My mother gave me this for the birth of my second child. I had an infant car seat for my first child, thirteen years ago, and I'm so pleased with how much safer this car seat is now. Thrilled that Britax is widely available in the US now. Been looking into the BOB jogging strollers too. Really looking forward to getting lots of use out of this car seat and the stroller travel system. I'm particularly delighted that this one goes up to 35 pounds versus the infant car seats of thirteen years ago, that weighed just as much as this one and only carried children up to 20 pounds.

I bought this two months ago, is super easy and the material is super soft and comfy for little one!

I absolutely love this seat! I used to work at a baby retail store and have seen and heard it all! This seat by far surpasses its' competitors! I have zero complaints and urge all my friends to purchase this seat.

We purchased this car seat when I was still pregnant. My first purchase was a city mini gt stroller which I got a great deal on. There were 2 car seats that fit both our car (2014 escape and also with that stroller). We purchased the B-safe because it seemed much user friendly than the other one we were considering and then stroller adaptor was far better than the other car seats. My daughter is now 7 months old and we plan to continue using it until she reaches the weight limit. We were gifted a less expensive car seat and ended up never even using it in our other car. The b-safe base is so easy to install that it isn't worth bothering with the less user friendly brands. Car seats and strollers are worth it to invest in quality in my opinion.

Bought as travel system with b safe stroller a month ago, so far I love it and it works great! The car seat and base locks in easily to stroller and is easy to use.

So excited to use this seat in a few weeks once baby #3 is here! Both big brothers are in Britax seats as well. This seat looks and feels great! The cushion is so squishy compared to the Chaperone I had for my second child. I love the new design and how deep the shell is. Everything looks and feels so smooth and sleek! Love how it's more compact. Everything is easy to adjust and easy to install. I don't have any complaints about the weight of the seat. The safety and quality are more important and I'd rather have something heavy duty than a light seat that is not as safe!

We bought the travel system for our first child a few weeks ago! We absolutely love the car seat and the stroller. Great quality, great look, easy to lift and maneuver, and very user friendly!

The car seat was light and easy to carry. Loved it with our stroller. It was difficult to move the straps, quite a process. A little disappointed that my son has already grown out of the infant seat at 8 months, he is close to the height limit and we are not tall people by any means. Other than that it has been a great car seat.

Installing the car seat is a breeze! Clearly Britax built this carrier with parents in mind, the comfort of the handle bar fitting in the crook of your arm makes carrying the baby really easy and I haven't lost circulation when carrying for more than a few minutes thanks to the wide carry bar and the built in car seat leveler means no more towels shoved under the base to level out the carrier!

This was one of the less heavy and this is why I love it!!!

I bought 2 of these seats for my newborn twins. I chose it because it had the best ratings and could handle a smaller newborn (ex: 4lbs) whereas most other seats started at 5 lbs. With twins I didn't know how big they would be, since they tend to be smaller. These seats are PERFECT to lug around and when combined with the B-Ready stroller (also equipped to hold 2 car seats) it is like a dream! I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again and yes, I am the mother of 7 children~ We have owned every car seat there is. I highly recommend this one!

I bought it 2 months ago and am very pleased with the construction of the product. Materials feel good, I really like the steel inserts within the plastic. The seat base is heavier than other car seats and it gives a safer feeling.

I just bought this a week ago. However, the fabric that has been used on the car seat is disappointing when compared to the other Britax models. The stitches were peeling off as soon as I took it out of the box.

Not only did we want the color but we bought the travel system and it came with this carseat. I enjoy the 5 point harness, that just makes it so much safer.

This is a much better version of the B-Safe. I bought a Britax Chaperone for my first two children and when I was pregnant with my third child, I wanted to get Britax again. I bought a B-safe and didn't feel that it was the same quality as the Chaperone, so when this car seat came out, I just had to get it. This car seat is great! It has excellent head support for newborns, the newborn cushion is also great, the canopy is easy to open and close and is also silent so it doesn't wake a sleeping baby, the harness is easy adjust and doesn't need to be rethreaded, it's way better also because it has more harness position slots than the ones that need to be rethreaded. It's also very easy to install and use. The only downfall is that it's a bit heavy, but I'd rather have a heavy seat than a light one, it means my child is better protected. Car seat safety is very important to me and I feel that this seat is one of the best out there. Britax is a great company.

Congratulations and thank you for removing manufacture of this item from China! Safety was our #1 priority and we narrowed our options down. Being Made in the USA is the reason we bought this Britax product over other brands with similar safety features. Most of the baby stuff we have purchased that is made in China has a smell to it that either doesn't go away or takes forever to go away. We were so happy to have something that was safe and we felt like we could expose our baby to right away without having to "air out" outside for weeks or months. Now, if only we could get the BOB strollers made in the USA instead of China...

We love the fact that the 35 was made in the USA. We love the safety features and ease of use. Other baby seats I have used made it super difficult to click in the child, but this one is easier especially with the adjustable strap button. We love the safety features and the base was super simple to install. We feel confident in the design and love how we can go back and forth from the seat base in the car to the B-Agile stroller. My only wish is that you could adjust the handle with one hand instead of two (challenging when holding a baby in one hand). Thanks.

I bought the elite for my 2nd child and I will be upgrading my toddlers to a Britax!

My baby was born at the end of January. I love this carseat. It is so easy to use, simple to click and un-click in the base. Also, easy to use with the stroller. A little on the heavy side when baby is in it, but overall it's the best out there. I researched infant seats extensively, and this was my decision. Couldn't be happier.

