy to install in our car, buckling her in is simple and she always seems comfortable. The car seat is a little on the heavy side but I'm ok with that because it adds to the sturdy feel if the seat so I feel confident that its precious cargo is safe and secure. I would highly recommend this seat!

Love the look and quality of this seat. Its also narrow and doesnt take up a ton of space. Very easy to install with or without the base. Also very easy to adjust the straps to fasten in baby. It is a little on tje heavy side but I dont mind because it seems to be very well made.

We had the Chaperone for our daughter, but we got this one (still in cow print!) for our son, who is now almost four months old. We've noticed that this infant seat is much more streamlined and feels lighter than I remember. The fabric is also much easier to clean. We only use Britax seats and have been very happy with them overall. The customer service is also great when needed! My only complaint about this seat is the adjusting strap by baby's feet hangs freely, which is kind of annoying and can get dirty. We tucked it up into the seat and take it out when we need to adjust the straps. Overall, highly recommended!

We love our b safe infant carrier. We've used it with 2 children and it's really easy to install without a base. It's not entirely lightweight but we love it on the stroller.

A great seat except for a few things. You can't carry the infant seat on your arm (your forearm or bended elbow basically) with the canopy completely up. Your arm fits between the handle and the top of the canopy but it's very tight and cause the canopy to move around. I have to push the canopy back a little bit, which lets the sun in on the baby. Snapping the seat into the B-agile stroller is easy, but taking it out is kind of awkward the way you have to lift up on both sides. Makes it hard to lift up and safely maneuver it into the car.

We purchased this car seat with our first child (back in Jan 2014) and couldn't love it more so we are using it with our second baby! It's so lightweight and easy to use the straps. The straps never tangle or get twisted. Nothing on this car seat feels cheaply made or plastic. Extremely easy to clean-even when your little one decides to projectile vomit all over it!! The base couldn't be easier to install, it takes literally 5 seconds.

Well designed and durable. Easy to clean and put back together. Easy to install and adjust. My only complaint is the cover material. Though the material is stain repellent and washes well, it is also not breathable and my son would be covered in sweat when I took him out of the car seat in the summertime, despite air conditioning being on Max setting.

I bought this car seat a few months ago before my first child was born. It was recommended to me by a few friends. The seat is very sturdy and I feel safe with my newborn daughter in it. I tested out other seats and i felt that if they were dropped they could crack and break. I was not as comfortable. I also find it very easy to carry her in the seat. Its light enough for me to lift her and the seat. I am very happy with the car seat and it was beginning of my purchasing other britax products.

I used this car seat with my son until he was 1 years old and then switched over to another Britax Car Seat which totally love too, I believe in Britax because of their backing that is safe for infants and it seems snuggly and comfy, but the main reason I believe in them is because my son had a crash in his stroller which is not a good quality with Bob I do not recommend the Motion it tips and becomes very easily worn out, but after the tip with my 9 month old son at the time i realized that the car seat protected him because he did not even cry when hit the ground, which was amazing....I was more worried about it but seems protected him

I like the car seat system. I like how the base, the seat itself and how easily it works with my BOB stroller. However, it is very heavy. It is tough to lift in and out of the car. Not impossible, just difficult. I have my husband carry the seat when my baby is in it most of the time. My baby does seem to sweat quite a bit when she is in it, too.

My husband and I are preparing for our first baby and we were able to afford the Britax car seat and stroller combo. We absolutely love the car seat and the stroller, no complaints there. But the base that the car seat came with is awful. We are trying to adjust the base with the gray recliner button so the seat sits level in the car, but the button is jammed. I talked to a few other people who have the same product and they are dealing with the same issue. We threw our base away because it was no use to us if we couldn't adjust it for the safety of our baby. And we just decided to install the car seat by itself and it works great. I would really appreciate it if this base problem could be fixed...

I bought this in September 2015, 7 months ago an so happy i did. My 18lbs baby fits just fine in it. It such an easy carseat to clean. Or adjustable and safety was so important to us. We had a graco for our 1st and 2nd child an i hated it. They cried non stop in that seat no matter what I did or tried. Our 3rd child loves this seat and doesn't cry in it.

I bought this car seat out of all of them because of the crash test ratings and consumer ratings and love the seat. I cannot review it about it's safety on impact, since I have not been in that situation, thankfully, but I can say that it's nice to carry and is soft. It even comes with a bug shield if you'd ever want to take your infant outside, it's not an extra cost. There are a ton of 3rd party head rests that different brands have to purchase, but this one already has a built in, and comfy one. I love the color, I got the domino as it is gender neutral. We knew we were having a girl, but just incase of a second child, we wouldn't have to purchase a new one strictly for gender. The only bad thing that I can think of, is that my newborn seems very smushed into it and she does not like being buckled into it. Once we are done, she doesn't mind, and I think it's only because she doesn't have a defined neck yet.. But just thought that someone would appreciate this in my review.

We bought this seat for our premature foster baby. The seat fits him great! I love the fabric! The canopy is large and sturdy. I read a review somewhere stating that they couldn't carry the carseat on their arm with the canopy up, but I have had no problems with this. The base was easy to install and the car seat clicks in and is removed easily from it. I love the front adjuster button. It's in plain sight and easy to use. The harness height adjuster is great and again easy to use. And, best of all our baby loves it, is super comfy and has no issues falling asleep. This car seat is very user friendly and I'm so excited to use it.

I liked this seat a lot while I used it since my baby was born to about 10 months. I just made a switch to Boulevard. The B-Safe was comfortable to my baby, and felt heavy and solidly built. I was also impressed with Britax notifying the owners about potential problem with the handle and quickly sending a support bracket to prevent problems in the future.

Over all I have never had any issue with my seat, Britax even sent me a new seat when my tension strap to tighten the straps started fraying. This is by far my faviorte car seat, I have an evenflo for my husbands car and we hands down love this seat and the stroller.

After reading all reviews on this car seat about children out growing the headrest, I was a little hesitate to order it. It's safe to say I'm so glad I didn't listen to them and took a chance on it! I absolutely love everything about it! I honestly don't know how any child's head out grows the head rest because mine fits in there with room to move (yes I laid my head in there). Also with the slim design my daughter fits in there so comfortably with a lot of room to grow. She is over 11 pounds and is very tall for her age and is no where near growing out of it. She loves it so much! She smiles and falls asleep everytime we put her in it. It is on the heavier side but is made great and sturdy. I feel so comfortable putting my daughter in it because I know she's safe!!!!!!!!!

We are so disappointed in this seat. Really really wish I would have gotten the regular b safe instead of the elite. Our little boy is only 3.5 months old but hates this carseat because he is so tight in it! He can't even turn his head! I bought for the safety but now he screams every time he's in it! Wish the extra padding was removable!

I bought this car seat for my first child 18 months ago. I have never had any real issues with it except for the fact that my husband can somehow twist the straps in one use. I haven't been able to figure out how he does it, and it's somewhat easy to fix, so I don't really blame the seat itself. I recently received 2 different name brand car seats for my week old twins and they don't come anywhere close to comparing to the Britax in appearance, ease of use, comfort, or weight. I plan on purchasing nothing but Britax seats from now on.