On Saturday Feb 21st 2015, my daughter in law and my 5 month old grand daughter, baby Mia, were involved in an terrible roll over, 3 car accident on the interstate.Their car fliped completely around after being struck by the other two other vehicles, it then slid on it's side for 22 feet before finaly landing upright on all four tires,.The great news is they are both doing fine. My daughter in law was pretty banged up, but baby Mia didn't have a scratch on her!!!! She was riding in this Bob B Safe Car Seat from Britax, this awesome car seat saved our baby's life!!! The paramedic's & the hospital both said if it wasn't for this car seat, baby Mia would not have survived that crash! Simply saying thank you doesn't even seem like enough, we are and forever will be grateful to Britax for desiging such a magnificent car seat!!

Safe and secure and just right for our newborn all the way through one year of age! Then we switched to the britax advocate!!!

We bought this with the B-Agile Stroller, and we LOVE them both! The carseat is relatively light and easy to carry. It clicks right into the base and stroller! I love that there's only one strap to tighten or loosen the harness. It makes it really easy for quick adjustments on the go. And the cherry on top: the cover is extremely easy to take off and put back on when it needs to be cleaned. I washed it on delicate and there was no shrinking or stretching. This is such a great product!

My LO is 5 weeks and we love this car seat. After the first time, we found it easy to install and the manual is easy to follow. Her head flops around a lot because the infant insert doesn't really provide enough support. We used rolled up receiving blankets to fix that. We struggled with adjusting the incline on the base at first and thought we got a faulty product. I finally called Britax and she said the base is "sticky" and hard to adjust when new and gave me a trick to help it not be so "sticky". If they know this, it should be in the manual so women who are 38 weeks pregnant and wait to install this a few hours before going to the hospital would not have a mental breakdown. ::)

I have an average size newborn and in order for the straps to fit my baby I have to have them in the second highest position, otherwise it scrunches him down. How is he going to fit in the seat 3, 6, 12 months form now if he is only 3 weeks old now (21 inches long) if the straps already have to be in the second highest position? The other issue is the pads that cover the straps by the neck are way to thick. We had to take them off because there was no room for them in between the head protection and baby's cheeks. We have bought 5 Britax careseats in the last 7 years and have loved all of them and trust them, except this one. I am so disappointed because now I have to take my newborn out to go shopping for an infant seat that will work for an average size baby.

Light, easy to carry in the stroller and to move in the car. The latch system is perfect for our car.

My sister and brother bought this for our new baby, who's arriving in April, and we just put the travel system together. It has minimal parts and very easy to complete!

I had done my reasearch on carseats and talked to several people, and came to the conclusion that this is the one I wanted! After much deliberation!! It isnt too heavy. Fits great in the captains chair in my Enclave (which I was worried it wouldnt fit). Is comfortable for my son! Not too hot. Adjusts easy. Not too bulky! And I love the color! I picked the orange! I would reccomend this to everyone. And when we were having the highway patrolman help install it (which I reccomend for saftey reasons) he told my husband it is the safest carseat he reccomends and that is holds up in accidents and its the best one on the market!

It has been easy to use and safe! Great addition to a Bob stroller! We were involved in a wreck and my son was safe and secure in his car seat!

We bought this car seat for my son and I will never buy another brand! I felt comfortable with him being safe no matter what. The only thing about this car seat is he got so sweaty. I am so happy I got this car seat.

Receive this with the travel system for our baby shower! My son has been using it for almost 7 months. He also has another well known name brand car seat that he uses in his grandmothers car. This seat is so much sturdier feeling! I felt same buckling my newborn into it on the way home from the hospital! I would recommend buying the body contouring insert for a newborn however. The seat is pretty roomy for a baby under ~9lbs. We used a rolled up blanket for the first ride on the way home but then went and got a head support pillow insert. I think for the next baby we will definitely be buying the britax body contour insert!

My wife and I just purchased the B-Safe 35 due to all the reviews we have read in combination with the safety features noted from reviews, friends that own the Britax B-Safe Car Seats and all the other researching we did on the internet. One thing that we had concerns with was the difficulty in taking out the cushion when it get messy, but now that I have car seat in hand, I have taken it apart and put it back together. It is very user friendly and I am happy that we purchased this car seat! Now to wait for the little one to arrive to actually put it to use!

We bought this car seat for our first child and have loved it. He is nearly 18 months old now and still fits in it, though he is on the small end. We did quite a bit of research before purchasing this car seat and were impressed by the reviews and had multiple friends recommend Britax to us. We have been so happy with our purchase! The only thing that could possibly use improvement is the straps. They do get twisted somewhat easily and it would be nice if they had placed velcro on the straps and inside of the seat to help with keeping the seatbelt out of the way of setting the child in the seat instead of having to fish the straps out from behind every time.

My MIL and FIL bought this in January of 2013 for our son who was born in June 2013. It is well made and designed, especially for busy parents on the go. My husband is a Mechanical Engineer and viewed this as a superior installation/well anchored and safe car seat for baby in the case of an accident. I am a Traumatic Brain Injury Specialist at a hospital and always felt safe putting my child in this seat. The sun shade is great in the car or in our BOB stroller, especially when our son falls asleep. So easy to change from the car, to stroller, to taking into daycare and our home. The base is easy to install and safe with the click tight feature. We highly recommend this, just now getting ready to move him at 20 months into the Britax Convertible Advocate car seat as he is just below the 32 inch limit, weighs 25 pounds. We have another child due in May 2015 and will continue to use this with him.

Not as sturdy as the chaperone. Seem like it uses cheaper construction/ materials.
